01The concept at a glance

A 1:48 delivered (272w body + hooks A 20 / B 18 / C 20 @ the donor's measured 165.0 wpm = full variants 292 / 290 / 292w → 106.2 / 105.5 / 106.2s word-derived, 107.8 / 107.1 / 107.8s with the two scripted pauses; boarded spine 1:40 / 100s on the donor's own measured marks; band 85.0–115.0s, donor measured centre 100.0s, ceiling headroom 7.2s, NO FLOOR) Yapper (Echo chain — reference-primary, D06 Mascot Personification Explainer, 100% 3D CHARACTER ANIMATION, ZERO on-camera humans, 100s donor) built for "The Woman Who Keeps Getting New Diagnoses".

Angle
Donor-recreation (Echo SEED, maximum reuse), REFRAME — the Personified Chorus variant.
Promise
Her medication was never the failure, and neither was she. A metabolically dead lookalike is sitting in the receptor the real hormone has to reach, and four cofactors put it out: supply the raw…
Mechanism
The spine is Reverse T3 — "Fake Keys Jamming the Locks" — and it is PROVEN: it's the entire persuasion spine of the account's $626k #1 winner. It sits on a PROVEN root, the T4→T3 conversion gap.
Hook
Echo 1×3 — THREE interchangeable doors, all inside the donor's measured 7s / 20-word hook beat (A 20 · B 18 · C 20 against a ±15% band of 17–23) and all boarded at 7.3s delivered so the body…
Story shape
Donor spine (SEED) — an eleven-beat REFRAME on the Personified Chorus variant. It's a relay, not a list: supply, convert, dock, stop the re-issue, each link referencing the one before it.
02The avatar
Avatar
"The Woman Who Keeps Getting New Diagnoses" — the Exhausted Warrior persona, on its diagnosis-accumulation side. Female, 45–60, on levothyroxine, TSH "optimised," and every year or two another label gets added to the file: IBS, low mood, prediabetes, "just your age," and now something else. She doesn't describe herself as one thyroid patient. She describes herself as five different patients. In her own words (VOC): "Despite my labs always coming back normal, I always feel worse… Fatigue, chronic joint pain, weight gain, brain fog, it's all getting worse even though the doctor keeps saying it should be getting better" (r/Hashimotos) · "Synthetics never treated my hypothyroidism. They just moved my lab numbers."
Awareness
Solution-Aware — donor parity, and the only Solution-Aware entry in the run-5 batch (the other four are Problem-Aware). She is already on the treatment, fluent in the vocabulary, and the ad's entire job is to explain why the treatment is not landing. puts solution-aware at ~48%, the largest slice of the brand's primary persona, and instructs: open on the mechanism gap she already suspects, and never open on education-of-the-basics — she knows TSH, FT3 and FT4 cold, and talking down loses her instantly. The OST card names her prescription at t=0.0, so qualification happens at the earliest possible frame
Sophistication Stage
Stage 4-5 saturated thyroid-supplement market. We out-class it on carrier and render tier, not with a louder claim: the account's most-proven mechanism, delivered by a personified antagonist, in a register Kindled has never shipped. The donor's saturation assessment reads "extremely low… long half-life 12–18 months" — and that reading is because of the animation tier, so the render is the moat. (Echo: not a declared field — derived from the donor card and the mini-brief's angle status.)
Audience Belief
"My labs are normal, so either this is me or this is just what fifty-two is." The script's wedge: the pill is doing exactly what it was designed to do, and something is standing in front of the place it was designed to reach.
Skepticism
High, and earned. She has been medically dismissed for years, she is hungry for mechanism, and she is fluent in her own panel. We meet that with a named route — T4, then the conversion fork, then reverse T3, then the occupied receptor — four actives with non-overlapping causal jobs in order, an objection-answer built into the fourth beat for the woman already taking selenium and zinc, and zero hedging anywhere: no "supports," no "may help," no "consult your doctor."
03What they want and what hurts
What they want
Dominant Mass Desire
Absolution before transformation. She took the pill, she took it correctly for years, and the failure was never hers. The brand bible names the matching hesitation emotion — guilt that she should have pushed harder — and prescribes the answer: reframe the delay as the system's failure. The villain carries every ounce of the aggression, so the viewer never has to.
Mass Desire
"I want my old self back" — the brand's #1 mass desire. It runs through the Actual identity layer: the self she is right now is not the problem, and what the ad hands her is absolution rather than transformation.
What hurts
Mass Pain
Years of "optimised" labs while the body keeps losing. Hair in the shower drain every morning, hands cold by three in the afternoon, four o'clock flattening her, the word that won't arrive mid-sentence, and a new diagnosis added to the file most years.
Sub-pains
The dose raised and nothing changing. Free T3 and reverse T3 never once ordered. Being told the panel is normal, so this must be her. The labels that keep piling up — IBS, low mood, prediabetes, "just your age" — each explaining one symptom and none of them the cause. And weight that won't move, rather than weight that keeps arriving.
04The angle and promise
Her medication was never the failure, and neither was she. A metabolically dead lookalike is sitting in the receptor the real hormone has to reach, and four cofactors put it out: supply the raw material, throw the conversion the right way, make the receptor answer the real key, and stop the counterfeit being re-issued.
Big Promise
Story Shape
Donor spine (SEED) — an eleven-beat REFRAME on the Personified Chorus variant. It's a relay, not a list: supply, convert, dock, stop the re-issue, each link referencing the one before it. Two 15-second load-bearing walls (the Medication Reframe at beat 3 and Product & Delivery at beat 8), with the four active beats metronoming at 7 to 8 seconds between them. Our word-share against the donor's renormalised duration share: Product & Delivery +0.1pp, Medication Reframe −3.3pp, and every other beat inside ±2.8pp.
Sophistication Strategy
Donor-recreation (Echo SEED, maximum reuse), REFRAME — the Personified Chorus variant. All 11/11 donor beats reproduced in order at the donor's beat shares (every beat inside ±3.3pp against a ±10pp tolerance), problem territory owning the first 29.5 delivered seconds with no product mention, the product named at 60% depth, four-pass UMS, and a tight un-padded close. Avatar and mechanism are swapped — the donor's lymphatic-sludge villain becomes Reverse T3 — and the donor's whole drainage ontology stays with the donor: no residue, no clearance verb, no substance anywhere in the copy or the picture.
05The mechanism
Promise Mechanism
The spine is Reverse T3 — "Fake Keys Jamming the Locks" — and it is PROVEN: it's the entire persuasion spine of the account's $626k #1 winner. It sits on a PROVEN root, the T4→T3 conversion gap. The Selenium-Zinc-Iodine ratio (also PROVEN) is the proof pairing, the sublingual-versus-pills argument carries delivery, and Cortisol → Reverse T3 (TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE, declared) is confined to the Active-4 beat as the objection-answer for the woman already supplementing. Under stress the conversion runs backward and produces a metabolically dead copy that docks at the receptor real T3 has to bind to. Kindled is iodine, selenium glycinate, zinc glycinate and ashwagandha KSM-66 (carried at synergy/lineage level only) in a berry sublingual thyroid support liquid, two droppers, with no iron by design. Everything is label-real; the mechanism frame is dramatized on real actives, and that is declared. The adjunct boundary is non-negotiable: the enemy is reverse T3, never the pill and never her doctor.
Mechanism Story Arc
Villain self-introduces and names the humiliation → he boasts about his own tenure and the labels they keep writing for him → the load-bearing Medication Reframe (the pill floods the blood with T4, the fork sends it out backwards, the backwards thing sits in the lock) → the relay, one active per beat on a 7 to 8 second metronome: iodine supplies, selenium throws the switch, zinc makes the receptor answer and the counterfeit loses the lock, ashwagandha holds what the other three just did → the chorus claims the four and the brand is named at 60% depth, with the sublingual argument and dose-escalation pass 1 → the Core Reframe money shot (the camera pulls back and the same face is in every lock down the corridor) → outcomes in the characters' own mouths including the diagnosis-churn payoff → reveal-as-close, welded 30-day guarantee, stock-check CTA
06Hook and loops
Hook
Echo 1×3 — THREE interchangeable doors, all inside the donor's measured 7s / 20-word hook beat (A 20 · B 18 · C 20 against a ±15% band of 17–23) and all boarded at 7.3s delivered so the body does not shift by a frame between variants: A = H09 Villain Monologue, the donor's own grammar inherited whole (H09 ← 938803821867026) — non-human first-person self-introduction plus a specific recurring sensory humiliation in second person; B = H02 Misdiagnosis Flip (H02 ← 1680250769901502), the labs-versus-body contradiction, spoken by the same villain so H09 still governs per the catalog's overriding non-human-voice cue; C = H01 Symptom Mirror (H01 ← 2484688995277793), rewritten at the edit pass onto two second-person body facts she can check while the ad is playing. All three carry the same static OST card and all three hand into the same first body beat. Full text in SCRIPT BODY beats 1A/1B/1C
Loop Strategy
The withheld count is the board's signature device and the ad's master loop. For ten beats the villain is one character at one door: no wide shot revealing more than one receptor door exists before 1:20.4, the depth axis is never opened, never implied by a rack focus, never hinted at by a second doorway at frame edge. Beat 3 plants the factory — every unit coming out of the fork backwards wears his face, shot tight on the exit throat — and beat 9 reveals the installed base. Loop 1 (why is my medication not landing?) opens in the hook and closes on the Medication Reframe. Loop 2 (how does the real key get in?) opens at Iodine and closes when the counterfeit loses the lock at Zinc. The secondary prop loops all close too: the keyhole and plate (1 → 2 → 3 → 6 → 9), the lever (unattended at 3, thrown at 5, holding at 7, held forward as the film's last live image at 11), key blanks versus cut keys (4 → 5 → 6), the file-tabs (variant-conditional — planted in Hook C, paid off at beat 10), and the dark room (beat 2 only, never re-lit). (Echo: not a declared field — mapped from script and storyboard structure.)
07The edge
The unfair advantage
Unfair Advantage
Kindled — iodine, selenium glycinate, zinc glycinate and ashwagandha KSM-66 in a berry sublingual thyroid support liquid, two droppers under the tongue, absorbed past a gut hypothyroidism has already slowed, and no iron by design. The angle, REVT3 / the Medication Conversion Blockade, is the reverse-T3 lane — the account's $626k #1 winner. The genuinely new variables are the carrier (D06 personified relay, never run by Kindled) and the steal family (ANG_THYROID_METABOLISM_05 Villain Personification Battle, 🟢 no known use). Plus the owned distortion: the villain is an exact copy of the hero, the same model mirrored, wearing the good guy's face every time he speaks.
