02The avatar
Avatar
"The Woman Inside the Gap" — the normal-labs sufferer, narrowed to the exact cut this ad is about: a TSH between 2.5 and 4.5. Technically normal. Feels like death. Told she is fine, over and over, for years. She is 45 to 62, educated, and has already been to the doctor and been sent home. In her own words (VOC): "My doctor says less than 4 is within range and I've been at 3.81 for a year and not doing my best." And: "That means I went over 10 years of being told my labs were normal but my quality of life wasn't." She does not need anyone to tell her something is wrong. She needs a dated, outside, institutional reason for why she was turned away.
Awareness
Problem-Aware, matching the donor. She feels it, she has been to the doctor, and she has the result in hand. What she has never had is the history behind the range that classified her. Carry this to media: it is the broadest door in the brand. The normal-labs frame is the universal, lowest-friction entry (angle library C.6, and about 60% of this persona), and it reaches past diagnosed women to anyone who has ever been told "your labs are normal".
Sophistication Stage
Stage 4. The thyroid-supplement market is saturated, so this ad does not enter it on a claim — it enters on an institutional history. It produces a real, dated decision and lets the viewer's own lab result do the qualifying. The delivery grammar comes from a D10 documentary donor (ad 27357369823856563, lirae) whose winner score is 52.24 — below the 60 bar. Treat it as proof of shape and delivery, not as a proven winner; the honest-inheritance flag is carried in field 26.
Audience Belief
"My labs are normal, so this must be me." The script never argues with that. It moves it: the labs were normal because a committee moved the line, and the notebook her body kept is the second meter the lab never read. The belief is not contradicted — it is dated.
Skepticism
High, and educated. She has been marketed to and she has been dismissed, and conspiracy framing reads to her as a scam signal — "doctors don't want you to know" is a trust-killer for this avatar. So the ad meets her with a real, dated, citable institutional decision instead of a claim; a systemic villain — a reimbursement code and a twelve-minute appointment, never a cabal; an accidental control group instead of a study; zero invented statistics, zero invented mortality and zero lab-outcome result claims; and one action she can check herself, in her own patient portal, before she buys anything.
03What they want and what hurts
What they want
Dominant Mass Desire
Restoration, with a deadline. The register is hope — she wants to become the woman on the far side of the gap ("I want my best years back before they pass me by") — and the permanence clock is what puts a date on that future. Fear is used once, hard, in beat 3, then converted and never repeated.
Mass Desire
Get a real explanation — and then her best years back — without being told again that a number inside a range means she is fine
What hurts
Mass Pain
Eleven years of feeling worse while every test comes back in range, and being handed the word "fine" instead of an explanation
Sub-pains
The 2pm collapse; the nap in the car on a lunch break; sweaters in July; falling asleep at a desk twenty minutes after arriving; the four in-range readings read out in a cheerful voice; the twelve-minute appointment; the growing stack of prescriptions for symptoms nobody connects; "I don't recognize who I've become"
04The angle and promise
The line that says she is fine was moved on paper in 2003 and never moved back — and the step her body actually needs is the CONVERSION between the hormone she stores and the hormone her cells can use, which is two droppers under the tongue in the morning
Big Promise
Story Shape
Donor spine (SEED) — 13/13 beat order, every body beat inside ±1.35pp on word-share and inside −3.0pp on the harsher duration-share basis (gate is ±10pp). Heaviest beat is the Offer at 25s / 10.7% (donor 23s / 10.6%); joint-second are the Protagonist and the Reframe at 23s / 9.9% each (donor 21s / 9.6% each); lightest is the Single Variable Reveal at 9s / 3.9% (donor 8s / 3.7%). The two largest beats are the donor's own two. The close callbacks the hook's own number — "The range is still 4.5. It is not moving back on its own." — and not any single hook line, because three interchangeable hooks mean the close may not lean on one
Sophistication Strategy
Donor-recreation (Echo SEED): the donor's EUREKA — Censored Protocol variant, 13 beats, beat order and duration shares BINDING, reproduced 13/13 with no beat added, dropped or re-ordered, and every one of the twelve body beats landing within ±1.35pp of the donor's word-share (independently recomputed at review). The donor's defining property is the EVEN curve — nothing above 10.6%, no beat allowed to swell — and it is held: there is exactly one tempo change in 3:53 and it is the packaging beat. Two beats are TRANSPOSED (7 forum-censorship → the reimbursement code; 9 corporate backlash → lifetime-customer economics), both keeping the donor's rhetorical FUNCTION and swapping only the villain. The donor's invented 2003 Peshawar paper, its 29% figure and its mortality terminal are NOT transposed and nothing invented replaces them — the terminal is re-based on 's file-sourced permanence clock, class AS-IS
05The mechanism
Promise Mechanism
"Normal Labs, Cellular Hypothyroid" (PROVEN — the spine of the $135k Script #1): TSH is the brain's ORDER to the thyroid, not the hormone. "Your blood test sees the order. It doesn't see whether the package ARRIVED." Supporting arc: Why standard TSH-only testing misses it (TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE) — insurance excludes Free T3 reimbursement, ATA protocols, the twelve-minute appointment — carrying the suppression beat. Product payload at beat 12: conversion + the Se-Zn-iodine RATIO (both PROVEN) — selenium runs the T4→T3 conversion (deiodinase cofactor), zinc lets T3 dock into the cell (nuclear-receptor binding), iodine is the raw material, and the ratio between the three is the point. Delivery: sublingual berry-flavored liquid, ~two droppers every morning with a meal, because a slow gut half-absorbs a tablet (product_facts /). Only three ingredients are ever named. Zero donor compounds — no Ceylon cinnamon, no MCT
Mechanism Story Arc
A dated institutional decision + a permanence clock inside twelve seconds → one number moved on paper and nothing moved in a body → Carol, 54, payroll clerk, Marion Ohio, one clinic, eleven years, four in-range readings and a spiral notebook → the notebook is the CONTROL GROUP (no diet change, no dose change, no new doctor) → the lab sees the ORDER, never whether the package ARRIVED → eleven years of dated FELT entries against eleven years of "Fine" → the free-T3 code gets REJECTED, so it stops getting ordered → where the range actually came from: the average of sick people and well people, widened two points → every woman left in the gap becomes a customer for LIFE (four prescriptions, four specialists, four copays, and not one of them looking at the number that STARTED it) → the first "you" in the ad at 2:31 (your number is in a portal you can open right now; which side of 2.5 is it on) → the core question → product at 79.9% of runtime, welded not cut (MC_06 mid-narrative transition) → the guarantee staked on her own right-hand column. Product entry: 82.0% brand-name basis / 78.9% like-for-like word-depth against the donor's 80.5% (both bases declared — review F5)
06Hook and loops
Hook
Echo 1×3 — THREE interchangeable doors, all 24 words, all 12s, all three ending on the SAME permanence terminal so the handoff into "Nothing about a single body changed that year." is interchangeable by construction. A = H14 Forbidden Lore, the donor's own 12s shape inherited whole (dated third-person institutional lede, zero second-person address, commitment number at s3, ~3s caption dwell), cross-referenced H14 <- 1269484834872935. B = H04 Credential Cold Open ← 1336103951757183 (40.2%, the catalog's strongest shape), delivered as a NARRATOR credential with no on-camera face — the credential is shown as an object and a habit (hands, a desk lamp, a bound volume), never worn as a costume, because D10 forbids a presenter and product_facts forbids a credentialed persona twice over. C = cited H07 Lecture Bait shock-fact form ← 1957809038129580 (28.4%), opening bare on the number before any history. ⚠ Review F2, carried not fixed: C's copy routes to H14 under the catalog's own tie-break ("historical/distant-world narrative → H14"), so the board's real archetype spread is H14 / H04 / H14 — two archetypes across three hooks. The ≥2 gate still passes; A and C will fatigue as one door, and the human should know that before the test reads. The three doors are given three genuinely different VISUAL strategies (period room / hands and volume / bare number over a printout wall) precisely because the copy-level differentiation is thin. Full text in SCRIPT BODY beats 1A/1B/1C
Loop Strategy
The film runs one long loop and one short one. The long loop is the permanence clock — planted in all three hooks ("the metabolic damage is permanent"), paid in beat 3 ("After two years, gone for GOOD"), and re-opened in beat 11 ("what a body does with the two percent a month it is still losing"). The short loop is the notebook's second column — introduced in beat 3 as a curiosity, converted into the control group in beat 4, mined for the decline ladder in beat 6, and paid off as the close's whole spine in beat 13 ("Not the number. The ENTRIES."). The number 13,000,000 appears exactly three times and the third arrives only after the viewer has seen the curve it came off. There are ZERO variant-conditional body elements on this board — no hook plants a visual receipt that the body pays off, so any hook cuts onto beat 2 with no re-establishment (Echo: not a declared field — mapped from script structure + the board's hook-variant contract)
07The edge
The unfair advantage
Unfair Advantage
Kindled is the conversion step itself, not another prescription — selenium, zinc and iodine in a ratio, taken under the tongue because a hypothyroid gut half-absorbs a tablet. And the real advantage of the angle is that the anomaly is true, dated and citable: the 2003 reference-range change actually happened, which is why this ad can run an exposé without inventing a single statistic.
The honest admission
Damaging Admission
The donor runs no admission beat and neither does this one. Trust is carried instead by what the script refuses to claim: no invented study, no invented percentage, no invented citation, no invented mortality, no lab-outcome result claim anywhere, no price, no discount, no bundle, no stock count, no review count, and no named institution. It also carries the one honest concession the close is built on — the metabolic loss is never claimed to reverse. The close says plainly that what moved first was the notebook's entries, not the number, and the review marked that line load-bearing (C2): a later pass must not simplify it.
08Production
Speaker
ONE SPEAKER. VOICE ONLY. THERE IS NO ON-CAMERA PRESENTER AND NO PERSON IS EVER ESTABLISHED ON CAMERA. 3.7 The Investigative / Forensic Narrator (UNTESTED), re-cast FEMALE for a 95%-female audience — the register transfers (serious, forensic, absolute facts, true-crime-podcast seriousness), the donor's male VO does not. pairs "TSH Death Zone (2003 guideline change)" with 3.7, Documentary format, by name. Alternate: 3.1 The Female Endocrinologist (UNTESTED), voice only under the same rule. Echo delivery mode D10 Cinematic Documentary Film maps to v2 dynamic solo — but with a departure the v2 schema does not model: the solo performer does not exist. Every v2 field that presumes a visible speaker (shot type on the speaker, eyeline, wardrobe, blocking, avatar render) is re-pointed at the documentary subject of the frame — a document, an object, a room, or a pair of hands. DO NOT DERIVE A SECOND SPEAKER AND DO NOT DERIVE AN ON-CAMERA ONE: the cast is exactly one voice. ⚠ Speaker-file tension, declared and cleared at review (C4): specifies "authoritative, third-person, no personal endorsement" and Hook B opens first-person — that "I" is a credential, not an endorsement, H04 requires it, it is the only first-person moment in 867 words, and the narrator introduces herself once and never refers to herself again. ⚠ Both the speaker AND the archetype × delivery-mode pairing are UNTESTED — this is the batch's testing-budget slot per
Setting / Tone
There is no set. Substituted with the board's FIVE-WORLD contract, each with its own grade: W1 INSTITUTIONAL 2003 (institutional beige, fluorescent, faintly green — a period conference room, a bound guideline volume, a desk lamp) · W2 THE PAPER (cold fluorescent white, flat even light — requisitions, reference-range columns, results printouts, a blood-draw tray) · W3 CAROL'S HOUSE (warm domestic — hands, a spiral notebook, a pen, a kitchen table, a reclined car seat, a July sweater) · W4 THE SYSTEM (institutional beige, harder contrast — a claim-denial line item, a wall clock, four pill bottles, a corridor of doors) · W5 CLINICAL WHITE (high key — the mechanism insert, the bottle, the dropper, the drop). Colour arc, declared and owned: institutional beige/fluorescent is the BASE and owns beats 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 11; warm domestic is an EXCURSION, not a phase (beats 3, 4, 6, 10 — Carol's world and the viewer's phone) and always returns to institutional on the cut out; clinical white is the TERMINAL state — it appears once early as the mechanism insert (beat 5), then takes the film from beat 12 to black. Tone: editorial television, not social-native — that is the archetype's defining constraint and the easiest thing to lose. Forensic and flat throughout; the arc is built by ACCUMULATION, not by volume; no beat swells. 221.8 wpm — the winners' p90 and the donor's measured rate
