STORYBOARD — S3 The Batch I Made for the Newly Diagnosed — Solo × Staged broadcast studio [KD_C0082]
KD_C0082YAPPER Shot-by-shot for the editor · strategy notes collapsed
Length
full variants A 1:11 · B 1:11 · C 1:11 (word-derived @175.3 wpm — A and B are both 21-word hooks and are identical to the frame; C is 22 words, so its body slides +1s)
Dynamic
solo (Echo delivery mode D03 Simulated Podcast / Stage / Lecture Set-Piece — mapped to v2 dynamic solo, 1 performer, seated, direct-to-lens, no plant, no second speaker)
Setting
a REAL staged broadcast studio — SM7B-class microphone on a boom, warm book-lined backdrop, key light (donor-exact; the mic and the room ARE the trust engine, not dressing)
Speaker(s)
THE KINDLED FOUNDER (or a designated brand spokesperson) — female, 40s–50s, warm-but-authoritative, peer-to-peer with the demo. Net-new to speakers_library/ — no file exists. LIBRARY_EXPANSION candidate, UNTESTED. Her identity is load-bearing, not decorative: see the ⛔ PRE-SHOOT GATE below.
Visual Style
Donor-derived "staged-studio founder confession" — a founder at a broadcast microphone in a warm, book-lined studio, intercut on a variable cut rhythm (fast, 1–2s per clip through the offer and the agitation; deliberately slower through the 3D mechanism for comprehension) with clean 3D mechanism animation and checkable practical macros, under bold sans-serif high-contrast white on-screen text with yellow key-phrase highlighting, and a subtle low-fi ambient driving bed that never competes with the VO and never resolves

Script
S3 "The Batch I Made for the Newly Diagnosed" v1.3
Production Target
REAL SHOOT — REQUIRED, not preferred. This is the one board in the chain where the AI-presenter fallback is not priced in craft but barred outright: a synthetic presenter cannot be the founder whose company-"we" the script depends on. Layers: real-shoot presenter (ONE studio setup, ONE day) + higgsfield-generate 3D mechanism stack (GPT Image 2 keyframes → Seedance 2.0 image-to-video, ONE shared render world) + practical macros (label, dropper, vial, lab bench, inventory) + Marketing Studio / practical for the product and the final card + ALL on-screen text in post.
01⛔ PRE-SHOOT GATE — CARRY INTO THE EDITOR BRIEF AND THE CASTING SHEET
> Reproduced verbatim from the locked script (v1.3, delivery notes). This block is not a note. It is a gate, and it must travel. It is lifted here at the head of the board — before a single shot — because it stops at /review-echo otherwise, and a "no" here is a writer problem, not an edit-suite problem. Promoted at script v1.3 on the fresh blind seat's ruling (review §5 item 2, recommendation P1).
GATE (one gate, two conditions — they are the same person):
CASTING. The speaker must genuinely be the Kindled founder or a designated brand spokesperson. Company-"we" is spoken in three places and appears on screen in a fourth (inventory below) and is legitimate only on that casting.
THE CLAIM.Zied (principal) confirms this claim before the shoot — that the deliberate iron omission costs Kindled customers on an ongoing basis. It is carried by the closing clause of Hook A ("…that costs us customers every single week") and the opening sentence of beat 6, Scarcity & Urgency ("Every week that decision costs us customers"). A decline goes back to the WRITER, not the edit, because Hook A and beat 6 stand or fall together — the assertion is the ad's entire funded stake, so removing it from one line and not the other leaves a hook with a promise nothing pays.
Why it is not an accuracy item, stated so nobody re-litigates it downstream. The blind seat ruled this a principal's-authority claim sitting OUTSIDE the H3b label-truth gate: it names no ingredient, states no offer or guarantee term, asserts no number, and says nothing about dosing or usage. product_facts.md §3.4 records the omission and its rationale but is silent on its commercial effect — and silence in product_facts is not a label-truth failure. Its correct control is casting plus principal confirmation, which is what this gate is. Do not route it to the accuracy gate; do not add a compliance check for it.
Disposition to record at package time:CONFIRMED — shoot as written / DECLINED — return to writer (do NOT re-cut in the edit).
🔧 COMPANY-"WE" INVENTORY — 4 instances, 3 SPOKEN + 1 ON-SCREEN — with the board surface named for each
The script's inventory was re-derived against the v1.3 text (F1 fix). The board's job is to convert it from a list into an actionable shot-list item, so the fallback is an edit, not a search:

Board surface (this document)
1
Hook A
spoken
"costs us customers every single week"
Beat 1A, s3, VO over the supplement-facts macro (t≈5.0–7.2s)
2
Hook A — OST
ON-SCREEN TEXT
"the one we left out"
Beat 1A OST card 3 — "THE ONE WE LEFT OUT." — centre, in at t≈5.0s, holds to beat end
3
The Offer (beat 2)
spoken
"our newest batch of Kindled"
Beat 2, s1, studio MCU (t≈0:07–0:09)
4
Scarcity & Urgency (beat 6)
spoken
"that decision costs us customers"
Beat 6, s1, studio MCU (t≈0:50–0:53)
RE-VOICE FALLBACK (if no founder or designated spokesperson is castable): strip or re-voice all four — and #2 is a CARD, not audio. A VO-only re-voice does not fix it. Beat 1A's third OST card must be RE-CUT, which means a new post render on the highest-spend variant's mute-test chain, not a line pickup. Then re-derive the table again against whatever new copy results; an enumeration is only safe if it is regenerated after every rewrite.
🔑 NAME SLOT — and the board adds a second potential surface. Hook A speaks the founder's first name as "Dana", a ONE-WORD PLACEHOLDER; the shoot swap is one word for one word and Hook A stays at 21 words. This board deliberately specifies the founder lower-third as "FOUNDER, KINDLED" with NO name in it, so the name slot stays one word on one surface (audio). If production adds the real name to the lower-third, that becomes a second surface and the card must be re-cut alongside the VO. Do not append a name to the locked line.
02ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the E3 / R3 / S1 / S5 precedent — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)
The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:
v2 input the skill expects
Echo source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)
Script Casting line + mini-brief Delivery row → the Kindled founder / formulator, solo, D03 Simulated Podcast/Stage/Lecture Set-Piece. Echo's D03 mapped to v2 dynamic solo (1 performer, seated, direct-to-lens), no plant, no second speaker. Net-new speaker, no speakers_library/ file to load — so unlike S5 there is no catalogued setting to agree or conflict with, and unlike S1 there is nothing to override. The gap is a LIBRARY_EXPANSION candidate, flagged in the mini-brief, and it is not a defect
Field 20 (setting/tone)
Mini-brief Delivery row + donor card [R] + deconstruction [W Part 2 s1]: a real staged studio — professional broadcast microphone (SM7B-class) on a boom, warm book-lined room, key light, calm confident posture, direct eye contact, warm smile. Donor-exact. The mini-brief's 🚩 is unambiguous: the staging IS the trust engine and a home-wall shoot defeats the format, so the set is boarded as a hard requirement rather than a preference
Field 21 (editing style)
NOT declared in the Echo package — inherited from the donor card [W Part 8]: variable visual pacing — fast cuts of 1–2 seconds per clip through the offer and the pain points, slower and deliberate through the 3D mechanism to allow comprehension; bold sans-serif high-contrast white text with yellow highlighting on the key phrase; the visual pattern of alternating high-trust (founder face) / high-logic (3D animation) / high-proof (checkable macro); a subtle low-fi/ambient driving bed for forward momentum, subordinate to the VO; zero dead air
Field 25 (production notes)
Script DELIVERY NOTES block (MARKUP-ONLY naturalization tier) + its PRODUCTION paragraph + the ⛔ PRE-SHOOT GATE + the mini-brief's 🚩 production flag and casting note
Field 12 (mechanism)
Mini-brief Mechanism row: §10 selenium-zinc ratio specificity promoted to the spine's centre of gravity, with §2 the T4 → T3 conversion gap as the logic underneath and §24 iodine deficiency supplying the raw-material step — delivered in the donor's countable Rule of 4, one job each
Field 0 (length)
Deterministic runtime block: donor band 54–74s @ 175.3 wpm; fulls A 206w = 70.51s · B 206w = 70.51s · C 207w = 70.85s, pause-adjusted 72.11 / 72.11 / 72.45s, all inside band and all under the strict ±15% ceiling of 73.6s
Beat timecodes
Computed cumulative from per-beat word counts @175.3 wpm (tools/script_package/wordcount.py, markup-stripped, spoken basis — reproduced exactly from the script's own deterministic block, which the blind seat independently re-derived to the decimal). The script's (~Ns) beat markers are the writer's estimates and the board re-derives them; they agree within ±1.0s on every beat. All headers are INTEGER M:SS and contiguous. Body timecodes use the Hook-A baseline (0:07); Hook B is 21 words too, so it shifts the body by ZERO; Hook C is 22 words / 8s, so its body shifts +1s throughout
Seven-beat discipline (donor budget preserved). All 7 measured donor beats reproduced 1:1 in order — none merged, none dropped, none re-ordered, and no authored beats, because this donor's measured window covers its entire 64s ad. The offer-first inversion survives at the body level exactly as the mini-brief requires: beat 2 is still the offer, and the problem still arrives third. Word-share drift vs the donor's per-beat share is within 3.8pp on the word convention and 4.6pp on the duration convention (review-verified against a ±10pp contract), max at Problem Agitation (+3.8pp) and Unique Mechanism (−4.6pp on duration). The Mechanism beat holds the donor's largest-beat status at 25.9% of body words against the donor's 26.3% — Δ−0.4pp, the tightest single-beat match in the chain — and the board spends its picture accordingly: 7 of 28 body shots and the whole of its slow zone.
Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract). Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C). 1A and 1B are both exactly 7.19s (21 words) and are frame-identical in length; 1C is 7.53s (22 words) and slides the body +1s. All three land their final frame on the presenter at IDENTICAL framing (studio MCU, eye-level, centered, direct to lens, the mic in the lower third of frame) so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2, whose first words ("This morning I held our newest batch of Kindled back…") weld the seam from all three doors with no re-introduction. The three doors are three different PICTURES as well as three different sentences — a label macro (A), a phone and a held animation frame (B), a text stack and a pharmacy vial (C) — and none of them uses another's asset. That is deliberate: at v1.2 A and B were the same door, and the v1.3 rewrite is only real if the board doesn't quietly re-merge them.
Delivery markup.[beat] ×1 (Problem Agitation) · [pause] ×1 (Scarcity) · CAPS emphasis ×2 (ACTIVE at the Mechanism beat, GENUINELY at the Scarcity beat) — all stripped from on-screen text and carried into per-beat DIRECTION notes only. **The script's one em-dash ("one hormone — T4") is a spoken punch and appears in ZERO on-screen fields — the Beat 4 card uses a middot instead. Pause note: every variant carries 2 pause-class tokens ≈ +1.6s. Delivered 72.11s (1:12) on A and B and 72.45s (1:12) on C, against the strict ceiling 73.6s. Headroom: 1.49s on A/B, 1.15s on C — which is 3 words on the governing variant. That is the tightest headroom in the chain by a wide margin and the board spends none of it: no beat was added, no hold was invented, and every picture hold lives inside a word-derived window.**
Review-flag dispositions (ship order, gates delegated) — copy is LOCKED, the storyboard changes zero words. The blind seat returned SHIP AS-IS with four SOFTs; the v1.3 writer pass actioned three of them plus the P1 hand-off, and the fourth dissolved. What reaches the board:
Flag
Disposition
F1 — the company-"we" span list was stale, and it is a production instruction
Actioned in the script at v1.3; converted by the board into a shot-list item. The board names the ONE on-screen instance by card, beat and timecode (Beat 1A, OST card 3, in at t≈5.0s) so the re-voice fallback is an edit-suite ticket rather than a search. See the inventory above
F2 — Hook A is H13 Anti-Sell Reversal, not H12 Deal Siren
Actioned in the script; boarded as a picture, not just a label. H13's stake is a negative statement about our own formula, so Hook A's stake lands on the LABEL — the mineral list and the gap where iron would be — and Hook A carries no inventory shot at all. The warehouse asset is reserved for Beat 6. That separation is what stops the confession's stake and the scarcity claim from reading as the same argument twice
F4a — the iron payoff is body-resident under all three hooks; the confession FRAME is A-only
Boarded as one picture with two legitimate reads. Under Hook A, Beat 2's NO IRON stamp on the label gap is a payoff. Under Hooks B and C the word "iron" arrives at Beat 2 with no antecedent, so the same stamp is an open loop — and the board closes it at Beat 5, ~25s later, with the founder holding the bottle on "so it's not in here." One board, zero copy change, and the loop is deliberately left open rather than papered over
F3 — optional Hook B re-order
Dissolved, not declined. The v1.3 rewrite replaced Hook B entirely; the flagged clause no longer exists anywhere in the script
P1 — promote the principal's claim + founder casting to a named pre-shoot gate
CARRIED, PROMINENTLY. Reproduced verbatim as its own bordered block at the head of this board, ahead of the adaptations table, with the company-"we" inventory re-expressed against board surfaces. Pointers repeat in the production-limitation cross-ref, the production-weight flag and the pipeline update block, so it reaches the editor brief and the casting sheet at /package by three routes rather than one
03Comp library inspiration anchors
Rotation: N/A this run — the donor is PINNED per the run order (SEED, binding; no rotation re-query executed against reference_usage_log.jsonl, and no EXCLUDE set was built). Log append SKIPPED (echo run — handled at package).
Pool note — and the one place this board departs from S5's "no fresh query" posture, deliberately. Per the R3 finding-3 convention, a SEED/pinned board inherits its anchors from the mini-brief's citations plus the pinned donor, and runs a fresh query only when the citation set leaves a beat type uncovered. It does here, and honestly: after the v1.3 rewrite, Hook B's citation is a mined CATALOG row (hook_seconds.md H07), not an ad — and a catalog row has no picture. The retired ankhway exemplar 1652379675767930 is not carried forward as an anchor of convenience; it stopped describing Hook B when Hook B stopped being a confession, and re-using it here would reintroduce exactly the false lineage the script withdrew. So a single targeted gap-fill draw was run (similar_to_ad on the donor + a semantic query for studio-podcast numbered-mineral educational video), and Anchor C was drawn from it — a video, format-matched, with both the podcast-studio apparatus and a numbered-four-compound on-screen stack. Cross-board diversity: zero overlap with the pilot1 boards, zero with the Run-2 boards, and Anchor C appears in no prior Echo board of any run. Anchors A and B are the pinned set's own and enter here as the script cited them.
