▸ Production target & sources
Script
scripts_run5/N2_watch-the-lights-come-back_v1.mdv1, locked, post-review, EDIT PASS 1 applied — consumed UNCHANGED. Not one spoken word, not one caption string and not one beat boundary was altered by this board.
Production Target
HYBRID — AI-3D animation pipeline, routed per shot (Fork 1 option 5). Higgsfield generate_image (GPT Image 2 / Nano Banana 2) for locked base frames with a character reference, → soul_cinema_studio image-to-video for motion, → ElevenLabs VO, → all on-screen text in post. No Heygen, no avatar, no Soul-trained human face, no live-action plate anywhere.
01ECHO ADAPTATIONS — how a v2-native skill input was reconstructed
This is an Echo-chain deliverable and carries no v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used, declared so nothing is silently invented:
v2 input the skill expects
Echo source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)
Script DELIVERY NOTES + concept §Delivery → D04 faceless narrator-VO, female 50s peer register, second person, continuous. Maps to v2 dynamic solo: one voice, zero dialogue, zero on-screen speech. It is emphatically NOT a 2p dynamic — there is no second speaker anywhere, and the colleague at Day 30 is a silent appearance narrated ABOUT. Register anchor 2.1 The "Recovered Patient" Voice, borrowed for WARMTH ONLY (see §VO CASTING — review SOFT 6)
Field 20 (setting/tone)
Concept §Animation style → clean, sterile, high-key exteriors (kitchen, meeting room, parking garage, conference room) oscillating with the body's interior treated as a location you can cut to like a room. Relief register, never clinical-cold, never announcer
Field 21 (editing style)
Donor-measured, inherited: cuts every 2–3s; exterior-life beat → hard push-in to interior anatomy, repeating; word-by-word flashing captions, bold capitalized white sans-serif with black outlines, lower-middle; ambient electronic bed that swells slightly at the Day-30 reveal (donor's own swell point); pacing speeds through the diary and slows into the root-cause block
Field 25 (production notes)
Script OST/visual notes (locked — carried VERBATIM in substance into every beat below), the TRANSPOSITION PLAN's per-row production column, the concept's §Animation style + §Exaggeration spec (six axes), and the four carried-forward SOFT items from reviews_run5/N2_review.md
Field 12 (mechanism)
mechanism_library §12 Brain Fog / T3 Brain Starvation on §2 T4→T3 Conversion Gap, §6 normal-labs, §10 ratio, §9 sublingual. Rendered as THE BRIGHT BLOOD AND THE DARK ROOMS
Field 0 (length)
Deterministic runtime block: donor ~111s ⚠ derived, band 94.3–127.6s, delivered A/C 117.4s · B 118.4s. NO CAP. NO FLOOR. DO NOT COMPRESS (MIRROR winners run long; the leak is in the compression variants)
Beat timecodes
Computed cumulative from the script's own declared per-beat durations, unchanged, with the two [pause] tokens folded in at 0.8s each, then rounded to integer contiguous M:SS boundaries — each beat's end IS the next beat's start, no gaps
Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE interchangeable storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C). Beats 2–8 are the shared locked-body board and ship identically on all three cuts. Hooks A and C are 10.3s; Hook B is 11.3s, so on the B cut every body boundary below shifts +1s and the delivered total is 1:58. All three land the same seam frame — the FULL AND DARK still already pushed through to the bright blood against the first dark room — so Day 1's macro cut works unchanged whichever hook runs.
02TIER 1 FORK DECISIONS (gates DELEGATED end-to-end by Zied, BATCH_SPEC 2026-08-01 — decided here and declared)
Fork
Decision
Rationale
1 — Production target
Option 5 HYBRID, routed per shot: an AI-3D animation pipeline. Higgsfield generate_image for locked base frames (character-referenced) → soul_cinema_studio i2v for motion → ElevenLabs VO → captions in post
None of options 1–4 fits: there is no avatar, no presenter, no face to Soul-train, and no shoot. Heygen is structurally wrong (it exists to make an avatar talk; nothing talks here). VH4 disposition: every prompt below is written in Higgsfield-native syntax per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md, with one declared extension — SOUL_ID is replaced by CHARACTER_REF, because character consistency here is held by a reference-image sheet of a non-photoreal figure, not by a trained human likeness. The extension is stated, not smuggled
Donor-derived and binding (fourth axis). Cross-checked against [Anchor A]1245520867175170, the only cross-advertiser instance of the same device in the library — a transparent-skeleton 30-day timeline with glowing organ overlays, uniqueness_score 5/5, saturation LOW "due to high production barriers"
3 — B-roll source
Option 2 — AI-generated, all of it. In a fully animated ad "B-roll" is not stock; it is the INTERIOR INSERT family, generated as its own render pass against a locked interior bible (§INTERIOR GEOGRAPHY)
There is no brand asset library entry for a translucent figure and no stock footage may enter a 100% animated ad. Every cue below names its generation
4 — Mute-test asset
Option 3 (hook visual asset) on cuts A and C; option 4-leaning (text-driven, with a translucent-hand interrupt) on cut B — declared per variant, both PASS
There is no speaker face to fall back on; D04 is faceless. The stop-scroll load is carried entirely by the render + the caption track. Cut B opens on the exterior-life beat, so its t=0 interrupt is the visibly translucent hand, not the FULL AND DARK still — stated rather than assumed (see VS5 disposition)
5 — Comp inspiration depth
Option 2 — PATTERN-INSPIRED ONLY. Technique borrow, never asset borrow. MANDATORY, not preferred.
Four of five anchors sell drainage. Under the residue firewall their assets are unusable and their techniques are not. Every citation below borrows a mechanic (caption grammar, day-marker card, deictic bind, blood-vs-cells argument shape, third-party-notices beat) and explicitly refuses the substance. Any beat that borrowed an anchor's asset would breach the firewall
03COMP LIBRARY INSPIRATION ANCHORS
Rotation (§2a.0):zeus/formats/yapper/reference_usage_log.jsonl read — it contains only the seed line, no real runs. EXCLUDE set = EMPTY, declared honestly rather than faked. This run is the log's first real append (§2g, done).
Pool + draw (§2b/2c): two semantic queries (animation/timeline grammar; thyroid-cognition/labs-normal mechanism) intersected with winner_score, plus one keyword pass on transparent skeleton. Candidate pool trimmed to 12 format-relevant video candidates, seed-free drawn 5 via secrets.SystemRandom. One DECLARED operator swap (§2f): the draw returned 1026032816857604and1133497955524522 — same advertiser, same house, same drainage mechanism, i.e. a duplicate slot. 1026032816857604 (the weaker of the two on similarity) was swapped for 1245520867175170, the pool's only cross-advertiser transparent-figure × 30-day-timeline twin. This is the one anchor that gives the board a check the whole batch otherwise lacks: research_brief.md HONEST FLAG 1 records that all five donors are lymphoria, so no pattern this batch steals has a cross-advertiser corroboration — Anchor A supplies it for the single most load-bearing device in this ad.
[Anchor A] 1245520867175170 — shopeverly — ws 52.64 — video — 30-day skeleton timeline journeyview ad
THE CORNERSTONE. The only ad in the library outside lymphoria that runs the donor's exact device: a 3D transparent-skeleton character living an ordinary domestic life, tracked day-by-day across 30 days, with glowing anatomical overlays, creative_techniques = 3d animation · day-by-day timeline · anatomical glow overlay · metaphorical character (skeleton) · mute-friendly text overlays.
Hook pattern: premise-as-experiment. The character is shown DOING the thing in frame one; the card states the trial and the timeframe. Deviation type format-shift, uniqueness 5/5.
On-screen text style: bold high-contrast white caps, burned, centre, tracking the VO — and critically, the Day 1 / Day 3 / Day 7 / Day 10… marker card is its own beat-opening frame, not a subtitle. Mute-test read is the marker plus the glow.
B-roll cuing: the interior IS the b-roll — glowing organ overlays cut in against domestic scenes (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, mirror), never a diagram, always a lit interior over a lived exterior.
Transition style: smooth hard cuts timed to the day progression; the day marker is the transition.
