01The concept at a glance

A 2:05 (body 300w + hooks A 29 / B 27 / C 32 @ the donor's MEASURED 161.2 wpm; full variants A 329w = 122.5s · B 327w = 121.7s · C 332w = 123.6s word-derived; delivered A 124.9s (2:05) · B 123.3s (2:03) · C 126.0s (2:06) with the scripted [pause] holds, against the donor band 102.8–139.1s — all three land on the donor's measured 121s CENTRE, not the ceiling; 13.1s of headroom at worst case) Yapper (Echo chain — reference-primary, D06 Mascot Personification Explainer, 121s donor · 100% 3D CGI ANIMATION — no presenter, no on-camera human, no live-action plate anywhere) built for The woman whose file says perimenopause. She is 48 to 62, she has had symptoms for five to fifteen years, and every one of them was absorbed into a label that ended the investigation. She is the Normal.

Story shape
A fifteen-beat villain-to-hero relay: the swelling introduces itself, boasts for seventy seconds, then the product arrives and evicts it.
02The avatar
Avatar
The woman whose file says perimenopause. She is 48 to 62, she has had symptoms for five to fifteen years, and every one of them was absorbed into a label that ended the investigation. She is the Normal-Labs Sufferer from, at the facet where the misattribution is menopause, overlapping She is not anti-menopause. She is furious at being filed. VOC, in her own words: “the increased noise around menopause acted as a direct IMPEDIMENT to me being taken seriously as someone with a thyroid issue” (J972, HealthUnlocked Thyroid UK) · “the swelling in my face made me not want to take pictures 🥹” (Jally, TikTok) · “I also have moon face. I hate it bc I can definitely see it in pictures that people take of me” (madisonjones1016, TikTok). One in-batch guard: is shared with the S1 slot and the two are split hard — this concept's dismissal is the WORD “menopause”, S1's is the number “normal”, and “menopause” is banned from S1's script.
Awareness
Problem-Aware — donor parity. She has a label, the label is wrong, and nobody has offered her a second one. The ad does not introduce the problem; it relocates the explanation and hands the symptom set a new owner in the first ten seconds
Sophistication Stage
Stage 4 saturated thyroid-supplement market, out-classed by a personified mechanism with texture, not a louder claim. The donor's own resolution: write the mechanism of the PROBLEM to stage 4 (physical, tactile, named) and hold the solution landscape at stage 3 — a double disqualification block replaces a remedy-comparison block (Echo: not a declared field — derived from donor evidence + mini-brief angle status)
Audience Belief
"This is menopause, and menopause is just what happens now." The wedge the ad drives: the label was never a diagnosis, it was the end of an investigation — and the thing it was covering for has been paying rent on her face for fifteen years
Skepticism
High and earned — she has been dismissed, filed and told to wait it out. Met with a mechanism she can feel the shape of (the house runs cold, the layer under the skin fills, the material has a texture), four real label actives with one physical job each, four checkable symptoms she can verify on her own body before any claim exists, and zero invented numbers — no price, no discount, no stock count, no absorption-timing figure, no pound count
03What they want and what hurts
What they want
Dominant Mass Desire
Absolution. The identity layer is Actual, not Ideal — who she is now, validated. names the ceiling exactly ("To look in a mirror and not recognize what's staring back at you"), and the release the ad delivers is not a better self but the removal of the verdict she has been carrying: it was never her willpower and it was never her age
Mass Desire
To be given her face back and, underneath that, to be let off. "I want my old self back" entered through its absolution door: the payload is not aspiration but exoneration — "a physical thing has been doing this to me, and it had a name the whole time"
What hurts
Mass Pain
A face that is widest first thing in the morning, ankles by dinner, a ring that will not turn, a jawline that went while the scale never moved — and fifteen years of every one of those being written off as menopause, age or stress by people who then stopped looking
Sub-pains
Hunting for the angle in the mirror that used to work; not wanting to be in photographs; the sock line still marked at eleven at night; gua sha, ice rollers, facials, face taping and lymph massages that work for a day and then do not; twelve hundred calories, gluten gone, salt gone, and nothing moving; grieving a person she has known for fifty years
04The angle and promise
In four weeks her face at seven in the morning is just her face again, and she gives up nothing she likes to get there. The arc is cut to four weeks, day 28, on purpose: the promise and the 30-day money-back guarantee then cover the same ground, so the close can weld them together.
Big Promise
Story Shape
A fifteen-beat villain-to-hero relay: the swelling introduces itself, boasts for seventy seconds, then the product arrives and evicts it. Two speaking parts, one at a time, never overlapping — the tenant owns 0:00 to 1:10, the landlord owns 1:10 to 2:02, and the baton pass and the score flip land on the same frame. The largest beats are the timeline (46w, 15.3% of body words, 12s) and the hook (12s, 9.9%); the heaviest supporting beats are the mechanism of the problem (30w) and the peak agitation (30w). The double UMS (mechanism) pass runs 37 words, 12.3% of the body, against the donor's 12.5%.
Sophistication Strategy
Donor-recreation (Echo SEED), REFRAME — Personified Antagonist: the fifteen measured donor beats reproduced 1:1 in order, no beat added, dropped or re-ordered, on the donor's beat-dense curve. 57% of runtime is problem territory before the product is ever named. Double disqualification (beats 6+7), double UMS pass (beats 11+12), Timeline as the longest AND fastest-spoken beat, close held tight at 4.9%. Avatar and mechanism swapped (donor's lymphatic sludge and drainage quartet → the T4→T3 conversion gap and a TENANCY-on-HEAT relay invented for this slot). Every beat lands inside 0.6pp of the donor's word-share
05The mechanism
Promise Mechanism
Low T3 lets the layer under her skin fill with a doughy material, and restoring the conversion is what makes it leave. The spine is, Skin / Myxedema Three-Layer Failure, at its doughy-puffiness layer, rooted on, the T4 to T3 conversion gap (PROVEN)., the estrogen-thyroid interaction, is the overlap that lets the menopause label stick;, the multi-symptom cascade (PROVEN), carries the one-root close; is the ratio and is the sublingual route. On screen it is a TENANCY running on HEAT: the house has run cold for fifteen years and her lease holds on one clause, the cold. Iodine fills the fuel tank. Selenium lights the pilot, and T4 becomes T3. Zinc opens the radiators room by room. Ashwagandha stops the cortisol that has been paying her rent. The house comes back up to temperature, the clause fails, and she moves out on her own feet. No sweep, no flush, no drain and no clear verb appears anywhere, and the word “drainage” is banned in this slot.
Mechanism Story Arc
Villain self-introduction and belief reassignment in the first ten seconds → the dismissals converted into lease renewals → the cold house and the doughy material, and the material IS her → four checkable symptoms bound to the invented mechanism by a "that's why" anaphora → the nine-word reframe → the treatments disqualified → the diet disqualified, with the laugh → the peak, where she watches the mirror hunt and enjoys it → the landlord kicks the door in and the register lifts, quirky to triumphant, on the donor's measured 1:09 → the lease clause named → the four actives perform their props in the cellar and the rooms → ritual, taste and the delivery argument → four weekly milestones in one breath while she empties the flat herself → the guarantee welded to a named outcome, then the challenge close
06Hook and loops
Hook
Echo 1×3 — THREE interchangeable qualification doors, all in the villain's non-human first person, all cutting to the same seam frame (a medium of the tenant centred in her armchair, flat at T0, eyeline to lens). A = the donor's own hook shape ← 1099679365734850, whose H09 catalog signature quotes it verbatim: [non-human first-person self-introduction] + [the belief reassigned] + [the tenure claim], 29 words to the donor's 30. B = the same archetype through a lease-entry door — the filing rather than the label, 27 words. C = a symptom-inventory door, SHAPE stolen from 1514909627007491's "three things… wrong all three times" numbered-list formula, 32 words. ⚠️ Archetype spread stated honestly: all three classify H09, because rules that the non-human first-person voice OVERRIDES all other archetypes and the concept binds every variant to it. One archetype, three doors — the doors are what the interchange test tests, and the label is not inflated to claim a spread the set does not have. All three qualify in line one
