01What this video is

An animated Black doctor character talks straight to camera for two minutes and rants at the viewer's gut. He opens with 'real talk,' calls out her bloat, her 3pm sugar cravings, her brain fog and her 3am wake-ups, holds the reveal until he names himself as a doctor, then drops the real culprit: parasites. He explains why her lab test came back clean and reveals that every cleanse on the shelf only does half the job — it kills the bugs but leaves the gut wall torn open so they crawl right back. The one job of this edit is to make a burned, gaslit gut-sufferer feel seen and vindicated, then land the 'kill-only is half the job, repair seals the door' idea hard enough that she goes to check stock right now.

02Format & look
Format
one animated character on camera the whole way — a stylized 3D-animated Black doctor in a white coat, talking straight to the lens and gesturing to floating symptom visuals beside him. This is a cartoon/rendered look on purpose, not a real person and not a filmed talking head.
Cutting
fast and punchy, cut on the punchlines. Hold on the doctor's face for the accusations and the vindication beats; cut away to a quick visceral visual on the concrete nouns (the parasites, the shield, the torn gut wall) then snap right back to his face. Bold profane captions burned on, synced to the line.
Length
about two minutes, vertical 9:16 for the feed. Full send the whole way — no soft middle, the energy never drops, and the first 5 seconds grab her sound-off.
03Who it's for

She's a woman somewhere between 45 and 65 who's bloated like she's six months pregnant by dinner, exhausted, foggy, and crashing for sugar every afternoon. A doctor brushed her off with 'just IBS, try yoga,' and she's already burned through three or four cleanses that made her feel amazing for about two weeks before it all came roaring back. She's not naive about cleanses — she's beaten down by them, half-convinced it's all in her head, and quietly furious that nobody will tell her the truth.

04Why it works (the vision)
The real cause
it's not 'just IBS' and it's not in her head — it's parasites living below the belly button, eating off her plate and shedding it back into her blood. That's the reframe the whole ad turns on, and it explains every symptom at once.
What hurts most
the relapse. Every cleanse she's tried worked for about two weeks and then it all came roaring back, every single time, and she's started to believe she's the problem. The ad tells her why — the cleanse killed the bugs but left her gut wall torn open, so the survivors stroll right back in through the open door. Protect the 'You ain't crazy. You infested' beat; it's the emotional payoff.
The smaller hurts
the bloat that makes her look pregnant by dinner, the 3pm sugar crash she can't fight, the brain fog, the 3am wake-ups, and the nighttime itch she's too embarrassed to mention to anyone. Each one gets named out loud so she knows he's talking about HER.
What she actually wants
to be done with the whole cycle for good — to stop relapsing, stop feeling crazy, and get her life back, not buy another bottle that only buys her two more weeks.
In the first fifteen seconds the doctor names her exact symptoms one after another — the dinner bloat, the 3pm sugar craving, the couch — then throws back the 'just IBS, try yoga' line she actually heard and refuses it cold: 'Nah. Hell nah. Fuck that.' She should feel caught, almost called out, like he's reading her chart. The relief comes a beat later when he names himself a doctor and says the quiet part: 'You ain't losin' your fuckin' mind. You infested.' That flip from 'they told you you're fine' to 'you were right all along' is the spine of the whole thing — make sure those two beats land clean and don't get buried under cutaways.
05The hook — on-screen text
▶ On-screen text — the first thing the viewer reads
6 variations to test — written with the comp + DR-craft method and gated for glanceability + loop-discipline (the mechanism stays withheld — the loop IS the hook). Each card shows the course concept it’s grounded in.
Each carries an evocative emoji (the production layer) and the principle that grounds the copy — so the editor sees not just the line but why it stops the scroll.
A · memorysingle-headline
“Something's living below your belly button. 😨”
Specific-location menace: 'below your belly button' makes an abstract fear physical and immediate.
A · memoryjuxtaposition
“⚠️ Your gut's not broken. It's occupied.”
Reframe juxtaposition: corrects the wrong model (broken) with a scarier-but-fixable one (occupied).
C · mixsingle-headline
“🚨 "Just IBS"? Nah. It's parasites.”
Pattern-interrupt + reframe: rejects the label she's been given and re-attributes it in one breath; lands the villain instantly.
C · mixsingle-headline
“That bloat's got a heartbeat. 😳”
Visceral metaphor: turns a dismissed symptom into a living threat in five words; pure scroll-stop, reads in one glance.
C · mixsingle-headline
“Your ass itches at night. That's them. 😣”
Taboo-symptom call-out (lane's top body-horror device): says the thing nobody says out loud, then points the finger.
B · compjuxtaposition
“You're not bloated. You're full of them. 😳”
Deny-and-replace: takes the comfortable word (bloated) away and substitutes the disturbing truth.
How to build it (from the mined winners)
  • Structure: a bold static hook box with the claim, plus a second box for authority/setup — the two-box claim+authority shape that won across the mined ads.
  • Emoji: one that sparks emotion / urgency / curiosity (🚨 ⚠️ 😲 😳 😩) — never a neutral/informational one (📈, ➡️). Match it to the device.
  • Type: big, clean, readable. Serious-authority tone (investigative / lab-coat), not a playful TikTok question.
  • Reveal: claim lands first; the second line drops after — the loop snapping open.
⏱ Timing — read it, don’t rush it