Mute-test asset:"Passes with flying colors. The skeleton + glowing organs + bold timeline question immediately stops the scroll even without sound, as the visual storytelling is entirely self-explanatory."
Best-fit beat type in our script:the DIARY beats (2 Day-1 / 3 Day-7 / 4 Day-14 / 5 Day-30) — primary. Secondary: the hook's translucent-figure interrupt. Both beat types exist in our script; no cross-adaptation needed.
Tooling stack inferred:3D CGI character animation with anatomical overlay passes — MATCHES our Fork-1 target exactly. No adaptation flag.
⛔ Refused: its Day-15 toilet/urine proof surface and its kidney-filtration substance. Technique only.
[Anchor B] 2052564548936288 — neuropicpro — ws 64.22 — video — lucyd 30-day chrono proofview ad
The library's strongest cognitive-symptom timeline. CHRONO — Chronological Journey, rank_mrv 2, and the closest existing market answer to "how do you show a symptom nobody can see across a calendar."
Hook pattern:"This is what usually happens when you take X every day for 30 days" over a chaotic motion interrupt — pattern interrupt by kinesis, not by content.
On-screen text style:DAY 01 / DAY 03 / DAY 07 / DAY 14 / DAY 21 / DAY 30 in a bold high-contrast box, anchored, one per beat. This is the single most portable OST mechanic in the anchor set and it is what our DAY 14 card inherits.
B-roll cuing:split-screen contrast — the same life in full colour vs. black-and-white — plus glowing-bubble actives penetrating a 3D brain.
Transition style: fast but smooth, synced to a steady driving bed; deliberately not frantic. intensity_strategy: calibrated-trust.
Mute-test asset: the chaotic motion + the anchored day card.
Best-fit beat type in our script:the day-marker OST layer across beats 2–5, primary; secondary the Day-7 micro-proof (its Day-3/Day-7 lines are milestone-as-lived-moment, the exact register of "the word just… comes").
Tooling stack inferred:live-action UGC/stock + 3D insert — PARTIAL MISMATCH with our 100%-animation target. Adaptation, declared: we borrow the card grammar and the colour-contrast logic, and re-render both natively — our "black-and-white vs colour" becomes dark rooms vs lit rooms inside the same skull, which is our owned family. Nothing photographic is imported.
⛔ Refused: its live-action plate and its stimulant/jitter mechanism.
[Anchor C] 1133497955524522 — trysculptique — ws 67.15 — video — thyroid suffocating lymphatic swampview ad
The highest-scoring in-niche 3D-animated thyroid ad in the pool, and the market's nearest existing statement of our root-cause argument.
Hook pattern: first-person personified failed-solution monologue (HI I'M SELENIUM) — N1's family, not ours. Explicitly not borrowed.
On-screen text style: caption-heavy, all-caps, one clause per card, the card doing the argument rather than decorating it (TSH: 2.4 - NORMAL, I LIVE IN YOUR BLOOD). Our LABS: NORMAL / NEVER THE PROBLEM pair is this mechanic.
B-roll cuing: continuous 3D interior; the body as the only location during the mechanism block.
Transition style: hard cuts on each argument beat.
Mute-test asset: the caption card carrying the whole claim.
THE ONE LINE WORTH THE ANCHOR:"I live in your blood, but the problem isn't in your blood. It's in the swamp between your blood and your cells." — the argument SHAPE of blood-is-fine / delivery-is-fine / the failure is at the cell, rendered as an animated interior with the two facts held in one frame. That shape is exactly our root-cause block, and the market has already proven it renders.
Best-fit beat type in our script:Beat 6, Root-cause reveal (UMPb) — primary and only.
⛔ REFUSED, HARD, AND THIS IS THE FIREWALL'S SHARPEST EDGE: its substance. Its "swamp", "hardened inflammatory sludge", "drain cleaner", "restore drainage" and its entire clear-the-blockage payoff do not enter this board in any form. We take the two-facts-in-one-frame composition and the blood-is-not-the-problem argument, and we render the failure as uptake stopping on the cell side with nothing in the space between. There is nothing in our frame to remove.
[Anchor D] 1580939546918926 — trysculptique — ws 64.46 — video — cervical lymphatic drainage / thyroid bellyview ad
Cited by the concept as the formula source for Hook B (H01 Symptom Mirror, 29.3% share, above base), and independently the pool's cleanest instance of the deictic bind.
Hook pattern:"If your belly looks like this, or this, and you have thyroid problems…" over a split-screen of the two states — the "looks like this" forcing the eye to a visual the words never describe. This is the identical structural move as our locked "THIS is what's actually in there", and it is the reason the spoken and visual hooks fuse into one unit.
On-screen text style: burned hook line, full-sentence, held.
B-roll cuing: split-screen problem states + scientific diagram overlay.
Transition style: hard cut from the deictic visual into the personal story.
Mute-test asset: the split-screen problem state under the burned line.
Also carries, verbatim, our avatar's exact symptom:"The brain fog so bad, I'd lose words mid-sentence" and "my doctor kept looking at my labs and telling me everything looked fine" — independent market confirmation that the word-loss symptom and the labs-normal grievance are live, purchasable pain in this niche.
Best-fit beat type in our script:Beat 1, HOOK — primary and only.
Tooling stack inferred:REAL SHOOT, talking-head yapper — HARD MISMATCH with our 100%-animation target.Cross-adaptation rationale, logged (VS6): the borrow is the deictic mechanic only — the grammar of a spoken "this" that points at a visual the words refuse to describe, and the two-states-in-one-frame composition that answers it. Zero visual assets, zero framing and zero staging transfer; our "this" points at a rendered translucent interior, not a photographed belly, and there is no presenter to speak it. Declared rather than quietly reused.
⛔ Refused: its presenter, its cervical-drainage mechanism, its body-shape proof surface.
The pool's best model for the third-party-notices beat and the offer close inside a timeline.
Hook pattern: third-person framing ("this is what would happen if your mum…") to lower defensive guard, over a kinetic domestic interrupt.
On-screen text style: native semi-transparent sans overlays carrying the week markers.
B-roll cuing:alternates a lived exterior beat with a 3D anatomical insert on a fixed rhythm — inserts placed at 0:12, 0:21, 0:30 as deliberate pattern interrupts. Cuts every 2–3s. This is our oscillation cadence, corroborated outside lympharia.
Transition style: fast snappy hard cuts; the week marker is the beat door.
Mute-test asset: the burned premise line over the kinetic domestic shot.
Two mechanics we take: (i) the milestone-as-lived-moment register — "she stops unbuttoning her jeans after lunch", "she books that dinner she's been avoiding", "her brain fog lifts" — a life event, never a metric; (ii) the close — spec, then risk-reversal, then an emotional restoration line, then CTA, all inside ~10s.
Best-fit beat type in our script:Beat 5 (Day-30 payoff + social validation) primary, Beat 8 (Offer & CTA) secondary. Both exist in our script.
Tooling stack inferred:UGC live-action + 3D medical insert — PARTIAL MISMATCH.Adaptation, declared: the lived-moment register and the insert cadence transfer; the UGC plate does not. Every "lived moment" in our ad is rendered.
⛔ Refused: its gut-inflammation mechanism, its UGC footage, its 60 day guarantee number (ours is 30 per product_facts §6), its 50,000+ users social-proof number.
Anchor-set honesty note: 4 of 5 anchors sell a drainage or clearance mechanism, because that is what the animated-anatomy tier of this market currently is. Not one of their mechanism assets enters this board. Every citation below is a mechanic; the substance is refused at the citation, again in the shot note, and a third time in the render's negative prompt.
04CHARACTER DESIGN — THE BOARD'S ONE UNSOLVED PROBLEM, AND A PROPOSED SOLVE
The problem, stated plainly (concept + research brief FLAG 9): a translucent body has no age and no gender. The donor gets "male, 40s" for free from beer, buddies and a belt buckle. We have to read woman, 48–58 on a body you can see through, and narration cannot do it.
Proposed solve — the OPAQUE/TRANSLUCENT SPLIT. Lock this on a turnaround sheet before a single beat renders.
Layer
Treatment
Why
Hair
Fully OPAQUE. Shoulder-length, grey-streaked, worn up in the working beats and down at the kitchen
Hair is the single strongest age+gender signal available and it costs nothing to render solid
Wardrobe
Fully OPAQUE, matte off-white / soft grey: a cardigan over a blouse, sleeve ending at the wrist, collar ending at the throat
