STORYBOARD — S4 Check the Outer Third of Your Eyebrow — Solo-voice × Two-Performer Green-Screen Reaction Stitch [KD_C0083]

KD_C0083 YAPPER Shot-by-shot for the editor · strategy notes collapsed

Lengthdelivered A 90.13s · B 89.87s · C 89.87s (word-derived A 88.53s · B/C 89.07s @225.0 wpm; see pause note)
Dynamicsolo speaking part (Echo delivery mode D11 Green-Screen Reaction Stitch with TWO on-camera performers — mapped to v2 dynamic solo because there is exactly ONE speaking part; the second body has zero lines. See the dynamic-mapping ruling below)
Settingat-home UGC-native (LEFT plate) composited against a controlled clinic-neutral plate (RIGHT plate) — strict 50/50 vertical split, 9:16
Speaker(s)SPEAKING half — 2.1 The "Recovered Patient" Voice (TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE; female 40–55, first-person Hashimoto's journey, fake-real conspiratorial peer register). SILENT half — 3.6 The Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner / FNTP (UNTESTED; female 35–50, clinic-neutral wardrobe, zero lines, zero VO, zero lip-sync, no timing dependency).
Visual StyleDonor-derived "borrowed-authority reaction split" — a peer talking fast on the left while a credentialed second body agrees, silently, on the right; permanent top banner; bold high-contrast sans stamps; a graphic entry roughly every 2s; a hard cut on nearly every sentence; zero dead air; subtle low-fi driving bed with pop SFX on every graphic entry

ScriptS4 "Check the Outer Third of Your Eyebrow" v1.3 (Echo 1×3: ONE locked body + THREE interchangeable hooks; v1.3 = the HARD-1 terminal fix off the v1.2 blind review, 2026-07-27 — every hook now carries its own named, dated terminal inside twelve seconds. This board is a FULL REBUILD against the v1.3 copy, not a patch of the v1.1 board; gates delegated, Zied 2026-07-23)
Production TargetHYBRID, routed per half (Fork 1 option 5) — LEFT plate = REAL SHOOT (225 wpm lip-sync + continuous gesture + bottle-to-lens + a live sublingual dose = the most AI-hostile performance in the batch). RIGHT plate = REAL SHOOT preferred, with a genuinely viable AI fallback (Soul Cinema image-to-video reaction loops) precisely because there are no lines to sync. Insert layer = capture pass + practical macro + 2 motion-graphic builds + post graphics. No AI generation on the speaking half, ever.

01⚠️ REBUILD NOTICE — this board replaces the v1.1 board wholesale

The previous S4_storyboard_v1.md was boarded against v1.1 copy and is stale and partly wrong: it cut variant A on "Right now." (a line that in v1.3 sits mid-hook at ~2.4s, so an editor following it would have cut A at 2.4 seconds), it cut variant B on "thyroid" (a word the v1.3 hook no longer ends on), it carried the deleted OST strings GO LOOK. / JUST AGING / IT DOESN'T STAY ON YOUR FACE., and it carried superseded beat boundaries and headroom figures. The script's own "v1.2 STORYBOARD DELTAS" section is marked ⛔ SUPERSEDED and was read for context only — it is NOT the spec for this board. Every surface below (per-beat boards, the composite beat map, the reactor performance map, the OST inventory, the asset matrix) has been re-authored from the v1.3 copy. No surface quotes deleted copy.

Cut triggers, verified against v1.3 verbatim: 1A → "Ridged nails." (the hook's last words, ~12.00s) · 1B → "the whole time." (~11.73s) · 1C → "heart monitor." (~11.73s, and the handoff line).

02ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the E3 / S2 precedent — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)

The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:

v2 input the skill expectsEcho source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)Script "Speaking half / Silent half" line + mini-brief Delivery row → 2.1 Recovered Patient Voice speaking, 3.6 FNTP silent, D11 Green-Screen Reaction Stitch, 2 performers. Dynamic-mapping ruling below — this maps to v2 solo, NOT to any 2p dynamic
Field 20 (setting/tone)Script production flag + mini-brief production demands → LEFT half is a casual at-home UGC plate (2.1's ONE validated combo: Solo × At-home); RIGHT half is a controlled clinic-neutral plate (3.6's only incompatibility on setting grounds is Solo × Car, "kitchen-table register requires controlled setting" — satisfied). Register is donor-inherited: command, then warning, then conspiratorial flip, then teaching clarity, then warm certainty
Field 21 (editing style)NOT declared in the Echo package — inherited from the donor card [R][W] + Anchor B's measured D11 grammar: hard cut on nearly every sentence, a graphic entry roughly every 2s, bold high-contrast sans stamps, pop SFX per entry, subtle low-fi/ambient driving bed, no silence anywhere. Script DELIVERY NOTES add: the only two breaths in the whole ad are the two scripted bracketed tokens
Field 25 (production notes)Script v1.3 DELIVERY NOTES (MARKUP-ONLY tier) + the script's TWO-PERFORMER PRODUCTION FLAG + the mini-brief's cost-shape paragraph
Field 12 (mechanism)Mini-brief Mechanism row: mechanism_library.md §2 T4→T3 conversion gap (PROVEN) as the why · §9 liquid-beats-pills as the load-bearing proof beat · §25 cardiac escalation as the consequence layer, now carried in ALL THREE hooks as well as Beat 2 · product_facts.md §3.1 four actives + §3.4 the deliberate iron absence
Field 0 (length)Deterministic runtime block (v1.3, wordcount.py, markup-stripped, spoken basis): donor band 68–92s; hooks A 42w · B 44w · C 44w; body 290w; fulls A 332w = 88.53s · B/C 334w = 89.07s word-derived; pause-adjusted A 90.13s · B 89.87s · C 89.87s (all inside band; A is the binding constraint at 1.87s headroom)
Beat timecodesComputed cumulative from per-beat word counts @225.0 wpm (3.75 w/s), then rounded to INTEGER M:SS contiguous boundaries (each beat's end IS the next beat's start — no gaps, no decimals). v1.3 change: all three hooks now land on the SAME 0:12 boundary (A 11.20s + its 0.8s [beat] = 12.00s; B and C 11.73s each), so the body timecodes are identical on all three cuts and there is no per-variant shift. The v1.1 board's "Hook C shifts −1s" note is dead

The dynamic-mapping ruling (and why it matters). Echo's D11 here puts two humans on camera — but v2's entire 2p taxonomy (2p-interview, 2p-debate, 2p-duet, 2p-clinical-encounter, 2p-plant-*) presumes two speaking parts trading lines. This ad has one. Mapping it to any 2p dynamic would falsely trip both speakers' Known-incompatible rows — 2.1's 2p-clinical-encounter ("explicit NOT a doctor or naturopath") and 3.6's 2p-duet ("credentialed FNTP doesn't peer-chat") — for a defect that does not exist, because there is no encounter and no chat. There is no dialogue at all. So the honest map is v2 dynamic = solo, executed as a two-performer composite. Both clearings were made on the record at write and independently verified by the blind review. Carried here unchanged, and logged as a contract finding.

What changed in the copy this board is built on (v1.1 → v1.3 line diff, the board's actual basis). Everything not listed here is byte-identical to the v1.1 basis:

  1. Hook A (44w → 42w) now OPENS on the physical command — "Check the outer third of your eyebrow. Right now. [beat]" — then the LAST-of-four reveal and the dated terminal frame, then "You already missed the other three. Puffy face. Stuck wedding ring. Ridged nails." The [beat] moved to after "Right now." and is the compliance window. Cut trigger is now "Ridged nails." The list is the hook's EXIT, not its opening.
  2. Hook B (44w) gains a four-word terminal, "Year five, a cardiologist.", between the confession and the reveal; the struck label is now "JUST YOUR AGE" (the spoken words). Cut trigger "the whole time."
  3. Hook C (44w) closes "then it has already moved past your face. You are one year from a heart monitor." Cut trigger + handoff "heart monitor."
  4. Beat 3 opener"That supply is the part nobody is treating. And it starts moving again on two droppers a day." (beat 50w → 51w; the conditional-question bridge is gone).
  5. Beat 4 opener"You get one thyroid. Take care of it." (beat 62w → 60w; every downstream insert cue in that beat shifts ~0.53s earlier).
  6. Beats 2 / 5 / 6 / 7 (Mechanism, UMS, Proof, Offer) are byte-identical — their boards are re-verified, not re-invented.

