STORYBOARD — N3 They Told You It Was Menopause. That Was Me. — D06 Mascot Personification × 100% 3D CGI (TENANCY on HEAT)
KD_C0095YAPPER Shot-by-shot for the editor · strategy notes collapsed
Length
word-derived A 122.5s · B 121.7s · C 123.6s @ 161.2 wpm (donor-MEASURED); delivered A 124.9s · B 123.3s · C 126.0s (pause-adjusted)
Dynamic
Echo delivery mode D06 Mascot Personification Explainer, voice mode characters_speaking, character-monologue RELAY — maps to v2 dynamic sequential solo ×2, NOT any 2p dynamic: the two speakers never trade a line, never share a conversation and never appear in a speaking two-shot
Setting
100% rendered CGI interior — THE FLAT under the skin of a woman's face and THE CELLAR beneath it, plus a rendered EXTERIOR world (bathroom mirror, kitchen, exam-room insert, pavement)
Speaker(s)
TWO VOICES ONLY.THE TENANT (the swelling) — female, 55-ish register, posh, bored, entitled, mildly amused; 0:00–1:10. THE LANDLORD (Kindled, personified) — female, HIGH-ENERGY, delighted, plural first person; 1:10–2:02. Register anchor speakers_library 1.1 Natural-Health Authority, register only — no persona, no credential, no face. The four actives PERFORM and NEVER SPEAK (four rigs, zero speaking parts). The human avatar NEVER SPEAKS. ⚠️ "unbothered" / "deadpan" / "cool" / "understated" are BANNED readings for the landlord.
Visual Style
Donor-derived "Pixar / DreamWorks feature-register comic-grotesque domestic interior" — soft global illumination, subsurface scattering, rounded volumes, no cel shading, no 2D, no motion-graphic puppet work; anatomy rendered as a habitable room, never a diagram; one literal prop per ingredient verb; scene switch every 3–4 seconds; smooth animated wipes and character-following pans; comic SFX

Script
N3 They Told You It Was Menopause. That Was Me.v1, EDIT PASS 1 applied 2026-08-02 (Echo 1×3: ONE locked body + THREE interchangeable hooks. Review verdict 0 HARD fails, blind EQ 8.7, minor-edits; four soft flags applied, one rejected. This board is built on the post-edit-pass-1 file and on nothing older — Beats 11 and 12 are the LANDLORD's third-person narration, Hook C is H09, Hook B opens on the tenant. Gates delegated end-to-end, Zied 2026-08-01.)
Production Target
DECLARED NEW FORK-1 TARGET — AI-3D CGI, character-voiced, no presenter, no real shoot, routed through higgsfield-generate (Nano Banana Pro character sheets → GPT Image 2 keyframes → Seedance 2.0 image-to-video, --audio for lip-sync on the two speaking rigs only), with a commissioned-3D fallback reserved for the Beat-11 ignition shot. There is no live-action plate anywhere in this ad, no on-camera human, no presenter, no Heygen avatar and no Soul ID (there is no human face to train). Every card and caption is post.
01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the V1–V5 precedent — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)
The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:
v2 input the skill expects
Echo source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)
Script header Voice mode line + DELIVERY NOTES → Casting + mini-brief Delivery + speaker/setup → characters_speaking, character-monologue RELAY, D06. Maps to v2 sequential solo ×2 because there is exactly one speaking part at a time and they never dialogue. It is not2p-interview, 2p-duet or any plant-device dynamic — there is no plant, no interrupt, no handoff between characters, only a hard baton pass at 1:10
Field 20 (setting/tone)
Script beat visuals + mini-brief Animation style + exaggeration spec → the furnished flat under the skin of a face + the cellar beneath it + a rendered exterior world. Tone: bored posh menace for seventy seconds, then triumphant high energy
Field 21 (editing style)
NOT declared in the Echo package — inherited from the donor card [A][R][W]: scene switch every 3–4s, smooth animated wipes and character-following camera pans, comic SFX, hook card static 4s, clean white centred running captions, score flips quirky → triumphant at the donor-measured 1:09
Field 25 (production notes)
Script DELIVERY NOTES + TRANSPOSITION PLAN → Render firewall + mini-brief Producibility + the standing "imagery is never self-nerfed" and "animation always exaggerates" rules
Field 12 (mechanism)
Mini-brief Mechanism: mechanism_library §14 doughy-puffiness layer rooted on §2 T4→T3 conversion gap, §23 overlap, §10 ratio, §9 sublingual — carried as TENANCY on HEAT, N3's sole family
Field 0 (length)
Deterministic runtime block (wordcount.py, markup-stripped, SPOKEN basis): body 300w; hooks A 29w · B 27w · C 32w; fulls 329 / 327 / 332w = 122.5 / 121.7 / 123.6s word-derived; pause-adjusted 124.9 / 123.3 / 126.0s
Beat timecodes
Not word-derived per beat. Each beat's duration is the donor's own measured duration-share × our runtime (scale 122.5 / 121 = 1.0124), then rounded to INTEGER contiguous M:SS boundaries — each beat's end IS the next beat's start, no gaps, no decimals
Timecode basis, stated once
The donor's fifteen measured beat durations are scaled by 1.0124 and rounded to integer contiguous boundaries. The hook beat is a donor-duration-share slot (12.15s), not a word-derived one, so the 27 / 29 / 32-word spread across the three variants sits inside the hook (133 / 143 / 158 wpm, all comfortably deliverable at the donor's own 161.2 wpm ceiling) and the body boundaries are IDENTICAL on all three cuts. There is no per-variant shift anywhere on this board. The four [pause] tokens are boarded as picture holds and push the delivered boundaries later from Beat 8 onward; the headers are never adjusted for them (a decimal or per-variant header breaks the parse).