Loop Strategy
The furniture loop, and it is the board's structural spine. Her furniture enters in the hook (a sofa in the cheek, a standard lamp under the eye, boxes in the jawline, a radiator in the ankle), is bought one piece at a time by every dismissal in the Trigger beat, is visible through the skin in the Symptom beat, and is carried back out by her in the Timeline — same sofa, same lamp, same boxes, same radiator, now warm. Second loop: the plate conveyor, introduced at the Diet disqualification as mockery and returned running backward at the Timeline's last mark, which is how the deprivation-refusal close is paid in a picture rather than a claim. Third loop: the mirror, the wound at the peak and the payoff at week four ("you stop hunting for the angle")
07The edge
The unfair advantage
Unfair Advantage
Kindled — iodine, selenium glycinate, zinc glycinate chelate and ashwagandha (with vitamin D3 and copper on the label) in a berry sublingual liquid, two droppers every morning under the tongue, absorbed past a gut hypothyroidism has already slowed (), no pills. The angle is the menopause–thyroid overlap:, an addressable audience of roughly 6M, rated "HIGH — massive reach × untouched in Kindled category", and this is its first deployment in any chain, ever. Steal-layer convergence: the villain-personification family, 🟢 no known use by Kindled
The honest admission
Damaging Admission
Structural, and it is the concept's own honesty rather than a line of copy: the ad has no study, no expert and no real-human before/after — the mechanism beat carries the entire proof load alone, exactly as the donor's does. The concept declares its own stacked bet in one place rather than one footnote at a time (a non-validated mechanism layer × an untested overlap × an untested first-deployment angle × a carrier running 9.0 under base). Deleting the mechanism beat's texture is the single most likely failure in this build (Echo: not a declared field — carried from the mini-brief's declared risk block)
08Production
Speaker
Two animated character voices only, no presenter and no on-camera human. The tenant, who is the swelling, holds 0:00 to 1:10: female, 55-ish register, posh, bored, entitled, mildly amused — unhurried menace with dry amusement that opens into real delight at the peak. Never sassy, never “hey girl”, never a mean-girl frenemy; the aged-up rebuild is binding. The landlord, who is Kindled personified, holds 1:10 to 2:02: female, high energy, delighted, speaking as the product in the first person plural (“two droppers of me”), arriving on the donor's measured 1:09 register lift. “Unbothered”, “deadpan”, “cool” and “understated” are banned readings for her. Register anchor: 1.1, the Natural-Health Authority — register only, no persona, no credential, no face. The four ingredient actives perform and never speak: four rigs, zero speaking parts, zero lip-sync. The human avatar, an animated woman in her 50s designed for sympathy rather than glamour, never speaks, never cries to camera, is never lip-synced and is never repulsive. There is nobody to cast. Do not brief talent, wardrobe, location or on-camera staging.
Setting / Tone
A furnished flat under the skin of a woman's face and the cellar beneath it, rendered entirely in 3D CGI. THE FLAT is a sitting room and three further rooms: a sofa in the cheek, a standard lamp under the eye, boxes stacked in the jawline, a radiator in the ankle, and fifteen years of the tenant's redecorating. The cellar holds a dead boiler at cathedral scale, a fuel tank, a clock-face gauge flat on empty, and joists carrying fifteen years of dust. The exterior is a 7am bathroom mirror, a kitchen, an exam-room insert of a hand and a pen with no head, and a pavement — still 100% CGI, still no plate. Anatomy is a habitable room, never a diagram. The tone is bored posh menace for seventy seconds, then triumphant high energy. Both sets are built once and lit twice, a cold state and a warm state from the same keyframe, because the temperature clock is baked at generation and never graded in post.
Editing Style
The TEMPERATURE CLOCK is the continuity engine and it runs one direction, never back — read as COLOUR TEMPERATURE, never as brightness. Exposure holds flat across the whole ad and no room ever gets brighter. T0 COLD-FURNISHED (hook + Trigger, ~7500K slate — her lamps are on and give no warmth, the ad's governing visual joke) → T1 COLD-DECLARED (mechanism beat: rooms roll to 8500K one at a time, cellar at its coldest, gauge flat on E, breath fogs) → T2 COLD-HELD (Symptom through the peak, 8500K held with zero drift for thirty-eight seconds — her tenure made visible as stasis, the longest unchanging state in the ad) → T3 IGNITION (a wedge of 2700K gold across the threshold only; the cellar catches on the whoomph) → T4 ROOM BY ROOM (each radiated room rolls 8500K → 2900K on its own valve, in sequence — the mechanism paying off, legible sound-off) → T5 WARM (whole flat at 2900K, heat haze off every radiator, dust motes rising, the clause void). ⚠️ A white-balance roll faked in a grade over an AI render bands and does not survive a phone screen — generate every room twice and dissolve between two real renders
Framework
Donor spine, SEED full-pattern borrow: beat order 1:1 with the measured donor (15/15), no beat added, dropped or re-ordered. Per-beat word-share vs donor: Timeline 15.3/15.9 (−0.6pp) · Emotional Agitation 10.0/10.5 (−0.5pp) · double UMS pass 12.3/12.5 (−0.2pp). Problem territory before product entry 57.4% vs donor 57.0%; close 4.9% vs donor 5.0%. Product-entry depth 52.0% of body words vs donor 50.8%; full-variant A 56.2% vs donor 55.4%. Body 300w vs donor 295w (+1.7%). Double disqualification and double UMS both preserved; fifteen-beat density preserved; the register lift lands at 1:10 against the donor's measured 1:09 — the closest parity on any axis of this build
Production Notes
⚑ LEAD FLAGS (all five carried in): ① 100% 3D CGI — no presenter, no on-camera human, no live plate, no stock, no Heygen, no Soul ID. Nobody to cast; no look-book, no wardrobe, no location scout. ② TWO VOICES ONLY — the four actives perform and never speak (four rigs, zero speaking parts); the human avatar never speaks; there is no Hi, I'm ___ ingredient roll-call anywhere. ③ THE RENDER FIREWALL — nothing touches her · she is never removed, she LEAVES on her own feet · no excretion beat ever · her doughiness is her body, never a coating or residue · heat is not a solvent. Banned in picture AND audio, including the donor's splash/swoosh/sweep foley. ④ THE LAUGH is spoken copy, cast and performed, never a [laughs] direction and never cut for time. ⑤ OST is three surfaces and no fourth; T4/T3 are never burned on screen; no price, discount, countdown or invented stock count. Build sheet: the most prop-dense build in the batch — seven rigs (the tenant, the landlord, four actives, the human avatar) of which exactly two speak, plus a generic silhouette-grade delivery figure; individual props per active (fuel drum + clock-face gauge, long match + boiler, radiator valve spindles, rent book + standing-order slip); two sets, each built once and lit twice; a rigged hero bottle matched to the real packshot. Hardest shots, in order: the skin-penetration push in Hook A s1 (one Seedance clip, never a stitch, two re-rolls budgeted); the volume-occupancy cross-section in the mechanism beat (the proof frame — the fill must RESOLVE into a seated person, never read as a coating; commissioned-3D fallback reserved); the blue whoomph (full-frame concussion, the ad's only proof event, two re-rolls minimum); the landlord's grow-to-fill-the-room (a real scale change, never a dolly-in). Scheduling dependencies: the four active character sheets must exist in ONE session and ONE lineage before any insert shot; the Symptom beat must be generated BEFORE the Timeline, because the Timeline's first three marks are generated from the Symptom beat's own keyframes — if the before/after pairs are lookalikes rather than the same frame, the timeline argument evaporates. The render tier is the moat: low-quality animation will look cheap and destroy brand credibility; downgrading to 2D forfeits part of what made the reference win
09How this sits vs. the winners