Board-level dispositions carried into the rebuild: copy is LOCKED — this storyboard changes zero words. ① Hook C's seam (historically the softest of the three) is mitigated visually: all three variants exit on the identical seam frame, so C's extra beat of correction never lands on a visual discontinuity as well. ② Hook A's old qualification lag is gone — v1.3 qualifies by ACT at second zero, and the board opens on the brow macro, so the mitigation scaffold the v1.1 board invented for that gap is retired as no longer load-bearing (its logic survives as the inverted checklist at the hook's exit). ③ H15's licence condition is boarded — the split-screen artifact is never allowed to be the hook; the spoken line's own H01 shape is what the graphics track. ④ The reactor's five directed reactions are a first-class board section — see The reactor's performance contract. ⑤ Runtime is the binding constraint — see the pause note and cross-ref #8.

Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections, all three now exactly 0:00–0:12. Beats 2–7 are the shared locked-body storyboard. All three exit on the IDENTICAL seam frame — LEFT half on her face at MCU with no insert, RIGHT half with the reactor's arms crossed holding a look at her, banner up — so any variant cuts straight onto the body's first sentence ("None of that is aging.") with no re-introduction. One variant-conditional body dependency exists and is flagged once, in Beat 3 — see the reactor contract.

Delivery markup: [beat] ×1 in Hook A (after "Right now." — the compliance window, before "If it's thinning") and [beat] ×1 in the Proof beat (before "It was NEVER your fault.") stripped from all on-screen text and carried into per-beat DIRECTION notes as tight holds. CAPS emphasis ("LAST", "NEVER", "EVERY") is voice, never a burn — and neither v1.3 terminal line carries CAPS. Pause note: variant A carries 2 tokens ≈ +1.6s; B and C carry 1 ≈ +0.8s → delivered A 90.13s · B 89.87s · C 89.87s against the 92s band ceiling. Headroom: A 1.87s (≈ seven spoken words, BINDING) · B 2.13s · C 2.13s. Editors must NOT pad, must keep both holds tight (≤0.8s), and must add NO third pause. No beat may be added and no hold may be extended. Per the no-word-shaving rule nothing is trimmed elsewhere to buy A margin — any future change is a beat REWRITE, never an append.

Seven-beat discipline (donor budget preserved): 7/7 donor beat order, agitation fused into the hook and the disqualification beat skipped, exactly as measured. No beat added, dropped or re-ordered. Heaviest beats = Product Intro 16s (20.69% word-share vs the donor's 21.46%, Δ0.77pp) and Proof 15s (19.31% vs 21.07%, Δ1.76pp) — the donor's own two heaviest slots.

03COMPOSITE LAYER — the two-performer D11 stitch contract (READ THIS FIRST)

S2 in this same batch established the composite-panel boarding convention for a D11 stitch: PERFORMER PLATE vs STITCH PANEL declared per beat, with a three-state geometry vocabulary. This board follows that convention and re-bases it honestly for the one thing that is different: the right half of this frame is a PERFORMER, not a media source.

The three layers

LayerWhat it isWho owns it
LEFT PLATE — the speaking creatorSpeaker 2.1, keyed over a warm at-home UGC backdrop. One human, one wardrobe, one room, whole board. She talks, gestures, holds the bottle, doses on camera.Shoot (real, non-negotiable)
RIGHT PLATE — the silent reactorSpeaker 3.6, in clinic-neutral wardrobe, arms crossed, serious, watching the left half and reacting. Zero lines. Her presence is continuous and her geometry never changes.Shoot (real preferred) or independent generation, composited
INSERT LAYER — inside the LEFT half onlyEverything the argument needs to show: the brow macro, checklist stamps, symptom cutaways, the chest-lead plant, the body-triage diagram, the EKG and holter footage, the requisition form, the two-tank animation, the four active stamps, the acid-vs-drop comparison, the guarantee badge. Content changes roughly every 2s. The insert layer NEVER enters the right half.Post (assets captured/built separately)

The three composite states — the LEFT half's vocabulary only

This is the deliberate departure from S2, and the reason is the format. S2's P1/P2/P3 moved the panel-to-performer ratio because in that ad the panel was the argument and the performer's shrinking was the persuasion arc. Here the ratio is FROZEN at 50/50 for the entire runtime, because the constant, undiminished presence of a second credentialed body is the mechanism this donor wins on — shrinking the reactor, cropping her, or letting a graphic spill across the seam would remove exactly the thing being borrowed. So the state vocabulary describes what the LEFT half is doing; the right half is invariant. (S2 finding #2: the states move on a declared axis — STATE_AXIS = left-half insert state.)

StateGeometry (inside the left half of a strict 50/50 9:16)Used for
P1 — INSERT-DOMINANTAn insert or graphic fills the left half full-bleed; the creator is either a small corner bug within her own half or briefly absent (never longer than ~2.5s).The opening brow macro (1A), the chest-lead plant (1A, 1B), the monitor plant (1C), the triage diagram and the clinical footage (Beat 2), the two-tank animation (Beat 4), the acid-vs-drop comparison (Beat 6)
P2 — SPLIT-INSERTThe left half divides internally: creator upper, insert/stamp stack lower (or the stamps sit beside her). Both readable. The checklist runs (1A exit, 1B, 1C), the cancelled-thing wipes (Beat 3), the four active stamps (Beat 5), the demand montage (Beat 7)
P3 — PERFORMER-PUREThe creator alone at MCU filling her half. No insert. Overlays only. This is the seam frame, and it is where the ad's most important lines land. The seam (all three variants), the qualifying conditional in 1A, the verdict sentence in Beat 2, the product-to-lens move in Beat 4, "It was NEVER your fault" in Beat 6, the end frame

🔗 THE TWO-HALF PLANT-AND-PAY CONTRACT (new at v1.3 — board this deliberately)

At v1.3 every hook plants half of Beat 2's terminal"a cardiologist and a heart monitor". A and B plant the cardiologist. C plants the monitor. Beat 2 pays both halves, in that order. The design goal is that Beat 2's clinical footage lands as recognition, not as new information, on every cut.

CutWhat the hook plants (spoken)What the hook plants (picture)How Beat 2 pays it
A"in the year before a cardiologist gets involved" (~6.4–8.5s)~0.5s chest-lead-taping insert — a hand taping a single lead down on a bare sternum. No monitor unit in frameBeat 2's paper EKG strip (t≈9.3s) is the artifact that taping produces; the same tape, the same skin, the same lighting. She recognises the workup she was warned about
B"Year five, a cardiologist." (~8.5–9.6s)The SAME ~0.5s chest-lead-taping insert (identical asset, identical grade)Identical to A. Two doors, one plant, one payoff
C"You are one year from a heart monitor." (~9.6–11.7s)~1.5s monitor frame — a holter unit clipped to a waistband, leads running up out of frame. Close, clinicalBeat 2's holter frame (t≈9.9s) is the SAME unit on the SAME waistband, held longer and now with the taped chest visible above it. The forecast arrives

Hard requirements so the payoff reads as recognition rather than as a repeat:

  • One capture session, one body, one wardrobe, one grade for all clinical footage. The hook plants and the Beat-2 payoff must be visibly the same day, the same person, the same room. A different arm, a different tape, or a different colour temperature converts recognition into "another stock clip."
  • The hook plant is a fragment; Beat 2 is the whole. A and B show tape and skin only. C shows the unit only. Beat 2 shows the strip, then the unit with the taped chest — the two halves assembled. Nobody's hook spoils Beat 2; every hook makes Beat 2 land.
  • Do not cross-cut the plants. The A/B insert and the C insert are two different renders of one shoot. Ship A and B with the taping fragment; ship C with the monitor fragment. Never both in one cut.
  • The reactor is the recognition cue. On all three cuts her nodding stops on the Beat-2 payoff (see the voltage rule). For a C viewer who has already seen the monitor, the second sighting arrives with a credentialed woman refusing to agree — which is the strongest possible reading of "you were told, and here it is."

The reactor's performance contract — she is a performance, not set dressing

The blind review's single strongest note: "the five directed reaction moments are the entire proof stack and they carry no words — the withheld nod on the monitor footage is the single best direction in the file." So her score is boarded beat by beat, including what she deliberately does not do. v1.3 preserves this contract intact — the withheld nod is unchanged in position, length and function.

Her three physical states, and the arc they trace:

  1. ARMS CROSSED, WATCHING — the default. She holds this from t=0 through the entire front half. Serious, not hostile. She is a professional watching a peer say something she has watched happen.
  2. ARMS UNCROSSED, ENGAGED — released exactly once, for the first sustained time, at the Reframe beat, and held through the teaching block. The release is the visual half of "threat maximal, demand minimal."
  3. ARMS RE-CROSSED, SETTLED — the close. One slow nod, and out.