Fifteen-beat discipline preserved. 15/15 donor beat order, no beat added, dropped or re-ordered. The register lift lands at 1:10 against the donor's measured 1:09 — the closest parity on any axis of this board. 57% of runtime is problem territory before the product is named (0:00–1:10 = 70s / 122s = 57.4% vs donor 57.0%). Double disqualification (6+7) and double UMS pass (11+12) both preserved. Timeline is the longest AND fastest-cut beat.Close held at 4.9% (6s / 122s) against the donor's 5.0% — tight and earned, not padded.
Review-flag dispositions (ship order, gates delegated). Copy is LOCKED — this storyboard changes zero words. All four applied soft flags are already in the script this board consumes; the board's job is to make them visible. ① Soft flag 1 (Beats 11–12 returned to the landlord's third-person narration) — boarded as the TWO-VOICE LAW below. Four active rigs, zero speaking parts, zero lip-sync. ⚠️ Scoping correction carried forward from the script's own record, so the build sheet is not re-scoped downward: the fix drops four SPEAKING PARTS (voice casting + lip-sync), it does NOT drop four character rigs. The actives still perform their props on screen. ② Soft flag 2 (Hook C relabelled H09) — no copy changed, no shot changed. Recorded in the anchor block: 1514909627007491 is a SHAPE citation only and is format-demoted. ③ Soft flag 3 (Hook B opens on the tenant) — boarded: 1B now opens INSIDE the flat with the tenant already in her armchair at frame one. The closed PERIMENOPAUSE file is on her lap, not the opening image. Mute-test parity with A and C restored. ④ Soft flag 5 (self-audit disclosures) — no visual consequence. ⑤ REJECTED soft flag 4 (the Beat-5 reframe swap) — the board does not compensate for it visually and does not re-litigate it. Beat 5 is boarded exactly at the copy's own weight: one shot, six seconds, the slowest thing in the ad.
02⚑ THE RENDER FIREWALL — the repainted-sludge risk, and the hardest rule on this board
The donor sells lymphatic drainage. Kindled is thyroid. Nothing accumulates in this body and nothing is swept out of it. The donor's entire visual engine works because its villain is a physically removable substance; ours is a sitting tenant, and the difference is one careless frame wide. These five rules are lifted verbatim in substance from the concept's own HARD RENDER FIREWALL and are binding on every shot, every prop, every SFX and every note below.
NOTHING EVER TOUCHES HER. No tool, no active, no hand, no hose, no broom, no cloth, no beam, no light. The four actives never share a frame-action with her — they work on the boiler, the tank, the valves and the rent book. She reacts; she is never operated on.
SHE IS NEVER REMOVED. SHE LEAVES. No carrying, no dragging by anyone else, no sweeping, no dissolving, no shrinking, no fading out. She walks, upright, under her own power, out of a front door and onto a pavement.
NO EXCRETION BEAT, EVER. No bathroom-as-exit, no toilet, no bloodstream, no orifice, no "that's her leaving your body." The donor's Day-1 excretion line is the single most tempting import in this slot and it is banned outright. Her exit is a door.
HER DOUGHINESS IS HER BODY, NOT A DEPOSIT. The matte, dented, faintly damp quality is mech §14's own dermal material personified — it is what she is made of. It is never a coating on a surface, never a film on a wall, never residue on a prop, never something a tool could take off.
HEAT IS NOT A SOLVENT. Warm rooms do not melt her, thin her, soften her or wash her away. The heat voids the clause; the clause is what she was living on.
The BANNED substance register (picture AND audio) — extended for this board
No shot note on this board may contain, and no render may show: grease · wax · rime or frost · sludge · slime · goo-as-deposit · film · coating · lining · scum · residue · scale · silt · plaque · gunk. (Frost was considered for Beat 3 and is STRUCK — it is a rime deposit and it would be a substance appearing on a surface and then not appearing. The cold is boarded as a white-balance state and breath fog, which are air and light, not matter. Recorded so the animator knows it was considered and refused rather than forgotten.)
No verb, in any note or any animation: clear · clearance · flush · drain · drainage · sweep · unclog · dissolve · melt · wash · purge · scrub · detox · expel · eliminate · extract · siphon.
⚠️ AUDIO IS PART OF THE FIREWALL — and it is the easiest place for it to break after the picture is already correct. The donor's own foley family is splashes, swooshes, sweeping sounds (deconstruction 8.2) — that is drainage in audio form and it is BANNED here. No splash, no swoosh, no sweep, no gurgle, no suction, no wet transfer, no liquid pour that reads as flushing. (The one poured liquid in the ad — iodine into the fuel tank at Beat 11 — is foleyed as fuel into a metal drum: a dry, resonant, industrial glug with no wetness in it.)Also struck, per the 2026-08-01 cross-run reconciliation: NO switch-throw and NO lock-turn — those two SFX name N1's props, not this concept's.
SFX ROSTER — the only six sounds this mechanism is allowed: ① the gauge needle swinging off empty · ② the long match strike · ③ the blue whoomph of the pilot catching · ④ the radiator valve squealing open · ⑤ the rent book slamming shut · ⑥ furniture dragging. Plus the door kick at Beat 9. Everything else is bed and room tone.
03⚑ THE HEAT LOCK — in-batch prop, verb, set and sound de-dup
Five concepts were given non-competing mechanism-insert families so no two compete for the same render. N1 owns LOCKS · N2 owns LIGHT · N3 owns HEAT · S1 owns THE STOPPED CITY · S2 owns THE STARVED RECORDS HALL. This board stays inside HEAT and borrows nothing from the other four.
Axis
N3 OWNS (board it)
N3 MUST NOT (another slot owns it)
Props
fuel drum · fuel tank · clock-face gauge · dead boiler · long match · pilot · burner ring · radiators · valve spindles · rent book · standing-order slip · a lease scroll · a front door as a threshold
cold → warm, read as COLOUR TEMPERATURE (8500K → 2900K)
brightness — no room ever gets brighter; exposure holds and only white balance moves. This is the single boarding rule that keeps HEAT off N2's LIGHT.
SFX
gauge swing · match strike · blue whoomph · valve squeal · rent-book slam · furniture drag · door kick
switch-throw · lock-turn (N1) · any splash / swoosh / sweep (the donor's drainage foley)
Social relation
TENANCY ONLY — lease, clause, rent, eviction, move-out
employment of any kind: "put out of work", "made redundant", "loses her job", a dismissal notice, a P45, a payroll
⚠️ IN-BATCH COLLISION WATCH — the landlord's keys (flagged, resolved, not glossed)
The script gives the landlord "keys out and jangling" (Beat 9) and "keys in hand" (Beat 15). N1 owns LOCKS, and a key is the most recognisable object in that family. Resolution, boarded and binding: N3's keys are a SOCIAL SIGNIFIER and are NEVER USED. They are carried, held and jangled by a woman who owns the building. They are never inserted, never turned, never brought near a lock, and no keyhole, lock, latch, bolt or striker plate is framed anywhere in this ad. The door at Beat 9 is KICKED OPEN, not unlocked — which the script explicitly specifies, and which is precisely the choice that keeps the keys decorative. There is no lock-turn SFX; the jangle is ambient and is not a mechanism sound. Surfaced as a SOFT flag below rather than resolved silently.
04⚑ THE TWO-VOICE LAW (post edit pass 1)
There are exactly TWO speaking entities in this ad — the tenant, then the landlord — which is the donor's own count.
They never dialogue. Each breaks the fourth wall and addresses the viewer, referring to the other in the third person ("She HATES us" ↔ donor "the sludge hates me, because I flush her out"). Eyeline is TO LENS on every spoken frame in this ad, without exception.
They are never in the same frame while either is speaking. The one frame in which both exist is Beat 10's recoil, where the tenant is silent and reacting. ⚠️ Do not "improve" this board by staging a confrontation — a tenant/landlord two-hander breaks the format axis, and it would also be the only shot on the board requiring a multi-character speaking composite, which is the weakest capability in the tooling. The relay dodges it by construction.
The four actives PERFORM, they DO NOT SPEAK. The landlord narrates her own crew in the third person — exactly what the donor's hero does at 1:20–1:37 ("Stillingia breaks apart the hardened waste she built up. Cleavers sweeps her out…"). Four rigs. Zero speaking parts. Zero lip-sync. Zero voice casting. There is no Hi, I'm ___ roll-call anywhere on this board — that construction belongs to N1 (938803821867026) and re-importing it re-collides the batch's only two D06 × H09 four-active inserts on the one axis the picture correction did not reach.
The human avatar NEVER SPEAKS, never cries to camera, never mouths a line, and is never lip-synced. She is 50s, designed for sympathy, not glamour, and — the donor's own explicit decline — never repulsive.
05⚑ THE THREE WORLDS + THE TEMPERATURE CLOCK (the board's continuity engine)
The three worlds
World
What it is
Beats
Build note
THE FLAT
A furnished sitting room, and three further rooms, under the skin of a 50s woman's face. Sofa in the cheek · standard lamp under the eye · boxes stacked in the jawline · a radiator in the ankle. The outer skin is the building's render; the space beneath is the interior volume. Fifteen years of the tenant's redecorating. Anatomy as a habitable ROOM, never a diagram.
1A/1B/1C, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14
Four dressed rooms. Build ONCE, light twice (cold state + warm state)
THE CELLAR
Directly beneath the flat's floor. Dead boiler at cathedral scale · fuel tank · a clock-face gauge · stone steps · joists carrying fifteen years of dust.
3, 11
Build ONCE, light twice
THE EXTERIOR
The rendered real world the human avatar lives in: a 7am bathroom mirror · a kitchen · an exam-room insert (a hand and a pen, no head) · a pavement. Still 100% CGI — there is no live-action plate anywhere in this ad.
2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14
Four locations, sparse dressing
World-boundary grammar (VS4):hard cuts WITHIN a world; smooth animated wipes and character-following camera moves ACROSS worlds (skin-penetration pushes, floor-drops into the cellar). That is the donor's own transition grammar ("smooth, animated wipes and camera pans that follow the characters") and it is applied consistently. The one exception is the score-flip hard cut at Beat 9, which is the largest gear change in the ad and is supposed to feel like one.
The TEMPERATURE CLOCK — one direction, never back
Every frame inside the flat and the cellar carries a declared temperature state. The state is read as COLOUR TEMPERATURE, never as brightness — exposure holds flat across the whole ad and only white balance moves. (This is the rule that keeps HEAT out of N2's LIGHT family, and it is also why the payoff reads as warmth on skin and heat haze off metal rather than as lamps coming on.)