Where this angle sits against the winning ads it’s grounded in — what each one proves is working, and the gap our angle takes. Reads, not rules.

shopeverlywatch
“How to take Pumpkin Seed Oil From Urologist…”
Validates ✓ a top-scoring winner built entirely on a single named ingredient and a borrowed-authority frame proves that this audience will sit through a mechanism explanation before it hears an offer — which is the whole bet of a structure that spends 57% of its runtime in problem territory before the product is named. It also proves the market rewards one concrete substance doing one concrete job, which is what our four-active relay does four times over.
White-space it sells a single ingredient to people already shopping for that ingredient, so it competes at the bottom of the funnel where the buyer has already accepted the category. We arrive earlier and on a different door — a woman who is not shopping for a supplement at all because she has been told her symptoms are a life stage. It also has no antagonist; the problem is inert. Ours has a character, which is the one thing this comp cannot answer with a better ingredient page.
lymphoriawatch
“Here's what nobody is telling you about Levothyroxine!!…”
Validates ✓ the closest strategic neighbour on the board. It wins in the exact niche on a withheld-information frame about a drug this audience is already on, which confirms the two things our structure depends on — that thyroid buyers will stop for a claim that their current explanation is incomplete, and that a long problem-first runway converts here. Its performance is the single best argument that our 70 seconds of problem territory is not indulgent.
White-space its frame is about the medication, so it selects the woman who already has a diagnosis and a prescription. Our angle takes the woman one step upstream who never got either, because her symptoms were absorbed into menopause and the investigation stopped. That is a strictly larger and completely untouched pool in this category, and the label she was handed is the qualifier, which no comp in this set is using.
nivara-shopwatch
“How to reverse low ferritin in weeks!…”
Validates ✓ an outcome-plus-short-window headline scoring near the top of an adjacent niche is direct proof that a dated recovery arc still sells to this buyer, which is what our four-week milestone beat is doing — and it does it without a single before/after photograph, which matters because our execution has no real-human footage anywhere.
White-space it is a deficiency story, and deficiency stories resolve by addition — take the missing thing, the number comes up. Ours is a conversion story, so the resolution has to be shown rather than asserted, and the gap it leaves open is the visual one: nobody in this competitive set has found a way to make a signalling failure feel physical. That is the entire reason our mechanism beat is built as a place rather than a diagram, and it is the axis where this comp cannot follow.