Her five directed reactions (the proof stack):

#WhereWhat she does
1Beat 2, from the pulse settle through the clinical footageSHE STOPS NODDING at t≈8.8s and does not resume for 4.3s. The agreement goes silent instead of louder, and she simply holds the look through the EKG strip, the holter frame, the requisition form and the verdict. This is the only withheld reaction in the ad and it is the Mechanism beat's proof.
2Beat 3, on the word "levothyroxine"Arms uncross; a small, specific, approving nod — she is endorsing the refusal to touch the medication, nothing else
3Beat 4, through the T4/T3 explanationThe longest sustained agreement in the ad, ~7.7s of steady nodding
4Beat 5, on the no-iron frameHer sharpest single nod. One hit, hard, then still
5Beat 6, on the stomach-acid lineHer hardest nod of the ad; then a small, human, closed-mouth nod on "It was NEVER your fault"

What she never does, anywhere on this board: speak, mouth words, react to camera, gesture, hold anything, appear in an insert, get cropped, get shrunk, get replaced by a lower-third credential, get replaced by a cutaway, or leave the frame. Do not solo-ize. (Zied standing order 2026-07-23: the no-2p rule was scoped to Run 2 only.)

Hard composite rules

  • The 50/50 split never moves. No dynamic reframe, no "let her take the frame for one line," no picture-in-picture collapse. Frozen geometry is the format.
  • She looks at HER, not at the lens. The reactor's eyeline is toward the left half for the entire ad — that is what makes her a witness rather than a second presenter. A single glance to camera converts her into an endorser and breaks the borrowed-authority read.
  • The creator looks at the LENS, always. She never looks right. The two halves are not in a room together and must never appear to be. There is no shared space, no shared eyeline, no crosstalk.
  • Nothing crosses the seam. No graphic, no stamp, no hand, no insert, no arrow. S2's pointing arm deliberately crossed its seam because its panel was media she was accusing; crossing this seam would put a peer's hand on a practitioner's body. The seam is a hard wall on this board.
  • The banner is permanent. Two-line top overlay from frame zero to the end frame, donor parity. It is also the qualification carrier on muted autoplay in every variant.
  • Credential discipline (label-truth staging). 3.6 is an FNTP, not a physician. Wardrobe is practitioner-neutral clinic wear — a solid scrub top or a plain clinical overshirt. No white coat, no stethoscope, no badge, no name burn, no credential lower-third, no MD signifier of any kind. The banner says "FUNCTIONAL PRACTITIONER REACTS" and never the word "doctor." This is the visual half of the recorded §5 positioning call: a single silent unnamed reaction performer inside one ad, not a recurring invented-doctor persona network.
  • A graphic entry roughly every 2s, with a pop SFX per entry, over a subtle low-fi driving bed. No silence anywhere — donor parity. Exactly one graphic on this board carries no SFX and no animation (see the voltage rule below).
  • No invented numbers on screen, ever — no stock count, no review count, no price, no percentage, no hero numeral. The one on-screen figure anywhere is the pulse readout, and it is constrained (see Beat 2). The two v1.3 hook terminals are spoken, never burned — "Year five" and "one year" appear in no OST card.
  • Only ONE physical product exists: the real Kindled bottle, in the creator's real hand, on the left plate.

🔒 THE VOLTAGE RULE — Beat 2's terminal sentence ships uncovered

Voltage 5/5 rests on enemy-naming, the triage coldness, and the flat terminal verdict. Boarded as a hard instruction, not a preference:

  • No music swell, lift, drop or sting anywhere in Beat 2. The bed runs flat and unchanged straight through the verdict. A cue that "lands" the line is a cue that performs the line for her, and the line is written to be delivered without help.
  • No cutaway during the terminal sentence. The requisition-form insert lands on "not a thyroid test" and then the left half returns to her face, clean, P3, no insert, for "You don't get better." Nothing is on the left half during those four words except her.
  • No burn-in softening. The one card in the beat is TREATED. NOT FIXED. — a hardening echo, never a gentler paraphrase. It cuts in with no animation and no SFX (the board's single silent graphic entry) so it cannot read as a flourish.
  • The reactor is still. Her nodding has already stopped at t≈8.8s. She does not resume until the next beat.
  • v1.3 note: the hooks now name a terminal too, but the hooks are allowed graphics and the body verdict is not. The plants in 1A/1B/1C are fast, stamped and scored; Beat 2's last four words are bare. That asymmetry is the point — it is what makes the body verdict read as the true one.

04Comp library inspiration anchors

Rotation: N/A this run — the donor is PINNED per the run order (SEED, binding; no rotation re-query executed, per the task directive). Supporting anchors are the concept's own CITED formula/exemplar rows plus the set's other measured D11 — declared choices per §2f (deliberate re-use is the operator's right; rotation never blocks a declared choice). Log append SKIPPED (echo run — handled at package). Pool note: no fresh §2b/§2c query ran, and none is needed for the rebuild — the copy changed, the donor did not. Same working resolution as the E3, R3 and S2 findings: a SEED board inherits its anchor set from the pinned donor plus the mini-brief's citations, and only re-queries when a beat type is left uncovered. Nothing is uncovered here: the donor is itself a 2-performer D11 and supplies grammar for every beat, and v1.3's two new terminal lines sit inside beat types the anchor set already covers. Four anchors, not five — declared. Each of the four has a load-bearing job. The set's fifth donor (1018924643817868, S3, D03 staged podcast set-piece) has no job on this board — no shared hook, no shared delivery mode, no transferable visual pattern — and padding to five with a filler citation would be exactly the drift VS3 exists to catch. Omitted deliberately, on the record.

[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 4114239875533382 — lymphoria — winner_score 49.42 — video (THE DONOR, SEED — pinned CORNERSTONE) Hook pattern: H15 Stitch Reply doing three jobs in one 12s beat — a terminal consequence dated inside twelve seconds, an open loop, and a four-item symptom checklist. Its licence condition is that the spoken line classifies strong with the artifact removed; it does, and so does ours On-screen text style: a permanent top reaction-label banner from frame zero; bold high-contrast sans stamps on the speaking half B-roll cuing: there is no B-roll in the classical sense — there is a second BODY. The composited co-star is a silent credentialed human whose nodding converts a stranger's claim into an endorsed one; graphics live inside the speaking half Transition style: hard cut on nearly every sentence, zero dead air, fast graphic entries with pop SFX Mute-test asset: the practitioner-reacting-to-creator layout alone. Donor report: mute test passes on that visual by itself

Best-fit beat type in our script: ALL (SEED full-pattern borrow); primary: the 50/50 geometry and the silent-reactor engine (global), the three-jobs hook (1A), the threat-maximal/demand-minimal reframe (Beat 3), the product-to-lens physical intimacy (Beat 4), the countable Rule-of-4 (Beat 5), the liquid-vs-capsule delivery proof (Beat 6), the guarantee-forward close (Beat 7)

Tooling stack inferred: 1 speaking performer + 1 silent costumed reactor + green-screen composite + post graphics — maps 1:1 to our hybrid target. No adaptation strain: this is the donor whose production we are literally reproducing, including its second casting slot

v1.3 re-check: the donor withholds its last checklist item to the end of its hook; ours now opens on that item as a physical command and exits on the three missed ones. The re-order is declared in the script (angle_library B.8) and is boarded as such — the borrow is the hook's THREE JOBS, not its item order

[Anchor B] 1492572615705936 — lymphoria — winner_score 63.11 — video (the set's ONLY true winner, and the other measured D11 — GRAPHIC GRAMMAR) Hook pattern: H05 Remedy Firing Squad — serial negation over composited media, a permanent bold warning overlay from frame zero On-screen text style: bold high-contrast sans-serif verdict burns, phrase-level, stamped — never a continuous caption track. This is the transferable part, and it is the grammar every stamp on this board follows B-roll cuing: a visual pop every 2–3s with a pop/whoosh SFX on every graphic entry; jump cut on nearly every sentence to kill dead air Transition style: hard cuts carried by graphic swaps Mute-test asset: permanent overlay + composited media. Donor report: passes "with flying colors"

Best-fit beat type in our script: the insert layer across every beat — stamp cadence, verdict-card grammar, SFX-per-entry discipline, and the permanent-banner convention. FLAG (VS6 cross-adaptation LOGGED): its co-star is a media panel she points at, ours is a human being who watches her. Its pointing-across-the-seam grammar is rejected wholesale — on this board nothing crosses the seam. Borrowed at GRAPHIC-GRAMMAR level only. Symmetry worth noting: S2's board reserved an anchor slot for this donor's geometry; this board reserves one for that donor's graphics