[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 1018924643817868 — lymphoria — winner_score 45.66 — video (THE DONOR, SEED — pinned) Hook pattern: H12 Deal Siren wearing a confession, 5 seconds and twenty words — founder ID in an appositive, then a self-inflicted-loss stake ("I'm Ava, founder of Lymphoria, and I'm going to do something that's probably going to cost us our entire stock."). Thumb-stop 8.5/10 [W 2.2], and the stated reason is that it defies standard DR convention by leading with the offer rather than the pain Second-by-second [W Part 2]: s1 medium close-up of the founder looking directly into camera in a warmly lit, book-lined room — the "Founder's Confession" frame, which breaks the scroll because it reads as an insider announcement rather than a pitch · s2 jump cut to a raw behind-the-scenes photo of a warehouse filled with product on metal shelves · s3 immediate transition to the product and the price anchor, the amber dropper bottle signalling "natural remedy" to a wellness-conscious avatar On-screen text style: bold sans-serif, high-contrast white and yellow, classic direct-response — and the yellow is reserved for the KEY PHRASE ("$39.99", "30% off", "puffiness", "clogged lymphatic system", "wild sourced"). Not a caption track; stamped key phrases B-roll cuing: three families alternating — high-trust (the founder's face), high-empathy (UGC pain), high-logic (3D medical animation) — plus wild-herb harvest footage, lab-extraction footage and the warehouse-inventory shelves Transition style: variable, and the variability is the rule — 1–2 seconds per clip through the offer and the pain points to hold attention, then slower and deliberate through the 3D mechanism to allow comprehension [W 8.1] Mute-test asset [R]: professional founder + a woman holding the product + a warehouse full of inventory = "legitimate brand, massive deal" without a word of sound Audio [W 8.2]: female founder voice, authoritative / urgent / empathetic / warm, peer-to-peer with the demo; moderate-to-fast, high energy without losing enunciation; a subtle low-fi/ambient driving beat for forward momentum and modern credibility that never competes with the VO. No score turn — this donor's register is calibrated-TRUST end to end and the bed never resolves Load-bearing walls [W 13.2]: the 3D mechanism animation · the offer architecture itself · the small-batch scarcity JUSTIFICATION (the reason, not the claim). Decoration: the specific book-lined backdrop, the specific UGC clips, the exact guarantee phrasing
Best-fit beat type in our script:ALL SEVEN (SEED full-pattern borrow, 1:1 measured row). Primary per beat: the 5s founder-confession hook with the appositive and the self-inflicted stake (1A), the offer-as-release with an immediate product signal (2), the compressed agitation with warmly externalised blame (3), the countable Rule-of-4 mechanism at the largest beat share with its slow deliberate pacing (4), the rapid credential run over sourcing/lab footage (5), the inventory shot that makes scarcity visible plus the founder's own uncertainty as proof (6), the guarantee-plus-imperative close (7)
Tooling stack inferred: 1 performer, real shoot, real staged studio with a professional broadcast mic + a 3D animation stack + sourcing/lab B-roll + an inventory location + practical product macros. Maps 1:1 onto our stack. The declared adaptations are three and all are principled: the niche (lymphatic drainage → thyroid; the four-herb claim does not transfer, the countable four-job rhythm does — mini-brief cross-niche discipline), the offer terms (the donor's $39.99 → 3-for-$59.99 has no session-supplied equivalent and none may be invented), and the third visual family (see the global spine — the donor's UGC-pain family is deliberately replaced by a checkability family)
[Anchor B] 1514909627007491 — lymphoria — winner_score 52.00 — video (sibling pinned-set D01; HOOK-C FORMULA source — the script's own citation) Hook pattern: H01 Symptom Mirror in five seconds and nineteen words — a numbered-signs promise plus a credential self-stamp ("Three early signs of kidney failure that most people miss. As a nephrologist, I see these every single day."). Mute test rated "perfect score" [R]. This is the ad Hook C's shape is transposed from, cited by name in the script's lineage block: the checkable symptom cascade plus a credential landing, with "I founded a company" playing the nephrologist clause On-screen text style: whooshed-in stamped graphics with numbered counters — NOT borrowed (our donor's grammar is hard-in DR stamps with yellow key-phrase highlighting and no whoosh; see the VS6 log) B-roll cuing: a distressed 3D figure → a congested-organ cross-section → the presenter in a clinical set. The stated rule worth borrowing is literal visual translation: if the script says it, show it Transition style: 2.1s average shot, clean hard cuts almost exclusively — the fastest measured rhythm in the pinned set, and materially faster than our donor's variable rhythm
Best-fit beat type in our script:Hook 1C ONLY — the symptom-cascade-plus-credential-landing formula, compressed from its 19 words to our 22. That is the whole of the borrow and the script says so
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot presenter + commissioned 3D anatomy. Compatible with ours. FLAG (VS6 cross-adaptation logged): it is a MIRROR spine at 138s across 10 beats, roughly double our runtime and 43% more beats, and its register is a costumed clinical authority, not a founder. Borrowed at HOOK-C-FORMULA level only, never at spine level, never at register level, and never at edit-grammar level — its 2.1s uniform cut rhythm is explicitly NOT imported over our donor's variable one
[Anchor C] 961946526618501 — tryveltorin — winner_score 57.12 — video (GAP-FILL DRAW — the studio apparatus + the numbered-compound OST stack, for Hook B's uncovered beat type) Why it was drawn: after the v1.3 rewrite, Hook B's only citation is a mined catalog row (H07 Lecture Bait, n=338, winner share 28.4%), which has no picture — and the retired ankhway exemplar was withdrawn rather than reused. This ad is the closest format-matched video in the library that runs a genuine podcast-studio set-piece and pays a numbered-compound educational promise on screen, which is exactly the pair Hook B and Beat 4 need Hook pattern: a native hook that hands into a high-production podcast studio clip — creative techniques tagged podcast-cutdown, native-style-hook, visual-proof-graphics. The studio half is the borrow On-screen text style: the four-compound stack, one card per named compound — "4 COMPOUNDS THAT CAN REPLACE STATINS… Red Yeast Rice… Citrus Bergamot… Vitamin K2… Olive Leaf" — each stamped as the VO names it, in bold DR caps. This is the single most transferable artifact on the board: it is our Rule of 4, already proven as a picture B-roll cuing: 3D animation of the mechanism + an infographic of the four clinically-backed compounds + third-party-testing and US-made markers, i.e. the same three families our Beats 4 and 5 need
Best-fit beat type in our script:PRIMARY — Beat 4 (Unique Mechanism, the Rule of 4), at OST-grammar level: one named mineral per card, one job line, stamped on the word. SECONDARY — Beat 1B (Hook B), for the numbered-educational promise made visible before it is explained, and for the studio apparatus generally
Tooling stack inferred: studio presenter + 3D mechanism animation + post infographic stack — compatible with ours. FLAG (VS6 cross-adaptation logged, and it is the strongest caveat on this board): this ad is a REFRAME spine at peak intensity 8/10, calibrated-activate, dominant emotion fear, built on authority-jacking and villain-reframing with a named institutional enemy ("your doctor's job is to lower the number"), and it opens on a native kitchen-selfie rather than in the studio. Our donor's ceiling is 3.5/5 calibrated-TRUST with no named enemy, no terminal outcome and no dated transformation, and the mini-brief forbids exceeding it in kind. The borrow is therefore restricted to the numbered-compound OST stack and the studio apparatus. Its hook, its spine, its voltage, its villain beat and its enemy language are NOT imported. If any of that leaks into the edit, the board has broken the pin
04Per-beat storyboard
Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical. The board alternates between exactly THREE worlds and nothing else:
THE STUDIO(high-trust — the donor's own first family) — medium close-up, eye-level, centered, direct to lens, face 40–45% of frame, the founder seated at an SM7B-class broadcast microphone on a boom, the mic riding the lower third of frame and never cropped out. Set: a warm, book-lined room, shelves soft behind her, desk edge in frame, a key light upper-left with warm fill. Wardrobe: one considered top, minimal jewellery, hair unfussy, natural makeup — a founder in her own studio, not a spokesmodel and not a lab coat. ~13 presenter frames, ONE setup, ONE wardrobe, ONE lighting state, unchanged for the full 1:11. The mic is not a prop: it is the format's trust engine and it is in every studio frame on this board.
THE MECHANISM WORLD(high-logic — the donor's #1 load-bearing wall) — clean, hyper-real 3D animation in dark interstitial space. Medical blue for hormone, warm amber for the cell interior, one continuous anatomy: one T4 molecule, four slots, one deiodinase switch, one receptor door, one balance. ONE render world, generated once, reused across Hook 1B and all six Beat-4 stations. Six renders, ~14.5 seconds, 21% of the ad.
THE CHECKABLE WORLD(high-proof) — flat, real, practical macros of things a viewer could pick up and verify: the supplement-facts panel and the gap where iron would be, the amber dropper, a pharmacy vial on a kitchen counter, a lab bench, a GMP capping line, a COA sheet, and the inventory shelves. Real light, no glow, no art direction.
> ⚠ THE ONE DECLARED FAMILY SWAP, and it is the board's biggest strategic call. The donor's third family is high-empathy UGC pain (mirror selfies, a woman showing the symptom) [W 13.1]. This board does not reproduce it, anywhere. S3's entire test variable is the SUBTRACTION CONFESSION — a cost the viewer verifies on a label in ten seconds — in a category that sells by addition. An empathy family would ask her to feel the stake; a checkability family lets her check it, which is the only thing that makes an unfunded-sounding claim funded. So the donor's UGC family is swapped for a label-and-inventory family, one-for-one, at the same structural positions. Two consequences, both declared: the board has zero human B-roll and therefore zero persona-continuity dependency (the single biggest production saving in the chain), and it must carry its continuity on prop loops instead of on a recurring face — which is why there are two closed loops below and why they are load-bearing rather than decorative.
On-screen text grammar — ONE class plus a highlight rule (donor-exact, and deliberately NOT S5's two classes):
DR STAMPS — bold sans-serif, ALL CAPS, high-contrast white with a heavy black stroke, no box, no keyline, centre-screen or lower-third. Hard-in, no whoosh (this donor has no whoosh habit; that belongs to the S5 donor and is not imported). Hold ~1.6–2.4s.
THE YELLOW RULE — within a stamp, the single load-bearing noun is set in yellow. This is the donor's own habit ([W 8.1] highlights "$39.99", "30% off", "clogged lymphatic system") and it is where our argument lives: IRON · 4 · SWITCH · DOOR · BALANCE · SISTERS · FULL REFUND. One yellow phrase per card, never two.
No continuous caption track anywhere. Stamped key phrases only. Every card ≤12 words (VS2 ✓).
Audio: a subtle low-fi / ambient driving bed, in under the VO, held at a constant subordinate level, zero dead air, and — stated because it is the obvious thing to add and it would be wrong — NO score turn. S5's board resolved its bed from tense to warm at the product beat because its donor performs a fear→relief arc. This donor performs none: the register is calibrated-TRUST from the first word to the last, dominant emotion curiosity/hope, peak 7/10, and a resolve would manufacture a journey the copy does not take. SFX are minimal and functional: the phone landing face-down on the desk (Hook 1B, the board's only pre-music sound), a liquid draw on the dropper (Beat 2), and a soft card-set on the bottle at the final frame. Hook 1B carries a declared silent open — no music until the body starts (script direction), which is also the sharpest audio differentiator between the three doors.
Pacing contract — VARIABLE BY ZONE, which is this donor's actual rule and not a number. [W 8.1] states the rhythm as a rule rather than an average: fast cuts of 1–2 seconds per clip through the offer and the pain points, slower and deliberate through the 3D mechanism to allow comprehension. A single average-shot-length figure would flatten the one thing this donor does on purpose, so the board carries a per-zone contract instead:

Totals: 31 shots (variant A) · 33 (B) · 32 (C) across 70.5s. Hard cuts exclusively — this board contains ZERO dissolves and zero non-cut moves (VS4 ✓). The two same-axis punch-ins (Beat 1A s2, Beat 3 s4) are cuts, not moves, and they are the donor's own jump-cut habit.
Prop loops — the board's continuity spine, because there is no recurring face:
THE SUPPLEMENT-FACTS PANEL — Hook 1A (a finger tracking down the mineral list, stopping on the gap where iron would be) → Beat 2 (the same panel, the NO IRON stamp landing in the gap) → Beat 5 (the same bottle, now in the founder's hand, turned to camera). One capture, three states, and the ad's entire stake rides on it.
THE PHARMACY VIAL — Hook 1C (on a kitchen counter, the diagnosis) → Beat 3 (alone on an empty counter, "one prescription and no plan") → Beat 7 (the dated label legible, "the day you got diagnosed" made checkable). One capture, three dressings, closing on the exact object the guarantee's stake is measured against.
THE INVENTORY SHELVES — Beat 6 only, in two states (a hand pulling three bottles into one box, then a near-empty shelf section). Hook A does NOT use it, per the F2 disposition: Hook A's stake is on the label, not on the shelf.
Character continuity: ONE performer, and no one else appears on this board at any point. No patient persona, no UGC clip, no second face. Hands appear in four macros (the label finger, the dropper, the COA slide, the three-bottle pull) and they should read as the same pair — a single hands-double or the founder's own, shot on the studio day.
The Kindled bottle appears first at Beat 2 (the label macro at t≈0:13.6, then the dropper at t≈0:15.4) and never before. All three hooks enter product-free (N1 house habit, all five donors: the bottle never leads) — Hook A shows the label panel macro-tight with no bottle silhouette and no brand mark in frame, Hook B shows a phone and an animation frame, Hook C shows a pharmacy vial that is emphatically not ours (an orange-amber pharmacy vial, printed label turned away or illegible, clearly dispensed and not retail).
▸1H13 Anti-Sell Reversal, the donor's own confession shape [0:00–0:07] Beat 1A: HOOK A
Mute-test stop-scroll on the donor's own grammar
Shot
Studio MCU, founder at the mic, direct to lens (0:00–0:03) → same-axis jump-cut punch-in ~15% (0:03–0:04.8) → hard cut to a supplement-facts panel macro, a finger tracking down the mineral list and stopping on the gap (0:04.8–0:07.2)
Camera
Presenter: eye-level, locked, centered, direct to lens, the mic in the lower third and never cropped. The punch-in is a same-axis cut, donor jump-cut grammar, not a new setup. Label macro: locked overhead-ish, braced, a slow drift down the panel following the finger
On-screen text
DR STAMP "JUST DIAGNOSED HYPOTHYROID?" — centre, in at t=0.4s, holds to t=3.2s, "DIAGNOSED" in yellow (the qualification is the highlight) · DR STAMP "FOUNDER, KINDLED" — lower-third, in at t=2.8s, holds to t=4.8s (no name — see the NAME SLOT note; this card must stay nameless or it becomes a second swap surface) · DR STAMP "THE ONE WE LEFT OUT." — centre, in at t=5.0s on the label cut, holds to beat end, "LEFT OUT" in yellow. ⛔ This third card is company-"we" instance #2 and it is ON SCREEN — if the founder cannot be cast it must be RE-CUT, not re-voiced
B-roll
(1) t≈4.8–7.2s — the supplement-facts panel, macro-tight: the mineral list legible, a finger travelling down it and stopping on the gap where iron would be
Lighting
Studio default (warm key upper-left ~3800K, soft fill, shelves falling off gently behind). Label macro: flat, real, hard-ish top light so the printed panel reads without glare — legibility over beauty, and this is the board's #1 legibility gate
▸ Prompt
PRIMARY_LAYER: REAL SHOOT - REQUIRED (no AI-avatar fallback; see PRE-SHOOT GATE - the speaker must genuinely be the founder)
SHOT: founder medium close-up, 9:16, eye-level, centered, direct to lens, face 40-45% of frame -> same-axis jump-cut punch-in ~15% -> hard cut to supplement-facts panel macro
SET: warm book-lined studio, SM7B-class broadcast microphone on a boom riding the lower third of frame, desk edge in shot, shelves soft behind
WARDROBE: one considered top, minimal jewellery, hair unfussy, natural makeup - a founder in her own studio, NOT a lab coat and NOT a spokesmodel
TALENT: female, 40s-50s, warm-but-authoritative, peer-to-peer with a 40-50 demo; calm confident posture, warm smile, direct eye contact
LIGHTING: warm key upper-left ~3800K, soft fill, gentle falloff on the shelves
PROPS: production Kindled bottle with a legible supplement-facts panel; the mineral list must read at a 9:16 crop
ON_SCREEN_TEXT (post): "JUST DIAGNOSED HYPOTHYROID?" centre (DIAGNOSED yellow) + "FOUNDER, KINDLED" lower-third (NO NAME) + "THE ONE WE LEFT OUT." centre (LEFT OUT yellow) - nothing burned in camera
B_ROLL_LAYER: practical macro - "braced macro of a supplement facts panel on a small amber dropper bottle, a woman's finger tracking down the mineral list and stopping on an empty line, flat hard top light, printed text fully legible, no glare, unglamorous and real"
AUDIO: low-fi ambient driving bed in from t=0 at a subordinate level; no whoosh on the stamps, hard-in only
DIRECTION: 175 wpm, calm-confident founder warmth, calibrated-TRUST peak ~7/10, never activate-register. The admission is delivered FLAT and unapologetic - never sheepish, never confessional-as-weakness. She is not sorry about the formula; she is telling you what it cost her to get it right. Emphasis on "one ingredient"
DURATION: 7.19s (founder on camera ~4.8s of it, across 2 frames)
Production limitation
The panel must be legible at a 9:16 crop. This is the single highest-stakes legibility gate on the board: the whole confession is "you can check this," and an unreadable panel converts a checkable stake back into a rhetorical one. Brace the camera, light it flat, and composite the panel in post if the practical read fails. Real-shoot the finger action on the studio day
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] full-pattern borrow at the same structural position — the founder-confession frame in a warmly lit book-lined room [W Part 2 s1], the appositive founder ID, the self-inflicted-loss stake, and the s2 hard cut from the face to a raw checkable proof asset [W Part 2 s2], with the evidence swapped from shelf to label per the F2 disposition; the bold white-and-yellow DR stamp grammar [W 8.1]
▸ Reviewer notes
Transition out
Hard cut on the label frame, which holds ~0.3s past "week" into Beat 2. Seam note: this is the one hook variant that does not end on the presenter — it ends on the label. Verified against Beat 2's opening, which opens on the presenter, so the seam is a clean cut TO her rather than a cut BETWEEN two of her frames
Mute-test
PASS — a founder at a professional broadcast mic in a real studio is the donor's own primary muted asset ("legitimate brand" without sound), stamped from t=0.4 with the qualification itself, handed to a founder credential card at t=2.8, then to a checkable label macro with a finger stopping on an absence at t=4.8. VS5 satisfied: the asset chain is continuous and every link overlaps the next through the full 5s window. This is the board's strongest muted hook, because the label shot is a complete argument sound-off — a list, and a gap in it
▸2H07 Lecture Bait, the numbered-completion door [0:00–0:07] Beat 1B: HOOK B
Qualification on behaviour, not status or symptom
Shot
Studio MCU, founder looking down at a phone held low, eyes off-lens (0:00–0:02) → she sets the phone face-down on the desk, eyes lifting (0:02–0:04) → eye contact, direct to lens (0:04–0:05.1) → hard cut to one held frame of the 3D mechanism world — a lone T4 molecule with four unlit slots around it (0:05.1–0:06.3) → hard cut back to eye contact, seam framing identical to 1A/1C (0:06.3–0:07.2)
Camera
Presenter: same setup, same lighting, same mic — only her eyeline changes. All frames locked; the eye-lift happens in the performance, not in the camera. Animation frame: completely static — the board's only frozen shot, and the stillness is what makes it read as a promise rather than an explanation
On-screen text
DR STAMP "SEARCHING WHAT TO TAKE SINCE YOUR DIAGNOSIS?" — centre, in at t=0.4s, holds to t=4.0s, "WHAT TO TAKE" in yellow · DR STAMP "THE 4 YOUR PRESCRIPTION DOESN'T HAVE." — centre, in at t=5.2s on the animation cut, holds to beat end, "4" in yellow. No founder card, no brand name, no product — deliberate, and it is what keeps B a different door on screen as well as in the script
B-roll
(1) t≈0–4s — the phone, held low in one hand, screen angled away and not legible on camera, then set face-down on the desk. No fake screen graphic is built and there is nothing to read — the 2am search bar made visible as an action, not as a prop with content. (2) t≈5.1–6.3s — one held frame of the SAME 3D render used at Beat 4 station 0: a lone T4 molecule in dark medical-blue space with four unlit slots around it, no motion
Lighting
Studio default throughout — unchanged from 1A, which is the point: three doors, one room, one setup
▸ Prompt
PRIMARY_LAYER: REAL SHOOT - REQUIRED (see PRE-SHOOT GATE)
SHOT: founder MCU, identical set/wardrobe/lighting/mic to 1A -> she sets a phone face-down -> eye contact -> hard cut to ONE STATIC animation frame -> hard cut back to eye contact
BLOCKING: she is already mid-scroll at t=0, eyes DOWN, phone held low in one hand, screen angled away from camera. On "The answer is four minerals" she sets it face-down and lifts her eyes. The phone landing is a real sound and it is the only audio event before the body
PROPS: an ordinary phone. NO screen graphic is built - the screen is never legible and nothing on it is read
ON_SCREEN_TEXT (post): "SEARCHING WHAT TO TAKE SINCE YOUR DIAGNOSIS?" centre (WHAT TO TAKE yellow) + "THE 4 YOUR PRESCRIPTION DOESN'T HAVE." centre (4 yellow). NO founder card, NO brand name, NO product in frame
B_ROLL_LAYER (animation): reuse the Beat 4 station-0 render EXACTLY - GPT Image 2 keyframe: "hyper-realistic 3D render of a single thyroid hormone molecule in dark medical-blue interstitial space, four empty unlit receptor slots arranged around it, cinematic medical visualization, high detail" -> held as a still frame, no motion, 1.2s
AUDIO: NO MUSIC until the body's first word - declared silent open, script direction. The phone set-down is the only pre-music sound
DIRECTION: this is the ONE variant that is not an admission. Teacher-energy, H07's register - she is answering a question the viewer has already typed into a search bar, so play it as plain useful information delivered level, not as a reveal. Same calibrated-TRUST ceiling, same peak, different job. Emphasis on "four minerals" - the count IS the promise; land it flat and teacherly, never salesy
DURATION: 7.19s (founder on camera ~6.0s of it, across 4 frames)
Production limitation
None material — this is the cheapest hook variant on the board by a wide margin: one phone, one extra held frame of an animation that already exists for Beat 4, no new build, no second location, no extra shoot day. The one hard requirement is that the phone screen must never be legible; if a reflection catches it, re-take rather than composite
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor C] the numbered-educational promise paid as an on-screen count, and the podcast-studio apparatus, borrowed at graphic-and-set level only (VS6 logged — voltage, villain beat and native-UGC hook explicitly NOT imported); [Anchor A] the studio frame, the mic, the jump-cut grammar and the DR stamp style, which is where the whole picture is actually built from