What the eye reads
T0 — COLD-FURNISHED
1A/1B/1C, 2
~7500K slate
A room that looks lived-in and feels freezing. Her lamps are on and give no warmth
T1 — COLD-DECLARED
3
rooms roll to 8500K one at a time; cellar at its coldest; gauge flat on E; breath fogs
The cause, named — and planted so Beats 11–12 can pay it off
T2 — COLD-HELD
4, 5, 6, 7, 8
8500K, held with zero drift for thirty-eight seconds
Her tenure, made visible as stasis. The longest unchanging state in the ad
T3 — IGNITION
9, 10, 11
a wedge of 2700K gold across the threshold only at Beat 9; the cellar catches at Beat 11 s3
The lift. The first warm colour in seventy seconds
T4 — ROOM BY ROOM
12
each radiated room rolls 8500K → 2900K on its own valve, in sequence
The mechanism paying off, legible sound-off
T5 — WARM
13, 14, 15
whole flat at 2900K; heat haze off every radiator; dust motes rising
The clause, void
⚠️ The clock is BAKED AT GENERATION, not graded in post. A white-balance roll faked in a grade over an AI render bands and does not survive a phone screen. Generate every room twice — cold state and warm state — from the SAME keyframe, and dissolve between two real renders.
06⚑ OST SURFACE INVENTORY — three surfaces, and the board adds ZERO new burns

Treatment
Qualifies sound-off because
1
Hook card (all three variants)
WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT "IT'S JUST MENOPAUSE" ‼️
BELIEF
8
Large bold white sans in a rounded black box, centre-bottom. STATIC from frame one, held to t=4.0s, then released. Donor's own measured treatment
It names the label the entire avatar has been filed under. A woman handed "it's just menopause" is caught by the card alone with the audio off; anyone else reads a sentence about somebody else and scrolls
2
Diegetic prop text (Hook B only)
PERIMENOPAUSE — printed on a closed medical file on the tenant's lap
BELIEF
1
Rendered object label, not a burn. Read in a single glance, held ~4s
It is the word the concept is about, in the villain's possession. Self-qualifying at one word
3
End card (Beat 15)
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
offer element
3
Static plate over the packshot, last ~2s
Not an attention card — it is the offer plate, per the donor's own end-card treatment
The board adds no fourth surface. No week cards, no ingredient labels, no molecule callouts, no arrows, no percentages, no price, no discount, no countdown, no invented stock count, no urgency stack. The lease clause at Beat 10 is highlighted with a hot-orange marker stripe and is NOT legible — the landlord's line carries it.
The caption-track ruling (so it cannot smuggle unqualified copy in through the side door)
A verbatim centred caption track is permitted — it is the donor's own treatment ("clean, white, centered captions that sync perfectly with the voiceover") and it is NOT an OST surface: it is a transcript of words already spoken, never authored copy, never a headline, never an emphasis burn. Three hard conditions:
(a) It carries only the exact spoken words. CAPS emphasis in the script (ALL / NONE / HATES) is voice, never a burn — the caption renders them in normal case.
(b) It is suppressed for the first 4.0 seconds of every hook variant, so the static hook card owns the frame during the window that decides whether a muted viewer stays.
(c) ⚠️ It uses the donor's clean centred style — NOT N1's kinetic word-by-word yellow-and-white, and NOT N2's black-outlined flashing caps. Those are the two sibling donors' typography and importing either is a visible in-batch collision.
U12 NO-DASH SCAN — RUN, and clean
Every viewer-visible on-screen string was scanned character by character for — (em dash) and – (en dash). Zero occurrences on the hook card, the diegetic file, or the end card. The only hyphens are compound hyphens in 30-DAY and MONEY-BACK, which U12 explicitly permits and which stay.
The caption track is scanned separately and given a rendering rule, because the spoken copy contains six em-dashes as breath marks. ⚑ BINDING CAPTION RULE: the em-dash is a breath, not a character. The caption renderer DROPS it and BREAKS THE LINE at that point instead. Six instances, enumerated so no one has to find them:

07Comp library inspiration anchors
Rotation: N/A this run — the donor is PINNED per BATCH_SPEC.md (SEED, binding; draw_references.py was deliberately not run and there was no draw to rotate). No §2b/§2c semantic re-query was executed. The anchor set is the pinned donor plus the batch's own measured rows and the script's own cited formula source — all declared choices per §2f, which the rotation rule never blocks. §2g log append SKIPPED (Echo run; handled at package, per the V1–V5 convention).
Pool note + honest composition declaration. Four of the five anchors are this batch's own donors. That is the direct and unavoidable consequence of a pinned, all-SEED, 100%-single-advertiser run (advertiser concentration 5/5 = 100%, a check the research brief records as FAILED and accepted), and it is stated rather than hidden. On this particular board it is also an advantage: it means four of five anchors are measured animation donors in the same production tier, which is the format precedent this account has never had. Format ranking applied per §2c Stage 1: four anchors are format-matching video animation; one (1514909627007491) is a live-action D01 and is demoted to shape-only.
[Anchor A] 1099679365734850 — lymphoria — winner_score 60.75 — VIDEO — THE DONOR (SEED, pinned CORNERSTONE)
Hook pattern: a bizarre person-sized creature waving hello from a couch inside a body, under a high-contrast card held static for the first 4 seconds. Three jobs at once: qualification first (three named body parts inside ten seconds), the pattern interrupt IS the visual, and the belief is reassigned in the villain's own mouth.
On-screen text style: hook card = large bold white sans-serif in a rounded black box, centre-bottom, static 4s; running captions clean white centred, synced to voice; end-card overlays carry the offer only.
B-roll cuing:there is no live B-roll — even the "b-roll" is rendered. The exterior world (a woman sad at a mirror, struggling with jeans, at a facial) is a second rendered location, not stock and not a plate.
Transition style:"smooth, animated wipes and camera pans that follow the characters."Scene switch every 3–4 seconds. Comic sound effects confirm the register.
Mute-test asset:"the combination of the bizarre yellow monster and the high-contrast text overlay forces the viewer to stop and read, even without sound."[R] §1 — passes hard.
Palette: bright, high-contrast, built for a phone-sized frame — a three-way saturated contrast (villain colour vs environment colour vs ingredient colour).
Best-fit beat type in our script:ALL — SEED full-pattern borrow, 15/15 beat order. Primary: the hook (1A/1B/1C), the mechanism-of-the-problem (3), the double disqualification (6+7), the peak agitation (8), the hero entrance and register lift (9), the double UMS pass (11+12), the timeline (14), the tight un-padded close (15).
Tooling stack inferred: high-fidelity 3D CG feature-animation, character-voiced, no presenter, no live plate — maps 1:1 to our production target. Zero adaptation strain anywhere except the mechanism family, which is a full invention by design and by firewall.
Hook pattern: villain waves hello inside a fleshy anatomical tube, under a persistent top-centred headline card.
On-screen text style: persistent top-centred headline + kinetic word-by-word yellow-and-white centre-screen captions running the whole ad.
B-roll cuing: none — the body IS the set. Extreme close-ups of internal anatomy, first-person journey through the body.
Transition style: a metronome — character switch every 7–8s. FAST, constant motion.
Mute-test asset: a character-scale monster standing inside a vessel from frame one. [R] §1"Highly effective."
Palette: two-state and story-driven — "the frame literally brightening as the mechanism resolves."
Best-fit beat type in our script:the MECHANISM INSERT (Beats 11–12) and the hook — and it is cited here primarily to define what this board must NOT do. N1 and N3 are the batch's only two D06 × H09 personified-villain relays and both build a four-active prop sequence: the single most expensive asset in the wave. ⚠️ REJECTED wholesale: the Hi, I'm ___ roll-call speech architecture (corrected in copy at edit pass 1 and correspondingly absent from every shot note here) · the LOCKS prop family (crate of blanks / fork switch / lock and key / the door) · the switch-throw and lock-turn SFX · the kinetic word-by-word caption style · the persistent top-centred headline. ✅ BORROWED, at principle level only: the metronomic relay discipline (one active, one prop, one verb, one beat, no overlap), the anatomy-as-set principle, and the two-state palette-as-story rule — which this board executes as a temperature clock rather than N1's brightness clock, precisely so the two do not converge.
Tooling stack inferred: identical to ours (high-fidelity 3D CG character animation, characters_speaking). There is no tooling mismatch here — the risk is convergence, not capability, which is why the anchor is inverted rather than dropped.
[Anchor C] 2254517632040205 — lymphoria — winner_score 64.84 — VIDEO — N2's DONOR (D04, the batch's ONLY over-base carrier at +5.5)
Hook pattern: conditional self-identification + deictic visual bind ("your chest looks like this" forces the eye onto the render) + future-pace promise. [R] §1 mute test: Pass.
On-screen text style: bold capitalized white sans with black outlines, lower-middle, flashing word-by-word.
B-roll cuing: the ad's engine — a repeating exterior-life beat → hard push-in to interior anatomy oscillation, cuts every 2–3s, plus a macro of liquid dispensed under the tongue.
Transition style: the exterior→interior push-in is the transition grammar. Anatomical zoom used as a pattern interrupt — the interior of the body treated as a location you can cut to like a room.
Mute-test asset: a transparent body visibly loading with a state in the first three seconds.
Best-fit beat type in our script:the MECHANISM INSERT (11–12), and the interior/exterior bind (4, 8, 14). The research brief's own instruction on this batch is to push the exaggeration at the mechanism insert, because that is where D04's visceral-anatomy idiom runs +5.5 over base — this anchor is the measured licence for that push, and Beat 11 s3 spends it.
Tooling stack inferred: 3D CGI with keyframed character animation, stylized-clinical register. ⚠️ VS6 cross-adaptation logged: its render look is NOT imported — ours is Pixar-comic, its is clinical, and mixing them produces neither. Borrowed at exactly three points: (a) the exterior→interior push-in oscillation, (b) the strict three-colour palette discipline, adopted as our TENANT / FLAT / ACTIVES contrast rule, (c) the licence to push the mechanism insert hardest. Its caption style is rejected (see the caption ruling).