Tooling stack inferred: green-screen composite + post graphics — the graphics pipeline transfers exactly; the second casting slot is ours, not its

[Anchor C] 1514909627007491 — lymphoria — winner_score 52.00 — video (HOOK-B exemplar + the literal-translation visual rule) Hook pattern: the measured 5s / 19-word numbered-signs open — "Three early signs of kidney failure that most people miss. As a nephrologist, I see these every single day." Numbered-signs promise plus an authority stamp, exactly on the corpus median On-screen text style: enumerated sign-list burns revealed item by item — the direct source of Hook B's numbered-card grammar B-roll cuing: 2.1s average shot, clean hard cuts almost exclusively; and its stated visual rule, which governs our entire Mechanism beat and now the two new hook terminals: literal visual translation — if the script says a thing, show that thing, never let the visual disconnect from the audio. That rule is why Beat 2 shows a real holter monitor and a real requisition form rather than an abstraction, and why B's "Year five, a cardiologist." gets a taped lead and C's "one year from a heart monitor" gets the monitor itself Transition style: rapid but deliberate hard cuts, new visual information arriving before boredom

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook 1B (numbered-card OST grammar) — PRIMARY; Beat 2 and the 1B / 1C terminals (the literal-translation rule applied to the cardiac consequence) — SECONDARY. FLAG (VS6 cross-adaptation LOGGED ×2): ① its D01 costumed-authority format is REJECTED — its credential is spoken by a costumed presenter, ours is supplied visually by a silent second body, which is the donor format's own grammar and the declared in-kind swap at write. ② Its celebrated audio design — a score that resolves to a warmer chord precisely at product introduction — is deliberately NOT imported. Our bed is donor-flat by design, and importing a fear-to-relief score would put a swell under exactly the beat the voltage rule forbids one under

Tooling stack inferred: costumed-authority talking head + a 3D medical animation stack — the animation-craft bar transfers to our two motion-graphic builds; the presenter format does not

[Anchor D] 2510126972817310 — lymphoria — winner_score 57.16 — video (HOOK-C conditional-stack chassis) Hook pattern: the measured 18s / 64-word stacked second-person conditional open, ending on the doctor-dismissal clause and then a withheld payoff. Its second-by-second qualification cadence (one condition, one image, one cut) is what Hook C compresses to 12s On-screen text style: bold caption burns tracking the conditional stack B-roll cuing: intercut visceral medical animation and real-body symptom footage; its hook qualifies OUT the wrong viewer image by image

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook 1C ONLY (the conditional-stack checklist that fills top-to-bottom, one line per clause, one hard cut per condition). FLAG (VS6 cross-adaptation LOGGED): its D01 costumed-authority format and its 450s long-form license are both REJECTED — ours is a 12s compression on a peer's plate. Its terminal clause is a rage promise; this donor's dominant emotion is fear, so the emotional key is not imported either (the declared register adaptation at write). Borrowed at OST-STRUCTURE level only

v1.3 re-check: the exemplar CLOSES on a withheld second-person future state; ours now names the destination ("You are one year from a heart monitor."). The declared trade at write — the exemplar's withheld-payoff turn given up for the pinned floor's terminal evidence line — is boarded literally: the picture arrives with the words, and the withholding that survives is the CATEGORY (thyroid is never named in C, and no OST names it either)

Tooling stack inferred: costumed authority + 3D animation — rejected; our restaging is the keyed peer plate plus the conditional checklist

05Per-beat storyboard

Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical, strict 50/50 vertical split, frozen for the entire runtime.

LEFT PLATE: speaker 2.1 archetype — woman 40–55, minimal makeup, real skin, casual solid top in a warm neutral (nothing green, nothing patterned — keying discipline), shot on green with ≥1.5m separation, soft even key plus an edge/hair separation light so the matte holds on her hands and the bottle. Framed MCU at webcam height, eye-level to a hair below, direct to lens at all times, handheld-feel micro-drift, never gimbal-smooth. Keyed over a warm at-home plate — soft neutral wall, shallow depth, one warm practical or window source, a hint of domestic texture. NO studio seamless, NO beauty lighting, NO presenter set (2.1's Known-incompatible rows are Solo × On-stage and Solo × TV-set; a polished set reads as both).

RIGHT PLATE: speaker 3.6 archetype — woman 35–50, practitioner-neutral clinic wear, arms crossed, serious, eyeline toward the left half, never to camera. Shot on green against a controlled clinic-neutral plate (soft grey/warm-grey wall, even clinical-adjacent light, no anatomical posters, no shelving, no props). Zero lines. Zero VO. Zero lip-sync. No timing dependency. Her framing, scale and position are identical in every frame of the ad.

INSERT LAYER: left half only, content changing roughly every 2s, entering with a pop SFX. Bold high-contrast sans stamps; the banner and stamps live over the left plate, never over the reactor.

BANNER: permanent two-line top overlay, frame zero to end frame: line 1 FUNCTIONAL PRACTITIONER REACTS / line 2 Thyroid Drops. Bold high-contrast sans. It spans the top of the full 9:16 frame (the one overlay allowed above the seam) and never changes.

CUTTING: hard cut on nearly every sentence; zero dead air; the only two holds on the entire board are the script's two [beat] tokens, both ≤0.8s, and variant A owns both of them.

AUDIO: subtle low-fi/ambient driving bed under the entire run, flat and unchanged from frame zero to the end frame — no swell, no lift, no drop, no resolve. Pop SFX on every graphic entry except the one declared silent card. No silence anywhere.

PROP LAW: exactly ONE physical object exists, the real Kindled bottle, on the left plate. The reactor holds nothing, ever.

Production limitationBrow-insert legibility is this beat's gate and it is now the ad's opening frame, so it has no second chance — shoot the macro tight, light it flat, and let the bracket graphic do the pointing rather than relying on the viewer finding the gap. The chest-lead flash must read as clinical, not as an ad: shoot it plain, close, undramatic, in the same session and grade as Beat 2's footage (plant-and-pay contract). All stamps are post graphics, nothing burned in camera
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] full-pattern borrow — the three-jobs 12s hook, the reaction layout as the mute-test asset, the permanent banner, the four-item checklist, the behaviour filter, with the item order declared as re-ordered at v1.2/v1.3 per angle_library B.8 (the donor withholds its last item; ours opens on it as a command); [Anchor B] the stamp cadence and verdict-card grammar (VS6 cross-adaptation LOGGED: its pointing-across-the-seam grammar is rejected — nothing crosses this seam); the inverted checklist with a permanently unticked box 4 is original direction (VS3 rationale logged: it is the open loop made literal, and it is the only device that can hold an open loop after the payoff item has already been spoken)

Insert layer (LEFT)t=0–2.4s: P1 — THE AD OPENS ON THE BROW. A tight macro of a woman's brow with the outer third visibly sparse, a thin bracket graphic drawing over the missing section as the VO delivers the command. This is frame one of the ad and it is the concept's title image — the v1.1 board buried this insert at t≈8.8s; v1.3's copy puts the command first, so the picture goes first • t≈2.4–4.5s: the CHECK IT. RIGHT NOW. flash card punches in on the [beat] — the compliance window, the half-second she actually looks. It holds to ~4.5s (original direction, VS3 rationale logged: the card is her instruction, it costs zero runtime, and holding it is what carries the mute window continuously to the 5s mark now that the checklist has moved to the hook's exit)t≈3.2s: P3 — she snaps to lens on "If it's thinning". No insert through the qualifying conditional and the LAST-of-four reveal: the sorting sentence gets her face • t≈6.4–7.0s: P1 — the chest-lead plant. A ~0.5s insert of a hand taping a single lead down on a bare sternum, on "a cardiologist gets involved", then a hard snap back to her face. Beat 2 pays this off literally at ~0:21 (see the two-half plant-and-pay contract) • t≈8.6s: P2 — the four-box checklist stamps in INVERTED. Box 4 arrives already labelled EYEBROW and holding a ? — filled, never ticked. Boxes 1–3 are empty • t≈10.2 / 10.8 / 11.5s: boxes 1, 2 and 3 fill and tickPUFFY FACE · RING STUCK · RIDGED NAILS, one pop each, landing on the spoken items • Box 4 never resolves. At the cut it is the only unanswered box on screen, and her own mirror is what answers it. (The unresolved-box device survives from the v1.1 board, inverted: the promise used to be four empty boxes at the top of the hook, and it is now one unticked box at the bottom.)
Left plate (creator)VO-over-insert for the opening command, then straight into lens from t≈3.2s. High energy, leaning in, no throat-clearing. On the three-item exit she is still and fast — the stamps carry the rhythm, not her hands
Right plate (reactor)Arms crossed from t=0. One slow nod on "a cardiologist gets involved" (t≈7.2s). A second on "missed the other three" (t≈9.4s). She does not react to the brow macro — the self-check is the viewer's job, not hers. Otherwise still, watching her
Transition outHard jump cut on "Ridged nails." (~12.00s) — insert layer clears, left half resolves to P3 seam frame (her face at MCU, no insert), right half reactor arms crossed holding the look
Mute-testPASS — and this variant is now the batch's strongest opening frame: the concept's title image is frame one. Coverage across 0–5s: the brow macro plus its bracket graphic (t=0–2.4s), the CHECK IT. RIGHT NOW. card (t≈2.4–4.5s), the permanent banner throughout, and the reaction layout itself (a peer talking, a credentialed second body watching), which the donor's own report gives a standalone mute-test pass. Production limitationThe three symptom cutaways must be genuinely domestic captures, not licensed stock — a stock-looking drain reads as an ad and collapses the peer register that carries this variant. Shoot them on the same phone, in the same home, before the green-screen day. The chest-lead insert is the identical render used in 1A — do not re-grade it for this cut
Comp library inspiration[Anchor C] the numbered-signs enumerated OST grammar, item by item, borrowed at OST level (VS6 cross-adaptation LOGGED: its D01 costumed-authority format is rejected — its credential is spoken, ours is a second body; and its warming-score audio move is not imported), plus its literal-translation rule applied to the v1.3 terminal: the copy says a cardiologist, so the screen shows the workup a cardiologist orders; [Anchor A] the reaction layout and banner; [Anchor B] stamp cadence; the 3 SIGNS scaffold and the 1.8s graphic hold through the confession are original direction (VS3 rationale logged: the hold is the only place in any hook where the insert layer deliberately stops moving, and it exists so the four-years admission is not competing with a stamp)