Editing Style
THE EVIDENCE CONTRACT — the layer with no v2 schema home, carried here in full. The angle rests on a real, dated, citable institutional anomaly and the ad names hard numbers (4.5, thirteen million, two percent a month, permanent after two years) that are historical facts about a range, not outcome claims and every one of which is file-sourced (, class AS-IS). The board's single largest job is to make them read as documentary evidence rather than as an invented statistic card, because a blocky number floating on a coloured field is exactly what a fabricated stat looks like. THE BINDING RULE: every NUMBER SLAB must be within ONE CUT of the DOCUMENT that sources it. A slab may precede or follow its document but never sit more than one cut from filmed paper carrying that number — there is no such thing on this board as a number that lives only in typography. ONE DECLARED EXCEPTION, with its resolution: Hook C's cold-open slab sits full-frame from frame one over a field that is already the printout wall at heavy defocus, and the lens racks to focus by t=2.0s so the document resolves under the number inside the dwell — declared rather than discovered, and the only place a slab precedes its document. THE PROVENANCE LADDER (fixed order, and 13,000,000 does not land until the third artifact is on screen): ① THE DECISION — a period conference room and a bound guideline volume, what a committee looks like after it has left · ② THE CONSEQUENCE — the printed reference-range column on a requisition, upper bound 4.5, what the decision became on paper · ③ THE SCALE — a wall of identical result printouts, what the decision became in bodies. Beat 8 re-walks the ladder in reverse, which is why it can re-use the 13,000,000 slab without reading as a repeat. HARD EVIDENCE RULES (QC gates, not preferences): no invented document ever — no fabricated journal citation, study title, abstract or screenshot of any real organization's page · INSTITUTION LAW: no real organization appears anywhere on this board — no association name, no payer name, no insurer logo, no hospital mark, no journal masthead, no letterhead, no portal brand; every artifact is a generic unbranded period-correct document, because the copy indicts a system and the picture must not name a body the copy did not · no number appears on screen that the narrator does not speak (permitted set: 2003, 2.5, 4.5, 13,000,000, 3.6, 3.8, 3.4, 3.9, 2%, two years, eleven years, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2021, 2.8, 3.4, 3.9, 12 minutes, 30 days — no price, no discount, no stock count, no review count, no percentage, no p-value, no sample size) · no frame anywhere shows a lab number improving () — Carol's numbers only ever appear as in-range historical readings, and the close's payoff is the handwriting column, not the number column · the beat-8 bell curve is HAND-DRAWN on paper, by a hand, in frame, with only 2.5 and 4.5 marked — NOT a motion-graphic chart (a charted curve with axes and ticks asserts a dataset; a drawn curve asserts an explanation, which is what the copy actually makes — this is the board's honesty gate) · CHARACTER LAW: Carol is never seen in full face — hands, a sleeve, the back of a head, a jaw cropped by the frame edge, an out-of-focus figure at a window; never a piece-to-camera, never a smile, because that is the difference between a documentary subject and a testimonial actor · the beat-10 phone is shot as documentary evidence, NEVER as UGC — locked, slightly overhead, no hand-held phone-in-hand framing, no selfie energy, and all screen content composited in post with generic portal UI
Framework
Donor spine, SEED full-pattern borrow: 13/13 beat order, no beat added, dropped or re-ordered · every body beat inside ±1.35pp of donor word-share (max +1.35pp at beat 12; Reframe +0.60pp, Offer +0.27pp — the two largest beats are the donor's own) · the EVEN curve preserved with nothing above 10.7% · product entry at 79.9% of boarded runtime / 78.9% like-for-like word-depth vs the donor's 80.5% / 82.0% brand-name basis — both bases declared per review F5, and the ~1.6pp shallowness is caused by exactly the 26 words that make beat 12 the MC_06 mid-narrative transition (the [W]-favoured seam weld the brief mandated: the donor's own story→pitch seam at ~2:58 was flagged "a bit abrupt… slightly jarring" and ours is welded, not cut) · close = a NORMAL beat (2026-07-22 doctrine): pure sell + reveal, full storytelling parity, the notebook's second column resolving there, one risk-removal (the 30-day guarantee, spoken WHOLE) plus one concrete action (a stock check), no anti-sell, no slogan stack, no fine-print register · the donor's "$40", "70% off", "40-day protocol" and "tap the shop now button" explicitly NOT imported (never invent a number, never import the link register) · two beats TRANSPOSED with the grammar kept (7 and 9), both file-sanctioned, and the systemic-villain swap is a transposition mandated by brand positioning, not a softening — ran the systemic indictment at $135k
Production Notes
⚑ THE THREE FLAGS (verbatim above) travel with this package. PRODUCTION TARGET: AI-GENERATION-PRIMARY hybrid with NO on-camera presenter and therefore NO TALENT DAY. Layers: higgsfield-generate (GPT Image 2 keyframes → Seedance 2.0 image-to-video) for all archival, institutional, Carol-world and system-world footage; Nano Banana reference-chaining for the Carol continuity spine and for beat 4's relight chain; a practical product macro pass for the real Kindled bottle, dropper and label; a half-day hands-only practical pickup (no face, no wardrobe, no continuity risk) for the three highest-artifact actions; all on-screen text in post; ONE VO session. NO Heygen, NO Soul Cinema, NO Soul ID, NO Marketing Studio presenter — D10 forbids a presenter, and that deletes the entire avatar stack from this board. ⚠ GATE 1 — PACE IS A BOOKING GATE, NOT A DIRECTION NOTE. 221.8 wpm is the donor's measured rate and the winners' p90. A narrator who reads at 190 pushes 867 words to 273s and the film breaks the 251s ceiling. Record a pace test before booking the voice. The four under-dense beats (5, 8, 9, 11) carry surplus that belongs to picture and bed, never to silence — the donor's measured mechanism is that the film gives no exit point, and a silence at 1:10 of a 3:53 documentary is an exit point. ⚠ GATE 2 — SEQUENCING. The canonical Carol keyframe (mid-50s hands, unmanicured, one plain wedding band, a specific soft cardigan sleeve, a specific two-column spiral notebook, a specific pen, a specific kitchen table with visible wood grain) gates roughly FIFTEEN downstream clips and must be generated, QC'd and LOCKED before any other Carol asset is made. Nano Banana reference-chain every later Carol clip from that one keyframe; character drift across a documentary is fatal in a way it is not in a testimonial, because the viewer is being asked to believe these are one person's actual objects. THE THREE ARTIFACT ACTIONS, all real-shoot on the hands-only pickup day: ① handwriting ×5 (beat 3's "Made of lead"; beat 6's "I don't recognize who I've become"; beat 13's three notebook entries) — a generated hand writing legible words is the single least reliable thing in the stack, and beat 13's entries must be HANDWRITING, never typeset, because the copy's payoff is "Not the number. The ENTRIES." and typesetting them would visually assert the opposite of what the line says (review C2, load-bearing) · ② the beat-1B page turn (finger count, finger merge, page physics — the worst hands case, and the cheapest practical pickup in the batch: a desk, a lamp, a book, a pair of hands) · ③ the beat-12 sublingual dropper (the board's only mouth action, cropped to lips and dropper only, never a face). Also real-shoot-preferred: the beat-8 hand-drawn curve and beat 2's one-continuous-move paper substitution. ASSET LOAD, stated plainly: ~50 distinct visual assets — ~32 generated (period/institutional, Carol-world, system-world, clinical-white graphic), 11 photographic or practical (7 of them the real-shoot-preferred hands and mouth inserts), 4 product/label macros, 3 re-uses re-framed and re-timed — cut into ~150 cuts across 233 seconds. Generate 50, cut 150: every generated asset is made LONGER and WIDER than the cut needs (5-8s at maximum resolution with headroom on all four edges) so post pulls two to four distinct cuts from one generation by re-framing, pushing and re-timing. A board that generates 150 assets for 150 cuts will not be finished; a board that generates 50 tight 2-second clips will run out of picture in the edit. BEAT-SPECIFIC QC GATES: period authenticity in 1A (no flat-panel monitors, no modern chair geometry — a 2003 room that reads as generically "old office" loses the dating the whole angle rests on) · document legibility — build documents at 2× and crop tight rather than shooting a full page; the reference-range line, the requisition column and the three actives on the real Kindled label must be readable at phone size, and a composited/typeset label recreation is BARRED (it reads as a mock-up — push tighter on the real label instead) · Hook C's rack must be one continuous rack, not two assembled shots, or the "the number was always over its evidence" logic breaks · beat 2's paper substitution must be one continuous action and the two pages must be a matched pair · beat 4's four kitchen-table lights must be four RELIGHTS of one keyframe, not four generations (four separately generated kitchens differ in a dozen small ways and the beat's entire argument — nothing changed — visibly contradicts itself) · beat-4 staging constraint: no selenium, iodine or thyroid supplement of any kind on the medicine shelf, their presence would fight the beat-12 reveal · the four beat-3 requisitions must be four different printed forms, not one form re-numbered in post, or "eleven years, same clinic" visibly collapses · beat 5's split composition must be one generated frame, not two composited halves · beat 11's returning conference room must frame-match beat 1A exactly with only the projector rectangle changed from warm to dark. DELIVERY MARKUP CARRIED VERBATIM: [pause] ×1 only, in beat 12 on the mid-narrative product hinge, boarded as a single tight ≤0.8s hold. No second pause may be added and the hook must not be padded past 12s. CAPS = emphasis, voice only, never burned as text unless a card is separately specified: MILLION · FINE · GOOD · CONTROL GROUP · ORDER · ARRIVED · REJECTED · HEALTH · PAPERWORK · LIFE · STARTED · GAP · IN · CONVERSION · RATIO · ENTRIES. Every CAPS word is a PITCH-DROP, never a volume lift — no beat on this board is allowed to swell. VO DIRECTION: female investigative narrator, forensic, absolute facts, true-crime-podcast seriousness with the male voice swapped out and nothing else. No warmth asides, no peer texture, no company-"we" (regex-swept: zero we/our/us in 843 words). She reports until the Offer beat and even there she reports the terms. The register turns exactly ONCE, at beat 10's first "you" — do not warm the voice to mark it; the turn is in the pronoun, and softening the read would spend the reportage credibility that bought the pivot. UNCONTRACTED READ IS A CONSTRAINT, NOT AN ACCIDENT (review F1, carried not fixed): every one of the narrator's own words is uncontracted, including the house CTA — "Go see if it is in stock." — and every take must stay uncontracted, because a narrator who drifts back into "it's" mid-session produces an audibly mixed register across a 3:53 documentary. That line is never burned on screen, so the de-contracted form is heard once and never read. RECEIPTS ARE BARE AND EXACT: 2.5 · 4.5 · thirteen million · two percent · two years · eleven years · 3.6 / 3.8 / 3.4 / 3.9 · 2014 / 2016 / 2018 / 2021 · 2.8 / 3.4 / 3.9 · twelve minutes · the thirty-day money-back guarantee said WHOLE and never clipped to a bare "thirty days" (that reads as a supply claim), and the badge lands after the guarantee is spoken whole. THE ONE FEAR SPIKE IS BEAT 3 AND IT IS DEPLOYED ONCE — the permanence clock spoken FLAT, bare, no softener, no approximation; nothing in the remaining 3:09 is allowed to be louder, and this is not loud. F4 disposition, boarded in the opposite direction: the copy says "most plans" where says "many plans", so the board puts no payer name, no insurer logo and no real plan document anywhere in beat 7 — the claim-denial artifact is a generic unbranded EOB line item, and the board will not put an institution's name on screen behind a quantifier the copy softened. FORMAT-NOVELTY QC (first D10 on this account, on the delivery catalog's #1 carrier at 38.2% / +11.5pp, which the account has never once run): QC the first cut specifically for the three failure modes this format has — (a) a NUMBER SLAB that ended up more than one cut from its document and now reads as an invented statistic, (b) any frame that has drifted social-native (the beat-10 phone is the exposure), (c) a held frame anywhere outside beat 12. DONOR HONESTY FLAG (operator-level): this donor's ws is 52.24, below the 60 winner bar, and it executes EUREKA's measured non-winner structural signature (13 beats with a full disqualification arc where EUREKA winners run 8-9 beats with none). It is an exemplar of shape and delivery, not a proven winner. If this concept under-performs, the 13-beat structure is the first hypothesis, not the visual execution