The honest admission
Damaging Admission
The script's trust move isn't a self-deprecation beat — the donor has none. It's refusing to attack the obvious target. The medication is named on screen in the first frame and then explicitly exonerated: the pill does what it was built to do, the failure is downstream of it, and the doctor is never mentioned. The ad picks the fight it can win and concedes the one it can't. (Echo: not a declared field — the donor's trust-beat function mapped across.)
08Production
Speaker
SIX speaking entities, SIX rigs, ZERO humans — and this is a FORMAT fact, not a casting preference. Reverse T3 (male, the villain, charming throughout) · Iodine (male — the copy genders him, "His metal") · Selenium (female — "Her key") · Zinc (male — he presses the palm to the plate) · Ashwagandha (female, distinctly the oldest) · the Chorus/bottle (warm female, first-person plural — the product speaking as itself, never a narrator speaking about it). Voice mode characters_speaking and the sub-distinction is BINDING: the characters never talk to each other. Each speaks directly to the viewer, breaking the fourth wall, in a sequential roll-call; even the social proof stays inside the characters' mouths. ⚑ THERE IS NO PRESENTER, NO ON-CAMERA HUMAN, NO FILMED FACE AND NO LIVE-ACTION PLATE ANYWHERE IN THIS ASSET. Every v2 field that assumes a filmed performer (shot type on the speaker, wardrobe, blocking, eyeline to another speaker) is re-pointed at the character rig and its one prop and one verb. No speakers-library archetype applies — it is a human-voice catalog; the nearest register reference for the chorus is 1.2 The Compassionate Educator (PROVEN) with the credential stripped (product_facts — no fake-doctor personas), declared UNTESTED, nothing in its Known-incompatible list. 165.0 wpm is a CASTING GATE, not a direction note — it is the donor's measured rate and the delivered runtime is built on it; run a pace test before booking and test on the Zinc beat (25 words across four cuts in 9.1s) and the Close (31 words in 11.3s)
Setting / Tone
There is no set. Four declared worlds, all of them the interior of one cell rendered semi-realistically, with no exterior, no room she lives in, and no camera that ever leaves her body. W1 THE DOOR: a receptor door in wet cell wall — plate, keyhole, wardings, the counterfeit in the lock, real keys on the far side, one dark cold room behind it. W2 THE FORK: a junction in a wet lumen splitting two ways, with a mechanical lever beside it, the exit throat, the re-issue door, and iodine's crate. W3 THE CORRIDOR: W1 at a wider lens — geometrically the same door repeated down a hall, and that identity is the money shot's entire engine. W4 THE PRODUCT FRAME: the four gathered, the bottle, the dropper, the sublingual macro, the end card. The register is donor-inherited — quirky, animated, authoritative, and charming while telling her why her hair is in the drain. The aggression lives in the claim layer and never in the tonal layer. The palette is a two-state ownership map, not a drift: STATE 1 cold owns beats 1 to 4 with the villain lit warm inside it, the turn fires on the lever at beat 5, a continuous grade lift runs through 6, 7 and 8, and STATE 2 completes at 1:04.4 and never changes again.
Editing Style
THE OCCUPATION CONTRACT is the board's largest single job and it governs every frame. The copy passed the residue firewall on an independent grep; the picture layer is where it actually gets broken, because an animator handed "the counterfeit is put out of the lock" reaches by reflex for the thing every lymphatic ad in the pool does — a glowing particle sweep dissolving a substance. Eight binding picture rules, each a QC gate on a frame: ① NO SUBSTANCE EXISTS IN ANY FRAME — no wax, film, grease, glaze, sludge, rime, gunk, crust, particulate, mist or dust, before, during or after; the wardings, plate, keyhole and lumen are CLEAN in every frame including the whole problem half, which is why nothing is removed. ② NO CLEARANCE EVENT AND NO DISSOLVE ANYWHERE, INCLUDING IN THE EDIT. ③ THE ONLY THREE PHYSICAL EVENTS ARE OCCUPATION, DISPLACEMENT AND ARRIVAL — nothing enters a body and nothing leaves one. ④ THE COUNTERFEIT IS NEVER DAMAGED — it does not melt, shrink, pop, crack, burn, fade or shatter; it leaves intact, on its own legs, still wearing the good hormone's face. ⑤ NO GLOW-PARTICLE ANIMATION OF ANY KIND. ⑥ NO ILLUMINATION IS EVER THE PAYOFF — the grade lift is continuous from beat 5 and complete by beat 8, no light source turns on in any frame, no room is seen changing state on camera, and the plate at the Zinc beat wakes MECHANICALLY (tumblers turn over, keyhole geometry resolves) and does not glow. ⑦ NO HEAT AND NO TEMPERATURE EVENT — cold is staged by desaturation and stillness, never frost or breath-fog. ⑧ NO CITY AND NO ARCHIVE — the word "traffic" at beat 3 means hormone units at a wet junction and renders as solid key-shaped objects (no vehicle, road, lane marking, signal or skyline), and Hook C's file-tabs are five loose paper tabs in a hand at cell scale, labels illegible by design, with no shelving, filing system or records room. Plus the withheld count as a per-frame gate before 1:20.4, one permitted exception (beat 7's chain wide, composed laterally with a hard right edge at the door plate), and the beat-9 instancing rule: one villain design, instanced — a corridor of similar villains is a crowd, a corridor of identical villains is a COUNT, and that distinction is the beat
Framework
Donor spine, SEED full-pattern borrow: 11/11 beat order reproduced, no beat added, dropped or re-ordered, donor beat labels preserved. Beat shares on the post-hook convention (our body word-share against the donor's duration share, renormalised over its 93 post-hook seconds): Problem Agitation −0.9pp · Medication Reframe −3.3pp · Iodine +0.9 · Selenium +0.2 · Zinc +1.7 · Ashwagandha +1.3 · Product & Delivery +0.1pp · Core Reframe −0.9 · Social Proof −1.9 · CTA & Close +2.8pp, the declared guarantee addition and the only beat the concept authorised to grow. Every beat is inside ±3.3pp against a ±10pp tolerance. Product-entry depth: the beat-8 onset lands at word 175 / 292 = 59.9% against the donor's 167/275 = 60.7%; by the position of the brand name itself, "Kindled" lands at word 182 / 292 = 62.3% against the donor's "Lymphoria" at 61.5% — so on brand entry we are deeper than the donor. Hook parity: the donor's hook beat is 20 words, ours are 20 / 18 / 20.
Production Notes
⚑ LEAD FLAGS (all four carried): ① FORMAT — 100% 3D CHARACTER ANIMATION, ZERO on-camera humans, ZERO live-action plate, ZERO avatar renders. The entire avatar stack is DELETED, not chosen against — no Heygen, no Soul Cinema, no Soul ID, no Marketing Studio presenter, no talent day for picture. Do NOT invent a presenter and do NOT build a casting look-book for a speaker who never appears. The stack is higgsfield-generate: Nano Banana 2 / Pro for the six character sheets and all reference chaining, GPT Image 2 for the text-bearing and label-bearing frames, Seedance 2.0 for character-performance image-to-video, Kling 3.0 for the single beat-9 pull-back, all on-screen text in post, six VO casts in one session. ② THE HARD REFERENCE, and it is the board's #1 dependency: the counterfeit and the hero-T3 model are ONE asset built twice, mirrored, with one authored wrongness. Declared HARD per the standing ref-image rule, preservation prompt on every chained call; every other reference on this board is SOFT. Build it first, QC it, lock it — it gates beats 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9, and beat 9's corridor is hundreds of instances of it. Drift here is not a blemish, it is the loss of the ad's biggest beat. ③ SIX RIGS, COUNT THEM SO THE RENDER IS NOT UNDER-QUOTED — the villain, the four actives, and the chorus, which is a speaking entity with its own first-person-plural voice and not a packshot. The beat-9 corridor adds no seventh rig. ④ RUNTIME: 107.8s delivered against a 115.0s ceiling — 7.2s of headroom, NO FLOOR (Zied 2026-08-01), and the asset must not be padded toward 2:00. No third pause, no hold past 0.8s, no beat stretched to fill a marker: where the words run short the picture holds, where they run long the cutting tightens. · GENERATE ~24, CUT ~41: build the six character sheets and the four world plates FIRST, lock them, and chain every downstream shot from them; generate each shot longer and wider than the cut needs so post pulls two cuts from one generation. W1 and W3 are ONE SET at two lenses — that geometric identity is what makes the pull-back a reveal rather than a cut to somewhere new. · Four active silhouettes must separate at phone size — four rounded characters in a wet interior read as one character four times unless the sheets are built for contrasting mass; build all four together, side by side, in silhouette, before any of them is animated. · THE FIREWALL'S #1 RISK FRAME is the Zinc beat's fourth shot (the counterfeit leaving the lock): every animation reflex wants a dissolve with particles, and it is a character getting up and walking away, intact. QC that frame before anything else in the film. · Four legibility gates: the product label's named actives · the key-blank versus cut-key distinction (blanks have no teeth, keys do, and the whole mechanism argument rests on the viewer seeing it) · Hook B's mirror (if the viewer cannot see the two objects are the same, the hook has no flip) · and one that runs the other way — Hook C's file-tab labels must be UNREADABLE at every size. · The dose is a PICTURE gate: the sublingual macro shows TWO FULL DROPPER SQUEEZES, not two drops — a render of two beads re-opens a 40× label-truth error in the layer the viewer actually believes. · The badge is a label-truth surface: 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE and nothing else, no seal, no ribbon, no laurel, no invented number (product_facts). · No CTA furniture anywhere — no button, arrow, swipe-up, pointing hand or cursor in any frame; the copy says go see if we're in stock and never says link or tap, and the picture must not say it either. · One shot could not be resolved cleanly and is declared: the locked script offers a live-action proof cutaway inside the product beat (the donor carries one), but the run-5 animation directive is stricter — no live-action plate anywhere. The board resolves it as a fully rendered macro cropped to lips and dropper only, no face, no eyes, no identity, no seventh rig. The cost is declared: the donor's real-world grounding function is lost. Zied's to reverse; it is one asset dropping into an existing cut. · Open human-gate item (review flag 12), restated not resolved: naming LEVOTHYROXINE on the OST card, on screen from frame one on all three hooks. calls specific medication-name attacks a trust killer; (the $626k #1 winner), the retired be-quiet entry and KD_X0008 "Ban Levo" point the other way. Flagged, not gated — there is no compliance layer in this system. If it resolves the other way the card is the only asset that changes and it is a post-layer change, no re-render. · Render-tier decision, flagged not gated: the donor record itself offers 2D motion graphics as the budget path, but the saturation assessment says the render tier IS the moat, so a 2D downgrade forfeits part of what made it win
09How this sits vs. the winners