Beat 3 is written as "practitioner's arms uncross for the first time in the ad." On variants A and B that is literally true. On variant C she has already uncrossed once, in the hook. Disposition: on the C cut she re-crosses on the handoff jump cut — a beat the editor gets for free at the seam — so Beat 3's release remains the ad's first sustained one and the reactor's three-state arc survives on all three cuts. Editor fallback if the re-cross looks mannered: shoot C's release as a partial (hands drop to a low clasp rather than a full open), which reads as a release in the hook without spending the full uncross. Do not ship the C cut with the arms open into Beat 2.
Mute-testPASS — banner at t=0, three checklist lines landing by t≈4.0s, and the reactor watching throughout. Continuous coverage across the full 0–5s window (VS5 ✓). This is still the cleanest mute-test of the three variants — the whole self-sort is legible sound-off before second five, and the destination is now pictured before second twelve

DURATION: 13s (49 words @225.0 wpm = 13.07s)
Production limitation① The EKG and holter footage must be real captures or licensed clinical footage, not AI-generated — this is the one insert on the board where a rendering artifact would read as fabrication and take the beat's honesty with it. And it is now a three-cut asset (A/B plant fragment, C plant fragment, Beat 2 payoff), so it must be captured once, long, with the whole action in one grade. ② The pulse readout is a label-truth staging gate: the copy says "low forties" and the visual must not become a specific claimed vital sign. Constrain per the insert schedule. ③ The requisition form must be a generic, unbranded, unfilled-in lab form — no patient name, no real lab letterhead, no real ordering physician. ④ The reactor's stop must be cuttable to the frame: whether shot or generated, deliver the hold as its own over-length clip
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's Mechanism slot borrowed at the same structural turn — symptoms → systemic escalation → hard number → flat verdict register — with its invented 60% statistic and its mortality framing explicitly NOT imported (both declared at write; the replacement carries a dated frame, a named consequence, a sourced number with its verdict welded on, and a flat labelling line, which is four of the donor's mechanics against the two dropped); [Anchor C] the literal visual translation rule — the copy says a cardiologist and a heart monitor, so the screen shows a real strip and a real monitor, never a metaphor (VS6 cross-adaptation LOGGED: only the visual rule and its animation-craft bar transfer; its D01 format and its warming-score audio design are both rejected, the latter specifically because a fear-to-relief score would put a swell under this beat); the withheld nod and the P3 return are original direction (VS3 rationale logged: a terminal verdict is only credible if nothing on screen is performing it, and the one visual that could add weight is the second body choosing not to); the two-stage payoff order (strip then monitor, matching the line's own order) is original direction (VS3 rationale logged: it is what makes every variant's plant land as recognition rather than as repetition)

Insert layer (LEFT)t≈1.3–6.9s: P2 — the body-triage diagram fills the lower left half: a woman's silhouette with skin, hair and nails dimming out in sequence, the heart still glowing, then dimming last on "Your heart goes last" • t≈6.9s: P1 — a pulse readout ticks down and settles in the low forties. CONSTRAINED: it is a live-trace readout, small and soft, held in the corner of the insert. No stamped numeral card, no hero freeze on a digit, no "BPM" burn. The line says "low forties" and the visual must not mint a precision the copy does not claim • t≈9.3s: P1 — the paper EKG strip unspools. This is the payoff of the A/B chest-lead plant: the artifact that taping produces. Same skin, same tape, same grade • t≈9.9s: P1 — the holter monitor, clipped to a waistband with leads taped across a chest, shot close and clinical, nothing stylised. This is the payoff of the C monitor plant — the same unit on the same waistband, now with the taped chest visible above it, so the two halves of the terminal assemble on screen exactly as they assemble in the line • t≈10.9s: a requisition form stamps in with every box ticked except one, and the unticked line reads THYROID — landing on "not a thyroid test" • t≈12.0s: P3. She does not nod again until Beat 3. This is the ad's only withheld reaction and it is the beat's argument: a professional recognising something she has watched happen. If she nods here, the beat has no proof.

"That supply is the part nobody is treating." is the LAST ENEMY LINE and stays in
the warning register. The flip is ON "And it starts moving again on two droppers
a day" — genuine conspiratorial relief, a friend letting you off the hook.
"starts" is indicative and unhedged; never let a take drift to "can start".
The three "I'm not telling you to" lines are said fast and dismissively, the final
"I'm telling you to" slowly and certainly. This is the donor's actual voltage
signature and the single most transposable piece of the ad.
DURATION: 14s (51 words @225.0 wpm = 13.60s)
Production limitationThe levothyroxine frame must show a generic small white tablet in a palm, unbranded and unmarked — no real pill imprint, no prescription bottle, no pharmacy label. Kindled is explicitly not an anti-medication brand (product_facts.md §5) and the frame is cancelling a demand, not attacking a drug; a branded pill would invert the beat's entire meaning
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's Reframe slot borrowed at the same structural turn and the same budget, including its verbatim-portable language pattern "I'm not telling you to [Hard Thing]. I'm just telling you to [Easy Thing]" and the single-action close that lands it (quit drinking / crazy diet / exercise → stop your levothyroxine / go gluten-free / another elimination diet, per the transposition plan). Declared departure, boarded: the donor's own bridge into this beat is a hedged conditional question, and v1.2/v1.3 replaced its FORM with a declarative antithesis welded to the terminal — so the board gives the flip a performance slot (6.7s of clean face) where a bridge-question board would have given it a graphic; [Anchor B] the ✗ verdict-wipe stamp grammar; the reactor's selective nod (levothyroxine only, nothing else) is original direction (VS3 rationale logged: a nod on all three cancellations would make her a lifestyle authority; a nod on one makes her a clinical one, and the one she picks is the beat's actual argument)