Where this angle sits against the winning ads it’s grounded in — what each one proves is working, and the gap our angle takes. Reads, not rules.

liraewatch
Validates ✓ this is the structural proof for the whole approach — a 13-beat documentary that spends its first three and a half minutes on a dated third-person anomaly and a named protagonist before it ever mentions a product, and still converts. It proves an audience will sit through a long institutional-history build if the delivery is forensic and the pace never lets up, and it proves the even-curve shape (no beat allowed to swell) holds attention better than a rising arc.
White-space it sells Ceylon cinnamon on an invented 2003 Peshawar paper, an invented 29% figure and an amputation terminal — its evidence is manufactured. Ours is the opposite trade: a real, dated, citable reference-range change and a file-sourced permanence clock. We take the same shape with real paperwork behind it, which is the one thing this ad cannot defend if anyone checks.
Validates ✓ proves that archival/period imagery and a dated historical lede will stop a cold feed — a distant-world opening beat earns attention on scale and strangeness alone, and its typography weight (blocky, high-contrast, numbers dominant) is the caption grammar we are inheriting. It also proves generated period footage reads as archival if the anachronisms are policed.
White-space it is a wordless text-scroller running at nearly 374 wpm with no protagonist and no mechanism — pure spectacle. It leaves the entire back half open: nobody in that ad is ever named, so nobody watching it recognises herself. Our history opens onto one woman with a notebook, which is where the recognition lives.
trysculptiquewatch
Validates ✓ the credential cold open is the strongest hook shape in the catalog and this is why — trust is transferred before a single claim is made, and the viewer stops arguing with the ad and starts listening to a person who reads these documents for a living. That formula is Hook B, borrowed at formula level.
White-space it stages the credential on camera as a costumed persona, which is exactly the surface we cannot use and would not want to — a named on-camera expert invites the viewer to audit the expert instead of the evidence. We keep the credential and delete the face: hands, a desk lamp, a bound volume. The authority becomes an object and a habit rather than a performance, and the viewer has nothing to audit but the paper.

“How to take Pumpkin Seed Oil From Urologist…”
Validates ✓ only loosely related — different niche, different avatar. What it does prove, and it matters here, is that the borrowed-authority frame ('from a urologist') still carries a cold audience in nutra, and that a how-to-take instruction lands harder than a benefit claim. Our beat 12 does the same thing: category, form, how it is taken, then the actives.
White-space it is a short instructional built entirely around a single ingredient. There is no villain, no history and no reason the viewer was failed — so it can only reach people already shopping the ingredient. Our entry is upstream of the category: the viewer does not know the word applies to her until a committee decision from 2003 is put in front of her.

“Here's what nobody is telling you about Levothyroxine!!…”
Validates ✓ the closest comp in the set, and the important one — top winner in our own niche running the exact emotional territory this angle occupies: the woman on levothyroxine who is being under-served and has not been told why. It proves the withheld-information frame converts in thyroid at scale.
White-space it withholds by insinuation ('nobody is telling you'), which asks the viewer to take the ad's word for the conspiracy. That framing reads scammy to an educated, already-dismissed audience. We name the thing instead — a dated committee decision, a reimbursement code, a twelve-minute appointment — and let a system rather than a cabal be the villain. Same energy, sourced.