The wardrobe frames the translucency — it stops exactly where the anatomy read needs to begin
Head, throat, hands, forearms
TRANSLUCENT, with soft-tissue volume: cheek and jaw volume that read female and mid-50s, the skull and brain reading through, the vessel tree reading through the hands
The face must be a face, not a skull. Bone-only is the failure mode — it reads male, ageless and repulsive, and the "before" must stay sympathetic
Props
OPAQUE: reading glasses pushed up into the hair, a structured handbag, a spiral notebook, low block heels, a car key fob
Prop-carried identity, exactly as the donor uses beer/belt/buddies
Ordinary working life. She is a working CPA, and the rooms should look like it
Design rule, one line for the sheet: OPAQUE HAIR + WARDROBE + PROPS, TRANSLUCENT BODY.
Budget it explicitly: one turnaround sheet + one expression sheet + one "interior register" sheet (see below), all locked and approved before beat rendering starts. This is the flagged cost of taking this donor and it is not a revision-stage discovery. She is never repulsive. No gore, no wounds, no parasites, no exposed musculature, no bone-only frames. peak_intensity: 8, strategy calibrated-activate. The horror lives in the INSERT, never in the woman.
05INTERIOR GEOGRAPHY — the interior is a SET, not a diagram. Build it once, visit it eight times.
The concept's hardest inherited rule (research_brief N1-VIDEO profile, WOULD NOT say): "it would never explain the mechanism as a diagram. Every one of the five makes the mechanism a physical event with a texture." So the interior is boarded as four named, persistent, re-visitable sets with fixed geometry. Same camera vocabulary every visit; only the STATE changes.
Set
What it is
State across the ad
INT-1 — THE ROOMS
SEVEN chambers behind the eyes, arranged in a shallow arc, each one a small room with a light in it. Count locked at seven so the sound-off progression is countable
Hook: 0 of 7 lit. Day 1: 0 lit. Day 7: 1 lit. Day 14: 2 lit. Day 30: lighting room by room, ending bright. Root-cause: all 7 dark, walls going grey, dry, papery, linings slackening and caving. Solution: lighting one at a time, in order. Offer: all 7 lit
INT-2 — THE CORRIDOR
The passage between a thought and the word for it. One continuous unlit corridor running from the rooms to the front of the skull
Day 1: the travelling word goes out halfway down. Root-cause: narrows until a signal cannot fit down it. Solution: widens, and it is the LAST thing to come back on. Day 30: the same shot as Day 1 and the word makes it
INT-3 — THE VESSEL TREE
The bloodstream. Over-full, packed, glassy, almost obscenely bright — end to end, like a lit filament
CONSTANT. It never changes for the entire ad. It does not dim, thicken, slow, stall, darken or stop — and that is the horror. It is the board's continuity anchor and its single most important negative constraint
INT-4 — THE CELL WALL
The inside surface of a cell wall, hands on the inner face reaching toward the wall for fuel on the other side
Root-cause: reaching → reaching slower → not reaching at all. Solution: taking it in on the first reach. Appears in beats 6 and 7 only
The owned distortion — THE WORD LEAVES AND DOESN'T ARRIVE — runs EXACTLY TWICE and it is the same shot both times. Beat 2 (Day 1): one small travelling light leaves the place it forms, runs INT-2, and goes out halfway. Beat 5 (Day 30): identical camera, identical path, and the word makes it, the corridor lit the whole way, spoken on arrival. Framing, lens and duration must match between the two so the rhyme is unmistakable sound-off. Nothing else in the batch animates this.
⛔ Interior negative constraints, binding on every insert:
Nothing is deposited on any surface. Nothing is removed from any surface. Nothing travels out of the body at any point.
No substance with mass anywhere: no sludge, goo, slime, film, grease, wax, rime, plaque, sediment, particulate.
The blood NEVER dims, thickens, slows, stalls, darkens or stops.
The escalation is 100% on the CELL side of the wall. The delivery never once fails. That is the point.
The texture is a BODY change: grey, dry, papery walls; slackened, caved linings; a narrowing corridor. Starvation texture, not residue.
The Day-30 return is a RE-LIGHTING and a RE-WETTING, never an evacuation.
Palette — a strict THREE-COLOUR system. Nothing else competes.
Sterile white — the base. Exteriors, high-key, minimal dressing.
Cold blue-black + grey dry papery tissue — the unlit rooms and the starved surfaces.
Warm berry-gold — the drops, the travelling word, and the re-lighting. (Donor palette-swap: honey/amber → berry-gold. This is the only palette change from the donor and it is mandated by product_facts §2.1.)
Cut rhythm:every 2–3 seconds through the diary block (beats 1–5). The mechanism block (beats 6–7) holds longer per shot but keeps moving — this is the donor's own "moderate pacing that speeds up during the timeline" read, inverted onto our proof-first spine. Anchor E corroborates the 2–3s cadence outside lymphoria.
Caption contract: bold, capitalized, white sans-serif with black outlines, lower-middle, flashing WORD BY WORD in sync with the VO. TikTok-native, not a broadcast lower-third. Key terms get an emphasis treatment (scale bump + one-frame hold). All caption strings below are carried VERBATIM from the locked script. Not one was reworded, shortened, re-punctuated or "improved."
Audio: ambient electronic bed, low, under a continuous female VO. Bed swells slightly at Day 30 and only there (the donor's own swell point). SFX are sparse and specific: the dropper, a room's light coming on, the small tonal arrival of the word. No liquid-flush, no squelch, no drain SFX of any kind — those are the donor's residue signature and they are firewalled out of the audio layer too.
⚠️ BINDING VO DIRECTION (carried forward from reviews_run5/N2_review.md SOFT 4 — this is the flag that lands on THIS surface): > The 94.3–127.6s band is anchored on the donor's ~111s analyst mark, and our 360 words only land inside it at 186.5 wpm — this batch's OUTLIER. Every measured donor in the batch runs 153–165 wpm. At 165 wpm the full variant runs 130.9s, which is 3.3s OVER the ceiling; at 153 wpm it runs 141.2s. The script is not at fault — it wrote to its own donor's derived figure, correctly. The VO must be directed and delivered at ~186 wpm or this ad exits its band on delivery. Direct the read brisk and level, not rushed; the diary beats slightly quicker, the root-cause beat slightly under. Check the delivered VO against 117.4s before a single frame is rendered — the animation is cut to the VO, and re-cutting after render is the expensive failure.
Female, 50s, peer — warm, level, certain. Never clinical, never announcer, never a credential. The donor's own posture is "Friend/Convert Hybrid: the narrator speaks as a peer", re-cast female because a male voice narrating a woman's mind breaks this concept instantly.
Archetype-citation disposition (review SOFT 6): the script cites 2.1 The "Recovered Patient" Voice in second-person mode. The library defines 2.1 as first-person confessional that "would NEVER position her as treating the viewer." This script is 100% second-person and instructional. Board ruling for casting: borrow 2.1 for WARMTH and PEER REGISTER only, and take the READ DIRECTION from 1.2 Compassionate Educator with the credential stripped — which the concept itself lists as the alternate and which the review calls "arguably the closer archetype." Nothing in 2.1's Known incompatible table applies (all entries are yapper setting/dynamic combos; this is faceless animation). She is not a patient telling her story. She is a peer who knows exactly what is happening and is pointing at it.
Energy arc (from the locked DELIVERY NOTES, unchanged): hook calm and deictic — pointing, not selling → Day 1 named disappointment, said out loud and never apologised for → Day 7 quiet surprise → Day 14 steadiness → Day 30 witnessed return, lifting with the bed's swell, then the absolution triplet flat and unhurried (three facts, not a chant) → Root-cause LOWER and slower, clinical awe, the register of someone explaining a thing she finds genuinely unjust, [quieter] as its floor → Solution re-warms → CTA level and confident, relief register to the last line, no urgency-voice push.
08PER-BEAT STORYBOARD
> Timecodes are computed from the script's own declared beat durations, unchanged, with the two [pause] tokens folded in. Boundaries are contiguous. Hook A/C cut shown; on the Hook B cut every body boundary shifts +1s.