Left plate (creator)The warning register HOLDS through "nobody is treating" — it is the last enemy line — then the energy flips to conspiratorial relief ON "And it starts moving again on two droppers a day." Right plate (reactor)ARMS UNCROSS — for the first sustained time in the ad (t≈4.8s, at the start of the levothyroxine line). A small, specific, approving nod on the word "levothyroxine" (t≈6.8s). She stays open from here through the teaching block. (Variant C: she re-crossed at the seam, so this release still reads as the first — see the 1C flag.) What she does not do: she does not nod on the gluten-free line or the elimination-diet line. DURATION: 16s (60 words @225.0 wpm = 16.00s)
Production limitation① Kindled label legibility at MCU — brace the bottle or shoot several lifts at different distances; do not solve it by cutting to a product macro, which would convert the donor's physical-intimacy move into a product shot and lose the beat. ② The two-tank animation is a motion-graphic build, not AI video — it needs frame-accurate labels and a readable valve state, which is exactly what generative video is worst at. ③ The mimed dose and the real dose must be visually distinguishable in the cut, or Beat 6's proof reads as a repeat. ④ The whole beat is 0.53s tighter than the v1.1 board — the bottle lift now lands at t≈2.2s, so the performer has two seconds, not three, between the duty command and the product. Rehearse the lift on the line, not after it
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's Product Intro slot borrowed at the same structural turn and the same ~20% budget — the "we only get one [organ]" conviction opener WITH its duty clause restored ("We only get one liver, you have to take care of it""You get one thyroid. It builds across the explanation and holds • t≈12.1s: overlay T4 → [JAMMED] → T3, landing on "the switch between them is jammed"
Left plate (creator)At t≈2.2s she lifts the real Kindled bottle right up to the lens, thumb across the lower third of the label so the wordmark stays legible — a casual grip, a find, not a presentation. At t≈5.9s she mimes the dropper toward her own tongue and cuts away before the dose lands (deliberate: the FULL real dose belongs to Beat 6, where it is proof; duplicating it here would spend it). Then she scales down as the animation takes over
Right plate (reactor)Arms open. The longest sustained agreement in the ad — steady, continuous nodding from t≈8.3s to beat end (~7.7s) through the entire T4/T3 explanation. Production limitationLabel-truth staging. Iron appears only as absent (product_facts.md §3.4) — the struck tablet must be visually a generic iron supplement, unbranded, and it must never be staged near or on the Kindled bottle. DURATION: 15s (56 words @225.0 wpm = 14.93s + the [beat])
Production limitationThe acid-vs-drop macro is a practical capture, not a render — the whole argument is that it is real, and a generated version of a physical demonstration is self-defeating. Shoot it long and pick the take. The capsule must be a generic unbranded capsule. The cardigan cutaway must be a genuine home capture; a wardrobe-styled version reads as a commercial and loses the "Cardigan in July" VOC register the close stakes its guarantee on
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's Proof & Delivery slot borrowed at the same structural turn and the same 17.5% budget — the explicit unhedged first-person dated promise, the liquid-vs-capsule argument as a full beat, and the workbook's own transplant line "It's not your fault the supplements didn't work, your stomach acid destroyed them" [W 13.3] (15 days lighter and clearer → day sixteen and the cardigan came off, per the transposition plan; the donor's honey-taste line dropped as decoration); [Anchor C] the literal-translation rule applied to the absorption contrast; the P3 return for the absolution is original direction (VS3 rationale logged: the same instinct as Beat 2's — the two lines in this ad that are pure verdict get nothing on screen but the person saying them)

1CCrossed → uncross at t≈9.6s → re-cross at the seamTwo slow nods on the final forecast sentenceDoes not nod during the conditional stack — a nod there would answer the questions for the viewer. 2CrossedSlows and hardens through the triage ladder, then STOPS at t≈8.8s for 4.3sDoes not nod on the EKG strip, the holter, the requisition form or the verdict. The withheld agreement is the beat's proof. Does not look sympathetic. Does not look away
3Uncross (first sustained)One precise nod on "levothyroxine"Does not nod on the gluten-free line or the elimination-diet line — her endorsement is clinical, not lifestyle. Does not react during the 6.7s no-insert window; the flip is the creator's to carry

6OpenHardest nod on the stomach-acid line; small, warm, closed-mouth nod on "NEVER your fault"Does not nod on the day-sixteen promise — she cannot ratify someone else's lived result
7Re-crossOne slow final nodDoes not look at the bottle, the badge or the camera. She has been watching a person, not a product

Across all seven beats she never: speaks, mouths a word, looks at the lens, gestures, holds anything, appears in an insert, changes scale or position, or leaves the frame. She is on screen for 100% of the runtime.

v1.3 note on her score: the copy change added a spoken terminal to hooks B and C, and her map absorbs it with exactly one new reaction (1B's recognising nod) and one explicit non-reaction (1C's silence on the holter). Nothing was taken from Beat 2. Her withheld 4.3s remains the only withholding on the board, and it remains the ad's structural centre.

08Visual continuity audit
  • TWO performers, TWO plates, TWO wardrobes, ONE frozen geometry across the entire board. Neither plate ever changes location, lighting family, scale or position; the only thing that changes is the left half's insert state (P1/P2/P3), and every state change is a listed, deliberate move (VH2 satisfied via documented state changes rather than location cuts).
  • The 50/50 split is the continuity. This is the inverse of S2, where the composite ratio moved with the argument. Here it is frozen, and it is frozen for a reason that is boarded, not assumed: the second body's undiminished presence is the mechanism being borrowed. Any beat that shrinks, crops or drops her is a format failure, not a style choice.
  • The reactor's three-state arm arc is closed: crossed (hooks + Mechanism) → open (Reframe → Proof) → re-crossed (Offer). The single release is the visual half of "threat maximal, demand minimal," and it lands on the exact word that removes the brand's largest hesitation. Variant C is the one cut where this needs an editorial action (the re-cross at the seam) and it is flagged in-beat, in the beat map, and here.
  • The withheld nod is the board's structural centre. Six beats of escalating agreement bracket one beat of refused agreement. It only reads as a move because she has been nodding continuously up to that point and resumes immediately after — which is why her Beat 1 and Beat 3 reactions have to be executed as written, or Beat 2 has nothing to withhold from.
  • Plant-and-pay is now universal, and it is a continuity contract, not a theme. Every variant plants half of Beat 2's terminal with a real clinical fragment; Beat 2 pays both halves in the line's own order (strip, then monitor). All clinical footage is one capture, one body, one grade — if the hook's tape and Beat 2's tape are not visibly the same day, the payoff degrades from recognition to repetition. The direction runs plant-then-pay, never the reverse, so no body element depends on a hook that might not run with it — with the single declared exception of the C-variant arm state.
  • The seam is a hard wall, and it is never crossed by a graphic, a stamp, a hand or an eyeline. The creator looks only at the lens; the reactor looks only at the creator. The two halves are never implied to share a room, which is what keeps a composite honest.
  • Insert-layer arc, closed and legible: SELF-CHECK (hooks) → CONSEQUENCE (hook terminals + Beat 2) → CANCELLATION (Beat 3) → MACHINE (Beats 4–5) → EVIDENCE (Beat 6) → OFFER (Beat 7). The insert layer drops out entirely at four moments and only four — Hook A's qualifying conditional, the flip in Beat 3, the product-to-lens move and the real dose, and the two verdict lines — and every one of those is a place where the argument is a person rather than a picture.
  • Prop law held: exactly one physical object exists on the board, the real Kindled bottle. It enters at Beat 4, is dosed from in Beat 6, and is still in her hand at the end frame. The reactor holds nothing at any point. Every other object (tablets, capsule, iron tablet, requisition form, monitor) lives in the insert layer and is never handled by either performer.
  • Colour discipline: warm at-home neutrals on the left, clinic-neutral grey on the right, with saturated red reserved for the ✗ cancellations (1C, Beat 3), the struck iron tablet (Beat 5), and nothing else. Saturated green appears exactly once, on 1C's LABS: NORMAL line, and exists to be cancelled. The clinical-cold grade appears in exactly two places — each hook's plant fragment and Beat 2's payoff — and it is the same grade both times, which is the mechanism of the recognition.
  • Hook seams: all three variants exit on the IDENTICAL seam frame — left half P3, her face at MCU, no insert; right half reactor arms crossed, holding a look; banner up — so any variant cuts onto Beat 2's "None of that is aging." with no re-introduction and no visual discontinuity. v1.3 makes the seams arithmetically identical too: all three hooks land on 0:12, so the body timecodes are the same on all three cuts and there is no per-variant shift to track.
09Mute-test verification
  • First 5s: PASS on all three variants via Fork 4 strategy 1+2 (speaker face + on-screen text, enriched with the donor's reaction-layout grammar). The layout itself is the primary asset in every variant — a peer talking and a credentialed second body watching her is legible with no audio, no text and no context, and the donor's own report gives that visual a standalone mute-test pass. A: banner at t=0 + the brow macro and its bracket graphic as frame one + the CHECK IT. RIGHT NOW. card at t≈2.4s holding to ~4.5s. B: banner at t=0 + 3 SIGNS at t≈0.6s + the struck JUST YOUR AGE at t≈1.7s + card 1 with the mug cutaway at t≈2.5s + card 2 at t≈4.1s. C: banner at t=0 + three checklist lines landing by t≈4.0s (the cleanest of the three).
  • v1.3 upgrade on variant A, stated plainly: the v1.1 board needed an invented four-box scaffold at t≈1.0s to cover A's mute window, because the spoken items did not start until t≈5.3s and the concept's title image sat at t≈8.8s. v1.3's copy fixes that in the writing — the command is first, so the picture is first. The scaffold is retired; the brow macro and the compliance card carry the window, and the checklist has moved to the hook's exit where the copy now puts the list.
  • Qualification on muted autoplay is carried in every variant by the permanent banner's second line (Thyroid Drops), on screen from frame zero, plus (on A) the brow macro, which is itself a qualifying image: a woman with a sparse outer brow is being shown her own symptom before a word registers.
  • Hook OST specs + word counts (VS2, ≤12 words each): banner FUNCTIONAL PRACTITIONER REACTS (3w) / Thyroid Drops (2w) ✓ · A CHECK IT. RIGHT NOW. (4w) / EYEBROW + ? (1w) / PUFFY FACE (2w) / RING STUCK (2w) / RIDGED NAILS (2w) ✓ · B 3 SIGNS (2w) / JUST YOUR AGE (3w) / 1 2 3 ✓ · C RING STUCK (2w) / RIDGED NAILS (2w) / FREEZING (1w) / LABS: NORMAL (2w) / IT'S ALREADY PAST YOUR FACE. (5w) ✓.
  • VS5 (asset survives the full 5s): A — brow macro t=0–2.4s, compliance card t≈2.4–4.5s, banner permanent, reaction layout throughout. Continuous ✓ (the card's hold is what closes the 4.5–5.0s gap; it is the one deliberate extension on the board and it costs zero runtime). B — banner permanent, 3 SIGNS at 0.6s, struck label at 1.7s, card 1 at 2.5s, card 2 at 4.1s. Continuous ✓. C — banner permanent, checklist lines at 1.6 / 2.7 / 4.0s. Continuous ✓.
  • U12 scan of every viewer-visible on-screen string: 0 em-dashes, 0 en-dashes, 0 found, 0 recast needed. Full swept inventory for v1.3: FUNCTIONAL PRACTITIONER REACTS · Thyroid Drops · CHECK IT. • Deleted-copy scan (v1.3 rebuild gate): the three retired v1.1 hook OST strings and the three retired cut triggers appear nowhere on this board except in the rebuild notice at the top, which names them once — and only there — precisely so an editor holding the old board can identify what changed. Verified by literal string scan across the markdown, the HTML render and the compat twin: outside that one notice, no OST card, no per-beat insert cue, no beat-map cell, no reactor-map cell, no asset-matrix row, no avatar-tool prompt and no transition line anywhere on this board quotes v1.1 or v1.2 copy. (The per-beat notes in 1B and 1C state the rule — the burn is the spoken words verbatim — and point at the notice rather than re-printing the retired string.)
  • No-numeral scan of the OST layer: the two v1.3 terminals are spoken only. Year five and one year are burned nowhere; the only numerals anywhere on screen are the 1 2 3 enumeration cards in 1B, the T4/T3 labels, and 30-DAY inside the guarantee badge — all counts or label facts, none a claim.
10Production-limitation cross-ref