Proof column vs Damaging Admission: Promise Mechanism leans on §14's doughy layer (the non-validated layer of a TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE entry) plus §23 (UNTESTED), while Damaging Admission concedes the mechanism beat carries the entire proof load with no study, expert or before/after. Confirm nobody downstream expects a proof asset that this structure has deliberately no room for — and decide at greenlight whether that is an accepted bet or a gap to close.
Sophistication Stage vs Skepticism: the stage-4 read says the solution landscape is held at stage 3, and the double disqualification kills face tools and diets — but nothing in the ad disqualifies another thyroid supplement. A stage-4 shopper who has already tried one is qualified in by the hook and never given a reason this is different. Check whether the differentiator belongs somewhere the donor's beat table can carry it.
Unfair Advantage names vitamin D3, copper and the sublingual-vs-pill route as the edge, but the script spends only the route line — D3, copper and the deliberate iron omission appear nowhere in the ad. Either the field is overstating what the creative actually deploys, or a real differentiator is being left on the table; reconcile the two.
Hook field asserts 'all three qualify in line one', but variant A's first sentence is a self-introduction and the qualifying label lands in sentence two. Verify the claim against the actual copy, or restate it as 'qualifies inside the hook beat' so the standard the set is held to is the one it meets.
Big Promise vs Mass Pain: the promise is a four-week visible change to a woman whose pain is explicitly fifteen years old and repeatedly dismissed. Check that the timeline beat's week-one milestone is the most modest of the four, so the arc does not front-load the least believable claim to the most sceptical buyer in the category.
Label-truth check on ashwagandha: the script has it 'stop the cortisol' that funds the villain's tenancy. The field declares synergy/lineage register with no dose claim, which is the right guardrail — confirm product_facts actually carries the cortisol positioning for this ingredient before the line reaches an editor as settled copy.
12Voice check
two animated character voices, sequential and never overlapping, both female, both fourth-wall to lens, at the donor's measured 161.2 wpm. The tenant is posh, bored and entitled with unhurried menace; the landlord is high-energy, delighted and speaks as the product in the first person plural. Donor fingerprint transferred whole — the non-human first-person self-introduction with the belief reassigned inside it, the tenure claim, the villain-boast trigger stack, the textured mechanism narrated by the villain who IS the material, the "that's why" symptom anaphora, the nine-word reframe, the double disqualification with the written-in laugh, the watching-you peak with its "go on" challenge, the hero's "Hi, I'm ___" entrance with the measured register lift, the first-person causal boast, the four-pass prop relay narrated in the third person, the "two droppers of me" possessive, the milestones-in-one-breath timeline with lifestyle preservation, and the challenge close with the guarantee welded in front of it.
13Script
Setup
100% RENDERED 3D CGI — Pixar / DreamWorks feature-animation register. Soft global illumination, subsurface scattering, rounded volumes, no cel shading, no 2D, no motion-graphic puppet work. 9:16 vertical, rendered 4K for a 9:16 crop so the centre-bottom card is never amputated. THERE IS NO LIVE-ACTION PLATE, NO STOCK FOOTAGE, NO ON-CAMERA HUMAN AND NO PRESENTER AT ANY POINT IN THIS AD. Three worlds: THE FLAT (four dressed rooms under the skin of a 50s woman's face), THE CELLAR (directly beneath the flat's floor), and THE EXTERIOR (a rendered real world — a 7am bathroom, a kitchen, an exam-room insert, a pavement). Hard cuts within a world; smooth animated wipes, skin-penetration pushes and floor-drops across worlds. Eyeline TO LENS on every spoken frame. Palette: a three-way saturated contrast built for a phone frame — the TENANT in dull dove-putty (matte, faintly damp, one value off the wall behind her) against THE FLAT in cold slate blue against THE ACTIVES (iodine deep violet · selenium sulphur-gold · zinc pale silver-white · ashwagandha warm root-brown), with THE LANDLORD in dark berry glass and gold. Temperature clock T0→T5, colour temperature only, exposure flat, no room ever gets brighter. Three OST surfaces and no fourth. Every firewall rule applies to every beat whether restated there or not
0:00–0:12HOOK A (variant) — H09 Villain Monologue, the donor's own hook shape ← 1099679365734850

Hello. It's me — the swelling. [small smile] They told you I was menopause. I let them. The morning face, the ankles, the ring that won't turn. That's ALL me. [pause] Fifteen years.

> On-screen text: `WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT "IT'S JUST MENOPAUSE" ‼️` — large bold white sans-serif in a rounded black box, centre-bottom, STATIC FROM FRAME ONE, held to t=4.0s, then released (the donor's own measured treatment — do not animate it in, do not re-word it, do not add a line). Captions suppressed 0.0–4.0s. Visual: T0 COLD-FURNISHED, ~7500K slate. s1 (0.0–3.5s) wide slow push on a 50s animated woman's face in three-quarter; inside the cheek, read through the skin as through a lit window at dusk, a fully furnished domestic sitting room — the camera pushes through the skin on a smooth animated wipe and THE TENANT looks up from her armchair and waves without getting up. s2 (3.5–6.5s) medium, eye-level, locked, tenant TO LENS, `[small smile]`, the flat unmistakably lived in behind her (sofa in the cheek, standard lamp under the eye, boxes in the jawline). s3 (6.5–9.5s) ONE continuous travel down the outside of her body stopping three times: the morning face; the ankle with a cold radiator visible through the skin; the hand, where her boxes press against the inside of the knuckle so the joint cannot fold and the ring will not pass — scale honesty abandoned completely, no labels, no diagram. s4 (9.5–12.0s) tight on the tenant, `[pause]` boarded as a 0.8s hold on her face, then the two words. Mute test: PASS — a doughy well-dressed creature waving from an armchair inside a woman's cheek is a complete sound-off argument and it is on screen from frame one. VO: posh, bored, entitled; unhurried menace with dry amusement. Never sassy, never "hey girl". ~143 wpm.

0:00–0:12HOOK B (variant) — H09, the lease-entry door

They wrote "menopause" in your file and stopped looking. [small smile] Good. I'm the swelling, and I've lived in this face fifteen years — nobody's ever asked whose it is.