11Independent review
An independent strategist QA pass. These are flags for you to resolve — they do NOT change your strategy (your fields are untouched).
Hook vs Story Shape — the Hook field ships three doors but two of them (A and C) are the same archetype carrying the same three facts in a different order, and the field says so. As a three-cell interchange test this reads as two doors, not three. Decide before launch whether the test is meant to compare three independent openings or two; if three, C needs a genuinely different shape, not a re-ordering.
Sophistication Stage vs Sophistication Strategy — the Stage field records that the donor sits below the winner bar and runs the structural signature of the format's NON-winners (13 beats with a full disqualification arc), while the Strategy field makes that same 13-beat order BINDING and reproduces it exactly. Those two statements are consistent only if the 13-beat count is explicitly the thing being tested. Name it as the first hypothesis in the post-test read, or the result will be attributed to the visual execution.
Speaker vs Self-scoring — three variables are untested on the same cell at once: first D10 delivery mode on the account, an untested speaker archetype, and an untested archetype-by-mode pairing, at the fastest pace in the batch. A loss here will not be attributable to any one of them. Confirm the test is deliberately scoped as a format probe rather than a speaker read, and record which variable the next iteration holds constant.
Hook vs Avatar — Hook B's first spoken line qualifies the narrator's occupation, not the viewer's situation, and the Hook field concedes it. The mitigation is entirely on-screen text. That is sound for muted autoplay but leaves the sound-on viewer unqualified for a full line. Worth confirming B is tested against A on muted placements specifically, where its qualifier actually fires.
Big Promise vs Mechanism Story Arc — the promise sold in the hook is a permanence clock (damage is permanent after two years) and the promise sold in the close is that things move again. The script resolves this deliberately (what moves first is the notebook's felt entries, never the lab number) and the review flagged that resolution as load-bearing. It is a genuine strategic tension, not an error — but it survives only as long as that specific line does. Any future copy pass that simplifies the close re-opens a contradiction the ad currently answers.
Promise Mechanism — the spine mechanism is marked PROVEN, but the entire suppression beat rests on a supporting entry marked TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE (why TSH-only testing misses it: reimbursement, ATA protocols, the twelve-minute appointment). That beat carries the whole 'why has nobody told me' job for a high-skepticism, educated avatar. Confirm the payer/reimbursement ground is strong enough to carry a full beat, given the copy also softens the file's own quantifier.
12Voice check
3.7 The Investigative / Forensic Narrator, female re-cast, delivered in the donor's documentary-newsroom register at 221.8 wpm — the fastest in the batch and exactly the winners' p90. Donor fingerprint transferred whole: third-person reportage with zero second-person address until beat 10 (the address discipline is the donor's, and the pivot is its engine), hyper-specificity as the credibility engine (name, age, city, job, institution, dated draws, a physical log), the dated-ladder proof construction, the double-verification logic (the donor's second glucose meter becomes our second notebook column), and terrifying stakes delivered CALM — the donor's own measured mechanism, where the flatness is what converts terror into reportage rather than salesmanship. Zero company-"we" anywhere — regex-swept for we / we're / we've / we'd / we'll / our / ours / us across all three hooks and the full body: zero hits, notable for a third-party narrator. Support verbs are hard throughout: selenium runs that conversion, zinc lets the hormone dock, iodine is the raw material, the code gets REJECTED, a slow gut half-absorbs a tablet — zero "supports / helps / may." Noun-phrase fragments ("Same clinic, eleven years." / "Twelve minutes an appointment." / "Four prescriptions, four specialists, four copays." / "Fine. Fine. Fine. Fine.") are donor-native, not the written-grammar species — the N1 profile records the donors doing exactly this at high-voltage moments — and were explicitly cleared at review (C3). Naturalization tier MARKUP-ONLY, evidenced: the donor's measured transcript carries zero verbal disfluency across 806 words of scripted documentary VO, so a FULL conversion would out-naturalize the donor and break the fingerprint. The uncontracted read is the one declared register cost (review F1) and it is carried, not fixed. Out-loud test passed on the locked body and all three hook surfaces.
13Script
Setup
ONE VOICE, NO PERFORMER. Echo delivery mode D10 Cinematic Documentary Film mapped to v2 dynamic solo — the narrator is disembodied and is never seen, never staged, never credentialed on camera. 9:16 vertical. The default frame is a DOCUMENTARY SUBJECT: a document, an object, a room, or a pair of hands. Camera behaves like an observational documentary camera — locked or on a slow deliberate drift, eye-level to objects, never handheld-jittery and never gimbal-glossy; extreme close-ups are the dominant grammar. FIVE WORLDS: W1 institutional 2003 · W2 the paper · W3 Carol's house · W4 the system · W5 clinical white. GRADE: institutional beige and fluorescent is the base; warm domestic is an excursion owned by beats 3, 4, 6 and 10 and always returns on the cut out; clinical white is the terminal state, appearing once at beat 5 and then taking the film from beat 12 to black. TWO OST CLASSES ONLY: NUMBER SLABS (Hormozi-blocky, massive, full-frame, hard in and hard out) and DOCUMENT MARKS (ink-behaviour marks on filmed paper — circles, underlines, fingertips, pen strokes, stamps). They never share a frame for more than a second, and EVERY SLAB SITS WITHIN ONE CUT OF THE DOCUMENT THAT SOURCES IT. CUTTING: 1 to 2s hard cuts throughout, no dissolves, no held frames, ~150 cuts in 233s, with exactly ONE declared slow-down (~3s cuts) at beat 12 and nowhere else. AUDIO: a low flat unresolving bed from 0:00 with no swell; functional SFX only; zero dead air anywhere; the bed thins a half-step at beat 12 and resolves out only under the end frame. CHARACTER LAW: Carol exists as hands, a sleeve, a back, an out-of-focus figure — never a full face, never a piece-to-camera. INSTITUTION LAW: no real organization's name, mark, letterhead or page appears in any frame. PROP LAW: exactly one physical product exists, the real Kindled bottle, and it does not appear before 3:16. 221.8 wpm; CAPS = emphasis (pitch-drop, never volume). Hook variants 1A/1B/1C are interchangeable — all three are 24 words, all three run 12s, and all three exit on the IDENTICAL seam state (a paper macro, institutional beige, caption field cleared, camera already drifting), so any variant cuts straight onto beat 2 with no re-establishment and no body timecode shifts on any cut. There are ZERO variant-conditional body elements on this board
0:00–0:12HOOK A (variant) — H14 Forbidden Lore, the donor's own 12s shape inherited whole

In 2003, "normal" moved from 2.5 to 4.5. Thirteen MILLION sick women became healthy overnight. Two years above 2.5, the metabolic damage is permanent.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W1 INSTITUTIONAL 2003 → W2 THE PAPER. Four shots. 0:00–0:02: a 2003-era conference room, emptied — chairs pushed back at odd angles, a projector still throwing a blank warm rectangle at a screen, one abandoned water glass. Slow push. Nobody is in it, and the projector's empty rectangle is the only warm light in the shot — the whole visual argument of the beat is in that. 0:02–0:05: hard cut to an extreme-close macro of a bound clinical guideline volume, open, the printed reference-range line on the page, locked, flat copy-stand light — this is the document the next slab is sourced from. 0:05–0:08: hard cut to a lab requisition, slow push down the page toward the reference-range column. 0:08–0:12: the column macro, then a hard cut to a wall calendar with two years of pages turned. OST: SLAB "2003" massive full-frame t=0.3–1.9s · MARK card "THE THYROID RANGE MOVED" lower third t=0.9–1.9s — the qualifier, on screen at t=0.9s · SLAB "2.5 → 4.5" massive, arriving on the cut to the guideline page and holding the donor's mandated ~3s dwell (t=2.1–5.0s) · SLAB "13,000,000" massive over the requisition push, t=5.4–8.0s — the commitment moment · MARK card "TWO YEARS. THEN PERMANENT." over the calendar, t=9.4s to beat end. VO: flat and fast; receipts spoken bare with no softener and no approximation. The hook is 24 words in 12s ≈ 120 wpm — this is the ONE slow beat and the slowness is CAPTION DWELL, not narrator hesitation. She still reads flat-fast; the picture holds. Mute test: PASS and the strongest muted hook of the three — the default A/B leader. At t=0.9s the muted viewer has an emptied institutional room, "2003" massive and the category noun THYROID on screen; by t=5.0s she has watched "2.5 → 4.5" sit on a printed page for three full seconds. QC: period authenticity is the beat's quality gate (no flat-panel monitors, no modern chair geometry) and no institution name, mark or letterhead appears in any frame. → handoff: "the metabolic damage is permanent." lands the Single Variable Reveal.

0:00–0:12HOOK B (variant) — H04 Credential Cold Open, no face

I read reference ranges for a living. In 2003, thirteen MILLION women were reclassified healthy. Two years inside it, and the damage is permanent.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W1 → W2. Hands only, and no face, no shoulders, nothing above the forearm ever enters frame. 0:00–0:04: a pair of working hands turning the pages of a bound guideline volume under a single warm desk lamp, at a desk, at night — adult, unmanicured, a plain watch. The credential is shown as an object and a habit, never worn as a costume. This is the board's only chiaroscuro frame and the darkness is what makes it read as somebody's own late reading rather than a workplace. 0:04–0:08: hard cut to a tighter macro on the volume, a fingertip resting beside a printed range line. 0:08–0:12: hard cut to a blood-draw tray, extreme close-up on an unbranded tube label, then tighter still; cold fluorescent returns. OST: MARK card "THE RANGE THAT DECIDES YOUR THYROID IS NORMAL" lower third, in at t=0.4s, holds to t=3.6s — this is the review-F3 disposition and the strongest visual mitigation on the board: the spoken line qualifies the NARRATOR, the card qualifies the VIEWER, and on muted autoplay the card is what governs · SLAB "RECLASSIFIED" massive t=4.2–5.6s · SLAB "13,000,000" massive t=5.8–8.2s · MARK card "TWO YEARS INSIDE IT" over the tube label, t=9.6s to beat end. VO: the "I" is a CREDENTIAL, not an endorsement, and it is the only first-person moment in 867 words — deliver it as a flat statement of occupation, never as a boast and never as a confidence. She introduces herself once and never refers to herself again — do not let a take add warmth here to "pay it off" (review C4). Mute test: PASS — the qualifier card is up at t=0.4s and it is the most viewer-implicating card on the board ("YOUR THYROID"); this is the muted variant to run against A. QC: hands are the highest AI-artifact risk on this board and a page turn is the worst case of it (finger count, finger merge, page physics) — real-shoot this insert; it is a desk, a lamp, a book and a pair of hands, the cheapest practical pickup in the batch. → handoff: "the damage is permanent." lands the Single Variable Reveal.