production_limitations.md is a sparse skeleton (<3 non-template entries) → formal YS6 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic (as recorded in the Research Brief: "no donor is SCAFFOLD-blocked on production grounds"). Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md plus the hybrid routing:

  1. Fork 1 rationale — the two halves route differently, and that is the point. The LEFT plate is the most AI-hostile performance in the batch: 225 wpm lip-sync (the top of the fake-real envelope), continuous hand gesture, a bottle held to lens with a legible label, a mimed dose and a real sublingual dose. Real shoot only, no fallback. The RIGHT plate is the opposite: zero lines means zero lip-sync, which is precisely where AI generation is strong. A Soul Cinema image-to-video reaction pass is therefore a genuine fallback rather than a degraded one — it would need a /higgsfield-soul-id training pass for a 3.6-archetype face (none on file), and every reaction clip must be generated over-length so the editor can land the stop and the nods frame-exactly. Real shoot is still preferred for the right half because Beat 2's withheld hold is a piece of acting, not a loop.
  2. Keying discipline is the shoot's #1 gate, twice over. Both plates key independently. Left: shoot with both hands clear of the frame edges and ≥1.5m separation, soft even key plus an edge/separation light so the matte holds on moving fingers and on the bottle. Right: her crossed arms sit against her torso — the classic matte-failure geometry — so light the separation deliberately and check the arm edge before the shoot day. Wardrobe: nothing green, nothing patterned, no jewellery that flares, on either plate.
  3. Casting is the format's real cost, and it is two slots. 2.1 is a real 40–55 peer with a lived first-person register; 3.6 is a real 35–50 practitioner-type who can hold stillness on camera for ninety seconds and can act a withheld reaction. The second is the harder cast, not the easier one: most non-actors nod when they are told to react. Both archetypes are UNTESTED on D11 — this run is also the combo's first test.
  4. Credential staging (label-truth). 3.6 is an FNTP, not a physician. No white coat, no stethoscope, no badge, no name burn, no credential lower-third. The banner reads FUNCTIONAL PRACTITIONER REACTS and never "doctor." This is the visual half of the recorded §5 positioning call and it is a hard staging rule, not a preference.
  5. The clinical footage is now a THREE-CUT asset and it must be real. EKG strip, taped chest leads and holter monitor: real captures or licensed clinical footage, no generation. Capture once, long, one body, one wardrobe, one grade, then cut three fragments from it — the A/B taping plant (~0.5s), the C monitor plant (~1.5s), and Beat 2's full payoff (strip then monitor, ~1.6s). A generative artifact here would read as fabrication in the one beat carrying the voltage floor, and a mismatched grade would break the plant-and-pay recognition on every cut.
  6. The pulse readout is a claim surface. Constrain per Beat 2 — live trace, small, cornered, settling in the low forties, no numeral card, no hero digit, no BPM burn. The copy claims "low forties"; the screen must not claim more. And the two hook terminals are never burned: "Year five" and "one year" are spoken, and a date card would convert a narrative timeline into a staged clinical claim.
  7. Two motion-graphic builds, not AI video: the body-triage silhouette (Beat 2) and the two-tank T4/T3 animation with the jammed valve (Beat 4). Both need frame-accurate labels and readable states. Beat 5's four stamps must land on Beat 4's own objects, so the two builds share an asset library. 1C's chest/pulse preview graphic is a third, much lighter build and must stay visually distinct from both.
  8. Pause and runtime discipline — the binding constraint on the whole deliverable. Exactly two bracketed holds exist and variant A owns both (Hook A's [beat] after "Right now." — the compliance window — and Beat 6's [beat] before the absolution); B and C carry only the second. Both are ≤0.8s. Delivered: A 90.13s (1.87s headroom ≈ seven spoken words, BINDING) · B 89.87s (2.13s) · C 89.87s (2.13s) against the 92s ceiling. No third pause may be added. No hold may be extended. No beat may be added. Editors must not pad, and nothing is trimmed elsewhere to buy A margin (no-word-shaving rule). Any future change is a beat REWRITE, never an append. Production note carried from the blind review: 225 wpm and the 0.8s pause model are estimates, and a real read at the top of the fake-real envelope could overshoot — clock the first assembly of variant A before committing the cut.
  9. Anonymity and fact discipline in every insert frame: generic unbranded tablets (levothyroxine stand-in, iron stand-in, capsule); an unbranded, unfilled generic lab requisition with no patient name, no lab letterhead, no ordering physician; a plain unbranded holter unit with no manufacturer mark; own-site frames only in Beat 7; zero invented numbers anywhere on screen — no stock count, no review count, no price, no percentage.
  10. All on-screen text in POST — nothing burned in camera, including the permanent banner.
  11. Variant-conditional deliverables (two, both flagged): ① the reactor's arm state on the C cut (re-cross at the seam) — one reactor pickup, either a short re-cross take or a chosen alternate from the C hook; ② the clinical plant fragment differs by cut (A/B = taping, C = monitor) — two renders of one capture, never cross-cut. Three final cuts, one shared body, one reactor pickup, two plant renders. Neither may be discovered at edit time.

Load summary: ~22 distinct insert assets across 6 capture/build routes — 3 motion-graphic builds (triage silhouette, two-tank animation sharing one object library across Beats 2/4/5, and 1C's lighter pulse preview), 2 practical macro passes (brow, acid-vs-drop), 4 home captures, 1 clinical capture cut into 3 fragments (A/B plant, C plant, Beat 2 payoff), 1 own-site capture pass, and the rest post graphics. Plus two performer plates, of which the second has no script, no lip-sync and no timing dependency. Net change from the v1.1 board: the brow macro is promoted to the ad's opening frame, the checklist scaffold is retired and the checklist moves to the hook's exit, all three v1.1 hook OST strings are retired and replaced (CHECK IT. RIGHT NOW. in 1A, JUST YOUR AGE in 1B, IT'S ALREADY PAST YOUR FACE. in 1C — the retired strings are named once, in the rebuild notice, and nowhere else), and the clinical clip becomes a three-fragment plant-and-pay asset instead of a single flash.