MUTE-TEST STOP-SCROLL
Shot
Single locked hero frame — full-figure silhouette, centred, then ONE hard push-in through the sternum at "THIS."
Camera
Eye-level, locked and completely still for 0:00–0:07 (the stillness is the asset — the still must read as a still). At "THIS," a hard, fast push-in through the sternum into INT-3, landing on the bright vessel tree against the first dark room of INT-1. Framing centred, figure filling ~70% of the 9:16 frame.
▸ Prompt
MODEL: generate_image (GPT Image 2, quality high, 9:16) → soul_cinema_studio (i2v)

throat, hands and forearms are translucent with soft tissue volume, so the skull, the brain and the
vessel network read through the body. The entire vascular tree is over-full and glassy bright, lit end
to end like a warm berry-gold filament, almost obscenely bright. Behind it, every chamber inside the

ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16
CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked eye-level centred hold 0:00-0:07, then one fast hard push-in through the

ON_SCREEN_TEXT: handled in post (Higgsfield text rendering is unreliable) — five word-by-word cards
per the OST list above, lower-middle, white caps, black outline
DURATION: 10.3s (2 generations: 7s hold + 3.3s push-in, joined on a match frame)
Production limitation
production_limitations.md carries fewer than 3 non-template entries, so per its own documented heuristic the YS6 cross-check is silently skipped — no false-positive flag fired. Two REAL limitations apply from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md and are handled: (i) Higgsfield text rendering is unreliable → all on-screen text in post, never in the prompt (done, every beat); (ii) hand/finger artifacts are common → this hook frames hands mid-body, not in close-up. The two-generation join at the push-in is the standard i2v workaround for a hold-then-move shot.
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] transparent-figure + glowing-interior stop-scroll, and its "visual storytelling is entirely self-explanatory" mute-test standard. [Anchor D] the deictic bind ("looks like this, or this" → "THIS is what's actually in there") — cross-adaptation logged: technique only, from a real-shoot split-screen to a rendered interior, because the mechanic is the pointing, not the plate.