[Anchor D] 1731919991366581 — lymphoria — winner_score 68.83 — VIDEO — S1's DONOR (D07, the batch's highest-ws animation row)
Hook pattern: H06 Rock-Bottom Diary. ⚠️ This anchor's declared best-fit hook type does NOT exist in our script — flagged per §2e and demoted to a technique-only anchor with the rationale below.
On-screen text style: the entire script burned on screen. Rejected — ours is a 4s card plus a verbatim caption track.
B-roll cuing:the two-world palette split — "warm, golden-hour tones for the narrative scenes, transitioning to cool blues and greens for the scientific animations" — and the cut between them is itself the pattern interrupt.
Transition style:register-whiplash used as a retention device, not as decoration. The most portable single technique in this donor.
Best-fit beat type in our script:the TIMELINE MORPH (Beat 14) and the PALETTE ARC across the whole board. Its animated before/after on a single character's body, with identity held across an on-model body-state change, is the closest measured precedent in the library for our four-week move-out, and its two-world colour split is the direct ancestor of our temperature clock. VS6 note: used at TECHNIQUE level only — never at hook level, because its hook type is not present in our script.
Tooling stack inferred:AI-assisted 3D character pipeline with a hard character-consistency requirement — the closest match on the board to our seven-rig problem, and its [W 12.3] tell ("AI visuals occasionally feel uncanny") is the single biggest quality risk this board carries. Its [R] replication note is our route: "use AI animation tools to generate a consistent 3D character."
[Anchor E] 1514909627007491 — lymphoria — winner_score 52.0 — is_winner: false — ⚠️ D01 LIVE-ACTION AUTHORITY TALKING HEAD — FORMAT-DEMOTED, SHAPE ONLYDeclared best-fit beat type in our script: HOOK C ONLY. It is the cited SHAPE source in the script's own formula lineage — the "three things… wrong all three times" stacked-inventory door — and it is a real measured row (mined/assignments.jsonl: H01 / D01; 138s / 488w / 212.2 wpm / 10 beats; hook beat 5s / 19w). ⚠️ FORMAT DEMOTION, DECLARED (§2c Stage 1). It is a live-action costumed-authority talking head at ws 52.0, is_winner: false — the weakest and least format-relevant row in the set. None of its visual patterns transfer to a 100% animated board, and it therefore informs ZERO shots. It is retained rather than dropped only because the script cites it and the citation must remain traceable.
Tooling stack inferred: live-action presenter — a direct mismatch with our target, which is exactly why the anchor is capped at hook-structure level and nowhere else.
08Per-beat storyboard
Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless a beat overrides it).
FORMAT: 9:16 vertical, rendered 4K for a 9:16 crop so the centre-bottom card is never amputated. 100% rendered 3D CGI — Pixar / DreamWorks feature-animation register: soft global illumination, subsurface scattering, rounded volumes, no hard edges, no cel shading, no 2D, no motion-graphic puppet work. ⚠️ THERE IS NO LIVE-ACTION PLATE, NO STOCK FOOTAGE, NO ON-CAMERA HUMAN AND NO PRESENTER AT ANY POINT IN THIS AD.
CUTTING:scene switch every 3–4 seconds (donor-measured, binding). Exactly two sanctioned departures, both donor-derived: Beat 5 is ONE 6-second shot (the slowest thing in the ad) and Beat 14 cuts at ~2.4s (the longest AND fastest-spoken beat).
CAMERA: a rendered camera. Smooth animated wipes, character-following pans, skin-penetration pushes and floor-drops at world boundaries; hard cuts within a world. No handheld anywhere — this is a built world, not a shot one.
EYELINE: ⚑ TO LENS on every spoken frame in the ad. Both speakers break the fourth wall to the viewer. Neither ever looks at the other while speaking. The human avatar and the four actives never look at lens.
PALETTE: three-way saturated contrast for a phone frame — the TENANT (a dull dove-putty, matte, faintly damp, one value off the wall behind her) against THE FLAT (cold slate blue, T0–T2) against THE ACTIVES (a saturated four-way: iodine deep violet · selenium sulphur-gold · zinc pale silver-white · ashwagandha warm root-brown), and THE LANDLORD in dark berry glass and gold.
TEMPERATURE: per the clock above. Colour temperature only. Exposure holds flat across the whole ad. No room ever gets brighter.
AUDIO: quirky comic instrumental bed 0:00–1:10; HARD FLIP to triumphant on the frame at 1:10 (donor-measured 1:09). The six-item HEAT SFX roster and nothing else. Every banned sound in the firewall applies to every beat.
OST: the three declared surfaces and nothing else. Captions suppressed for the first 4.0s of every hook.
FIREWALL: all five render-firewall rules apply to every beat below whether restated there or not. They are restated at the three beats most likely to break them (3, 6, 14).
▸1H09 Villain Monologue, the donor's own shape [0:00–0:12] Beat 1A: HOOK A
Mute-test stop-scroll on the impossible image
Shot
Four rendered scenes — one impossible establishing image, one medium on the tenant, one continuous body-travel, one tight.
Camera
s1 (0.0–3.5s) — wide, slow, on a 50s woman's face in three-quarter. Inside the cheek, read through the skin as through a window at dusk, a furnished sitting room. The camera pushes through the skin on a smooth animated wipe into the flat: THE TENANT in her armchair looks up and waves without getting up.s2 (3.5–6.5s) — medium, eye-level, locked, tenant to lens, `. Behind her the flat is unmistakably lived in: sofa in the cheek, standard lamp under the eye, boxes in the jawline. s3 (6.5–9.5s) — ONE continuous travel down the woman's body from outside, stopping three times: the morning face, the ankles (a cold radiator visible through the skin), the hand (her boxes stacked against the inside of the knuckle so the joint cannot fold, and the ring will not pass). Scale honesty abandoned completely. s4 (9.5–12.0s) — tight on the tenant, to lens, ` boarded as a 0.8s hold on her face, then "Fifteen years."
On-screen text
WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT "IT'S JUST MENOPAUSE" ‼️ — centre-bottom, rounded black box, bold white sans — STATIC from frame ONE, held to t=4.0s, then released. 8 words. Captions suppressed 0.0–4.0s.
B-roll
None. There is no B-roll in this ad — the exterior travel at s3 is a second rendered location inside the same continuous camera move, cited to Anchor A's own rendered-"b-roll" grammar.