0:00–0:12HOOK C (variant) — bare shock-fact cold open (cited H07; routes to H14 by the catalog's own tie-break — review F2, carried not fixed)

Thirteen million women were declared healthy in 2003. Every one had been told her labs were normal. Two years in, the damage is permanent.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W2 THE PAPER exclusively. Cold fluorescent white, flat and even — the board's most clinical hook and its least warm frame, deliberately, because it has no room to establish a world. 0:00–0:02: the NUMBER SLAB full-frame from frame one over a field that is already the printout wall at heavy defocus (legible as texture, not as paper), and the lens racks to focus by t=2.0s so the document resolves under the number inside the dwell. This is the board's ONE declared exception to the evidence rule and this rack is its resolution — generate it as ONE continuous rack, not two assembled shots, or the "the number was always over its evidence" logic breaks and the slab reads as floating after all. 0:02–0:07: a wall of identical lab-result printouts, camera tracking sideways at a constant rate with no end in sight — the monotony is the argument; no branding of any kind on any sheet at any legibility. 0:07–0:12: hard cut to an extreme close-up, a fingertip resting on the printed word "NORMAL" in a results column. OST: SLAB "13,000,000" massive full-frame in at t=0.0s, holding through the rack to t=2.4s · MARK card "TOLD YOUR LABS WERE NORMAL" over the tracking wall t=2.6–6.6s — the sharpest qualifier on the board · MARK — a drawn circle around the printed word "NORMAL", inked on in one stroke at t=8.2s and holding to beat end (no card, no typography: the mark IS the statement) · MARK card "TWO YEARS IN" lower third t=10.0s to beat end. VO: the bare statistic is delivered with NO build and NO emphasis — stated the way a report states a finding; the flatness is what makes it land as fact rather than as a claim. Mute test: PASS, and the board's most arresting muted frame — a seven-figure number at full frame from t=0 — but also the thinnest on qualification timing: the category door does not open until t=2.6s against t=0.4s (B) and t=0.9s (A). Declared as the expected trade for its cold-open shock, not a board defect. → handoff: "the damage is permanent." lands the Single Variable Reveal.

0:12–0:21THE SINGLE VARIABLE REVEAL (locked body begins)

Nothing about a single body changed that year. Only the line on the chart did. One committee moved one number, and overnight the same blood, the same exhaustion, the same woman, read as FINE.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W2 THE PAPER. 0:12–0:15: an extreme close-up of a printed reference-range line; a hand slides a second, later page over the first — the same line, a different upper number. The change happens as a physical substitution of paper, in frame, in ONE continuous move; cutting it in half destroys the "nothing changed except this" logic, and both pages must be a matched pair, not two separate assets. 0:15–0:18: hard cut to an unlabelled blood tube in a rack, locked and dead still — the only motionless frame in the first minute, and its stillness is the point. 0:18–0:21: hard cut to a woman's silhouette, out of focus, seen from behind at a clinic window, waiting — the first appearance of a human on this board and she is unreadable (CHARACTER LAW); the window blows out slightly behind her, the board's only overexposure. OST: SLAB "ONE NUMBER MOVED" massive over the paper substitution, with ONE rendered at slab scale and the rest smaller, t=1.4–4.0s. VO: "the same blood, the same exhaustion, the same woman, read as FINE" is a list delivered without escalation; FINE lands as a pitch-drop, never as volume. 34 words at 227 wpm — at pace.

0:21–0:44THE PROTAGONIST & THE STAKES — the ad's ONE fear spike

Her name is Carol. Fifty-four, school-district payroll clerk in Marion, Ohio. Same clinic, eleven years. Every draw since 2014 landed inside the range. 3.6. 3.8. 3.4. 3.9. And every draw, the same sentence. Her thyroid was fine. She kept a spiral notebook. The date, the number, and one line on how she actually felt. Eleven years of "fine" on one side. "Made of lead" on the other. And underneath all of it, the clock nobody in that room mentioned. Every month above 2.5, two percent of her metabolism, gone. After two years, gone for GOOD.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W3 CAROL'S HOUSE (the first warm-domestic excursion) intercut with W2 THE PAPER — the two grades alternate cut for cut and the alternation is the beat's whole design: her side is warm and it is losing. Six shots at 248 wpm, the board's second-densest beat. 0:21–0:25: Carol's hands on a kitchen table, a spiral notebook open to ruled columns, a pen resting. Locked overhead. 0:25–0:29: hard cut to a generic clinic corridor, institutional beige, then a tighter crop on a numbered door. 0:29–0:35: four hard cuts on four requisition macros, one per spoken reading, each number circled in ink as it is spoken — four DIFFERENT printed forms, never one form re-numbered in post, or "eleven years, same clinic" visibly collapses. 0:35–0:39: back to the notebook's two-column spread, dated numbers left, handwriting right. 0:39–0:42: a macro on the handwritten words "Made of lead", pen still in frame. 0:42–0:44: hard cut to a wall clock, then a calendar; institutional beige returns. OST: SLABS "3.6" · "3.8" · "3.4" · "3.9" massive, one per cut at t≈8.5 / 9.9 / 11.3 / 12.7s, each on the same frame as the circled printed number it names (evidence rule satisfied inside the shot) · MARK "FINE." stamped small in the corner once at t=13.4s — small on purpose: the word is the system's, and the system says it quietly · MARK — "Made of lead" appearing as Carol's own handwriting, written on in real time at t=17.8s (VOC verbatim, `voc.md §1`) · SLAB "2% A MONTH" massive over the clock t=20.0–21.4s · SLAB "AFTER TWO YEARS, GONE FOR GOOD" massive over the calendar t=21.6s to beat end. SFX: a single soft clock tick under the last two shots and nowhere else on the board. VO: THE ONE FEAR SPIKE — deploy it hard and deploy it ONCE. The permanence clock is spoken FLAT and bare, no softener, no approximation; GOOD is a pitch-drop, not a volume lift. Nothing in the remaining 3:09 is allowed to be louder than this, and this is not loud. ⚠ SEQUENCING GATE: the CANONICAL CAROL KEYFRAME (hands / cardigan sleeve / notebook / pen / table) is generated, QC'd and LOCKED here FIRST — it gates roughly fifteen downstream clips, and every later Carol clip is Nano-Banana reference-chained from it. Handwriting is artifact action #1 — real-shoot it.

0:44–1:04THE EXPERIMENTAL PROTOCOL

There was no experiment here. That is exactly what makes her notebook usable. She never changed her diet. Never changed her dose. Never changed doctors. No new supplement, no new gym, no elimination protocol. Same body, same job, same house, same six a.m. alarm. Eleven years, and one variable held completely still. Where her number sat inside a range somebody moved in 2003. The notebook is the CONTROL GROUP. And the control group got worse every single year.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W3 CAROL'S HOUSE, warm domestic held for the whole beat — the board's longest single-grade stretch. Built as a sameness montage. 0:44–0:49: the same kitchen table, four times, in four different lights — winter morning, summer evening, grey afternoon, night — identical locked framing on every cut, matched to the pixel, so the light is the only variable. These MUST be four RELIGHTS of one keyframe (Nano Banana relight chain), NOT four separate generations: four separately generated kitchens will differ in a dozen small ways and the beat's entire argument will visibly contradict itself. 0:49–0:54: a 6am alarm clock; a work badge on a hook; the same front door; the same coffee mug — one per cut, locked macros, Carol-chained. 0:54–0:58: a medicine shelf, the same bottle in the same position, dust undisturbed, slow push. ⚠ STAGING QC GATE: no selenium, no iodine, no thyroid supplement of any kind on this shelf — their presence would fight the beat-12 reveal. 0:58–1:01: the notebook closed, then opened to a full spread. 1:01–1:04: extreme close-up, the left column running down the page year after year. OST: MARK card "SAME BODY. SAME JOB. SAME ALARM." lower third t=6.0–10.0s · SLAB "THE CONTROL GROUP" massive over the opened notebook t=15.0–18.0s. VO: the negations ("Never changed her diet. Never changed her dose. Never changed doctors.") are an INVENTORY — flat and even, one item per breath, no accumulation of emphasis. CONTROL GROUP is a pitch-drop. 78 words at 234 wpm — at pace; do not slow down for the montage, the picture is already doing the slowing.

1:04–1:20THE MECHANISM & THE SCOOP — the board's one air pocket

Here is what that number actually measures. TSH is the brain's ORDER to the thyroid. It is not the hormone. Her blood test saw the order go out. It never once saw whether the package ARRIVED.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W5 CLINICAL WHITE, first appearance — high key, flat, shadowless, the board's cleanest frames, and the visual reason the mechanism reads as an EXPLANATION rather than as an accusation. 1:04–1:08: a clinical-white field; a printed order slip is placed into frame by a hand and slid away out of frame in one move. The order leaves. 1:08–1:13: hard cut to a split composition — the same order slip left, an empty space where a package should be right. Held longer than anything else on the board so far. Build this as ONE generated frame, not two composited halves, or it acquires a graphic-design look that fights the documentary register. 1:13–1:17: hard cut to an extreme close-up of a lab report line showing a single measured value and nothing beneath it. 1:17–1:20: hard cut back to the empty right side, alone in frame. All four shots locked and dead still — this is the only beat with no camera movement in any shot, and the stillness is the air pocket made visible. OST: MARK split card "THE ORDER" left / "THE PACKAGE" right, landing on the split composition t=4.4–9.0s — script-mandated, and the longest single OST hold on the board. VO: 36 words in a 16s beat = 135 wpm, the slowest read on the board — and that is a DENSITY fact, not a delivery instruction: there are simply fewer words here. She does not slow her articulation and she does not add pauses. ORDER and ARRIVED are pitch-drops. ⚠ THE 6.3s SURPLUS IS PICTURE AND BED, NEVER SILENCE — this is where an editor will be tempted to insert a pause and must not. The donor's measured mechanism is that the film gives no exit point, and a silence at 1:10 of a 3:53 documentary is an exit point. The bed thins very slightly here and only here before beat 12.