PASS, with one declared trade. The qualification stamp carries t=0.4–4.0 and the yellow "4" card carries t=5.2 to the end; the window between them (t=4.0–5.2) is carried by an ACTION rather than by text — a woman putting her phone face-down and looking up. VS5 is satisfied by asset continuity, not by caption continuity, and the board states that plainly rather than pretending the chain is textual throughout. This is the board's most legible muted qualification (it never asks the viewer to recognise a symptom or trust a credential — it asks whether she has been searching) and simultaneously its least product-legible hook, which is the correct trade for an H07 door
▸3H01 Symptom Mirror, qualifier-first [0:00–0:08] Beat 1C: HOOK C

Camera
Presenter: locked, eye-level, direct to lens. Vial macro: locked, low, flat — a counter at eye height, nothing styled, the vial slightly off-centre with empty counter around it
On-screen text
Three DR STAMPS building word-for-word with the VO, stacking vertically centre-screen and holding together: "EXHAUSTED FOR YEARS" (t≈0.3s) · "FOGGY" (t≈1.1s) · "COLD IN JULY" (t≈1.5s) — the third in yellow, the stack holding to t≈2.4s, then clearing for the vial · DR STAMP "FOUNDER, KINDLED" — lower-third, in at t≈5.4s on the return to her, holds to beat end (nameless, per the NAME SLOT note). C is the one variant where a founder card is congruent, because C's own last line says "I founded a company"
B-roll