Not a fixed 3 seconds. Each line stays up as long as the viewer needs to comfortably read it. Storyboard baseline: line 1 holds to ~4.5s, line 2 from ~5.2s to ~10s. Read-time is the floor — lengthen if a line needs it.

on-screen hook text reference
1 / 2
storyboard · format match · resilia · click to enlargeCopy this resilia storyboard's blunt, high-contrast on-screen-text grammar — short, mostly single-line statements that read in one glance, with at most one setup-payoff break (the strongest niche COPY exemplar is elavate 848510767784313's 'If [symptom]... it's not your X' conditional reframe). Adjust the one thing for our angle: swap the symptom-source from general gut/diet to the RELAPSE — the bloat that came back after a cleanse — and keep the real reason (the un-repaired gut wall) withheld so the loop carries into the body.
Comp-grounded — mined from winning ads (resilia · resilia · sereneherbs). Winning hook = claim box + authority/command box; emoji as tonal punctuation; loop opened by withholding the mechanism. None resolve in the overlay.
06Editing brief — pace, style, vibe
Vibe
raw, profane, no-BS street-doctor energy. He's a doctor who finally decided to tell you the truth instead of the polite version, and he's pissed off on her behalf. Vibrant clean animation, but the tone is confrontational, not cute. Keep the profanity — it's the realness, don't bleep or soften it.
Pace
keep it driving. Short cuts, hit every punchline, ride the rant. Cut the air out of the symptom stack and the failed-cleanse list so they hit like rapid fire and she never gets a chance to look away.
Slow down
on the vindication line ('You ain't losin' your fuckin' mind. You infested'), the hard pivot ('here's the part that's gonna piss you off'), and the guarantee at the close ('30 days, every penny back'). Ease off the rapid cuts there so those land clean and trustworthy.
Tighten
the hook (first 5 seconds must grab sound-off), every transition, the run into the CTA, and especially the ingredient run and the trust lines near the end — list the actives fast and keep moving, don't let it turn into a lecture.
07Visuals — keep the eyes engaged

The doctor's face is the spine of this whole edit — we live on him talking to camera, and everything else is a quick cutaway that rides under a specific line for a beat before we snap back to his face. The visuals exist to make the body-horror and the mechanism concrete; they never take over. Save your best shot for the signature beat: while phase one is still scrubbing the gut wall, the cracks seal shut behind it. That single image is what makes 'both halves at once' undeniable, so give it the most polish and the most screen time.

Inserts to drop in, synced to the line:

  • "It's fuckin' parasites" / "Below your belly button, eatin' off your plate, shittin' it in your blood" -> a visceral 3D shot of parasites feeding in the gut.
  • "Your ass itch at night" / "Crawlin' around while you sleep" -> a dark, uneasy shot of the parasites moving while she sleeps — disgusting and short, this is the body-horror beat and it should make her squirm.
  • "These lil fuckers build a shield. A biofilm" -> a 3D biofilm shield forming over the bugs so a lab probe slides right off, hiding them.
  • "Here's why your test came back clean" -> a lab result reading clean and a doctor shrugging, sending her home.
  • "Leave your gut wall tore up, full of holes they chewed through" -> the gut wall riddled with holes after a kill-only cleanse, survivors slipping back through an open door.
  • "The real carvacrol-rich kind" -> the potency knock: weak, pale store-shelf oregano doing nothing on the shield, then the rich carvacrol-rich drop hitting and visibly cracking it open.
  • "It patch the holes in your gut wall while phase one still killin'... Not after. While" -> THE signature shot: the cracked gut wall sealing shut WHILE phase one is still scrubbing the bugs, both happening at once side by side. The money insert.
  • "It's already sealed shut" -> the stragglers arrive at the door and find it sealed, dead end.
  • "Only thing I tell my patients to use? Symbia" -> the two-phase bottle pack-shot.
  • "Drops under your tongue, not some horse pill" -> the dropper under the tongue next to an oversized pill that's clearly too much.
  • "Made right here, third-party tested" -> a simple made-here / third-party-tested stamp. Do NOT show any fake-worm footage.
  • "30 days, every penny back" -> a clean, calm 30-day money-back guarantee badge on the end card. Let it sit a beat — steady and trustworthy, not a hype card.

Inserts ride bottom-center / lower-third for a beat on the concrete nouns, then cut back to his face.

Layouts to use:

  • Small bottom-center insert (default) — for most cutaways, so we never leave his face for long.
  • Horizontal split-screen (doctor top / visual bottom) — for the mechanism beats where seeing him react to the visual sells it (the biofilm shield, the weak-vs-real oregano knock, the seal-the-door repair).
  • Full-frame B-roll (big beats only) — the parasites-in-the-gut reveal, the carvacrol cracking the shield, and the concrete-seal repair proof earn a full-frame moment.