1:20–1:38THE RESULTS & VERIFICATION — the board's fastest read

The notebook has a second column. 2014. Tired by two in the afternoon. 2016. The nap on her lunch break, in the car, with the seat back. 2018. Sweaters in July, and a sentence she wrote twice that year. "I don't recognize who I've become." 2021. Fell asleep at her desk twenty minutes after she got there. Eleven years of entries. Every one worse than the one above it. And beside every single one of them, a number inside the range. Fine. Fine. Fine. Fine.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W3 CAROL'S HOUSE, warm domestic through the whole ladder (the arc's second and larger excursion), snapping to cold fluorescent on the four "Fine" requisitions — the beat's final four cuts are the temperature of the system taking over. Six shots at 283 wpm, the fastest beat on the board — cut tighter here than anywhere else; nine visual ideas in 18 seconds means every cut is under 2s and several are 1.5s. 1:20–1:23: the notebook's right column, extreme close-up on "2014" and the line beside it; then a desk at two in the afternoon, flat light. 1:23–1:27: a car interior, driver's seat reclined, a coat over the chest, lunch-break light, shot from the passenger side — never her face. 1:27–1:31: a July window with green outside and a heavy knit sleeve in the foreground; then a macro on the handwriting "I don't recognize who I've become." 1:31–1:34: a workplace desk, a head down and out of focus, a bag still on the chair, shot from behind. 1:34–1:38: four hard cuts on four requisition macros, each with its in-range printed number. OST: MARKS — the years "2014" · "2016" · "2018" · "2021" written on in Carol's handwriting as each is spoken, t≈0.6 / 3.4 / 7.2 / 11.4s · MARK — "I don't recognize who I've become" in Carol's own handwriting, written on at t=9.0s (VOC verbatim, `voc.md §18`) · MARK stamps "FINE." ×4, hard-stamped one per cut at t=15.0 / 15.9 / 16.8 / 17.6s, small, corner, identical each time. VO: the four "Fine. Fine. Fine. Fine." are four identical flat words — no rising anger, no irony, no colour. The flatness is the indictment; do not let a take play the last one differently. ⚠ HARD QC GATE: no frame anywhere may show a number improving (`brand_bible §9.2`) — every requisition here shows an in-range historical reading and nothing else. Both handwriting inserts are real-shoot (artifact action #1).

1:38–1:53THE SUPPRESSION BEAT — the transposed villain

Nobody suppressed Carol's notebook. Nobody had to. The one test that would have shown what her cells were actually receiving is called free T3. On most plans it is not reimbursed for a hypothyroid workup. The code gets REJECTED. So the code stops getting ordered. Twelve minutes an appointment. One number on the sheet.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W4 THE SYSTEM — institutional beige with harder contrast and deeper shadow than the base grade; the board's least sympathetic world, and the grade says so without a single hostile image. 1:38–1:42: an extreme close-up on a generic, unbranded explanation-of-benefits line item, a status column at the end of the row, slow lateral drift. 1:42–1:46: hard cut to a lab order form, a printed test box unticked, the pen having moved past it. 1:46–1:50: hard cut to a wall clock reading twelve minutes past the hour, locked. 1:50–1:53: hard cut to a corridor of identical closed doors receding, long lens compressing them. OST: MARK — an ink underline drawn beneath the status field at t=1.8s · SLAB "REJECTED" massive full-frame on the cut off the EOB, t=3.6–5.0s — sourced by the document it just left, one cut back · MARK card "NOT REIMBURSED" over the unticked order form t=6.0–8.6s · SLAB "12 MINUTES" massive over the clock t=9.6–11.4s. VO: systemic, never conspiratorial — "Nobody suppressed Carol's notebook. Nobody had to." is indictment by denial, and REJECTED is a pitch-drop. ⚠ F4 DISPOSITION, BOARDED IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION: the copy says "most plans" where `mechanism_library §8` says "many plans", so NO payer name, NO insurer logo and NO real plan document appears anywhere in this beat. The board will not put an institution's name on screen behind a quantifier the copy softened.

1:53–2:11THE TRUE DISCOVERY — the provenance ladder in reverse

Here is where that range came from. It was never a measurement of HEALTH. It is the average of sick people and well people, and it is not where well people sit. Widen that average by two points and thirteen million women stop qualifying for treatment on a Tuesday afternoon. The average did not get healthier. The PAPERWORK did.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W1 INSTITUTIONAL 2003 returns. 1:53–1:58: a sheet of blank paper, a hand, a pen — a bell curve DRAWN BY HAND, in frame, in one continuous stroke, with only two marks added to the baseline. ⚠ THIS IS THE BOARD'S HONESTY GATE: it is NOT a motion-graphic chart. No axis, no ticks, no gridlines, no data points. A charted curve asserts a dataset; a drawn curve asserts an explanation, which is what the copy actually makes. Draw it, film it, and let the pen be visible. 1:58–2:03: a tighter macro — the hand drags the right-hand mark across to the second position, one continuous move, in frame. 2:03–2:07: hard cut to the Hook-C printout wall, tracked the opposite way (re-use, re-timed and re-framed, never a literally repeated cut). 2:07–2:11: hard cut to the Hook-A/B bound guideline volume, closing. OST: MARKS "2.5" t=3.2s and "4.5" t=4.0s written on the drawn baseline in the same ink as the curve — these are marks, not slabs: the numbers are on the paper because a hand put them there · SLAB "13,000,000" massive over the printout wall t=11.0–13.4s — its third and last appearance, and the only one that arrives after the viewer has seen the curve it came off · MARK card "THE PAPERWORK DID" over the closing volume t=15.4s to beat end. VO: HEALTH is a pitch-drop; cold indignation, still flat, still no volume. "It is the average of sick people and well people, and it is not where well people sit" is quoted from `mechanism_library §6`'s own Variations line and keeps its uncontracted form. ⚠ NO invented study, NO invented percentage, NO invented citation, NO journal masthead. 59 words at 197 wpm — slightly under pace, and the surplus goes to the drawing, the board's most patient shot outside beat 5.

2:11–2:31THE BACKLASH — systemic, never conspiratorial

And every woman left standing in that gap becomes a customer for LIFE. Nobody planned that. The incentive did not need anyone to plan it. Antidepressants for the mood. Statins for the cholesterol that climbed when the metabolism slowed. Something for the sleep. Something for the blood sugar. Four prescriptions, four specialists, four copays. And not one of them is looking at the number that STARTED it.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W4 THE SYSTEM, institutional beige, hard contrast, a single hard key so each bottle throws a defined shadow. 2:11–2:16: a plain surface; four pill bottles set down one at a time, one per spoken prescription, each landing on its own cut — generic, unbranded, different shapes, no drug names and no amounts anywhere. 2:16–2:21: hard cut wider — the four bottles in a row, and a fifth empty space beside them. Held. The fifth space has no shadow, and that absence is the shot. 2:21–2:26: four copay receipts fanned, an extreme close-up drifting across them. 2:26–2:31: hard cut back to the fifth empty space, alone in frame, slow push into it. OST: MARK labels — a small typed label under each bottle as it lands, naming its specialty and nothing else, four one-word labels at t≈1.4 / 2.4 / 3.4 / 4.4s · SLAB "FOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. FOUR SPECIALISTS. FOUR COPAYS." massive over the fanned receipts t=11.0–14.0s. VO: "Nobody planned that" is a systemic attribution that makes the indictment worse, not an exoneration — the next line ("The incentive did not need anyone to plan it") closes the escape hatch. This was explicitly checked and cleared at review (C1) and a later pass must not "fix" it. LIFE and STARTED are pitch-drops. The empty fifth space is original direction: the copy's argument is that nobody is looking, and an absence is the only honest picture of nobody looking.

2:31–2:54THE REFRAME FOR THE VIEWER — the first "you" in the ad

Here is what most women watching this have never been told. You have a number. It is sitting in a patient portal you can open right now, on a result somebody told you not to worry about. And it falls on one side of 2.5 or the other. If it is under, this was a history lesson. If it is over, listen carefully. 2.8. 3.4. 3.9. Every one of those has been read out to a woman in a cheerful voice, and every one of them sits inside the GAP. You are not eleven years away from Carol's notebook. You are already IN it. Go look.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W2 THE PAPER meets a phone; warm domestic returns for the second and last excursion, because this frame is her house, not a clinic — and the phone screen is a cool source inside a warm room, which is the beat's whole design. Five shots at 277 wpm, the board's second-tightest cutting. 2:31–2:35: a phone face down on a kitchen table, locked. Nothing happens for a full beat. 2:35–2:39: hard cut — the phone turned over, a patient-portal login screen. ⚠ SHOT AS DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE, NEVER AS UGC: locked, slightly overhead, no hand-held phone-in-hand framing, no selfie energy, no vertical-video-within-vertical-video. This is a camera looking at an object, and it is the board's single exposure to social-native drift. 2:39–2:44: a results row on the screen, extreme close-up, a thumb resting beside it. 2:44–2:50: three hard cuts on three requisition macros, one per spoken number. 2:50–2:54: back to the phone screen, slow push into the results row. SCREEN CONTENT is composited in POST, never rendered in-generation — generic portal UI, no real health-system name, no real portal brand, no logo (INSTITUTION LAW). OST: SLABS "2.8" · "3.4" · "3.9" massive, one per cut at t≈14.0 / 15.4 / 16.8s, each on the frame carrying its own printed source · SLAB "YOU ARE ALREADY IN IT" massive full-frame over the phone push t=19.6–21.6s — the board's only second-person card, matching the copy's own discipline · MARK card "GO LOOK" lower third t=22.0s to beat end. VO: THE REGISTER TURNS HERE AND IT IS THE ONLY TURN IN THE AD. Third-person reportage becomes direct address. Do NOT warm the voice to mark it — the turn is in the pronoun, and letting the read soften would cost the reportage credibility that bought the pivot. GAP and IN are pitch-drops; the uncontracted forms hold.