Where this angle sits against the winning ads it’s grounded in — what each one proves is working, and the gap our angle takes. Reads, not rules.

lymphoriawatch
Validates ✓ this is the closest thing in the pool to a proof-of-concept for our whole approach — a lymphatic-drainage brand running an explicit thyroid argument, in cartoon character animation, with a villain that introduces itself and narrates the viewer's own symptoms in second person. It proves three things we are betting on: that a personified antagonist can carry a medication reframe without a human on camera, that a card naming the prescription in the first frame qualifies rather than repels, and that the mechanism can own the first third of the ad with no product in sight and still sell. It also proves the roll-call structure holds attention — one character, one job, seven to eight seconds, cut — for the whole runtime.
White-space it wins on a mechanism it has to import. Its villain is a substance that thickens and has to be cleared out, which is a lymphatic story wearing thyroid clothes, and the moment a viewer asks what exactly is being flushed the argument thins. Ours takes the same structural crime — something is standing in front of a working medication — and grounds it in a thyroid-native occupier the account has already made $626k on. Nothing needs sweeping out, so there is no residue for a skeptic to poke at. It also leaves risk reversal completely on the table: no guarantee, no refund, nothing. We weld a thirty-day guarantee to a named outcome at the close, which is the single cheapest improvement available on this ad.
lymphoriawatch
Validates ✓ the same advertiser doing the same thing a second time, at a lower score but with the ingredient beats built out further — each active carries a literal prop matched to its job, readable in one frame. That repetition is the useful signal: this house is not getting lucky once, it is running a format, and the one-character-one-prop-one-verb grammar is the part that transfers cleanly to any ingredient stack. It also confirms the register is producible at this quality tier repeatedly, which de-risks the build.
White-space every one of its prop verbs is a cleaning verb — a mallet, a broom, a hose — so the whole visual argument is about removing a substance, and its hero is a flexing mascot bottle closing on a percentage-off. We take the grammar and refuse all four verbs: ours act on supply, direction, recognition and re-entry, never on a thing that has to be scrubbed away. And our product does not arrive as a mascot; the four actives speak as the product in first-person plural, which keeps the mechanism's credibility attached to the bottle instead of handing it to a cartoon.
resiliawatch
Validates ✓ it proves the audience will sit through a high-fidelity render of their own interior if the render is unpleasant enough to be believable, and that a second-person list of body signs is a legitimate hook door — the viewer qualifies herself by checking the symptoms against her own body while the ad is still playing. That is exactly the door our third hook variant uses. It also validates wet, semi-realistic anatomy as a location you can cut to rather than a diagram you explain.
White-space its proof stack is a before-and-after clearance animation, which is the precise frame our concept exists to refuse — and it is in a different category lane entirely, so its persona does not transfer. We import the interior-as-set fidelity and the sign-list door; we import none of the clearance. Our mechanism has to be argued with bodies, doors and force instead of with a substance dissolving, which is harder to render and much harder for a competitor to copy.
shopeverlywatch
“How to take Pumpkin Seed Oil From Urologist…”
Validates ✓ only loosely related — different category, different buyer. What it does prove, and it is worth taking, is that a plain instructional headline built on a borrowed authority still tops a niche in 2026. Specificity plus a named source of authority beats cleverness at the top of the funnel, which is the same reason our first frame names a prescription drug instead of teasing one.
White-space it qualifies on a product the viewer already wants and tells her how to use it. Our buyer does not need to be told how to take anything — she has been taking something correctly for years. So the authority we borrow is not a practitioner's, it is her own body's, and the headline slot goes to the thing her chart cannot explain rather than to a how-to.
lymphoriawatch
“Here's what nobody is telling you about Levothyroxine!!…”
Validates ✓ the strongest single piece of in-market proof we have for the riskiest decision in this ad. It is a top-scoring thyroid winner whose entire on-screen hook is the prescription drug named flat out, unhedged, in the first frame — and it is the same advertiser house as our donor, so the pattern is running at volume rather than surviving once. It confirms that naming the medication qualifies hard and does not cost the hook, and it lines up with our own account evidence, where the reverse-T3 misdirect is the number one winner at $626k.
White-space it stops at the callout. It tells her nobody is telling her something and then hands off to a generic support story. Ours spends the beat the callout buys on a specific, causally ordered relay — supply, direction, recognition, re-entry — with each link referencing the one before it, and it names the product only after the mechanism has earned the credit. The gap that leaves open is credibility: everyone in this niche can write the callout, and almost nobody can pay it off with four jobs that depend on each other.