Mute-test
PASS. A doughy well-dressed creature waving from an armchair inside a woman's cheek is a complete sound-off argument, and it is on screen from frame one. The card is legible from frame one and holds the full 4s. VS5 satisfied: the card releases at t=4.0s (the donor's measured treatment) and the mute-test load transfers to the creature and the furnished-flat image, which are continuous from t=0 to beat end — the asset chain never gaps inside the 5s window.

Nothing is left on her fingertip and nothing is left on the marble — no smear, no mark, no film, nothing that could be wiped off. A dent is geometry, not substance. (Firewall rule 4. s3 is the single most quality-critical frame in the ad and the one most likely to arrive as a coating. Generate it from the same keyframe lineage as Hook 1A s1 so the cheek geometry matches, and hold a commissioned-3D fallback for this shot alone. The cellar and the flat must both be lit in their cold state before this beat is generated.
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A]"anatomy rendered as a room, not as a medical diagram" — the donor's own instruction, taken further here (a whole flat instead of a couch). [Anchor C] the anatomical-zoom-as-pattern-interrupt and the strict three-colour discipline. [Anchor B] anatomy-as-set at principle level. ORIGINAL DIRECTION LOGGED (VS3b): the volume-occupancy cross-section at s3 has no anchor — every anchor's equivalent frame is a substance on a surface, which the firewall bans outright, so this frame had to be invented. Calibrated to the persuasion goal: the material and the character must be the same object, or the ad's whole ontology collapses back into the donor's.

Shot
Three exterior scenes with interior binds visible through the skin.
Camera
s1 (0:31–0:34) — 7am bathroom. The animated woman, 50s, at the mirror. Her face is widest. She does not speak, does not cry, does not perform. She just looks. ⚠️ Sympathetic, never repulsive — the donor's own explicit decline, and the resonance risk this ad cannot afford.s2 (0:34–0:37) — macro on the ring at the knuckle, her other hand working it, not passing. s3 (0:37–0:41) — the kitchen scale, needle unmoved; tilt up to her jawline in profile — and through the jaw's skin, the tenant's stacked boxes are visible. VO DIRECTION: 'That's why' anaphora is the beat's engine. Proprietary, explaining her own work.
DURATION: 9.11s (26 spoken words)
Production limitation
The human avatar is the highest resonance risk on the board. An anxious or an over-eager render will push her toward grotesque and the ad loses the exact woman it was written for. She is puffy, tired and ordinary. She has no lip-sync at any point in the ad.
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A]"That's why you wake up puffy every Monday…" — the checkable-symptom anaphora and the sympathetic rendered human avatar ("designed for sympathy not glamour"). [Anchor C] the exterior-life → interior-anatomy bind.

VO DIRECTION: [quieter]. The slowest line in the ad at ~90 wpm. Not sad. Not tender.
Matter of fact, and that is why it lands.
DURATION: 6.07s (9 spoken words)

[Anchor A] the "I'm not fat, babe. I'm the fluid trapped underneath" reframe beat — same slot, same word count, same function; boarded slower than the donor's because ours is the ad's only stillness. Kill every surface fix she has already paid for
Shot
Two scenes — one exterior five-prop chain, one interior indifference.
Camera
s1 (0:47–0:50) — ONE continuous locked macro on the woman's cheek, with five tools entering and leaving frame in sequence, match-on-action: gua sha stone → ice roller → a facialist's gloved hands → face tape going on → a lymph-massage stroke at the neck. Five props in three seconds, one scene. ⚠️ FIREWALL, HARD: no tool ever touches the TENANT — every one of these happens in the exterior world, on the woman's skin. And nothing is ever taken OFF the skin: the gua sha leaves nothing on the stone, the tape lifts nothing with it, the stroke moves nothing along. No fluid, no arrow, no path, no glow. s2 (0:50–0:53) — INT. The tenant with a cup of tea, entirely at home, watching the ceiling tremble faintly with each tool pass and not getting up. DURATION: 6.07s (20 spoken words)
Production limitation
Five props in three seconds is the densest prop frame on the board and needs the tools built as one matched set before the shot is generated. The lymph-massage stroke is the single frame most likely to attract a drainage visual in a re-roll — inspect every take for particles, paths or flow.

Production limitation
The wobble on the laugh needs soft-body deformation on the tenant rig. If unavailable, the fallback is a secondary-motion pass on the clothing and jowls only — but the laugh must still read physically, because the whole beat is the body refusing to be affected by food.

Three scenes: exterior wound, interior reverse, the hold.

Production limitation
The grow-to-fill-the-room move is a scale animation on a rigged character and is the second-hardest move on the board after the skin push. Generate at 12s and select. Do not substitute a dolly-in for a scale change — the character must actually get bigger; that is the exaggeration axis.

⚑ s3 is the single most quality-critical frame in the ad. It is the proof beat of an ad with no study, no expert and no real-human before/after. Budget two re-rolls minimum and reserve a commissioned-3D fallback for this shot alone. If the whoomph reads cheap, the ad has nothing to fall back on — the record's own warning transfers verbatim: "low-quality animation will look cheap and destroy brand credibility."
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] the prop-per-verb device — one ingredient, one prop, one physical verb, causally chained, cut as a beat-down rather than an infographic. ⚠️ The DEVICE is imported; the VERBS are not (mallet/broom/hose/shield are drainage verbs and are banned by the firewall). [Anchor C] the licence to push the mechanism insert hardest, and the strict three-colour discipline governing the four actives' palette. [Anchor B] — NEGATIVE: N1's four-active relay is the exact insert this concept de-duplicated. Rejected here in full: the LOCKS props, the switch-throw and lock-turn SFX, and the Hi, I'm ___ roll-call speech. Borrowed only at the level of metronomic relay discipline — one active, one prop, one beat, no overlap.

⚑ m1–m3 must be generated off the Beat-4 keyframes. If the before/after pairs are lookalikes rather than the same frame, the entire timeline argument evaporates and the beat becomes decoration. This is the board's second-largest scheduling dependency after the two set builds: Beat 4 must be generated before Beat 14 exists.
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] the timeline as the longest and fastest-spoken beat, four milestones in one breath, closed on lifestyle preservation. ⚠️ Day-60 refused (outside the 30-day guarantee window) and the Day-1 excretion line banned outright.[Anchor D] the animated before/after on a single character's body, with identity held across an on-model body-state change — the closest measured precedent in the library for a move-out rendered as a transformation. ORIGINAL DIRECTION LOGGED (VS3b): the reversed plate conveyor at m5 has no anchor; it was invented to pay the deprivation-refusal half with a food image rather than an effort image, because every anchor's equivalent payoff is a lifestyle-vice line this concept is not allowed to run.