> On-screen text: identical card to Hook A, identical treatment. Plus the diegetic `PERIMENOPAUSE` printed on a closed medical file on the tenant's lap — a rendered object label, not a burn. Visual: T0. ⚠️ s1 (0.0–4.0s) OPENS INSIDE THE FLAT WITH THE TENANT ALREADY IN FRAME — medium, locked, to lens, the closed file on her lap, which she pats twice, pleased, on "and stopped looking." `[small smile]` on "Good." She must be in frame at frame one; do not open on the file and do not match-cut in — the donor's mute test passes because the creature is on screen at second one and this variant must carry the same asset. s2 (4.0–7.5s) she stands and runs a proprietary finger along her own marble mantelpiece; the finger leaves a soft thumbprint DENT in the marble. ⚠️ Nothing is left on the marble and nothing is left on her finger — no smear, no grease, no film, no residue, no mark. A DENT ONLY: geometry, not substance. (This is the shot an animator will break.) s3 (7.5–12.0s) slow track past a wall of framed photographs — fifteen years of the same woman's face, each one a little wider — landing back on the tenant, to lens. Mute test: PASS. VO: posh, bored, delighted by the filing; "Good." lands as genuine pleasure. ~133 wpm.

0:00–0:12HOOK C (variant) — H09 (catalog override), the symptom-inventory door; SHAPE ← 1514909627007491

Three things they told you were menopause. The face that's widest first thing in the morning. The ankles by dinner. The ring that won't turn. Wrong all three times. [pause] It was me.

> On-screen text: identical card to Hook A, identical treatment. Visual: T0. s1 (0.0–3.0s) medium, locked, tenant in her armchair TO LENS at frame one, raising three fingers, bored; framed pictures on the wall behind her. s2–s4 (3.0–9.5s, ~2.2s each) the camera punches into three framed pictures already hanging on her own sitting-room wall and each comes alive as we reach it: ① the 7am mirror, the face at its widest ② the ankles at the end of the day, the sock line still marked at eleven ③ the ring at the knuckle, not passing. She counts them off on her fingers, proprietary and bored. ⚠️ They are HUNG PICTURES — no projector, no beam, no light source as a device. s5 (9.5–12.0s) back out to the tenant; she counts the three fingers down to a fist, `[pause]` = a 0.8s hold, then the reattribution. Mute test: PASS — creature at frame one, card at frame one, and by t=5.0s the viewer has been shown the first of three body facts she can check on herself. VO: an inventory read by someone who owns it — not a warning, not a symptom list. ~158 wpm.

> ⚑ THE SEAM FRAME (hook interchange contract): all three hooks exit on the IDENTICAL frame — a medium of the tenant seated dead-centre in her armchair, the flat at T0 behind her, eyeline to lens. Any variant cuts straight onto the next beat's opening line with no re-introduction and no visual discontinuity. The body boundaries are identical on all three cuts.

0:12–0:20PROBLEM AGITATION · TRIGGER EVENTS — the rewritten beat: dismissals as lease renewals

Every time a doctor wrote "perimenopause," every "it's just your age," every year of stress you swallowed — each one bought me another year.

> On-screen text: NONE — the captions carry it; a burn here would be a fourth OST surface and would have to qualify on its own. Visual: T0. s1 (0:12–0:15) EXTERIOR exam-room insert — extreme macro: a pen writing "perimenopause" into a paper file. A hand and a pen only, no head, no doctor, no room. Neutral, colourless, deliberately the least designed frame in the ad, so it reads as bureaucracy. s2 (0:15–0:18) INT FLAT, wide — a new sofa arrives through the front door on the back of a faceless, silhouette-grade delivery figure, and the tenant signs a clipboard without getting up. (The delivery figure never speaks and needs no character sheet.) s3 (0:18–0:20) fast rack through the flat: five sofas, then seven, stacked to the ceiling — comic over-furnishing, a lifetime of deliveries. Last frame: she signs again. SFX: pen scratch, a door, furniture drag, a clipboard click. VO: a boast delivered as a bookkeeping note; the list-of-three rhythm IS the beat.

0:20–0:31UNIQUE MECHANISM OF THE PROBLEM — ⚑ THIS BEAT CARRIES THE ENTIRE PROOF LOAD OF THE AD

When your thyroid runs short on T3, this house goes cold. And the layer under your skin fills with a doughy material. That material is me. I furnished the place.

> On-screen text: NONE. ⚠️ `T3` is never burned on screen. Visual: T0 → T1 — the cold is planted HERE so the mechanism insert can pay it off. s1 (0:20–0:23) the camera drops through the flat's floor in one continuous vertical move, past joists and pipes, into THE CELLAR: a dead boiler at cathedral scale, cold, matte, burner ring dark, and a fuel gauge the size of a clock face with the needle flat on E. Her breath fogs. No label, no arrow, no callout — it is a room, not an infographic. s2 (0:23–0:26) back up through the floor; the rooms roll COLD one at a time as a white-balance crash travelling room to room, 7500K → 8500K. ⚠️ NOT a brightness change — her lamps stay on and give nothing, exposure holds. ⚠️ NO FROST, NO RIME, NO ICE, NO CONDENSATION DEPOSIT: the cold is white balance and breath fog, never a substance. s3 (0:26–0:29) ⚑ THE PROOF SHOT — macro cross-section through the cheek rendered as ARCHITECTURE, not anatomy: the outer skin is the building's plaster render, the space beneath is the flat's interior volume, and that volume is FULL, floor to ceiling. The camera pulls back and the fill resolves into the tenant sitting in it. ⚠️ She IS the fill — volume occupancy, a person at absurd scale — never a coating on the wall, never a lining behind the plaster, never a film, never anything a tool could take off. s4 (0:29–0:31) flash: she arrives with boxes, drops them, puts her feet up. SFX: a dead-metal boiler knock, a joist creak, breath. Nothing wet. VO: she is explaining her own house to a guest — textured, physical, never clinical. ⚠️ Budget two re-rolls on s3 and reserve a commissioned-3D fallback for that shot alone; generate it from the same keyframe lineage as Hook A s1 so the cheek geometry matches.

0:31–0:41SYMPTOM CONNECTION

That's why your face is widest at seven in the morning. Why the ring won't turn. Why the scale hasn't moved and your jaw went anyway.