11Independent review
An independent strategist QA pass. These are flags for you to resolve — they do NOT change your strategy (your fields are untouched).
Awareness vs the concept header: the Awareness field argues hard for Solution-Aware (donor parity, ~48% of the primary persona, she knows TSH/FT3/FT4 cold) but the concept's own header line still carries problem_aware. One of the two is stale — reconcile before the board card is filed, because the entry stage is what the pipeline card and any downstream targeting read off.
Promise Mechanism vs the fourth active beat: the field declares Cortisol → Reverse T3 as TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE and confines it to an objection-answer, but the Ashwagandha beat states it as the causal reason the fork runs backwards and the whole relay's fourth link (nothing the other three did gets undone) rests on it. Either the beat softens to the objection-answer job the field describes, or the field stops calling it confined.
Promise Mechanism vs Unfair Advantage on KSM-66 standing: Promise Mechanism says ashwagandha KSM-66 is carried at synergy/lineage level only, while the Active-4 beat gives it a standalone causal job with a named outcome. Confirm the label supports a constituent-level claim at the dose in the bottle, or re-point the beat at the blend.
Sophistication Stage vs Production Notes on render tier: the Stage field makes the render tier the entire differentiation (the moat), while Production Notes leaves a 2D motion-graphics downgrade open as a flagged decision. Those cannot both stand — if 2D is genuinely available, the Stage field's out-class argument needs a second leg that is not the render.
Unfair Advantage vs the test variable: the carrier family is cited at −9.0 winner share and simultaneously named as the new-variable moat. Name what makes a below-average share the right bet here (the donor's own measured performance, presumably) so this reads as a deliberate contrarian test rather than a share number nobody checked.
Big Promise vs Skepticism: the promise is that four cofactors put the counterfeit out, and Skepticism claims zero hedging anywhere — but nothing in the field set states a time-to-effect. The close offers a thirty-day guarantee, which implicitly promises a thirty-day result the mechanism fields never commit to. Decide whether that window is a claim you want to own explicitly.

six animated characters, no narrator and no human; fourth-wall direct-address roll-call, characters_speaking, the characters never speaking to each other. Donor fingerprint transferred whole — the Hi, I'm ___ self-introduction grammar repeating six times, the villain charming while telling her why her hair is in the drain (the tonal inversion that lets a cute animation carry a belligerent claim stack), the specific recurring domestic humiliation in second person, one prop and one verb per active, the collective back-reference at the fourth link, the late brand entry, the first-person-plural social proof, and the reveal-as-close with only Y changed. Zero disfluency by design (MARKUP-ONLY naturalization tier — the donor's measured 275-word transcript carries zero disfluency tokens). No company-"we" from a third party: the chorus IS the product, donor-native first-person plural. Out-loud test passed on the locked body and on every line the edit pass touched.

Setup
THERE IS NO HUMAN PERFORMER, NO PRESENTER, NO FILMED FACE AND NO LIVE-ACTION PLATE ANYWHERE IN THIS FILM. 9:16 vertical, 100% 3D CG character animation in the Pixar/DreamWorks feature register. The default frame is a character rig performing one verb on one prop, addressing camera — never addressing another character. The visual signature is donor-derived: cute characters against wet realistic anatomy, and the collision IS the technique — do not cartoon the anatomy, do not realism the characters. Extreme close-ups are the dominant grammar. Four declared worlds, all interiors of one cell (W1 THE DOOR / W2 THE FORK / W3 THE CORRIDOR, which is W1 at a wider lens / W4 THE PRODUCT FRAME). Three OST classes plus one badge — THE CARD (hook beat only, static, verbatim, never re-authored or shortened), THE KINETIC TRACK (word-by-word, the entire VO, emphasis by size and berry colour only), OST CHIPS (short name burns, only ever a word the VO speaks in the same breath), and the END BADGE. No word appears on screen that the VO does not speak. Grade runs the declared ownership arc: STATE 1 cold owns beats 1 to 4 with the villain lit warm inside it, the turn fires on the lever at beat 5, STATE 2 completes at 1:04.4 and beat 9 receives no grade event. CUTTING: hard cuts exclusively, 2 to 4s internal, character switch every 7 to 8s, zero dissolves, one camera move (beat 9), two 2% pushes, two 0.8s holds on the two scripted pauses. AUDIO: quirky upbeat bed from t=0, one swell only, at the product reveal; SFX dry and mechanical — no squishing, no splashing, no magical chimes. THE OCCUPATION CONTRACT applies to every frame: no substance exists anywhere, nothing is cleared, dissolved or removed, the counterfeit is never damaged, no glow particles, no illumination payoff, no heat, no city, no archive. Hook variants 1A/1B/1C are interchangeable and all boarded at 7.3s delivered onto a frame-identical seam state — the body does not shift by a frame between variants. 165.0 wpm; [pause] ≈ 0.8s; CAPS = spoken emphasis, voice-first, rendered on the kinetic track by size and colour only
0:00–0:07HOOK A (variant) — H09 Villain Monologue, the donor's own 7s / 20-word shape ← 938803821867026

Hi, I'm Reverse T3. I'm why your hair's in the drain every morning and your hands go cold by THREE.

> On-screen text: THE CARD — "HERE'S WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT YOUR LEVOTHYROXINE ‼️" (8 words, species SITUATION), CARRIED VERBATIM FROM THE SCRIPT — bold white with a red double exclamation, top-centred, in at t=0.0 and held STATIC to t=7.0. Not re-authored, not shortened to a teaser, not animated. This card is the ad's entire qualification device and it fires on frame one · THE KINETIC TRACK from t=0.4, word-by-word, centre-lower; THREE renders in berry at larger size. Visual: W1 THE DOOR, STATE 1 cold, three shots. 0:00–0:03 extreme close-up macro: a keyhole in a wet receptor door plate filling frame, and seated IN the keyhole, warm and settled, the counterfeit — same silhouette and colour family as real T3, mirrored, slightly wrong in a way you only see this close. It turns to camera and waves. Locked, shallow. This is frame one of the ad → 0:03–0:05 hard cut to a tighter crop on its face as it completes the wave, pleased with itself, with one 2% push → 0:05–0:07 hard cut to the far side of the door: a real key ticking uselessly against the plate, not turning, macro, locked; returns to the shared seam state on the last six frames. Lighting: cold blue-grey key on the tissue and the plate, a single warm practical on the counterfeit only — he is the only warm-lit thing in the film while STATE 1 holds, and that is the tonal inversion staged in light rather than performed. SFX: low wet interior room tone; the small dry tick of a real key failing against a plate on the far side of the door. No squish, no splash, no chimes. Direction: male villain, quirky-animated-authoritative, FAST at 165 wpm, CHARMING throughout — warm and pleased with himself while telling her why her hair is in the drain. The aggression is in the CLAIM, never in the tone. THREE is the one lifted word. Mute test PASS, qualification at t=0.0 — the earliest possible frame. Strongest muted IMAGE of the three.