PROPS: a standard orange-amber pharmacy vial, white cap, printed label turned away or illegible; a plain glass of water
B_ROLL_LAYER: practical macro preferred - "flat locked macro of an orange-amber pharmacy prescription vial standing alone on a bare kitchen counter beside a glass of water, dull real daylight, nothing styled, label not readable"
AUDIO: low-fi ambient bed in from t=0 at a subordinate level
DIRECTION: the symptom stack is read as recognition, not as a list being sold - three short clauses, each landing complete, no rising sell. "And it turned out to be your thyroid" is the turn, and it lands as relief rather than as a reveal. "I founded a company for exactly you" is spoken TO the lens, warm and level
DURATION: 7.53s (founder on camera ~4.8s of it, across 3 frames)
Production limitation
None material. The vial is a practical macro shot on the studio day or at any counter. One caution: the vial must not be dressed to look premium — if it reads as a product, C loses its N1 compliance and its door at once

VS5 satisfied through the full window. The muted trade here is the inverse of B's: C is the most immediately recognisable hook and the least specific — it never says what is being offered — which is exactly the colder-placement door the script designed it as

Camera
Presenter locked, jump-cut between returns rather than re-framed. Bench: locked wide-ish macro, shallow, one hand entering. Label: the same braced setup as Hook 1A, same angle, same distance — the repetition is the recognition. Dropper: locked macro, then a tight profile on the sublingual hold
On-screen text
DR STAMP "NO IRON." — centre, in at t≈13.6s directly over the gap in the panel, holds 2.0s, "NO IRON" in yellow — the board's single most important card · DR STAMP "SUBLINGUAL LIQUID" — lower-third, in at t≈16.0s, holds to beat end

(2) t≈13–15.4s — the supplement-facts panel, the mineral list, and the gap, with the yellow NO IRON stamp landing in the gap rather than beside it. (3) t≈15.4–18.1s — the amber dropper drawn, then held under the tongue

B_ROLL_LAYER: practical macro - "amber glass dropper drawing liquid from a small bottle, then a tight profile of the dropper held under a tongue, warm close light, real hands"
AUDIO: low-fi bed continues; a soft liquid-draw SFX on the dropper - the one place the format is made audible
DIRECTION: the admission lands FLAT and level, never sheepish. Emphasis on "no iron." "You're why there's no iron in it" is the warmest line in the beat and it is addressed to one person, not to an audience
DURATION: 10.95s (founder on camera ~4.0s of it, across 2 frames)
Production limitation
The sublingual hold is the board's one mouth action and the highest real-shoot dependency after the presenter — shoot it, do not generate it. The panel macro must match Hook 1A's setup exactly or the prop loop reads as two different bottles; shoot both states back to back in the same lighting, in the same session, before the camera moves
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] the donor's The Offer beat borrowed whole at the same 15.6% structural position — the release stated plainly and immediately, the behind-the-scenes stock asset, and the immediate product signal via the amber dropper [W Part 2 s2–s3]. The one thing NOT borrowed is the donor's price anchor ($39.99 → 3-for-$59.99): no session offer terms exist and none may be invented, so the beat runs the release/access framing and the picture carries no number, no badge and no price card anywhere
▸ Reviewer notes

The donor's compressed agitation, traced to one gap and delivered with warmly externalised blame