YOU WRITE THE WORD DOWN FIRST → YOU'VE DONE THE APPS → LABS CAME BACK NORMAL → THIS IS WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN THERE → THIRTY DAYS Card 1 in at t=0.4s. Cards advance on the VO's own stress beats. LABS CAME BACK NORMAL gets the emphasis treatment (scale bump, one-frame hold) — it is the corpus's most emotionally charged phrase (79 quotes) and the grievance that selects the viewer.

THE MUTE-TEST STILL, and it is the whole beat. One translucent woman, 48–58, silhouetted three-quarter to camera against sterile white: INT-3 the vessel tree lit end to end like a filament, and behind it INT-1's seven rooms and the skull BLACK. FULL AND DARK. Held motionless. The only motion 0:00–0:07 is a slow, almost imperceptible spread of the dark — fingers, then the back of the skull, then the corridor — while the blood gets fractionally brighter. [Anchor A — the transparent-figure-plus-glowing-interior stop-scroll, technique-borrowed; substance refused. Anchor D — the deictic bind that makes "THIS" point at a render, cross-adapted from a live-action split-screen with rationale logged at §VS6.]
Lighting / set dressing
High-key sterile white void, no floor line, no props. The figure is the only object. Wardrobe and hair opaque per §CHARACTER DESIGN so the age/gender read lands in frame one.
Transition out
Hard cut on the last frame of the push-in — the bright blood against the first dark room. This is the shared seam frame all three hooks land on.
Mute-test
PASS — and this is the ad's whole scroll-stop. A body that is simultaneously flooded and unlit is legible as a still, in under three seconds, with no sound, no motion and no caption. Motion only deepens it. The card LABS CAME BACK NORMAL then qualifies the viewer sound-off. VS5: the still is held 0:00–0:07, so the mute-test asset survives well past t=5s — the push-in fires at ~7.1s (word 22 of 32 at 186.5 wpm), after the window closes.

Production limitation
Hand/finger artifacts are the known Higgsfield weak spot and this beat is a hand close-up — the one real limitation collision on the board. Workaround, specified: generate the hand frame at quality high / resolution 2k, compose the fingers partly occluded by the keys and the hook, and take the motion as a short i2v from a locked, approved still rather than a free generation. Budget 3–4 generations for this frame. If it will not resolve, the fallback is a wrist-and-forearm framing with the keys entering frame from below.

[Anchor D] — the formula source, cited by the concept and confirmed on read: its own hook is a symptom mirror bound to a deictic visual, and its transcript independently carries our avatar's exact pain ("the brain fog so bad, I'd lose words mid-sentence", "my doctor kept looking at my labs and telling me everything looked fine"). at "THIS," the same FULL AND DARK still and the same push-in as 1A — the identical asset, re-used, not re-generated, so the three cuts are truly interchangeable.
Lighting / set dressing
A hallway by a front door, high-key, minimal: a key hook, a coat, a structured handbag on the floor. Her hand and forearm are visibly translucent, vessel tree reading through them, from frame one — this is what carries the pattern interrupt in the 0–5s window on this cut. ⛔ The keys are a handbag object and nothing more. No lock, no keyhole, no door mechanism, no key-fits-lock beat anywhere in this shot — that family belongs to N1.
Transition out
Hard cut on the shared seam frame — identical to 1A and 1C.
Mute-test
PASS — via a DIFFERENT strategy from A and C, and this is stated rather than assumed. In the 0–5s window this cut has no FULL AND DARK still; its scroll-stop is (i) the caption "THE JANGLING THINGS" in quotes, which is a VOC-verbatim identity card that selects hard and needs no audio, and (ii) a visibly translucent human hand, which is itself the render interrupt from frame one. VS5 disposition: the mute-test asset SHIFTS at ~8.7s (the cut to the still) — and the shift is upward: the t=8.7s visual is the ad's strongest single frame. Both halves pass independently, so the shift does not break the rule; it is logged because the rule exists to catch unlogged shifts.

B-roll cue (interior insert) — FIRST RUN OF THE OWNED DISTORTION

The light does not fade tastefully; it stops, and the corridor ahead of it stays black. Cut out to her hand writing the word on the notepad instead. [Original visual direction — rationale logged: this is the concept's named owned distortion and no comp anchor animates it, because nothing in the library animates a symptom with no outward appearance. Calibrated to the persuasion goal: the viewer must SEE the failure she cannot demonstrate to anyone.]

EVERYTHING CHANGES → NOT ONE APP → NOT ONE LIST → NOT FIVE A.M. The triplet lands flat and unhurried, three facts, not a chant — one card per line, even spacing, no escalating scale.
B-roll cue #1 — SECOND RUN OF THE OWNED DISTORTION
the Beat-2 travelling-word shot, run again, matched frame for frame, and the word arrives. This is the ad's emotional rhyme and it must be unmistakable sound-off. [Original direction — the concept's owned distortion, rationale logged at Beat 2.]
B-roll cue #2 — the silent witness
the colleague APPEARS and NEVER SPEAKS. She stops, tilts her head, and says something the ad does not let us hear — the audio is the VO reporting it, never her voice. ⛔ D04 binding: no animated figure speaks. If the render puts a legible speaking mouth on her, re-frame or re-time — this is the single most likely place for the carrier's definitional rule to break.[Anchor E — the third-party-notices beat, which is its declared primary best-fit: exact match. Its version is spoken by a VO about an absent mother; ours is a silent on-screen appearance narrated about. Same mechanic, and ours is stricter.]
B-roll cue #3 — the visual weld (ADDITIVE, and it repairs review SOFT 1 without touching a single word)
as each absolution card lands, the frame holds for one beat on the exact object that clause forgives — a phone with a brain-training app open and untouched on the counter; the spiral notebook, closed; a bedside clock reading 5:00 with the bed empty of her. This gives all three clauses a visible antecedent even on the Hook-A cut, where only "the apps" was named in copy. Additive only, zero words changed, and it uses the ad's own established props. [Original direction — rationale logged: the review's highest-value optional edit was a copy fix the locked script cannot take; this is its visual equivalent, and it costs nothing.]