> On-screen text: NONE. Visual: T2 in the interior glimpses; the exterior is naturalistic 6–7am daylight, so the two worlds read as different temperatures inside the same frame. s1 (0:31–0:34) 7am bathroom — the animated woman, 50s, at the mirror, her face at its widest. She does not speak, does not cry, does not perform. She just looks. ⚠️ Sympathetic, never repulsive, never grotesque, never a comic "before" — the viewer must see herself. s2 (0:34–0:37) macro on the wedding ring at the swollen knuckle, her other hand working it, not passing. s3 (0:37–0:41) the kitchen scale, needle unmoved; tilt up to her jawline in profile and through the skin of the jaw the tenant's stacked boxes are visible; tilt down to the ankle, where the radiator sits cold with no heat shimmer. The interior/exterior bind is what turns "that's why" into a picture. ⚠️ These three frames are the Timeline's before-plates — the Timeline is generated FROM these keyframes, so this beat must exist first. VO: the "that's why" anaphora is the engine; proprietary, explaining her own work.

0:41–0:47THE REFRAME — ⚑ ONE SHOT, SIX SECONDS, THE SLOWEST LINE IN THE AD

[quieter] I'm not fat. I'm what low T3 leaves behind.

> On-screen text: NONE. No card, no insert, no cutaway — nothing competes. Visual: T2, unchanged. ⚑ The only single-shot beat and the only shot on the board longer than four seconds. A slow push-in to a tight close on the tenant, direct to lens, the cold blue flat falling out of focus behind her as we arrive. `[quieter]` opens it. She is not performing here — this is the one moment she is almost sincere, which is exactly why the picture must stop moving around her. ⚠️ Do not cut it, do not stitch it, do not insert, do not add text. Generate at 12s and select the strongest six. SFX: the comic bed drops to almost nothing under this line and returns on the cut out. VO: ~90 wpm — nine words over six seconds. Not sad, not tender; matter of fact, and that is why it lands. Hard cut out — the first hard cut after six seconds of stillness, which is what gives the next beat its snap.

0:47–0:53ALTERNATIVE DISQUALIFICATION · TREATMENTS

Gua sha. Ice rollers. Facials. Face taping. Lymph massages. I love those — a day, maybe two, then I'm right back.

> On-screen text: NONE. Visual: T2. s1 (0:47–0:50) ONE continuous locked macro on the woman's cheek with five tools entering and leaving frame in sequence, match-on-action: gua sha stone → ice roller → a facialist's gloved hands → face tape going on → a lymph-massage stroke at the neck. Five props in three seconds, one scene — the densest prop frame on the board; build the tools as one matched set before the shot is generated. ⚠️ FIREWALL, HARD: no tool ever touches the TENANT — every one of these happens in the exterior world, on the woman's skin. And nothing is ever taken OFF the skin: the gua sha stone comes away CLEAN, the tape lifts NOTHING with it, the stroke moves nothing along. No fluid, no glow, no path, no arrow, no particles, no drainage of any kind. (The lymph-massage stroke is the single frame most likely to attract a drainage visual in a re-roll — inspect every take.) s2 (0:50–0:53) INT — the tenant with a cup of tea, entirely at home, watching the ceiling tremble faintly with each tool pass and not getting up. Comic indifference is the whole beat. SFX: soft tool contact, a teacup on a saucer, a faint ceiling rumble per pass. No swoosh, no sweep, no suction, no fluid. VO: genuine affection for the treatments. She likes them. That is the joke.

0:53–1:02ALTERNATIVE DISQUALIFICATION · DIET AND EXERCISE — ⚑ THE LAUGH LIVES HERE

Twelve hundred calories. Gluten gone. Salt gone. NONE of it touches me. I'm not made of food. Hahaha.

> On-screen text: NONE. ⚠️ CAPS on "NONE" is VOCAL EMPHASIS ONLY — never burn it. Visual: T2. s1 (0:53–0:56) the flat's window is the underside of the skin seen from inside; past it slides a conveyor of dinner plates, each smaller than the last, like a service belt going by outside a train window. Absurd scale, absurd persistence. She watches, bored. s2 (0:56–0:59) she turns away from the window and the plates keep sliding behind her. s3 (0:59–1:02) ⚑ THE LAUGH — tight on her; she laughs, head back, a real performed laugh, the doughy body wobbling with it (comic-grotesque, tuned to cartoon, never clinical), while behind her the conveyor speeds up to comic velocity. ⚠️ HOLD FOR THE FULL LAUGH — the laugh is SPOKEN COPY, cast and performed. It is not a `[laughs]` direction and it is NEVER cut for time. (The wobble wants soft-body deformation on the tenant rig; the fallback is a secondary-motion pass on clothing and jowls only, but it must still read physically — the whole beat is a body refusing to be affected by food.) Hard cut out of the laugh so its tail is clipped and she is still laughing at us going into the peak. SFX: a rhythmic conveyor clatter that accelerates. Nothing wet. ⚠️ The plate conveyor RETURNS, running backward, in the Timeline — this is where it is planted.

1:02–1:10EMOTIONAL AGITATION — ⚑ THE PEAK (donor intensity 8 at 61–69s; ours lands 62–70s)

My favorite is the angle. Watching you turn your face in the mirror, hunting for the one that used to work. [pause] Go on — book another facial. I'm not going anywhere.

> On-screen text: NONE. Visual: T2, held to the last frame — thirty-eight seconds of unchanging cold end here. s1 (1:02–1:05) EXTERIOR, the mirror hunt — she tilts her face, again, again, again, again: the same move four times in three seconds, each angle worse than the last, cut internally on the rhythm of the tilts. ⚠️ We are with her. Sympathy, never ridicule — the brand never mocks her, the tenant does. s2 (1:05–1:08) INTERIOR reverse from inside the cheek: the tenant at the flat's window, watching the mirror hunt happen from within, delighted. ⚑ This is the peak frame of the ad — the villain enjoying it, and the viewer seeing the enjoyment. Slow push onto her face. (Generate s1 first and use its frame as the reference for what the tenant sees through the window — the two spaces must be coherent.) s3 (1:08–1:10) `[pause]` boarded as a 0.8s hold, then the challenge; she settles deeper into the armchair. Last frame of the tenant's half of the ad. Transition out: ⚑ HARD CUT, the largest gear change in the ad — the comic bed does not fade, it is replaced on the frame. VO: genuine delight; sustained, specific and body-directed, and every word of it displaced onto the villain.