Camera
Presenter locked. The 3.3s hold is the board's only long presenter take outside the close, and it is deliberate — a cutaway on "sure it's your fault" would let the viewer off the line, and the line is the concept's thesis. The final punch-in is a cut, and it IS the absolution: she comes closer to say it
On-screen text
DR STAMP "ONE PRESCRIPTION. NO PLAN." — centre, in at t≈19.2s, holds 2.0s, "NO PLAN" in yellow · DR STAMP "THE SECOND HALF" — lower-third, in at t≈25.6s on the punch-in, holds to beat end, "SECOND HALF" in yellow · Nothing over "sure it's your fault" — deliberate, and this is the board's most considered omission. DIRECTION: firmer, verdict-flat through "one prescription and no plan," then WARMING on the absolution. Emphasis on "your fault" and "second half." "and sure it's your fault" is said as a thing she has heard a hundred women say, not as an accusation - it is quoted, then refused. The [beat] before "Nobody gives you the second half" is a real pause and it is held on her face
DURATION: 9.24s (founder on camera ~7.6s of it, across 3 frames - the highest presenter share on the board)
Production limitation
None material. One performance note that is a production risk: the 3.3s unbroken take is the longest single presenter shot on the board and it carries the beat's whole emotional turn. Budget takes for it specifically — everywhere else the board can jump-cut out of a weak read, and here it cannot
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] the donor's Problem Agitation beat borrowed whole at its own compressed share — hard compression, verdict rhythm, and blame externalised warmly (donor: "it's not your diet, it's your clogged system" → ours: "nobody gives you the second half"), which [W 13.1] names as this donor's psychological pattern and the mini-brief names as the concept's cited import. The donor's UGC-pain cutaways at this beat are NOT reproduced — see the declared family swap; the emptiness around the vial carries the agitation instead

Camera
Animation: slow, deliberate, one move per station and no more — a slow push on iodine, a locked hold on the selenium switch, a slow drift through the zinc door, a locked hold on copper. The two longest holds on the board (3.76s each) are Station 1 and Station Selenium, and the slowness is the donor's stated comprehension rule, not a pacing lapse. Presenter: locked, one frame only

All seven shots are the animation world except the single studio return. (1) Station 0 — a lone T4 molecule in dark medical-blue space, four empty unlit slots arranged around it, slowly rotating. This is the EXACT render Hook 1B froze on, and the recognition is the payoff. (2) Station 1 — the four slots ignite in sequence, numerals landing. (3) IODINE — raw material flowing in and T4 visibly assembling from it. (4) SELENIUM — the deiodinase switch throws, and T4 converts to T3, the T3 lighting brighter; the board's single most important frame after the label. (5) ZINC — the receptor door on the cell wall opens and T3 passes through into a warming interior. (6) COPPER — a counterweight beside the zinc door holding steady, the door staying open because of it

AUDIO: low-fi bed continues, unbroken and unresolved. No sub-drop, no sting, no swell - this donor scores nothing
DIRECTION (VO over animation): deliberate slow-down through this whole beat - the donor's visual pacing slows here for comprehension and the read must slow with it. ACTIVE carries CAPS emphasis in the voice (pitch drop, not volume). One job per breath; do not run the four together
DURATION: 16.43s (founder on camera 1.9s of it, one frame)
Production limitation
The single biggest continuity dependency on the board. Six renders plus Hook 1B all live in one anatomy: one molecule, one slot geometry, one switch, one door, one palette, one scale. Generate the world reference FIRST, before any station, and QC Station 0 against the Hook 1B frame before animating anything — they are the same render and if they drift, Hook B's promise is paid by something the viewer does not recognise. Donor-swipe doctrine: cheap-looking mechanism CGI destroys the "engineered, not dropshipped" effect this donor wins on, and licensed medical-animation stock or a commissioned 3D pass is the declared fallback. At ~14.5s / 21% of the ad, this is a materially lighter animation ask than S5's 42s / 29% — six short stations, none longer than 3.8s

[Anchor A] the donor's Unique Mechanism beat borrowed whole — the countable four-job rhythm, the one-job-each cadence, the product-owned frame, the largest-beat share and the deliberately slower cut rhythm for comprehension [W 8.1], with the donor's four lymphatic herbs swapped for our four real label minerals per the cross-niche transplant discipline (the claim does not transfer, the rhythm does) and the donor's "only formula on the market" absolute dropped as not ours to claim; [Anchor C] the numbered-compound OST stack, one card per named compound, stamped as the VO names it (VS6 logged)

Hard cut off Station Copper into Beat 5 — from the board's slowest passage directly into its fastest, which is the largest rhythm change on the board and is fully intended

▸7the credential run, and the loop closes Beat 5: QUALITY & ORIGIN [0:44–0:50]
The donor's rapid friction-drop credential list in one breath
Shot
Three consecutive 0.9s credential cuts — a lab bench (0:44–0:44.9) → a GMP capping line (0:44.9–0:45.8) → a COA sheet sliding across a bench (0:45.8–0:46.6) → hard cut to studio MCU, the founder holding the bottle and turning it to camera (0:46.6–0:50.3)
Camera
The three credential cuts are all locked, all flat, all the same distance — the sameness is what makes them read as a run rather than as three shots. The founder frame is the studio default, and she brings the bottle up into the lower third beside the mic; the bottle is never bigger than her face
On-screen text
DR STAMP "MADE IN USA · GMP · THIRD-PARTY TESTED" — lower-third, stamping item by item with the run, in at t≈44.2s, holds 2.2s · DR STAMP "IRON INTERFERES WITH THYROID MEDICATION." — centre, in at t≈47.0s, holds 2.4s, "IRON" in yellow. The compound hyphens in THIRD-PARTY stay; there are no em or en dashes in either card
B-roll
(1) t≈44–44.9s — a gloved hand at a lab bench, a rack of sample vials. (2) t≈44.9–45.8s — a capping head running on a small production line. (3) t≈45.8–46.6s — a third-party certificate-of-analysis sheet sliding across a bench under a hand. (4) t≈46.6–50.3s — the founder holding the bottle, turning it to camera on "so it's not in here"
Lighting
Lab bench and line: real, functional, cool working light — deliberately unglamorous. COA sheet: flat top light, the text legible. Founder: studio default

PRIMARY_LAYER: REAL SHOOT - REQUIRED (see PRE-SHOOT GATE)
SHOT: lab bench (0.9s) -> capping line (0.9s) -> COA sheet slide (0.9s) -> founder MCU holding the bottle, 3.7s
BLOCKING: she brings the bottle up into the lower third beside the mic on "so it's not in here" and turns the label to camera. The bottle never gets bigger than her face. She does not look at it - she keeps the lens
ON_SCREEN_TEXT (post): "MADE IN USA · GMP · THIRD-PARTY TESTED" lower-third, stamping item by item with the run + "IRON INTERFERES WITH THYROID MEDICATION." centre (IRON yellow)
B_ROLL_LAYER: practical - (1) "gloved hand at a laboratory bench with a rack of small sample vials, cool functional working light" (2) "a capping head running on a small supplement production line, real facility light" (3) "a hand sliding a third-party certificate of analysis sheet across a bench, flat top light, header legible"
AUDIO: low-fi bed continues; no SFX on the credential run - the speed is the effect
DIRECTION: quickest passage in the script through the credential run - three items in one breath, no comma-pauses, brisk credential confidence. THEN a deliberate drop into plainness for the iron reason: slower, flatter, no sell. Emphasis on "Iron." This is the answer to a question the ad asked 40 seconds ago and it should sound like an answer, not like a feature
DURATION: 6.50s (founder on camera 3.7s of it, one frame)
Production limitation
The COA header must be legible at a 9:16 crop or the shot is decoration; composite in post if the practical read fails. The lab and line footage may be sourced or shot at any contract facility — it is the one family on this board with no continuity dependency on anything else. The bottle in her hand must be the same production bottle as the two panel macros (prop loop 1) — hand it to her from the same case
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] the donor's Quality & Origin beat borrowed whole at its 7.8% share — the rapid friction-drop credential list delivered in a single breath over lab-and-sourcing footage, its credentials swapped for Kindled's real ones. The iron close of the beat is original direction and is logged as such, because the donor's version has nothing to borrow for it; [Anchor C] the third-party-testing and US-made on-screen markers, as an OST-grammar reference only