0:00–0:07HOOK B (variant) — H02 Misdiagnosis Flip ← 1680250769901502, spoken by the same villain so H09 still governs

Your labs say you're treated. Your body says otherwise. I'm Reverse T3. I look EXACTLY like your medication.

> On-screen text: THE CARD, identical treatment, verbatim, t=0.0–7.0 STATIC · THE KINETIC TRACK from t=0.4; EXACTLY in berry. Visual: W1 THE DOOR, STATE 1 cold, three shots — the only beat in the film where the counterfeit is out of the lock. 0:00–0:02.5 the counterfeit standing beside the lock, to camera, holding a real T3 model up next to its own head; lateral medium, depth axis closed — still one door, still no corridor → 0:02.5–0:04.5 hard cut to an EXTREME CLOSE-UP of the two silhouettes side by side filling frame, identical, one mirrored, held long enough for the viewer to register that the villain is wearing the good guy's face. This is the only held frame in the first 1:20 and it is held on purpose → 0:04.5–0:07 it steps back into the lock it has been sitting in and settles, returning to the exact seam state; frame-match this, do not re-generate it, and hold the final frame to 7.3s so B seams frame-identically with A and C. Lighting: STATE 1 cold, with the same warm practical carried onto both objects in shot 2 — the mirroring only reads if the two are lit identically. HARD GATE. Direction: same male villain, same charm. EXACTLY is the one lifted word and it lands on the frame where both objects are on screen. Mute test PASS and this is the strongest muted ARGUMENT of the three — the card at t=0.0, and at t=2.5 two identical objects, one of which she has just been told is her medication.

0:00–0:07HOOK C (variant) — H01 Symptom Mirror ← 2484688995277793, rebuilt at the edit pass to its cited lineage

You lose words mid-sentence. Your weight won't move. Five diagnoses in six years. I'm Reverse T3. Not ONE was real.

> On-screen text: THE CARD, identical, verbatim, t=0.0–7.0 STATIC · THE KINETIC TRACK from t=0.4; ONE in berry. The five file-tab labels carry no legible word — no unspoken word reaches the screen. Visual: W1 THE DOOR, STATE 1 cold, three shots. 0:00–0:03 the counterfeit seated in the lock, ticking the symptoms off on its fingers to camera as it says them; macro on hand and face together, two fingers, two signs, in time with the words → 0:03–0:05 on five diagnoses, a hand of five paper file-tabs fans open toward it from off-frame, each a different generic printed label, ILLEGIBLE BY DESIGN; macro → 0:05–0:07 it takes all five and tucks them under one arm, still seated, still cheerful, returning to the seam state. The tabs are a hand prop at cell scale, on screen under two seconds — no archive, no hall, no shelving, no filing system, no records room. Direction: same male villain; the two body facts delivered as observations of her, warm and conversational, never as accusations. ONE is the one lifted word. Mute test PASS at t=0.0, and strongest muted INVENTORY of the three — a thing inside her own body keeping score. Artifact risk: a rounded cartoon hand ticking two items is a known failure surface — board it as two distinct beats on two separate fingers, generate long, pick the readable arc; the fallback is two taps on the plate, which costs nothing in copy. Variant-conditional prop dependency, declared: Hook C plants the five file-tabs and beat 10's fourth door pays them off; under A and B that doorway reads as a general artifact. One insert, cut two ways from a single generation.

0:07–0:16PROBLEM AGITATION

Every year they write a new name for me. IBS. Low mood. Prediabetes. Just your age. And every year, four o'clock still flattens you.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK only — the four diagnosis names are spoken and therefore burned, one at a time, in time with the micro-cuts; the track IS the list. No card, no chip. Visual: W1 THE DOOR, STATE 1 at its coldest — the bottom of the palette arc and the coldest frame in the film, four shots. 0:07.3–0:09.5 macro: the counterfeit shifting its weight to get comfortable in the lock, a small and deeply irritating adjustment, locked → 0:09.5–0:12.5 four accelerating micro-cuts on the four labels, each a tighter crop of one generation: fingers hooking over the wardings, one at a time, one per name, the hand taking possession on each word. Re-frame, do not re-generate — four separate hands will not match → 0:12.5–0:14.5 cut through the gap under the door: behind the held door the room is dark and cold and full of people who never got the message — small rounded figures, still, waiting, faces never legible. Shown once, here, and never re-lit on camera; nothing in that room is a light source → 0:14.5–0:16 hard cut back to the counterfeit's face. Character staging: one rig plus background figures — non-speaking, no identity established, faces held under 0.5s. The "before" must stay SYMPATHETIC, never repulsive (donor parity, and the concept's explicit decline of body horror). SFX: a dry creak on the weight shift; four small metallic contacts on the warding hooks; dead room tone through the door gap. Direction: the boast delivered as pleasant small talk; the four labels listed the way somebody lists their own achievements. Transition out: hard cut to W2 THE FORK — the ad's first location change, and it lands on the mechanism.

0:16–0:31MEDICATION REFRAME — LOAD-BEARING WALL

Your pill floods your blood with T4. [pause] At the fork it comes out backwards, as me. I sit in the lock T3 needs. The medication is in your blood, but it's STARVING at your cells.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK plus three OST CHIPS — `T4` · `FORK` · `T3`, each hard-in hard-out over the frame that shows the thing, each spoken in the same breath. STARVING renders in berry at larger size. Visual: W2 THE FORK (first appearance) → W1 return, STATE 1, five shots. 0:16–0:19.5 a surge of key-blank-shaped units arriving down a wet lumen toward camera — solid, spaced, countable objects, never a fluid, never a mass, never a substance → 0:19.5–0:20.3 the `[pause]` — a 0.8s HOLD, dead still, on the fork itself: the junction and the mechanical lever beside it, unattended. The board's air pocket, spent here → 0:20.3–0:23.5 the units hit the fork and come out the wrong way, and every backwards arrival wears the villain's face. TIGHT on the exit throat — the camera never pulls out to count (THE WITHHELD COUNT; this is the factory, and beat 9 reveals the installed base) → 0:23.5–0:26.5 hard cut back to W1's door, the counterfeit seated, unbothered → 0:26.5–0:29.5 macro on the far side of the door: real keys accumulating against the plate, several now, none turning. The blood is full and the door is shut, in one frame. Lighting: STATE 1. NO RESIDUE ANYWHERE IN FRAME — the lumen walls, the fork's throat and the plate are clean in every one of these five shots. The adjunct boundary is held in the picture: the pill is never attacked, never shown failing, never shown at all. SFX: dry mechanical arrivals; bed-only silence on the pause frame; a rising count of key-on-plate ticks under the last shot. Direction: this is the ad's most-quoted line and it is delivered FLAT and pleased — no relish, no menace. STARVING is lifted. The pause is a real 0.8s stop, not a breath. Legibility gate: the key-blank versus cut-key distinction must read at phone size — blanks have no teeth, keys do, and the whole mechanism argument rests on the viewer seeing the difference.

0:31–0:38SOLUTION INTRO · ACTIVE 1 · IODINE

Hi, I'm iodine. I hand your thyroid raw material. You can't cut a key out of NOTHING. Selenium decides which way it goes.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK plus OST CHIP `IODINE`, lower third, hard in at his first word, 2s. NOTHING renders in berry. Visual: W2 THE FORK, STATE 1 still holding — the palette has not turned yet, and that matters: help has arrived and nothing has changed, three shots. 0:29.5–0:32.5 Iodine walks into frame carrying a crate of uncut key blanks — squat, deliberate, unhurried; lateral medium along the fork, depth axis closed, no second receptor door in frame, to camera → 0:32.5–0:35.5 he sets the crate down at the fork; macro on the blanks as they settle, uncut, no teeth, so the viewer can see they are raw material and not the answer → 0:35.5–0:37.9 his eyeline flicks to the lever — a POINT, not a conversation. His address stays to camera. The lever is in frame, unattended, waiting. Character staging: rig 2, male voice (the copy genders him — his metal). One prop, one verb: DELIVER. He never speaks to another character. `§10` honoured — iodine is never named without selenium, so the beat hands off in its last clause. SFX: dry footfalls; a wooden crate set down; blanks settling. No chimes. Direction: male, plain, unhurried, matter-of-fact — he is a supplier, not a hero. NOTHING is lifted. The character metronome's first switch: 8.4s delivered. Production gate: four distinct active silhouettes are needed and silhouette separation is the gate — build all four sheets together, side by side, in silhouette, before any of them is animated.