1:10–1:15SOLUTION INTRODUCTION — ⚑ THE REGISTER LIFT (donor-measured 1:09)

Hi! I'm Kindled. Thyroid drops. And I own this house.

> On-screen text: NONE — no name card, no logo sting; the line names the product and the packshot comes at the close. Visual: T3 IGNITION — the first warm colour in seventy seconds. s1 (1:10–1:12) low angle looking up at the flat's front door: the door EXPLODES INWARD — kicked, not opened. A silhouette fills it and a wedge of 2700K GOLD lands across the cold blue floor. ⚠️ The score FLIPS on this frame — comic bed out, triumphant in, hard, no crossfade. ⚠️ No keyhole, no lock, no latch, no key turning — the door is KICKED. s2 (1:12–1:15) THE LANDLORD walks in and GROWS TO FILL THE ROOM — the Kindled dropper bottle personified: dark berry glass, sleeves shoved up, keys jangling in one hand. ⚠️ The keys are a social signifier and are NEVER USED — never inserted, never turned, never near a lock, and no keyhole, lock, latch or bolt is framed anywhere in this ad. She addresses the LENS, not the tenant. HIGH ENERGY. Delighted. Total abandonment of product realism. (Do not substitute a dolly-in for the scale change — the character must actually get bigger; that is the exaggeration axis. Generate at 12s and select.) The gold is a wedge on the threshold ONLY — it has not reached the rooms yet, and that is the entire point of the two mechanism beats. SFX: the door kick; a light key jangle as an ambient signifier, and there is no lock-turn SFX anywhere in this film. VO: HIGH-ENERGY, triumphant, delighted. "unbothered" / "deadpan" / "cool" / "understated" are BANNED readings.

1:15–1:21THE CONFLICT

She HATES us. We put the heat back on.

> On-screen text: NONE. ⚠️ The lease clause is highlighted but NOT legible — the landlord's line carries it; a legible clause would be a fourth OST surface. Visual: T3, gold still confined to the threshold wedge. s1 (1:15–1:18) the tenant recoils, a genuine comic recoil, backing into her own armchair. ⚠️ She is SILENT here. This is the ONLY frame in the ad containing both characters, and the tenant is not speaking in it — no dialogue, no confrontation, no two-hander; the landlord's eyeline stays TO CAMERA. Behind the landlord, the four actives file in as silhouettes against the gold wedge — the company-"we" made visible. s2 (1:18–1:21) the landlord holds up THE LEASE, a long comic scroll, with ONE clause struck through in a hot-orange marker stripe. ⚠️ A marker stripe, NOT a glow — no light emission (heat's own colour, and it keeps the highlight out of a sibling concept's LIGHT family). She does not read it. She taps it. The tenant looks at it and looks away. ⚠️ TENANCY ONLY — no employment framing anywhere: no dismissal notice, no redundancy, no "put out of work", no payroll. SFX: a paper unroll, a single finger tap. VO: company-"we" is legal here and only here — a causal boast, not a threat. (The four silhouettes must come off the same character sheets used in the mechanism beats or the reveal will not pay.)

1:21–1:31UMS · ACTIVES 1 AND 2 — ⚑ THE MECHANISM INSERT AND THE EXAGGERATION CEILING

Iodine fills the tank down in the cellar. Fuel does nothing cold, so selenium lights the pilot. T4 becomes T3.

> On-screen text: NONE. ⚠️ Under no circumstances is `T4` or `T3` burned on screen. Visual: T3 IGNITION — the cellar catches at s3 and never goes cold again. ⚑ The landlord NARRATES; the actives PERFORM and DO NOT SPEAK — four rigs, zero speaking parts, zero lip-sync, and no `Hi, I'm ___` roll-call anywhere. s1 (1:21–1:24) IODINE — a squat, dense, deep-violet character hauling a fuel drum larger than itself down the cellar steps, bung off, pouring into the tank. Scale abandoned. s2 (1:24–1:27) THE GAUGE — macro on the clock-face gauge; ⚑ the needle swings off E, OVERSHOOTS PAST FULL, BOINGS BACK and settles — cartoon physics, and the first place the exaggeration goes past the donor. s3 (1:27–1:31) SELENIUM — a tall, thin, sulphur-gold character strikes a match longer than it is tall down the boiler's flank and holds it to the pilot. ⚑ BLUE WHOOMPH: a full-frame concussion — the camera shakes, fifteen years of dust falls off the joists, the burner ring catches, and the cellar goes from 8500K to firelight in a single frame. "T4 becomes T3" lands ON the whoomph. ⚠️ No label, no arrow, no molecule, no diagram, no callout — the conversion IS the flame taking. ⚠️ FIREWALL: every prop acts on the HOUSE. Neither active is ever in frame with the tenant and neither ever touches her. SFX: gauge swing (a metal needle traverse plus a rising resonant fill-tone); match strike; the blue whoomph; a DRY industrial glug for the fuel pour — fuel into a metal drum, no wetness in it. ⚠️ No switch-throw, no lock-turn, no splash, no swoosh, no sweep. VO: the landlord shows off her own crew in the third person, fast and delighted. ⚑ s3 is the single most quality-critical frame in the ad — it is the proof beat of an ad with no study, no expert and no real-human before/after. Two re-rolls minimum, commissioned-3D fallback reserved.

1:31–1:38UMS · ACTIVES 3 AND 4

Zinc opens the radiators room by room. And ashwagandha stops the cortisol that's been paying her rent.