VH1 satisfied on all three variants. Fork 4 strategy = option 3, hook visual asset before any speaker — which on this board is absolute, because there is no human speaker at any point in the ad and never will be. The "speaker" is itself the stop-scroll asset.
Donor parity on the mute test is exact.[R] §1: "the combination of the bizarre yellow monster and the high-contrast text overlay forces the viewer to stop and read, even without sound." Ours substitutes a furnished flat inside a face for a couch inside a vessel, at the same card treatment.
VS5 satisfied on all three, with the mechanism stated rather than assumed. The card is static from frame one and holds to t=4.0s — the donor's own measured treatment, not a shortcut. At t=4.0s the card releases and the mute-test load transfers to the creature, which is continuous in frame from t=0 to beat end on all three variants. The asset chain never gaps inside the 5s window. Holding the card past 4.0s was considered and refused: donor parity on the measured treatment wins.
The qualification does not lease itself to the audio on any variant. 1A shows a creature that has furnished a face; 1B shows the medical file with the word on it; 1C shows the first checkable symptom. A muted viewer is qualified or dismissed by the picture and the card alone.
11Production-limitation cross-ref
production_limitations.md is a sparse skeleton (<3 non-template entries) → the formal YS6 cross-check is silently skipped per the file's own documented heuristic, and no false-positive flag is raised. No beat on this board requires a technique flagged "currently impossible" for the chosen target — VH3 satisfied. Practical animation flags applied instead:
⚑ Character consistency across seven rigs and fifteen beats is the board's single hardest dependency. Two speaking rigs (tenant, landlord), four non-speaking active rigs, one non-speaking human avatar, plus one generic delivery figure. Route: Nano Banana Pro CHARACTER SHEETS FIRST — turnarounds and expression sheets, one session, one prompt lineage, one scale language — then GPT Image 2 keyframes referenced off those sheets, then Seedance 2.0 image-to-video. Seven independently prompted characters will look like seven different films. Anchor D's own tell is the warning: "AI visuals occasionally feel uncanny."
⚑ Lip-sync exists on exactly TWO rigs and never in the same frame. Seedance 2.0 --audio handles it. There is no multi-character speaking composite anywhere in this ad — the relay format sidesteps the tooling's weakest capability by construction. ⚠️ Do not "improve" the board by staging a tenant/landlord confrontation; it would create the one shot this production cannot reliably make.
⚑ The four actives have FOUR RIGS and ZERO SPEAKING PARTS. Scoping stated precisely so the build sheet is not re-scoped downward: edit pass 1 dropped four speaking parts (voice casting + lip-sync), not four rigs. The actives still perform their props on screen and still need to be modelled, rigged and animated.
⚑ Beat 11 s3 (the blue whoomph) is the single most quality-critical frame in the ad. It is the proof beat of an ad with no study, no expert and no real-human before/after. Two re-rolls minimum, and a commissioned-3D fallback reserved for this shot alone.
⚑ Both sets must be built once and lit twice. THE FLAT (cheek/sitting room · jaw/box room · under-eye/lamp corner · ankle/radiator) and THE CELLAR (boiler · tank · gauge · steps · joists), each in a cold state and a warm state, generated from the same keyframes. Beat 12 cannot be assembled until both states exist.
⚑ The temperature clock is baked at generation, never graded in post. A faked white-balance roll over an AI render bands and dies on a phone screen. Cross-fade between two real renders.
The human avatar is the highest resonance risk on the board. 50s, sympathetic, ordinary, puffy, tired — never repulsive, never grotesque, never a comic "before." The donor declines this explicitly and so must we; the viewer has to see herself. She has no lip-sync anywhere.
Beat 4 must be generated before Beat 14. m1/m2/m3 come off the Beat-4 keyframes or the before/after argument evaporates.
The skin-penetration push (Hook 1A s1) and the grow-to-fill-the-room scale change (Beat 9 s2) are the two hardest camera/character moves. Generate each as one clip at 12s and select, never as a stitch, and never substitute a dolly-in for the scale change.
SFX is a BUILD, not a library pull. The six-item HEAT roster has to be designed. ⚠️ The banned roster is as binding as the built one: no switch-throw, no lock-turn (N1's), and no splash, swoosh, sweep, gurgle or suction — the donor's own foley family is drainage in audio form and is the single easiest place for the firewall to break after the picture has already been corrected.
9:16 native, 4K render. The hook card sits centre-bottom and must survive the crop.
Runtime is not a binding constraint on this board. Delivered worst case (variant C) is 126.0s against a 139.1s band top — 13.1s of headroom, and there is no cap and no floor on this batch. Editors must still not pad: donor parity, not runtime, is the target.
12Asset pack (build order — generate in this sequence)
① Character sheets (Nano Banana Pro, ONE session, ONE lineage): THE TENANT (doughy, matte, dove-putty, 55-ish, posh) · THE LANDLORD (dark berry glass, sleeves up, keys, high-energy) · IODINE (deep violet, squat, a hauler) · SELENIUM (sulphur-gold, tall, a striker) · ZINC (pale silver-white, all elbows, a cranker) · ASHWAGANDHA (warm root-brown, broad, a settler) · THE HUMAN AVATAR (50s, sympathetic, never glamorous) · one generic faceless delivery figure.
② Sets, each in TWO light states (cold + warm) from the same keyframes: THE FLAT — sitting room (cheek) · box room (jaw) · lamp corner (under-eye) · ankle/radiator. THE CELLAR — boiler at cathedral scale · fuel tank · clock-face gauge · stone steps · dusty joists.

⑦ Post graphics: the hook card (verbatim, static 4s) · the verbatim caption track (suppressed 0.0–4.0s, em-dashes rendered as line breaks) · the end card. Nothing else is burned anywhere in this ad.
⑧ VO: two casts only — the tenant (female, 55-ish, posh, bored, entitled) and the landlord (female, high-energy, delighted, plural first person). The laugh at Beat 7 is cast and performed as spoken copy.