0:38–0:45SOLUTION INTRO · ACTIVE 2 · SELENIUM GLYCINATE

Hi, I'm selenium. I'm the switch at that fork. His metal's worth NOTHING until I throw it forward, into real T3.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK plus OST CHIP `SELENIUM GLYCINATE`, 2s. The second NOTHING in berry. Visual: W2 THE FORK. THE PALETTE TURN FIRES HERE — the continuous grade lift starts on the lever throw and runs unbroken to beat 8, three shots. 0:37.9–0:40.5 Selenium at the lever, to camera, lateral medium, hand already on it → 0:40.5–0:42.5 she throws it — macro on the lever's full travel and the mechanism engaging underneath; mechanical, weighty, no sparkle, no glow, no bloom → 0:42.5–0:45.5 the traffic that was coming out backwards starts coming out forward, and the forward ones are shaped like real keys — cut teeth, berry-toned, still tight on the exit throat. The first berry in the film. Character staging: rig 3, female voice (the copy genders her — her key). She refers to iodine in the third person, to the viewer — she never addresses him. One prop, one verb: THROW THE SWITCH, acting on DIRECTION, never on a substance. SFX: a heavy mechanical lever throw with a solid detent; linkage engaging; the arrivals change pitch as they come out forward. No chimes, no shimmer. Direction: female, precise, a little dry. NOTHING is lifted. Production gate: the grade lift is a colour-pipeline dependency, not a per-shot look — author it as ONE continuous curve across beats 5 to 8 and grade it in post. Four independently generated colour temperatures produce a stepped arc, and a step at beat 9 breaks the sibling guard that says beat 9 receives no grade event.

0:45–0:52SOLUTION INTRO · ACTIVE 3 · ZINC GLYCINATE

Hi, I'm zinc. Her key is useless at a door that won't answer. I make it ANSWER. And the counterfeit's got nothing left to hold.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK plus OST CHIP `ZINC GLYCINATE`, 2s. ANSWER renders in berry. Visual: W1 THE DOOR (return), grade lifting through the middle of the arc — four shots in 9.1s, the tightest cutting in the ad. 0:45.5–0:47.5 Zinc at the door plate, to camera, lateral medium → 0:47.5–0:49.5 he presses a palm flat to the plate and the plate WAKES — tumblers turn over and the keyhole geometry resolves. Macro. NO GLOW. NO LIGHT. NO BLOOM. It is a mechanical recognition event and nothing else → 0:49.5–0:51.5 a real key turns, macro, all the way round — the first turn in the film → 0:51.5–0:54.6 the counterfeit is prised out of the lock, still wearing the good hormone's face, and walks off camera on its own legs. It is not damaged. Nothing is deposited. Nothing is removed. The lock behind it is clean, exactly as clean as it was at 0:00. Character staging: rig 4, male voice; plus the counterfeit's exit — he does not speak here and does not look back. He leaves the way somebody leaves a chair. One prop, one verb: MAKE THE DOOR ANSWER, acting on RECOGNITION. The verb is `answer`, never `clear`. SFX: a solid palm contact; tumblers turning over; a full key turn with a clean throw; dry footsteps walking out of frame. No squish, no splash, no chimes, no whoosh. Direction: male, grounded, steady. ANSWER is lifted. The counterfeit is said plainly — the edit pass named him here on purpose and the picture puts him on screen on that exact clause, so ear and eye resolve the same referent at the same instant. ⚑ THIS BEAT CARRIES THE BOARD'S #1 FIREWALL RISK FRAME. Every animation reflex and every reference in the comp pool wants the last shot to be a dissolve with particles. QC it before anything else in the film and reject any generation in which anything melts, shrinks, falls, sparkles or is left behind.

0:52–1:00SOLUTION INTRO · ACTIVE 4 · ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66

Hi, I'm ashwagandha. Cortisol is what throws that fork backwards. I keep it down. Everything the other three just did stays done. And he doesn't come back.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK plus OST CHIP `ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66`, 2s. Visual: W2 THE FORK, grade near the top of the arc, three shots. 0:54.6–0:57.5 the oldest of the four, unhurried, to camera, lateral medium — her age reads in posture and mass, not in wrinkles → 0:57.5–1:00.5 she plants herself at the re-issue door — the door on the far side of the fork the counterfeits were being issued through — and stands. She does not brace, does not strain, does not fight. Standing is the entire performance → 1:00.5–1:04.4 THE CHAIN WIDE: behind her, iodine's crate, selenium's lever and zinc's woken door plate all holding their positions in one frame — the relay's whole chain visible at once. Composed LATERALLY: the chain runs left to right and the frame ENDS at the door plate. HARD STAGING GATE — if a second receptor door appears anywhere in this frame the shot is wrong and the beat-9 payoff is spent early. The three props must be frame-matched to their own earlier generations; re-generating them "similar" makes the chain read as a different place. Character staging: rig 5, female voice, distinctly the oldest. The other three are not in frame as characters — only their props, holding their positions, which is exactly `product_facts §3.2`'s standing for a blend constituent earned structurally in the picture rather than hedged in the copy: she holds their work, she does not re-do it. One prop, one verb: GUARD THE RE-ENTRY, acting on RE-ENTRY. SFX: quiet — the least noisy beat in the film; one set of unhurried footfalls and then a settle, the bed carries it. Direction: female, older, unhurried, entirely unbothered — the only one of the four with nothing to prove. The last clause is delivered as a fact about the future, flat. Note: the donor's own fourth-link line references the prior links collectively, not by name, and this beat matches that move in kind — which is also why the closing pronoun is unambiguous, the only other referent in the sentence being a plural. The metronome ends here.

1:00–1:15PRODUCT & DELIVERY MECHANISM — LOAD-BEARING WALL

Together, the four of us are Kindled. We're berry thyroid drops, two droppers under your tongue, because your thyroid slowed your gut and a pill has to survive it. Women don't expect a few drops to do what YEARS of raising the dose couldn't.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK only. YEARS renders in berry at larger size. No chip, no price, no discount, no star rating, no review count — the bottle is the visual and nothing competes with it. Visual: W4 THE PRODUCT FRAME. STATE 2 completes here and does not change again, five shots. 1:04.4–1:07.5 the four gather — the only frame in the film where all four share screen; lateral medium, no corridor → 1:07.5–1:10.5 the bottle claims them: the Kindled bottle enters frame and the four resolve into and behind it. The music bed swells here — donor-exact, and the only swell in the film → 1:10.5–1:13 rendered product macro — the bottle, the glass dropper, berry liquid; LABEL LEGIBILITY GATE: the named actives must read at phone size. Build the label texture at 2× and crop tight; no composited typeset fallback for the actives list → 1:13–1:16.5 the rendered sublingual macro: TWO FULL DROPPER SQUEEZES under the tongue, cropped to lips and dropper only — no face, no eyes, no identity, no rig. It is a macro asset, not a character, and it is RENDERED, NOT FILMED. ⚑ A render showing two beads re-opens a 40× dose error in the layer the viewer actually believes — this is a HARD staging gate, not a preference → 1:16.5–1:20.4 back to the four with the bottle for the dose-escalation line, which lands on the group, not the product. One 2% push on the product macro — the film's second and last push. Character staging: rigs 2–5 gathered, plus rig 6, the Chorus — warm female, first-person plural, the product speaking as itself. The chorus is the four; there is no separate bottle mascot and no narrator. Direction: warm female, first-person plural. Nearest register reference: 1.2 The Compassionate Educator with the credential stripped (`product_facts §5` — no fake-doctor personas). YEARS is lifted. Never "customers love us" — the chorus is the product, not a narrator talking about it. The sequencing subtlety the donor is built on: the mechanism is fully sold before the brand is ever named. The actives earn the credit; then the bottle claims them. Declared over-rule, carried honestly: the locked script offers a live-action proof cutaway inside this beat and the donor genuinely carries one, but the run-5 animation directive is stricter — no live-action plate anywhere, no on-camera human — so the board renders the insert instead. The cost is that the donor's real-world grounding function is lost. Zied's to reverse; one asset, dropping into an existing cut.