Two camera moves worth it:

  • A slow push-in on the doctor for the vindication line — 'You ain't losin' your fuckin' mind. You infested.' Let the frame tighten as he says it.
  • A snap or hard cut into the hard-pivot line — 'here's the part that's gonna piss you off' — so the turn feels like a gear change.

The doctor (animated narrator, talks straight to camera)
A stylized, animated Black doctor — a 3D-rendered cartoon character, roughly 45 to 55, in a white doctor's coat. He's blunt, profane, and casual but carries real authority: he says straight up that he's a doctor too, twenty years looking inside people's guts. He talks directly to the viewer the whole way, ranting at her gut and gesturing to the symptom visuals floating beside him. This is a fictional animated Black doctor on purpose — vibrant clean-render look, not a real person and not a filmed talking head.

Rendered as a stylized 3D-animated character (clean Pixar/CG-render look), vibrant even studio lighting, smooth shapes, bold readable features. NOT photorealistic, NOT a real photograph.
Matching ElevenLabs voices (market + a voice):
Voice · AAVE cadence
Black grown-man real-talk — casual, authoritative, profane, AAVE-marked (copula drop, g-drops, double negatives, 'lemme tell you / talkin' bout'). Sounds like a doctor who finally decided to tell you the truth instead of the polite version. Full profanity is intended, aimed at the parasites and the cleanse industry, never at the viewer. Cast a native speaker and validate the read with a native ear before ship. Accent / voice: General American with a clear African-American (AAVE) cadence and a warm lower-chest resonance.

A menu, not a checklist — these are the strongest references for this ad. Borrow the technique that serves it and leave the rest; one video won't (and shouldn't) carry all of them.

resiliaclosest format match
Take ✓ lean all the way into the animated-doctor-talking-straight-to-camera format — the profane authority figure who says the thing a real doctor won't.
good for the whole spine of this ad, especially the hook and the vindication beat where he names her symptoms and tells her she's not crazy.
resilia
Take ✓ borrow the visceral symptom cutaways that ride under the rant — the parasites crawling, the biofilm shield forming — kept short and snapping back to the doctor's face so we never lose him as the anchor.
good for the body-horror reveal section, so the disgust lands without ever leaving him.
Question ⚖ how gross do the parasite visuals go before they tip from compelling to repellent for a 45-to-65 woman — worth testing a harder cut against a slightly softer one.
sereneherbs
Take ✓ borrow how this ad uses a simple visual diagram to make a mechanism instantly understandable instead of just talking through it, plus its bold mute-test caption discipline so a few hard words on screen carry the message sound-off (here: "JUST IBS? NAH. IT'S PARASITES.").
good for the two-phase reveal — specifically the concrete-seal repair shot and the weak-vs-real oregano knock — keep the diagram dead simple so 'kill and seal the door' reads in one glance.
Question ⚖ profane all-caps captions read as high-energy to some and as hype to a skeptical, burned-out viewer — worth testing the full-profanity captions against a slightly cleaner version to see which converts her.

0-18sHook — 'real talk,' name her exact symptoms, throw back the 'just IBS, try yoga' line and refuse it cold
doctor

Real talk. You bloated like you six months pregnant by dinner? Cravin' sugar at 3 like it's crack? Can't get off the couch? And some doctor told you it's "just IBS, try yoga"? Nah. Hell nah. Fuck that. Lemme tell you what's really goin' on in there.

18-42sCredential carry plus held villain reveal plus body-horror plus the vindication line
doctor

I'm a doctor too. Twenty years lookin' in people's guts. And here's what most physicians won't admit. It's fuckin' parasites. Real ones. 55-83sThe hard pivot — kill-only is half the job; the relapse racket explained
doctor

But here's the part that's gonna piss you off. I've watched patients cleanse, feel amazing two weeks, then crawl back. Every. Single. Time. You know why? Cause every cleanse on the shelf do ONE thing. Kill the bugs and dip. "Got em! Good luck!" Leave your gut wall tore up, full of holes they chewed through. The survivors stroll right back in through that open fuckin' door. That ain't bad luck. That's how they sell you the next bottle.

83-110sProduct reveal — Symbia does both halves; the carvacrol potency knock and the repair-while-killing proof
doctor

Only thing I tell my patients to use? Symbia. It do both halves. Phase one hit em hard. Wormwood, black walnut, clove, oregano oil, black seed oil. Not that weak store-shelf oregano I wouldn't waste your money on. The real carvacrol-rich kind that cracks the biofilm. That's the kill. But phase two? Sea moss, ginger, licorice, zinc. It patch the holes in your gut wall while phase one still killin' Not after. While. So when the stragglers crawl back for that open door? It's already sealed shut.

110-116sTrust — drops under the tongue, made here, third-party tested, anti-scam
doctor

Drops under your tongue, not some horse pill your tore-up gut can't absorb. Made right here, third-party tested. None of that fake-worm TikTok nonsense.