12Tooling prompt index

Per-beat prompts collated above in hybrid real-shoot + two-plate composite syntax (production-team-facing shot list, per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md real-shoot conventions, extended with the LEFT_PLATE / RIGHT_PLATE / REACTOR / INSERT_LAYER / PANEL_STATE fields this format requires and the v2 per-beat schema does not model — the S2 board's finding #1, now exercised a second time and in its two-performer variant). Layer stack: left real shoot (single speaking performer, green screen, one continuous take per beat, cropped to state in post) · right plate (silent reaction performer, shot or generated independently, composited — never directed against the left take, since there is no timing dependency) · capture pass (home symptom cutaways, own-site frames, one clinical session cut into three fragments) · macro pass (brow, tablets, capsule-vs-drop, bottle) · motion-graphic build (triage silhouette, two-tank animation, 1C pulse preview, shared object library) · post (dual key + 50/50 composite, banner, all stamps and cards, SFX, bed). No AI generation layer on the speaking half, ever. Right-half AI fallback (viable, flag before use): Soul Cinema image-to-video reaction loops — requires a /higgsfield-soul-id training pass for the 3.6 archetype (none on file) and every reaction clip generated over-length so the nods and the Beat-2 stop land frame-exactly.

13SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
  • VS1 (B-roll density): insert-layer content changes roughly every 2s and the left plate hard-cuts on nearly every sentence — far ABOVE the 1-per-10s ceiling by design. CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL, donor-faithful: the donor's measured grammar is fast graphic entries with zero dead air at 225 wpm, and in a stitch composite the insert layer is not B-roll interrupting a talking head, it is the speaking half's continuous working surface. The VS1 band does not model this layout. v1.3 note: the board now has two deliberate density dips — 1B's 1.8s confession hold and Beat 3's 6.7s clean-face flip — and both are load-bearing, not oversights.
  • VS6 (cross-adaptations): 5 logged in-board.Anchor B — graphic grammar kept (stamp cadence, verdict cards, SFX-per-entry, permanent banner), its pointing-across-the-seam grammar rejected wholesale (its co-star is media she accuses; ours is a human who watches her, and nothing crosses this seam). ② Anchor C → Hook 1B — enumerated numbered-signs OST grammar kept, its D01 costumed-authority format rejected (its credential is spoken, ours is a second body). ③ Anchor C → Beat 2 and both new hook terminals — its literal-translation visual rule kept and its animation-craft bar applied, its warming-score audio design explicitly rejected because a fear-to-relief score would place a swell under the exact beat the voltage rule forbids one under. ④ Anchor D → Hook 1C — conditional-stack OST structure kept, its D01 format, its 450s long-form license and its rage-promise emotional key all rejected (this donor's emotion is fear). ⑤ Anchor D → Hook 1C, v1.3-specific — its withheld-payoff turn is deliberately given up: v1.3 names and pictures the destination inside the hook, a trade declared at write against the pinned floor's terminal evidence line. The withholding that survives is the CATEGORY, and no OST names it either.
  • VS3 / VS3b: every beat cites an anchor or logs an original-direction rationale, and every insert cue in the matrix carries its anchor or rationale inline. Seven declared original-direction calls: the 1A inverted checklist with a permanently unticked box 4 · the 1A compliance-card hold to ~4.5s (VS5 carrier at zero runtime cost) · the 1B 3 SIGNS scaffold and the 1.8s confession hold · Beat 2's withheld nod and P3 return · Beat 2's two-stage payoff order (strip then monitor) · Beat 3's selective reactor nod · Beat 4's mimed-vs-real dose split and Beat 5's object continuity with Beat 4's animation.
  • Anchor count (4, not 5): declared and rationalised in the anchor section. The set's fifth donor has no job on this board; a filler citation would be the drift VS3 exists to catch. Named for the operator rather than silently absorbed.
  • Variant-conditional body elements (now TWO): the reactor's arm state on the C cut, and the clinical plant fragment (A/B taping vs C monitor). Both flagged in-beat, in the beat map, in the continuity audit and in cross-ref #11 — they must never be discovered at edit time (the S2 finding #3 lesson, and this batch's third and fourth instances of it).
  • Hook C's seam: not a storyboard defect; mitigated visually via the identical seam frame, and at v1.3 the seam is also arithmetically identical (all three hooks end at 0:12). C's handoff line — "You are one year from a heart monitor." — now hands off to "None of that is aging." with the referent resolved inside two seconds by "That's your thyroid cutting supply." Copy untouched.
  • Format-novelty flag (operator-level, not a rule violation): this is the account's first two-performer execution and the Echo chain's first 2p anything. The composite contract above is written to be executable with no in-house precedent, but the first cut should be QC'd specifically for the four failure modes this format has: (a) an eyeline that drifts to the lens on the right plate, which converts a witness into an endorser; (b) a reactor who nods through Beat 2, which silently removes the beat's proof; (c) a matte failure on her crossed arms; and (d) a clinical-footage grade mismatch between a hook plant and Beat 2, which silently converts the payoff from recognition into repetition.
  • Both speaker archetypes are UNTESTED on this delivery mode (2.1 is TESTED-INCONCLUSIVE overall, 3.6 is UNTESTED entirely). Recorded, not gated — the mini-brief flagged it, the review cleared both incompatibility rows, and the test variable of this concept is explicitly the two-performer borrowed-authority composite.

16New contract findings (for the Echo build log)
  1. v2's dynamic taxonomy has no slot for a two-body / one-voice composite, and forcing one produces false incompatibility failures. Every v2 2p dynamic presumes two speaking parts. This ad has two performers and one speaking part, so it maps to solo — and any other mapping would trip 2.1's 2p-clinical-encounter row and 3.6's 2p-duet row for defects that do not exist. Recommend a named dynamic — solo+silent-reactor or equivalent — so the clearing is structural instead of re-litigated per artifact. (Unchanged from the v1.1 board; re-affirmed at rebuild.)
  2. S2's composite state vocabulary generalises, but its axis does not — and the axis is a per-format declaration. Here the ratio is frozen because the co-star is a body whose undiminished presence is the mechanism, so the same three-state vocabulary is re-based onto the left half's insert state. Recommend the stitch-composite pattern carry an explicit STATE_AXIS declaration when it is promoted into avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md. (Unchanged; re-affirmed.)
  3. A silent performer needs its own boardable schema, and "reaction" is not enough — the withholding is. The strongest single direction on this board is a negative: the reactor stops nodding for 4.3 seconds. Recommend the reactor performance map become a standard section for any board with a non-speaking on-camera performer — and note the rebuild evidence: when the copy changed under it, the map absorbed the change with one added reaction and one added non-reaction, which is only auditable because the "does NOT do" column exists.
  4. Zero lines inverts the usual AI-vs-real calculus, and the routing should be per-half rather than per-board. Recommend Fork 1 gain an explicit per-layer routing option rather than forcing a whole-board tool choice — with the counter-consideration recorded: real shoot is still preferred on the right half, because a withheld reaction is acting, not a loop. (Unchanged; re-affirmed.)
  5. NEW — a storyboard is not delta-patchable when the copy's CUT TRIGGERS move, and a version bump should force a rebuild. The v1.1 board was structurally sound and still shipped three wrong instructions after v1.3: it cut variant A on a line that had moved from second twelve to second two, cut B on a word the hook no longer ends on, and carried three deleted OST strings across four surfaces (per-beat boards, beat map, reactor map, asset matrix). The v1.2 delta list at the foot of the script caught some of this and missed the rest — because a delta list is authored against the beats someone remembered changing, while a board is consumed as a whole document. Recommend: any copy change that moves a beat's FIRST or LAST words forces a full board rebuild, not a delta; and every board carry an explicit Cut trigger field per beat (this board adds one to the beat map) so a stale trigger is visible at a glance rather than buried in a transition line.
  6. NEW — plant-and-pay across an interchangeable 1×3 hook set is a per-variant ASSET contract, not a theme. At v1.3 all three hooks plant half of the body's terminal, but they plant different halves with different fragments of one capture. That produces a body beat whose payoff reads differently depending on which hook shipped, and a capture whose grade continuity is load-bearing across three cuts. Recommend the 1×3 contract gain a "shared-asset plants" declaration naming, per variant, what the hook plants and where the body pays it — so the capture is scoped once, in one session, instead of being discovered as three separate shot requests at edit time.