1:15–1:22CORE REFRAME — THE MONEY SHOT

You were never under-dosed. [pause] You were OUT-NUMBERED. Look down the corridor. Every lock on it wears his face.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK only. OUT-NUMBERED renders in berry at the largest size in the film. No card, no chip — nothing may compete with the pull-back. Visual: W1 THE DOOR → W3 THE CORRIDOR, which is W1 at a wider lens and geometrically the same door. STATE 2, already complete. NO GRADE EVENT LANDS HERE. 1:20.4–1:22.5 hard cut back to the one door, now open and empty, framed as tight as anything in the film → 1:22.5–1:23.3 the `[pause]` — a 0.8s HOLD, dead still, on that frame → 1:23.3–1:27.8 THE PULL-BACK — the film's ONE camera move. The camera pulls back off that door and the corridor is revealed: the same door repeated down a hall, hundreds of them, and the same face in every lock, all the way down and out of frame. ONE VILLAIN DESIGN, INSTANCED — not a seventh rig. The move completes on the last clause — the widest frame in the ad — and then the doors begin to open, IN ORDER, down the corridor and out of frame. Camera: a single continuous pull-back, constant rate, no easing, no rack focus, no whip. It must feel like the camera stepping back to show you something, not like a reveal effect. Instancing is the QC gate: a corridor of similar villains reads as a crowd; a corridor of identical villains reads as a COUNT, and that distinction is the beat. Lighting: unchanged from beat 8. Nothing brightens here. No light source turns on. No corridor lights up. The doors opening are the entire event. SFX: the hold is bed-only; then a receding sequence of door latches releasing in order, rhythmic, dry, mechanical, running out of frame. No swell, no chime, no whoosh. Direction: the chorus, and this is where they stop being charming — flat, level and factual. The count is stated, not sold. OUT-NUMBERED is lifted. PRESENT TENSE on the last clause — the camera is performing the reveal on that line, so the horror is happening, not remembered. Production: this is the only shot on the board that cannot be re-framed from another generation and the most expensive on it. Generate it long (8 to 10s) at maximum resolution and generate it twice — once ending on the doors closed, once with the door-opening sequence — so the move and the open can be timed independently against the VO. And the depth axis must not have leaked into any earlier frame: if it did, this shot is a confirmation rather than a reveal, and 1:20 of withholding was spent for nothing.

1:22–1:32SOCIAL PROOF & OUTCOMES

They love us because the shedding stopped, the afternoons came back, the words arrived on time, and nobody added a new diagnosis that year.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK only. No testimonial name, no star rating, no review count, no quote card, no UI of any kind — the proof stays in the characters' mouths and nothing on screen may say it a second way. Visual: W3 THE CORRIDOR, STATE 2 at full resolution, five shots, one per clause plus the establishing. 1:27.8–1:29.5 the corridor with the doors now open, and the rooms behind them are ALREADY warm and occupied — they were warm the whole time and the door was what stood between. No room is ever seen changing state and no light turns on (beat 2's dark room is a different door and the two states never share a cut) → 1:29.5–1:31.5 through door one, at human scale: hair, whole, unshedding → 1:31.5–1:33 through door two: a room bright and busy at four o'clock, a figure upright and moving → 1:33–1:34.7 through door three: two figures at a table, one mid-sentence and continuing, the other listening — a state, not a device: no word rendered as an object, no travelling light, no corridor event → 1:34.7–1:36.5 through door four: a paper file-tab, and nothing added to it — closes Hook C's prop loop where C is running, reads as a general artifact under A and B. Character staging: the chorus speaks; the figures behind the doors are non-speaking background, faces never held past 0.5s, no identity established, no protagonist created. There is no human protagonist in this ad by design. Camera: locked on all five — the doorways frame the glimpses and the camera never enters a room. SFX: the corridor's room tone opens up and warms; ordinary domestic sound at low level behind each doorway. No swell. Direction: the chorus, first-person plural, warm. "They love US" — a narrator would have said customers love Kindled because. THERE IS NO NARRATOR ANYWHERE IN THIS AD. Risk, declared: the scale collision is this beat's whole risk — human-scale fragments seen through a cell-scale doorway is donor-native (the body as a walkable set) but it is one generation away from reading as a cut to a different ad. Guard rails: the doorway is ALWAYS in shot, the camera never enters, the figures are never established or held. Fallback: stay at cell scale and let the warm rooms carry the four clauses generically, at the cost of the four specific payoffs — the more expensive loss. QC the first cut for genre continuity before committing.

1:32–1:40CTA & EMPOWERING CLOSE — a NORMAL beat

Your thyroid doesn't need a higher dose. It needs the fork switched back. Thirty days, and if four o'clock still wins, your money comes back. Go see if we're in stock.

> On-screen text: THE KINETIC TRACK plus THE END BADGE — `30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE`, native-simple type, no seal, no ribbon, no laurel, no shield, no percentage, no price, no discount, no countdown, no stock counter. An offer-term render, NOT a qualifier — it carries no proposition to self-select on and lands at 1:44 of 1:48, well past the point where qualification could matter. Visual: W2 THE FORK → W3 behind it → W4 end card, STATE 2 full, four shots. 1:36.5–1:39 macro: the lever, held forward → 1:39–1:42.5 wider — the switch held forward with the corridor of open doors behind it, the ad's second-widest frame and its last live frame; a HARD CUT, not a move (the film's one move was beat 9) → 1:42.5–1:45.5 the end card: the rendered Kindled bottle and the badge → 1:45.5–1:47.8 hold the end card. Character staging: the chorus speaks over the lever and the corridor; no character is on screen for the guarantee or the CTA. The end card is product and badge only. SFX: a solid mechanical detent as the lever holds; the door-latch rhythm continuing faintly behind; the bed resolves out under the end card. Direction: the chorus, LEVEL and UNHURRIED. Pure sell and reveal at full parity — no anti-sell, no hedge, no slogan stack, no company-"we", no link language. A reveal, then a plain guarantee sentence, then the stock-check line. No lift on the CTA, no urgency push, no smile in the voice on the payout — it is a term, said plainly. ⚑ ABSOLUTE: nothing in any frame of this beat is a button, an arrow, a swipe-up, a pointing hand or a cursor. The copy never says link or tap; the picture must not say it either. The film returns to its own mechanism: it opened on a lock with something in it and closes on a switch held forward with a corridor of open doors behind it — the same set, the opposite state, and no shot of the change in between.

"Synthetics never treated my hypothyroidism. They just moved my lab numbers. My hair was still falling out, I had brain fog, cold hands and feet." — (Levothyroxine plateau). Carried into Hook A's two images (hair in the drain, hands cold by three) and Hook B's opening flip. The whole spine is this quote's logic: the labs moved and the woman did not.
"I begged my PCP to raise my dose. She refused, because my TSH and T4 were 'normal.' She refused to test for free T3, rT3 etc because again, my T4 was 'normal.'" — Reddit r/Hypothyroidism, Carried into the three slotted dose-escalation passes at the Product & Delivery, Core Reframe and Close beats — the donor runs the attack twice and this script runs it three times.
"Despite my labs always coming back normal, I always feel worse… Fatigue, chronic joint pain, weight gain, brain fog, it's all getting worse even though the doctor keeps saying it should be getting better." — Reddit r/Hashimotos, /. Carried into the Problem Agitation beat's diagnosis-accumulation strike and its payoff at Social Proof.
"Hair in the shower drain." / "Clumps in the brush." — (hair loss speaker-register cues). Carried into Hook A and echoed at Social Proof.
"That thing, that does that other thing… you know what I'm talking about." / "I called my keys 'the jangling things.'" — (brain fog). Carried into Hook C's first sign and paid off at Social Proof.
"My feet are so cold all the time — I use a heating pad at night just on my feet." — (cold intolerance). Carried into Hook A.
"Just taking Levo alone is definitely not enough for me, it is now considered one of my supplements." — Reddit r/Hashimotos. Carried into the adjunct boundary held across the whole script — the enemy is reverse T3, never the pill and never her doctor (product_facts).
"my weight won't go below my old baseline weight of 150… despite the fact that I eat healthier/way less & workout regularly nowadays" —, Reddit r/Hypothyroidism (99 upvotes). Carried into Hook C's second sign. Note the shape of the grievance the corpus actually reports: it is not gaining, it is not moving — which is why the line is "your weight won't move" and never a weight-loss promise.