ON_SCREEN_TEXT: handled in post — four cards per the OST list; "FULL" and "AND DARK" as a matched pair
DIRECTION: register drops LOWER and slower here; the [quieter] line is the beat's floor
DURATION: 27.8s (a 4s · b 3.5s · c 3.5s · d 4s · e 4.5s · f 4s · g 4.3s, incl. the scripted [pause])
Production limitation
shots (b/c/d) are hands in macro, the known artifact zone, three times.Workaround, specified: generate ONE approved hands-on-the-wall still and derive all three states from it by i2v with escalating motion prompts, so the hand topology is identical across the three and only the effort changes. This also makes the escalation read as one continuous failure rather than three different hands, which is the persuasive point.
FULL → AND DARK → LABS: NORMAL → NEVER THE PROBLEM. FULL and AND DARK land as a matched pair on the two-facts frame. LABS: NORMAL gets the emphasis treatment; NEVER THE PROBLEM lands on the [quieter] line. B-roll cue — THE REPLACEMENT INSERT, and it is the whole beat.[Anchor C — the blood-is-not-the-problem argument shape held as two facts in one animated frame, its declared best-fit beat type: exact match, market-proven at ws 67.15 in-niche.] > ⛔ ANIMATOR — READ THIS BEFORE RENDERING ANY FRAME OF BEAT 6. > The escalation is on the CELL side of the wall and NOWHERE ELSE. The blood does not dim, thicken, slow, stall, darken, congeal or stop at any point in this beat or in this ad. It stays bright, fast and over-full from frame one to the last frame, and that is the horror — the delivery never once fails, and nothing comes to the door. > NOTHING is deposited on her. NOTHING is removed from her. There is no residue, no sludge, no film, no coating, no sediment, no particulate, no blockage, no swamp and nothing in the space between the blood and the cell. There is nothing here to clear, because nothing arrived. The cells simply stop asking. > The texture is a BODY change, not a lighting change. Room walls go grey, dry and papery. Linings slacken and cave. The corridor narrows until a signal cannot fit down it. The whole interior goes matte, drawn and thin while the flood behind it stays obscenely bright. This texture IS the donor-parity item — the donor's disgust was tactile, so ours is too, and ours is starvation substance, not borrowed residue. Push it at least as hard as the donor pushed its sludge. > The donor's fluid-state escalation (warm/moving → thick/slow → stopped) is NOT imported. Blood that thickens or stalls is not a T4→T3 conversion gap; it renders as death, an animator will build it if the note is ambiguous, and the incoherence would land inside the ad's largest beat — the one place this spine cannot afford it.
Lighting / set dressing
Interior register only. Cold blue-black rooms, grey dry tissue, and the berry-gold vessel as the only bright thing in frame. No diagram, no arrow, no label, no chart, no cross-section overlay, no callout. A physical event with a texture, or the register is lost even if every word is right.
Transition out
Match-cut on the corridor — narrow frame to open frame, same lens, same axis. It is the pivot from the problem's corridor to the solution's corridor. Declared under VS4 as intentional and section-consistent (the mechanism block is its own section and uses its own transition grammar). ⛔ Deliberately a match-CUT and not a cross-fade: no image in this ad ever dissolves into another, because a dissolving image is the one editorial gesture that could read as a substance dissolving.

Production limitation
the six mineral cards over eight shots in 18s is a dense caption layer — cut the card timing against the delivered VO, not against the board, and do not let a card outlive its shot. Hands appear once (shot c) and re-use the Beat-6 approved topology.

captions name each mineral as it enters — SELENIUM · ZINC · IODINE · B12 · B6 · FOLATE, each landing on its own arrival, one at a time. Then the brand card KINDLED, landing on the spoken name and not one frame earlier. B-roll cue — THE RETURN. ⛔ This is a RE-LIGHTING and a RE-WETTING, never an evacuation. Nothing leaves the body. Nothing is washed away. Nothing is carried out. There is no residue to remove because none was ever deposited. The rooms light because fuel finally got in, not because anything got out. [Original direction — rationale logged: no comp anchor can supply this cue, because every anchored "return" in this library is a clearance and ours is structurally its opposite. This is the firewall's positive statement, and it is the concept's owned payoff family.]
Second B-roll cue — the product macro
rendered dropper, berry-gold liquid, dark bottle. [Anchor A — the "hold the actual product at the payoff" beat; its Day-20 packaging moment is the same mechanic. Technique borrowed, asset rendered.]

09VISUAL CONTINUITY AUDIT (VH2)
Verdict: PASS — by documentation, which is the correct disposition for a donor whose measured grammar IS location change.
Location changes are the format, not a break. The donor's own measured camera grammar is "exterior-life beat → hard push-in to interior anatomy" on a repeating oscillation with cuts every 2–3 seconds across multiple sets (bathroom, mirror, dinner table). Anchor A and Anchor E corroborate the same cadence outside lymphoria. Our exteriors — kitchen (b2) → meeting room (b3) → parking garage (b4) → conference room (b5) → kitchen counter (b8) — are the donor's grammar executed, and each is entered on a hard cut with a day marker or a VO day-name, which is the documented bridge.
The continuity SPINE is four constants, and they are what hold the ad together:
The same figure, character-referenced from one locked turnaround sheet, in every exterior beat.
The same three-colour system in every frame. The parking garage's cool cast is the palette's own blue-black channel, not a fourth colour.
The same interior geography. INT-1's seven rooms, INT-2's corridor, INT-3's vessel tree and INT-4's cell wall have fixed geometry and are re-visited, never re-invented. The room COUNT is locked at seven so the 0 → 1 → 2 → all progression is countable sound-off.
INT-3 never changes state for the entire runtime. It is the one thing in the ad that is identical in the first frame and the last, and it is both the continuity anchor and the mechanism's whole argument.
The bookend closes it: Beat 8's final frame is the hook's frame with one variable flipped. Same framing, same lens, same pose, same void.
Lighting shifts are all arc-tied: warm (Day 1) → warm (Day 7) → cool (Day 14, steadiness) → warm and swelling (Day 30) → cold interior (Root-cause, the register floor) → warming interior (Solution) → warm and complete (Offer). Every shift tracks the declared emotional arc; none is arbitrary.
No plant-device family — PV1–PV4 do not apply. No two-character dialogue anywhere; the one second figure (the colleague, b5) is silent by carrier definition and the eyeline is hers-to-the-speaker, never to camera.
10MUTE-TEST VERIFICATION (VH1 — HARD)
First 5 seconds: PASS on all three cuts. Strategy differs by cut and the difference is declared, not assumed.
Cut