2:54–3:10THE CORE QUESTION — the board's one card-free beat

So the question is not whether the range is wrong. Eleven years of Carol's right-hand column already answered that. The question is what a body does with the two percent a month it is still losing while everyone waits for a number to finally cross a line somebody drew in 2003.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W1 / W2, institutional beige and fluorescent, returning to the board's opening temperature. 2:54–2:58: the beat-8 drawn curve again, on the same paper, now lying alone; slow drift (re-use, re-framed and re-timed). 2:58–3:02: hard cut to a calendar page turning, then another, then another — three cuts, accelerating slightly. 3:02–3:06: hard cut to a blank unbranded requisition form waiting on a desk, locked. 3:06–3:10: hard cut to the emptied 2003 conference room from beat 1A, the same framing, the projector rectangle now dark — the one changed element in an otherwise identical frame, so the film visibly returns to where it started. ⚠ The returning room must frame-match beat 1A exactly: re-use the asset and change only the projector. If it is a different generation of "a conference room" the return does not read and the beat becomes filler. OST: NONE. This is the only beat on the board with no OST of any kind — a hard instruction, not an omission. The board has run NUMBER SLABS continuously for 2:54, and the product beat's first card needs a clean field to land on; withholding OST for one beat is the cheapest way to buy that, and it costs nothing because the beat adds no new fact. VO: the wager restated, and it is a question that is not asked as a question. Flat. Deliver "what a body does with the two percent a month it is still losing" as a finding, not as an appeal. The bed continues; it does NOT drop out. 51 words at 191 wpm — slightly under pace, and the surplus is quiet made of picture and bed, never silence. Transition out is the film's largest grade jump and it is the seam the whole board has been protecting.

3:10–3:28THE PRODUCT REVEAL — the welded seam, and the board's ONLY slow-down

Carol's answer was not another prescription. It was the CONVERSION itself. The step between the hormone her body stores and the hormone her cells can use. [pause] Kindled is a thyroid-support supplement. A berry-flavored liquid, two droppers under the tongue every morning with a meal, because a slow gut half-absorbs a tablet. Selenium runs that conversion. Zinc lets the hormone dock into the cell. Iodine is the raw material. And the RATIO between the three is the entire point.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W5 CLINICAL WHITE, and it takes the film from here to black. Five shots, and this is the ONLY place on the board where cuts stretch to ~3s. 3:10–3:13: the conversion idea held over from beat 5's explanatory register — a clinical-white field, a single step drawn between two points. THIS IS THE WELD: the film is still explaining at the moment the product enters. Do NOT cut to the bottle from a narrative frame (MC_06 mid-narrative transition, 30.1% / +3.7, the strongest close mechanic on the steal sheet — the donor's own story→pitch seam at ~2:58 was flagged jarring and this is the fix). 3:13–3:16: the `[pause]` lands here on the hinge, as one tight ≤0.8s hold on the last explanatory frame before the bottle, dead still. This is the board's only bracketed token and there must never be a second. 3:16–3:20: the real Kindled bottle — practical macro, clinical white, label toward camera, slow deliberate push, the board's only unhurried camera move. Its first appearance in the film, at 3:16 of 3:53. 3:20–3:24: the dropper drawn and held, then the drop held under the tongue — the board's only mouth action, cropped to lips and dropper only, never a face. 3:24–3:28: a label macro, the three named actives, one per cut, on the REAL printed label. OST: MARKS "SELENIUM" t≈14.0s · "ZINC" t≈15.2s · "IODINE" t≈16.4s, each appearing on the label frame carrying the printed word — marks, not slabs · SLAB "THE RATIO" massive on the final label frame t=17.0s to beat end. VO: the register does not become an ad — she still reports, she reports the product. The introduction orients a COLD viewer: category, form, how it is taken, then the actives. Selenium runs the conversion, zinc lets the hormone dock — hard verbs, never "supports", never "helps." CONVERSION and RATIO are pitch-drops. 78 words at 260 wpm — dense despite the slow cutting: the picture slows, the read does not. ⚠ LABEL LEGIBILITY IS THIS BEAT'S HARD GATE — the three actives must be readable at phone size on the real printed label, so shoot a braced or copy-stand macro at maximum resolution; if the live label cannot hold legibility at 9:16, push tighter on the label rather than compositing a typeset recreation over it (a composited label on a product beat reads as a mock-up, and it is BARRED). The dropper is artifact action #3 — real-shoot it. Label truth: only selenium, zinc and iodine are named on screen; berry-flavored sublingual liquid, roughly two droppers, morning, with a meal; no price, no discount, no bundle, no stock count in any frame. Transition out: the film snaps back to 1-2s cutting immediately — the slow-down ends here and does not return.

3:28–3:53THE RISK-FREE OFFER & CTA — the largest beat, a NORMAL beat

The right-hand column in Carol's notebook is what moved first. Not the number. The ENTRIES. "Made it to eight without the couch." "Wore short sleeves in March." "Recognized the woman in the mirror." Kindled comes with a thirty-day money-back guarantee. Take Kindled every morning for a month, and if your own right-hand column reads exactly the way it reads today, you get every dollar back. The range is still 4.5. It is not moving back on its own. It sells out because women who feel their mornings change start ordering for their sisters. Go see if it is in stock.

> On-screen text / insert layer: W3 CAROL'S HOUSE (the handwriting) → W5 CLINICAL WHITE (the final frames). 3:28–3:37: the notebook's right-hand column, three hard cuts, one handwritten entry per cut, each written on in real time, warm domestic, Carol-chained props (same notebook, same pen, same sleeve, same table as beat 3). 3:37–3:42: hard cut to the Kindled bottle on the kitchen table — the film's only frame where the product and Carol's world share a surface. Locked. 3:42–3:46: hard cut to a clean guarantee card, clinical white. 3:46–3:50: hard cut to a requisition macro, the range column, upper bound 4.5. 3:50–3:53: hard cut to the bottle, clinical white, locked and dead still, hold ~1.5s to black. OST: MARKS — three handwritten entries in Carol's own hand, one per cut: "Made it to eight without the couch" t≈1.6s · "Wore short sleeves in March" t≈4.4s · "Recognized the woman in the mirror" t≈7.2s. ⚠ HANDWRITING, NEVER TYPESET. The copy's entire payoff is "Not the number. The ENTRIES." and rendering those entries as typeset cards would visually assert the opposite of what the line says — review C2 marked this load-bearing and a later pass must not simplify it. · MARK card "30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" — clean type badge, no seal, no ribbon, no laurel (ornament reads as fine print, which is exactly what the copy disowns) — in at t=15.0s, ~4s hold, landing AFTER the guarantee is spoken whole so the on-screen "30-DAY" cannot be read ahead of the audio as a supply window · SLAB "4.5" massive over the requisition column t=20.0–22.0s — the film's last number, and it is the same number it opened on · END FRAME: the bottle, clinical white, held ~1.5s to black. No end card, no URL burn, no logo animation, no button, no arrow, no link chrome of any kind. SFX: a pen scratch per entry; the bed RESOLVES OUT under the end frame — its only resolution in 3:53. VO: pure sell and reveal, and still reported. Say the guarantee WHOLE and never clip it; the condition "if your own right-hand column reads exactly the way it reads today, you get every dollar back" resolves inside its own sentence — do not let a take break it across a breath. Scarcity is DEMAND-DRIVEN — never supply-weakness, never a count. "Go see if it is in stock." keeps its uncontracted form and carries NO link register, ever. Resolve, not warmth: she does not soften at the end. ⚠ No frame here shows a lab number improving — the "4.5" slab is the UNCHANGED range, which is the point. Destination: PDP `https://trykindled.com/today` — a stock-check CTA promises a product page.

"Made of lead."
brand bible quote bank (, crushing fatigue / recurring metaphors, Reddit r/Hypothyroidism; verified L83). Used VERBATIM in copy as Carol's notebook entry in the Protagonist & Stakes beat, and boarded as her own handwriting written on in real time at t=17.8s — the one two-word phrase the whole fear spike rests on.
"I don't recognize who I've become."
brand bible quote bank (, identity loss + restoration, recurring, Reddit r/Hypothyroidism; verified L598). Used VERBATIM in copy as the 2018 entry in the Results & Verification beat, and likewise boarded as handwriting. It is also the only place a contraction appears in the ad, because it is hers and not the narrator's.
"I went to work and FELL ASLEEP at work as soon as I got there."
brand bible quote bank (, crushing fatigue; verified L71). Echoed as the 2021 entry ("Fell asleep at her desk twenty minutes after she got there") — the ladder's last and worst rung, and the reason the decline reads as accelerating rather than merely continuing.
"My doctor says less than 4 is within range and I've been at 3.81 for a year and not doing my best."
brand bible quote bank (, TSH / T3 / T4 frustration; verified L324). Echoed in Carol's 3.6 / 3.8 / 3.4 / 3.9 ladder against the repeated "Her thyroid was fine." This quote is why the four readings are the specific numbers they are — they are the real shape of a life spent inside the gap, not a dramatised spread.
"Labs are normal, according to us who set these parameters specifically to neglect you."
Thae86, r/Perimenopause (, the politicized-villain cluster; verified L119). Echoed in the True Discovery beat ("It is the average of sick people and well people, and it is not where well people sit"). This cluster is the documented audience appetite the whole angle feeds — and it is also why the villain is systemic rather than conspiratorial: the anger is real, the cabal framing is what reads scammy to her.
"I went over 10 years of being told my labs were normal but my quality of life wasn't."
Reddit r/Hashimotos (, doctor dismissal — labelled by the file itself the #1 entry pain; verified L289). Echoed structurally: Carol's eleven years IS this quote rendered as a document. The entire notebook device exists to turn this one sentence into something a camera can film.