> On-screen text: NONE. Visual: T4 ROOM BY ROOM — each radiated room rolls 8500K → 2900K on its own valve, in sequence. s1 (1:31–1:34) ZINC — pale silver-white, all elbows, grips a radiator valve spindle (a wheel — ⚠️ not a key, not a lock, not a keyhole) and cranks. SQUEAL. The radiator ticks, buckles with a comic metallic pang, one bolt pops, heat haze rises. Then a whip-pan chain: cheek → jaw → under-eye → ankle, each radiator opening in turn, each room rolling to warm on its own valve. ⚠️ Colour temperature only — exposure does not change and no room gets brighter. s2 (1:34–1:38) ASHWAGANDHA — warm root-brown, broad and slow, lifts a standing-order slip off a nail in the hall and SLAMS THE RENT BOOK SHUT on the hall table; a plume of fifteen years of dust momentarily whites the frame. ⚠️ Ashwagandha at synergy/lineage register only — no dose claim, no label, no supplement-facts panel, no legible words on any prop. ⚠️ FIREWALL: every prop acts on the HOUSE, never on her. No key, no lock, no door prop — the rent book is paper and leather. SFX: valve squeal, radiator tick and metallic pang, a bolt pop, paper off a nail, the rent-book slam. VO: still the landlord, still third person, still fast and delighted. ⚠️ The four-room WARM-state renders must exist before this shot is generated — build both light states up front or this beat cannot be assembled.

1:38–1:44PRODUCT USAGE AND TASTE

Two droppers of me every morning, under your tongue. Tastes like berry. No pills in a slow gut.

> On-screen text: NONE. (The bottle's own label is in frame at s1; that is product, not an OST surface.) Visual: T5 WARM. s1 (1:38–1:41) PRODUCT MACRO, exterior kitchen, warm morning — the dark berry glass bottle, the dropper drawn, berry liquid catching the light, two droppers under the tongue. The animated woman's hand and mouth only; she still never speaks. ⚠️ NO absorption-timing number anywhere in picture or voice — the fifteen minutes belongs to the reference, not to us. s2 (1:41–1:44) INT, the warmed hallway — the landlord walks straight past a row of dusty, unopened pill bottles on a hall shelf and goes up the stairs two at a time. ⚠️ The route argument is a domestic MOVEMENT, not a diagram: no gut anatomy, no digestive tract, no stomach cutaway, no transit arrows. The two worlds are finally the same temperature — the ad's quietest and best payoff. SFX: a glass dropper, a bottle set down, footsteps on stairs. VO: "two droppers OF ME" is the character-voice giveaway — never narrate this line. (The personified landlord's body must be generated from the same product reference as the closing packshot so the two read as one object.)

1:44–1:56TIMELINE OF RESULTS — ⚑ THE LONGEST AND FASTEST BEAT: FOUR MILESTONES IN ONE BREATH

Week one. Your face at seven in the morning is just your face. Week two. The ring turns. Week three. Your jawline comes back — and she starts packing. Week four. You stop hunting for the angle. And you didn't give up a single thing you like.

> On-screen text: ⚠️ NONE. No week cards. The markers are spoken and bare; a burned ladder would be a fourth OST surface and would flatten the fastest beat in the ad. Visual: T5 WARM. ⚑ Five marks at ~2.4s each — the only beat on the board that cuts faster than the 3–4s baseline, and that is donor-measured. m1 WEEK ONE — EXT: the same 7am mirror frame as the Symptom beat, same lens, same light, and her face is her face; INT flash inside the same move: the tenant dragging her own sofa out of the cheek. m2 WEEK TWO — EXT: the same ring macro, and it turns; INT: the tenant switches off her own standard lamp under the eye and unplugs it (her lamp, her furniture, not a mechanism). m3 WEEK THREE — EXT: the same jaw profile, and the boxes behind the skin are gone; INT: the tenant taping her own boxes shut in the jaw, arguing at someone off-frame. m4 WEEK FOUR — EXT: the mirror; she does not tilt — she looks once and walks out of frame; INT: the radiator in the ankle, shimmering with heat at last. m5 DEPRIVATION REFUSAL — the plate conveyor RUNS BACKWARD and the full plate comes back to the table, bread, salt, the lot; then ⚑ THE TENANT ON THE PAVEMENT WITH A SUITCASE, STILL ARGUING, at a front door that is closing — upright, on her own feet, under her own power. ⚠️⚠️ FIREWALL, RESTATED AT THE BEAT MOST LIKELY TO BREAK IT: nobody helps her, nothing carries her, no tool or hand touches her. She is never swept, dissolved, faded, shrunk, flushed or melted. NO bathroom, NO excretion, NO orifice, NO bloodstream. Heat is not a solvent — warm rooms void the clause, they do not thin her. SHE WALKS. ⚠️ The "gave up nothing" payoff is FOOD ONLY — never an effort behaviour (no apps, no lists, no 5am, no gym, no tracking). ⚑ m1–m3 must be generated from the Symptom beat's own keyframes — if the before/after pairs are lookalikes rather than the same frame, the timeline argument evaporates and the beat becomes decoration. SFX: furniture drag, tape, a suitcase on pavement, a door closing, the conveyor reversing. Nothing wet, nothing swept. VO: ~230 wpm — do not let the reader breathe between weeks. This beat repays the peak explicitly, and that repayment is the ad's actual payload: absolution, not aspiration.

1:56–2:02OFFER AND CTA — the challenge close, tight and earned at 4.9%

You get thirty days to watch the swelling leave, or your money back. [pause] If you want her out, go see if I'm in stock.

> On-screen text: `30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE` — a static plate over the packshot, last ~2s. ⚠️ No price, no discount, no countdown, no invented stock count, no urgency stack, no badge cluster. ⚠️ No "link", no "tap", no "click", no "below" — not in voice and not on screen. The stock-check register carries the demand-driven scarcity on its own. Visual: T5. s1 (1:56–1:59) the landlord at the OPEN front door, keys in hand (never used, no lock, no keyhole, no latch in frame), the warm flat behind her and the pavement beyond, to lens, confident and unhurried. s2 (1:59–2:02) `[pause]` boarded as a 0.8s hold, then the challenge; END CARD — the guarantee plate over the real Kindled packshot, and the ad simply stops. ⚠️ The packshot must be the real bottle, not a render of the personified landlord — the last frame is the only place in the ad where product realism returns and it has to be unmistakable. The ad opens looking INTO a cold flat through a woman's skin and closes looking OUT of a warm one through an open door — that is the whole film in two frames. SFX: the triumphant bed resolves and stops; a key jangle, ambient, no lock turn. VO: confident and unhurried. The guarantee is a confidence beat, not a disclaimer — no anti-sell, no hedge, no "results may vary".