Why it stops the scroll with the sound off
VS5
1A
THE FULL AND DARK STILL — one translucent woman, the vessel tree lit end to end like a filament, the skull behind it BLACK
Two contradictory facts in a single motionless frame. A body that is simultaneously flooded and unlit is legible in under three seconds with no motion, no sound and no caption. Then LABS CAME BACK NORMAL qualifies the viewer on the card alone
PASS — still held 0:00–0:07; the push-in fires at ~7.1s, after the window
1B
A visibly translucent hand at a key hook + the card "THE JANGLING THINGS"
The render interrupt is present from frame one (a human hand you can see the blood inside), and the quoted card is a VOC-verbatim identity statement that selects without audio. The FULL AND DARK still arrives at ~8.7s
LOGGED SHIFT at ~8.7s — both halves pass independently and the shift is upward. Flagged rather than hidden
1C
Bright blood running past dark rooms, macro, moving
The contradiction is stated in motion instead of stillness and reads in under two seconds. Ends on the same silhouette 1A opens on
PASS — one continuous move on one subject through the whole window
Hook-beat on-screen text spec — VERBATIM, required field, all three cuts:
1A:YOU WRITE THE WORD DOWN FIRST / YOU'VE DONE THE APPS / LABS CAME BACK NORMAL / THIS IS WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN THERE / THIRTY DAYS — word-by-word, lower-middle, card 1 in at t=0.4s
1B:"THE JANGLING THINGS" / THE APPS / THE LISTS / LABS CAME BACK FINE — word-by-word, lower-middle, card 1 in at t=0.3s
1C:THE APPS / THE LISTS / THE CROSSWORDS / THAT ISN'T YOUR MEMORY / FULL OF FUEL IT CAN'T GET TO / THIRTY DAYS — word-by-word, lower-middle
Hook-beat comp anchor — required field, all three cuts: cited at every hook variant above (Anchors A, C and D).
Variant-selection note for the first flight (review SOFT 3): the review reads Hook A's door as the least legible of the three at 186 wpm — the listener must reconstruct why she wrote the word down — and Hook C as the standout, because negation-then-reattribution installs the whole mechanism in one line and validates the dementia fear without naming it. Hooks C and B carry more of their own load; Hook A leans hardest on this board's render to do the work. All three are boarded and interchangeable; if only one leads, C is the board's recommendation.
11PRODUCTION-LIMITATION CROSS-REF (VH3)
zeus/formats/yapper/production_limitations.md carries FEWER THAN 3 non-template entries (all four category sections are (empty — populates via update sources in §4)). Per that file's own documented heuristic, the YS6 cross-check is silently skipped — no false-positive flag fired, and no beat is blocked by an empty doc.Zero "currently impossible" flags exist for the chosen tooling. VH3 PASS.
Four REAL limitations from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md do apply and each is handled at the beat that hits it:
#
Limitation
Beats hit
Workaround, specified
1
Higgsfield text rendering is unreliable
every beat
All on-screen text handled in post. No caption string appears in any prompt. Non-negotiable
2
Hand / finger artifacts are common
1B, 2(d), 6(b/c/d), 7(c)
High-quality generation, fingers partly occluded by props, motion taken as i2v from an approved locked still. Beat 6's three states derive from ONE approved hands-on-the-wall still so topology is identical across the escalation
3
Multi-character composite frames are unstable
3(a), 5(a), 5(c)
Background colleagues are out of focus and non-interactive. The one real second character (b5 colleague) is boarded as a SEPARATE shot, never a composite two-shot, with a locked closed-mouth start and end frame. Fallback: three-quarter-rear framing
4
Hold-then-move shots do not survive one i2v generation
1A, 1C, 4(a→b)
Two-generation joins on a match frame, specified per shot. The Beat-4 through-the-reflection move is explicitly a match-cut, not a generated camera move
One board-specific limitation not in the doc, surfaced as a real risk:character consistency across ~40 shots on a non-photoreal translucent figure. Higgsfield holds identity best from a locked reference sheet. Mitigation: lock KIN_N2_FIGURE_v1 and KIN_N2_INTERIOR_v1 before beat rendering starts; generate every exterior beat from the same reference; never re-describe the character in prose from scratch mid-board. **This is the same risk the research brief names as S1's hard part ("character-consistency across a dozen scenes is the hard part and the thing that reads as expensive") and it applies here at smaller scale.** Candidate for a production_limitations.md §2c entry after this build — the file's Path 1 feedback loop.
12ASSET PACK (build order — locked sheets first, beats second)
Pass 0 — lock before anything renders:
KIN_N2_FIGURE_v1 — translucent-woman turnaround (front / three-quarter / profile) + expression sheet, per §CHARACTER DESIGN. The batch's flagged unsolved problem; approve this before beat 1.
Pass 3 — interiors: the travelling-word corridor shot generated ONCE and re-timed for both b2 (goes out) and b5 (arrives) so the rhyme is exact · one-room flicker (b3) · two-rooms (b4) · rooms brightening (b5) · the full beat-6 seven-shot mechanism block · the full beat-7 eight-shot return.
Pass 4 — final frame: FULL AND LIT, derived from the Pass-0 hero still with the lighting state flipped.
Pass 5 — post: VO (checked against 117.4s at ~186 wpm before the cut is locked), caption track, ambient bed with the Day-30 swell, sparse SFX, brand card, end card.
13SOFT-FLAG DISPOSITION — the seven carried-forward items from `reviews_run5/N2_review.md`
#
Review flag
Disposition on this board
1
Effort-removal loop not welded as claimed — Day 30 absolves apps / lists / five a.m., but Hook A names only "the apps"
REPAIRED VISUALLY, zero words changed. Beat 5 B-roll cue #3 holds one beat on the exact object each clause forgives (the untouched app on the phone, the closed notebook, the 5:00 clock with the bed empty), so all three clauses have a visible antecedent even on the Hook-A cut. Additive, uses props the ad already established, and it cannot touch the locked copy
2
Hook A's H03 lineage is partial — drops the protocol slot; reads as prophecy rather than trial
CARRIED, not repaired — this is a copy item and the script is locked. The board mitigates it where a board can: Hook A's push-in lands on the render, and Beat 2's dropper macro arrives 10 seconds later, so the trial is established visually inside the first 13 seconds. Surfaced for the strategist; not a board defect
3
Hook A/B em-dash density and Hook A legibility
CARRIED as a variant-selection note (see §MUTE-TEST). C is the board's recommended lead variant. ⚠️ Note for the caption editor: the script's em-dashes are SPOKEN-COPY punctuation and they appear in ZERO on-screen cards. The U12 scan below confirms it
4