Voltage parity: donor floor 8/10 (4.0/5) — held, never averaged, never softened, and EXCEEDED on the must-carry axis. Every donor evidence line is carried whole and unhedged: the prescription named on the card at frame one (donor parity, on the donor's own channel) · the medication reframe delivered mechanistically with the donor's own closing clause · the dose-escalation attack at the donor's own placement and very nearly its own line · the reveal-as-close turn kept whole with only Y changed. Above floor on two axes: three dose-escalation passes to the donor's two, all inside their word budgets and all at named beats; and a welded 30-day guarantee on the donor's own declared defect (urgency_overlay: false, against REFRAME winners carrying risk-reversal 37.6% vs 24.0%) — added, not inherited. Aggression lives in the CLAIM layer, never the tonal layer — donor-exact, and it is what lets a cute animation carry a claim stack that would read as belligerent from a human talking head. Three edit-pass changes moved voltage UP; none moved it down.
Hedge scan (NH6 six species): 0 found, 0 remaining — independently re-verified by the review's own hunt. Anti-promise close 0 (the close is a pure reveal, a plain guarantee and a stock-check CTA) · disclaimer litany/CYA 0 (no "results may vary", no "consult your doctor", no "supports healthy…", no third-party-study shield) · timeline blur 0 ("thirty days" and "four o'clock" are bare and exact) · partial-failure concession 0 · support-verb downgrade 0 (every active states what it does — hands over, throws, makes it answer, keeps it down; not one "supports", "helps", "may assist" or "promotes") · enemy exoneration 0 (reverse T3 is never let off; the pill and the doctor are never attacked, which is a positioning decision under product_facts, not a hedge).
Label-truth (H3b — the one accuracy gate, and it passed): iodine · selenium glycinate · zinc glycinate (all product_facts) · ashwagandha KSM-66 named at synergy/lineage level only, no clinical-dose claim (/) · berry flavour · sublingual route and the slowed-gut argument ( + mechanism) · "two droppers" — the QUANTITY, tested separately from the route (, ~2 droppers/day, one dose; corrected in the edit pass — the earlier phrasing resolved on the ear to two drops against a 4 mL label serving, and it was fixed by adding the unit, never by deleting the receipt) · guarantee: the 30-day money-back guarantee welded to a named outcome, no granularity, no conditions, no invented numbers · iron absent by design, never named and never implied · zero donor compounds carried — no Stillingia, no Cleavers, no Red Clover, no Prickly Ash . No price, discount, stock count, review count, percentage, p-value or sample size anywhere — none supplied, none invented. Levothyroxine appears only as the medication she still takes, never as a Kindled ingredient.
Residue firewall — the concept's own hard rule, verified by two independent greps (writer + reviewer): scanned every spoken line and every shot note for soften / dissolve / melt / loosen / unblock / clear / flush / drain / sweep / scrub / wash and for imported residue nouns (wax / film / grease / glaze / sludge / rime). Zero clearance verbs. Zero residue nouns. The four active verbs act on supply, direction, recognition and re-entry — never on a substance. The only physical events in the script are occupation, displacement and arrival. One flagged non-mechanism use, deliberate: Hook A's hair in the drain is the bathroom fixture, from the donor's own hook and, carrying a symptom image — not a mechanism verb and not a residue.
Qualification-first, and it holds SOUND-OFF as well as spoken. All three hooks self-select in line one and all three carry the same static card from t=0.0: A the woman who finds hair in the shower drain every morning and whose hands are cold by mid-afternoon — the two highest-frequency Kindled VOC body facts · B the medicated, lab-normal, still-symptomatic woman, disqualifying everyone else in six words · C the woman who loses the word mid-sentence and whose weight will not move, and who has collected five labels in six years. The card names her prescription before the villain finishes his sentence — the strongest qualification device in the batch, and it fires at the earliest possible frame. Interchange test: all three are spoken by the villain, all three name him inside the hook so the Medication Reframe never re-introduces him, and all three hand into the same first body beat. The handoff clauses are not identical in person and the seam does not require them to be — A and B land on a second-person clause, C lands on the villain's verdict about the labels, which the next beat picks up directly as anaphora. U12 scan of every viewer-visible on-screen string: 0 em dashes, 0 en dashes.
Donor parity (structure): 11/11 beat order reproduced with the donor's labels preserved, no beat added, dropped or re-ordered; every beat inside ±3.3pp of its donor share against a ±10pp tolerance; the two load-bearing walls at −3.3pp and +0.1pp; problem territory owning the first 29.5 delivered seconds with zero product mention; product named at 60% depth and the brand name itself deeper than the donor's; the 7-to-8-second metronome preserved on the delivered clock; four-pass UMS; a tight un-padded close. Hook parity: donor hook beat 20 words, ours 20 / 18 / 20 — two of the three sit exactly on the donor's own count, and there was no trim-at-write.
Fourth binding axis (animation style + exaggeration LEVEL) satisfied. Style matched: high-fidelity 3D CG in the Pixar/DreamWorks register, semi-realistic wet anatomy against cute character design, two-state story-driven palette resolving into berry, persistent card plus kinetic captions, metronomic character switching, FAST pacing and extreme close-ups. Exaggeration matched at GROSS-CUTE across four axes — scale distortion (the body as a walkable set, from frame one), a molecule with a personality and a physical life-cycle in verbs, the cheerful monster played straight, and cartoon physics on biology (one prop, one verb per active). Body horror DECLINED at donor parity — no gore, no parasites, no bursting organs. Owned distortion delivered: the villain is an exact copy of the hero, mirrored, wearing the good guy's face every time he speaks, and at the Core Reframe he is revealed mass-produced. Copy and render agree: the line says out-numbered and the picture shows the count.
Genome dedup (full-combo only — a lost ad excludes its complete avatar × angle × mechanism × execution, never one element). Closest adjacency KD_C0070 / pilot1 E1 (LOSS $2,574, ROAS 0.61) audited axis by axis and CLEARED: avatar frame, mechanism spine, hook archetype, carrier, runtime class and voice mode all differ; the shared constituent is "levo isn't enough," which the full-combo rule leaves fair game. KD_C0019 (LOSS $2,096, ROAS 0.39), KD_X0003, run3 S1 and run4 V4 all share a constituent only and clear on avatar, mechanism route, carrier, hook and runtime class. Declared, not hidden.
Honest weak dimension, stated not argued away: Angle-Differentiation 6.5 (writer) / ~7.5 (reviewer, informed). ANG_THYROID_METABOLISM_01 runs at/below base (26.0%, n=223) and is the account's most-repeated lane, with three above-threshold losses in the family. The differentiation this concept can actually deliver is execution-level — the villain wearing the hero's face, the corridor count, and a carrier the account has never run. That is what the render has to be excellent at, because the angle will not carry it. Second stated headwind: D06 runs 17.7% winner share, 9.0 points under base — the weakest defined carrier at meaningful volume. This donor wins despite its class, on craft density. If this concept under-performs, the carrier is the first hypothesis, not the visual execution.
Open human-gate item, carried to the ship gate and not resolved here: naming LEVOTHYROXINE on the OST card. lists specific medication-name attacks as a trust killer; (the $626k #1 winner), the retired be-quiet entry and KD_X0008 point the other way. Flagged, not gated — Zied's call. There is no compliance layer in this system and none was added anywhere in this package. Reversal cost is the lowest on the board: the card is a post-layer asset, so no re-render.