Voltage parity: donor floor 4.5 / 5, donor-observed, never averaged — MET at 4.5–4.6, at floor and not below, judged line-for-line against the donor's own measured words at review. Carriers, all file-sourced: the permanence clock ("Every month above 2.5, two percent of her metabolism, gone. After two years, gone for GOOD." — named, dated, non-mortal, class AS-IS) · the thirteen-million figure · the lifetime-customer indictment ("Four prescriptions, four specialists, four copays. And not one of them is looking at the number that STARTED it.") · the named woman's decade inside the gap · the second-person landing ("You are not eleven years away from Carol's notebook. You are already IN it."). The donor's mechanism — calm delivery amplifying terrifying stakes into reportage — is reproduced: no line raises its voice, every verdict lands flat. The systemic-villain swap is a transposition mandated by brand positioning, NOT a softening ( names conspiracy framing a trust-killer; names systemic framing the more credible carrier; ran the systemic indictment at $135k). No recommended fix in the review reduces voltage — F1, F3 and F4 all raise or hold it.
Terminal consequence, named + dated, inside ~12s: ALL THREE HOOKS. Each ends on "the metabolic damage is permanent" / "the damage is permanent" — named (permanent metabolic damage) + dated (two years) + file-sourced, per the KD_C0083 rule. At 221.8 wpm a 24-word hook is ~6.5s, so the terminal lands well inside the window even with the 3s caption dwell. Zero invented mortality, zero invented statistics.
Hedge scan (NH6 six species): 0 found / 0 remaining, hunted by name at review over the full spoken stream. Anti-promise close 0 (the close is pure sell; the guarantee is a term, never a retreat) · disclaimer litany / CYA 0 · timeline blur 0 (two years, thirty days, eleven years, every month, 2014/2016/2018/2021 all bare and exact) · partial-failure concession 0 · support-verb downgrade 0 ("Selenium RUNS that conversion. Zinc LETS the hormone dock."; "thyroid-support supplement" is the category noun in the cold-audience intro, not a claim verb) · enemy exoneration 0 — "Nobody planned that" is a systemic attribution that makes the indictment worse, and "The incentive did not need anyone to plan it" closes the escape hatch, with beat 7's "Nobody suppressed Carol's notebook. Nobody had to." running the same indictment-by-denial. Explicitly cleared at review as C1 so no downstream pass "fixes" it. (One enemy-exoneration instance was found and killed during the write — an earlier Backlash draft read "nobody in that room was doing anything wrong"; replaced.)
Label-truth (H3b, the ONE accuracy gate, traced assertion by assertion): selenium product_facts (Selenium Glycinate, deiodinase cofactor for T4→T3) · zinc (Zinc Glycinate Chelate, required for T3 to bind nuclear receptors) · iodine (raw material for T4). No other ingredient is named anywhere and there are ZERO donor compounds — no Ceylon cinnamon, no MCT, no cassia, no allicin, no SAC. Form claims (berry-flavored sublingual liquid, ~two droppers, morning, with a meal); "a slow gut half-absorbs a tablet" Offer terms: 30-day money-back guarantee only — no price, no discount, no bundle, no stock count, no review count. Free T3 / reimbursement / the twelve-minute appointment . The 2.5 → 4.5 / thirteen million / two percent monthly / permanent-after-two-years figures Voltage Card, class AS-IS — historical facts about a reference range, NOT outcome claims. No lab-outcome result claim anywhere () and the metabolic loss is never claimed to reverse — the close's payoff is explicitly the handwriting column, not the number column.
Qualification-first: A qualifies by CONTENT in line one (the woman whose TSH has ever been read to her as a number between 2.5 and 4.5 self-selects on the pair itself), which the N1 profile expressly sanctions for this donor's address discipline, and the category noun THYROID is on screen at t=0.9s. C is the sharpest of the three — line two names her single most-repeated life sentence ("Every one had been told her labs were normal",, the audience's #1 entry pain) in third person without breaking donor address discipline, and its card is up at t=2.6s. B is the declared exception (review F3, carried not fixed): its spoken line one qualifies the NARRATOR, not the viewer — mitigated storyboard-side, and this is the strongest visual disposition on the board, with the t=0.4s card reading "THE RANGE THAT DECIDES YOUR THYROID IS NORMAL" so the muted viewer's own door is open in line one while the VO is still on the credential.
Runtime: deterministic wordcount.py on the spoken basis, with the donor's basis matched exactly (donor word_count 806 == word_count_spoken 806; no inline [action] words either side, so the ambiguity genuinely does not arise). Fulls 234.5s on all three variants, pause-adjusted 235.3s, boarded 233.0 / 233.8s — every basis inside 185–251s on every variant, headroom 15.7s word-derived / 17.2s boarded, the widest any board in the Echo chain has carried at this beat count. IT IS NOT SPARE RUNWAY: the donor's defining property is that it gives the viewer no room to leave, so the surplus belongs to picture (extra cuts, longer holds on the four under-dense beats), never to silence and never to a second pause. Per the no-word-shaving rule nothing was trimmed anywhere — the body ran long on the first pass at the Product Reveal beat and that beat was re-written fresh at target density, not shaved. ⚠ 221.8 wpm is a BOOKING GATE: record a pace test before booking the voice.
Review: one /review-echo independent blind seat, blind order enforced (hooks + body + transposition plan read cold; the self-audit, self-score and deterministic-checks table read only at Step 3, after the independent EQ was fixed). Verdict SHIP AS-IS — 0 HARD, 5 SOFT, EQ 8.25, drift 0.10, no dim drift ≥ 2.0. The human gate took option 1, ship v1 as-is (gates delegated, Zied 2026-07-28), so no F-fix was taken and copy is LOCKED for this package. Dispositions carried into production rather than into copy: F1 (zero narrator contractions) → boarded as a VO register constraint, every take stays uncontracted, and the CTA line is never burned · F2 (A and C are near-duplicate doors; C's cited H07 lineage drifts to H14 on the catalog's own tie-break) → rebuild not taken; the board records the real spread as H14 / H04 / H14 and gives the three doors three genuinely different visual strategies, and the human should know it is two archetypes across three hooks before the test reads · F3 → mitigated by Hook B's t=0.4s viewer-facing card · F4 ("most plans" vs the file's "many plans") → boarded in the opposite direction as INSTITUTION LAW in beat 7, no payer name anywhere · F5 (product-entry depth reported on two bases) → both bases now declared everywhere, and the review explicitly ruled AGAINST structural change here. Do not "fix" on a later pass: beat 13's "Not the number. The ENTRIES." (C2, load-bearing) · the systemic-villain framing (C1) · the staccato noun-phrase fragments (C3, donor-native) · Hook B's single first-person credential (C4) · the female re-cast (C5).
Storyboard freshness: the board was built fresh against this locked v1 copy — + .html, with the generator twin + .html. The twin exists for exactly one reason and it is recorded rather than worked around: comp_select.parse_anchors resolves 5/5 anchors on the twin and 0/5 on the v1 board, because the v1 board's [Anchor X] … block headers are bolded and the block regex does not match them. ONLY the comp-anchor grammar differs (de-bolded headers, brand names in the compact anchors line, the donor marked CORNERSTONE); every beat, timecode and word of content is byte-identical.
No-presenter contract: D10 forbids an on-camera presenter, and this is the layer most likely to be silently violated downstream. The cast is exactly ONE voice — 3.7 Investigative / Forensic Narrator, female re-cast, never seen, never staged, never credentialed on camera. The v2 per-beat schema's Shot type / Camera / Avatar-tool prompt triple presumes a frame containing a speaker and all three point at nothing here; the board replaced them with World / grade + an explicit Shot sequence and re-pointed the tool prompt at an asset-generation queue. The package must NOT derive a second speaker and must NOT derive an on-camera one — no Heygen, no Soul Cinema, no Soul ID, no Marketing Studio presenter, no wardrobe, no eyeline, no blocking, no talent day. Recorded contract findings for the Echo build log: the per-beat schema assumes a performer exists and D10 is the case that proves it does not have to (recommend promoting World / grade + Shot sequence as the presenter-free per-beat variant) · a documentary that cites a real dated fact needs a named, reusable EVIDENCE CONTRACT pattern (two OST classes + the one-cut sourcing rule + the provenance ladder + INSTITUTION LAW) · "generate long and wide, cut short and tight" should be stated up front in the global spine of every fast-cut delivery mode · deleting the avatar stack is a legitimate Fork-1 answer and the chain now has all four (recommend Fork 1 gain an explicit "no presenter (delivery mode forbids one)" option) · comp_select.parse_anchors truncates a hyphenated advertiser name at the first hyphen ([^—\-\n]+), so Anchor B's try-forge lands downstream as try — the ad_id resolves exactly and comp selection, vision enrichment and the intel links are all correct, so the damage is display-only in the editor brief's comp list; recommend widening the name capture before the next board draws a hyphenated advertiser · a first-of-mode board should reserve an anchor slot for a same-family reference (Anchor E, a D04 no-presenter VO, is what told this board how to spend beat 5's 6.3 surplus seconds even though the donor itself is a D10).