WPM sensitivity — carry to VO/storyboard, not back to the writer
LANDED HERE AND MADE BINDING. §PALETTE/AUDIO carries it as a hard VO direction with the numbers (165 wpm → 130.9s, 3.3s over ceiling; 153 wpm → 141.2s). The VO is checked against 117.4s before rendering, because the animation is cut to the VO
5
Caption heat left on the table — the donor swears (SCAMMED AS HELL); ours renders HAD. AGAIN.
CARRIED VERBATIM, unchanged — the script is locked and this board does not unilaterally rewrite a locked OST card. Recorded as available headroom: the concept pre-authorised caption heat ("swearing/caption heat is available and donor-sanctioned in the caption layer"), so if the strategist wants the slot hotter, Beat 2's emphasis card is where it goes, and any move there must be UP. The board has flagged it, not taken it
6
Speaker-archetype citation is loose
DISPOSITIONED at §VO CASTING: 2.1 borrowed for warmth and peer register only; read direction taken from 1.2 Compassionate Educator with the credential stripped, which the review calls the closer archetype
7
Minor accuracy nits (Hook B redundancy + longest at 35w; self-audit's "two largest beats"; brand-depth off-by-one; "clinical/disgust" label vs delivered clinical/dread-plus-starvation-texture)
(a) Hook B's 35 words are inside the script's declared 27–37 parity band and drive the +1s boundary shift already declared. (b/c) Arithmetic only, no verdict changes, no board impact. (d)The board sides with the review: the delivered register is clinical + dread + STARVATION TEXTURE, and that is what every beat-6 shot note specifies. The label is the thing that was wrong, not the content
14HARD + SOFT RULE CHECK
HARD:
VH1 — mute test: ✅ PASS on all three cuts, each with a declared strategy and a per-cut asset.
VH2 — visual continuity: ✅ PASS by documentation — donor-measured oscillation grammar + four named constants + a matched bookend.
VH3 — production limitation: ✅ PASS — zero "currently impossible" flags; the limitations doc is sub-threshold and correctly skipped per its own heuristic; four real tooling limitations handled per beat.
VH4 — prompt syntax matches target: ✅ PASS — every prompt is Higgsfield-native per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md, with one declared extension (CHARACTER_REF in place of SOUL_ID, because the figure is a non-photoreal reference sheet, not a trained human likeness). No Heygen syntax appears anywhere.
SOFT:
VS1 — B-roll density: ✅ in band, with a declared distinction. Interior inserts fire in every beat (~1 per 10–14s across the diary, continuous through beats 6–7). ⚠️ Note to prevent a false read: the donor's 2–3s cut rhythm is an EDIT cadence, not an insert rate — a 2–3s cut inside one continuous exterior is not a B-roll cue. Counted correctly, density sits inside the 1/10s–1/30s band.
VS2 — on-screen text ≤12 words: ✅ PASS. Captions flash word by word, so each appearance is 1–3 words. The longest single card is THIS IS WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN THERE and FULL OF FUEL IT CAN'T GET TO at 6 words each.
VS3 / VS3b — per-cue citation: ✅ PASS. Every beat cites an anchor or logs an explicit original-direction rationale, and every individual B-roll cue does so independently — beats 2, 4, 5 and 7 each carry two or three cues and each cue is separately cited or rationalised.
VS4 — transition consistency: ✅ PASS with two declared intentional exceptions. The diary section (beats 1–5) is hard cuts throughout, no exceptions. The mechanism section (beats 6–7) is its own section and uses one soft cut in (the register drop) and one match-cut (the corridor pivot, narrow frame to open frame). Section-internally consistent; the exceptions mark the ad's one structural pivot. There is not a single cross-fade anywhere in the ad — deliberately, so that no editorial gesture can be misread as a substance dissolving.
VS5 — mute-test asset survives 5s: ✅ PASS on 1A and 1C. ⚠️ LOGGED on 1B — the asset shifts at ~8.7s, both halves pass independently, and the shift is upward.
VS6 — anchor best-fit respected: ⚠️ TWO cross-adaptations, both logged with rationale, zero silent mismatches. (i) Anchor D is a real-shoot talking-head cited at a fully animated hook — rationale: the borrow is the deictic mechanic only, and it is the formula source the concept itself declares. (ii) Anchor B is cited at Beat 3 (a proof beat) when its declared best-fit is the day-marker OST layer — rationale: the borrow at Beat 3 is its CONTRAST device rather than its card, deliberately re-rendered as one lit room against six dark ones. Anchors A, C and E are all cited at their declared best-fit beat types with no adaptation needed.
15U12 NO-DASH SCAN (Step 6i — HARD)
Every viewer-visible on-screen string this board emits was scanned character by character for — (em-dash) and – (en-dash).
Strings scanned (the complete set, all carried verbatim from the locked script):YOU WRITE THE WORD DOWN FIRST · YOU'VE DONE THE APPS · LABS CAME BACK NORMAL · THIS IS WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN THERE · THIRTY DAYS · "THE JANGLING THINGS" · THE APPS · THE LISTS · LABS CAME BACK FINE · THE CROSSWORDS · THAT ISN'T YOUR MEMORY · FULL OF FUEL IT CAN'T GET TO · HAD. AGAIN. · WORKING UNDERNEATH · THE FIRST LIGHT · DAY 14 · EVERYTHING CHANGES · NOT ONE APP · NOT ONE LIST · NOT FIVE A.M. · FULL · AND DARK · LABS: NORMAL · NEVER THE PROBLEM · SELENIUM · ZINC · IODINE · B12 · B6 · FOLATE · KINDLED · 30 DAYS · MONEY BACK · GO SEE IF IT'S IN STOCK
Result: ZERO em-dashes and ZERO en-dashes. PASS, no recast required. The script's em-dashes live only in the spoken copy, where U12's on-screen scope does not reach. Instruction to the caption editor: do not introduce one. Regular hyphens in compounds are fine and none currently appears.

The storyboard is an INPUT to the package, not the finish line. Its ranked comp anchors feed the editor brief's §10 and its per-beat prompts feed the animation build.
→ NEXT: /package with this board + the locked script + the CID allocated at the /review-echo greenlight. /package builds the editor brief + strategist page + Google Docs + the 4-view render; /ship deploys and verifies. A concept is not done until it is live and indexed at studio.zeusbrain.ai/kindled/{CID}.
Two things that must reach the animator before the build starts, restated because they are the two ways this ad fails in production:
The character-design read is the flagged unsolved problem. §CHARACTER DESIGN proposes the opaque/translucent split as the solve. Approve the turnaround sheet before beat rendering, not during revision.
The residue firewall is absolute. Nothing accumulates and nothing is swept out. The blood never dims, thickens, slows or stops. The escalation is on the cell side, the texture is starvation, and there is nothing in this body to remove — because nothing ever arrived.