There is no Heygen prompt, no Soul ID and no real-shoot spec on this board — there is no human face in this film to train or to cast, and there is no live-action plate anywhere. VH4 satisfied: every per-beat prompt is written in higgsfield-generate syntax and would paste straight into that tool.
14SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
VS1 (B-roll density) — CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL, donor grammar. The board runs a scene switch every 3–4s throughout, far above the 1-per-10s ceiling. This is the donor's measured rhythm ("switching scenes every 3-4 seconds"), and in a 100% animated ad the flag's underlying assumption — a talking head that needs relief — has no referent: there is no B-roll, only scenes. Donor-faithful, not drift.
VS2 (on-screen text ≤12 words) — NO FLAG. Hook card 8 words · end card 3 words · diegetic file 1 word. All comfortably under the cap.
VS3 / VS3b (per-beat and per-cue citation) — satisfied. Every beat cites an anchor or logs an original-direction rationale. The three original-direction cues on this board are declared: (1) the temperature clock as a white-balance-only device — no anchor uses colour temperature as a continuity engine; calibrated specifically to keep HEAT out of N2's LIGHT family. (2) the volume-occupancy cross-section at Beat 3 s3 — every anchor's equivalent frame is a substance on a surface, which the firewall bans, so the frame had to be invented; calibrated so the material and the character are the same object. (3) the reversed plate conveyor at Beat 14 m5 — no anchor supplies it; calibrated to pay the deprivation-refusal half with a food image rather than an effort image.
VS4 (transition consistency) — satisfied. Hard cuts within a world, smooth animated wipes and character-following moves across worlds, one sanctioned score-flip hard cut at Beat 9. No mixed grammar within any section.
VS5 (mute-test asset survives the full 5s) — satisfied on all three hooks, with the transfer mechanism stated rather than assumed. See the mute-test table.
VS6 (anchor best-fit cross-adaptation) — 4 logged, all with rationale.(1) Anchor B is used as an explicit NEGATIVE anchor — its declared best-fit beat type (the four-active mechanism insert) is exactly our Beats 11–12, and it is cited to define what must NOT be borrowed; the positive borrow is capped at relay discipline, anatomy-as-set and palette-as-story. (2) Anchor C's stylized-clinical render register is rejected outright; only its push-in oscillation, three-colour discipline and mechanism-insert licence are carried. (3) Anchor D's declared best-fit beat type (an H06 rock-bottom-diary hook) does not exist in our script — demoted to technique-only (palette split + on-model transformation), never used at hook level. (4) Anchor E is a live-action D01 at ws 52.0, is_winner: false — format-demoted, cited for Hook-C structure only, informs zero shots, retained solely so the script's own citation stays traceable.
⚠️ IN-BATCH COLLISION WATCH — the landlord's keys. The script gives her keys at Beats 9 and 15, and N1 owns the LOCKS family. Boarded resolution: the keys are a social signifier and are NEVER USED — never inserted, never turned, never near a lock, and no keyhole, lock, latch or bolt is framed anywhere in this ad. The door at Beat 9 is kicked, per the script's own direction, which is what keeps the keys decorative. No lock-turn SFX exists in this film. Surfaced for the operator rather than resolved silently, because it is the one remaining N1-family object in N3's prop list.
⚠️ FROST STRUCK AT BEAT 3. Frost/rime was the obvious render for "the house goes cold" and it is a substance appearing on a surface — banned by firewall rule 4 and by the task's residue firewall. The cold is boarded as white balance plus breath fog instead. Recorded so it reads as refused, not forgotten, and so a re-roll does not quietly reintroduce it.
⚠️ THE AUDIO FIREWALL IS NEW ON THIS BOARD AND IT MATTERS. The donor's own SFX family is splashes, swooshes, sweeping sounds. The picture correction (LOCKS→HEAT) has been chased into the props and the SFX for N1's collision, but nobody had yet chased the residue firewall into the audio — a foley artist working from the donor would put drainage on a thyroid ad's soundtrack after the picture was already clean. Named and banned here.
Anchor-pool composition — declared. Four of five anchors are this batch's own donors, a direct consequence of a pinned, all-SEED, 100%-single-advertiser run whose diversity checks the research brief records as FAILED and accepted. Stated rather than hidden. On this board it is an advantage: four of five anchors are measured animation donors in the same production tier.
Review soft flag 4 (the rejected Beat-5 reframe swap) — NOT compensated for visually. The board does not add weight to cover a copy call the human owns. Beat 5 is boarded at the copy's own weight and no higher.
Runtime headroom. Delivered worst case 126.0s against a 139.1s band top = 13.1s (90.6% of ceiling), no cap and no floor on this batch. The board's binding constraint is the render budget, not the runtime.

17New contract findings (for the Echo build log)
⚑ The skill has no Fork-1 target for a 100%-animated, character-voiced ad, and this batch needs one for four of five slots. All six Fork-1 options assume a performer — four are avatar-tool routes for human faces, one is a real shoot, one is a hybrid of the two. A fully rendered ad whose speakers are a personified symptom and a personified bottle fits none of them: there is no face to train, no talent to cast, no plate to shoot, and the per-beat Avatar-tool prompt field has to be reinterpreted as a render spec. This board declares a new target — AI-3D CGI, character-voiced, no presenter, no real shoot — and writes every prompt in higgsfield-generate syntax. Recommend adding it to Fork 1 as a first-class option before the other four animation boards in this batch reinvent it independently.
⚑ A relay format is production-CHEAPER than a dialogue format on exactly the axis AI is weakest, and the skill should say so. The single most unreliable thing in current tooling is a multi-character speaking composite. A characters_speakingrelay — where speakers hand off and never share a speaking frame — requires zero of them. This board contains one two-character frame and the second character is silent in it. That is not a coincidence of this script; it is a structural property of D06 relay, and it means the format choice at ideation has a large, currently-invisible production consequence. Recommend surfacing it at the Fork-1 recommendation step so a concept is never talked out of a relay on cost grounds when the relay is the cheap option.
⚑ A residue/render firewall needs to reach the AUDIO layer, and no prior board did that. This concept had already chased its cross-niche firewall through the copy, the props and the SFX-vs-N1 de-dup. What nobody had done was check the donor's own foley family — splashes, swooshes, sweeping sounds — which is drainage rendered as sound. A sound designer briefed off the donor would have put the banned mechanism back into a picture-clean ad. Recommend that any board carrying a cross-niche mechanism firewall be required to restate it as an explicit banned-SFX register, not just a banned-prop and banned-verb one.
A temperature clock is a reusable continuity primitive, and it is what let HEAT and LIGHT coexist in one batch. Two sibling concepts needed adjacent physical payoffs (N2's rooms light up, N3's rooms warm up), and the only thing keeping them from rendering identically is the boarding rule that N3 moves colour temperature while exposure holds flat, and N3's rooms never get brighter. That is a one-line rule that saved an entire in-batch collision at the level a viewer actually sees. Recommend a named state-clock optional section for any board whose mechanism is a continuous physical state rather than a discrete event — the same slot V2's board invented for artifact continuity.
On a PINNED all-SEED run the anchor machinery should be declared inapplicable rather than skipped by hand each time. This is the sixth board in this chain to skip §2a.0 rotation and the §2b/§2c re-query by hand and to write the same paragraph explaining why. Recommend the Echo branch state it once: on a pinned run, rotation is inapplicable, the anchor set is the donor plus the concept's own cited rows plus the batch's sibling donors, the §2g append is handled at package, and the diversity note is a declaration, not a check.
A negative anchor is a legitimate and load-bearing citation type, and the schema has no slot for it.938803821867026 is the highest-scoring, most format-relevant row available to this board and the thing it must most carefully not resemble — the two D06 × H09 four-active inserts in this batch are the single most expensive asset in the wave. Citing it only positively would have been dishonest; dropping it would have lost the de-dup discipline. Recommend §2e allow an anchor to declare role: NEGATIVE with an explicit rejected-list and a capped positive borrow, exactly as boarded here.