Camera
Presenter locked. Inventory: a wide-ish locked frame with real depth so the shelving reads as a room, not a rack; the hand enters and takes three. Empty section: the same shelving, tighter, the gap centred. The final presenter frame is the board's longest presenter hold at 3.4s and it does not move
On-screen text

The founder saying she does not know when the next batch is ready is a performance, and a caption under it would convert a confession into a claim. rationale logged: original direction, and it is the mirror of the Beat 3 omission
B-roll
(1) t≈52.7–55.8s — stockroom shelving of Kindled, and a hand pulling three bottles into one box. (2) t≈55.8–57.5s — the same shelving, a section already stripped, boxes gone, a gap where the rest was
Lighting

PRIMARY_LAYER: REAL SHOOT - REQUIRED (see PRE-SHOOT GATE)
SHOT: founder MCU -> inventory shelving, hand pulling THREE bottles into one box -> the same shelving with a section already stripped -> founder MCU held 3.4s through the pause

ON_SCREEN_TEXT (post): "FOR THEIR SISTERS." lower-third (SISTERS yellow) + "ONCE THIS BATCH IS GONE" centre. NOTHING over the uncertainty line
B_ROLL_LAYER: practical LOCATION - (1) "stockroom shelving stacked with boxed amber dropper bottles, real overhead warehouse light, a hand reaching in and lifting THREE bottles into a single shipping box, unstyled and unglamorous" (2) "the same stockroom shelving, one section already stripped bare, boxes gone, a visible gap, same light"
AUDIO: low-fi bed continues, unbroken through the pause - the [pause] is VO silence, not audio silence. Zero dead air
DIRECTION: the loss is restated as ongoing, not resolved - flat and matter-of-fact, no self-pity. "The ones who stay buy it for their sisters" is the one warm line. Then the [pause], then GENUINELY with CAPS emphasis in the voice. The founder's uncertainty IS the proof - do not perform it as urgency, and do not smile through it
DURATION: 10.61s (founder on camera ~6.1s of it, across 2 frames)
Production limitation
The inventory shot is a LOCATION, and it is the one asset on this board that cannot be faked. The donor's mute test depends on the stock reading as real; a dressed shelf or a rendered warehouse is worse than no shot at all, because a viewer who clocks it as staged retroactively discounts the confession. If no real stockroom exists, source one — this is a half-day, not a build. Two setups, same location, back to back
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] the donor's Scarcity & Urgency beat borrowed whole at its 14.1% share — the warehouse-inventory shot that makes the scarcity claim visible, and the founder-uncertainty-as-proof line transferred near-verbatim in kind. The swap is the justification: the donor's is supply-side (wild-sourced, small batches) and ours is demand-side per house rule, and the board carries that swap in the action rather than in a caption

05Visual continuity audit
ONE performer, ONE studio, ONE wardrobe, ONE lighting state across all 1:11, and it never changes — no warm turn, no key drop, no grade shift anywhere. That is a deliberate refusal, not an omission: S5's board warms its picture and its score at the product beat because its donor performs a fear→relief arc; this donor performs none. Its register is calibrated-TRUST from the first word to the last, and a lighting turn would manufacture a journey the copy does not take.
The mic is in every studio frame and is never cropped. It is the format's carrier per the mini-brief's 🚩 — the one piece of set dressing on this board that is load-bearing rather than decorative. 13 presenter frames (A) / 15 (B) / 14 (C), all from ONE setup, jump-cut rather than re-framed, which is the donor's own grammar and the reason a dozen-plus frames cost one setup and one day.
The frame leaves the founder in exactly three declared ways — hard cut to the mechanism world, hard cut to a checkable macro, hard cut to the inventory location — and there is no fourth. No UGC family, no patient persona, no second face anywhere on this board (the declared family swap). Hands appear in four macros and must read as one pair.
All three hook variants end on the seam. 1B and 1C end on the identical studio MCU; 1A is the one variant that ends on the label macro, with the founder arriving on Beat 2's first word — verified against Beat 2's opening frame, so that seam is a cut TO her rather than a cut BETWEEN two of her frames. 1A and 1B are both 7.19s, so variant B shifts the body by ZERO; 1C is 7.53s and shifts it +1s.
The three hooks share a room and share nothing else. A's door is a label macro, B's is a phone and a frozen animation frame, C's is a text stack and a pharmacy vial. No asset appears in more than one hook variant. That is the v1.3 hook rewrite honoured in the picture — at v1.2 A and B were the same door, and the board would have quietly re-merged them if it had given both the label.
ONE shared render world gates seven shots across two beats. One molecule, one slot geometry, one switch, one door, one palette, one scale, used at Hook 1B and all six Beat-4 stations. Hook 1B's frozen frame and Beat 4's Station 0 are the SAME render, not a matching one — B's promise is paid by recognition, and a near-miss breaks it.
Two closed prop loops carry the continuity a recurring face would carry elsewhere. ① The supplement-facts panel: Hook 1A (finger stopping on the gap) → Beat 2 (the NO IRON stamp landing in the gap) → Beat 5 (the same bottle in the founder's hand). ② The pharmacy vial: Hook 1C (on a counter with a glass of water) → Beat 3 (alone on a bare counter) → Beat 7 (punched in, the dispense date legible). Both loops close on the exact object their argument is staked on, and both were shot as one capture in three states.
The inventory shelves appear at Beat 6 ONLY, in two states. Hook A does not use them (the F2 disposition), which is what keeps the confession's stake (a label) and the scarcity claim (a shelf) from reading as one argument told twice.
OST grammar constant: ONE class — bold DR caps, heavy stroke, hard-in, no box, no whoosh — plus the yellow rule, one yellow phrase per card, never two, across all seven beats and all three hook variants. No continuous caption track anywhere.
Cutting grammar constant: hard cuts exclusively. This board contains ZERO dissolves and zero non-cut moves. The two same-axis punch-ins (Beat 1A s2, Beat 3 s4) are cuts, not camera moves. VS4 satisfied by construction rather than by exception.
The Kindled bottle first appears at Beat 2 and never before (N1 house habit, all five donors). All three hooks enter product-free; Hook 1A's panel macro is tight enough that no bottle silhouette and no brand mark is in frame, and Hook 1C's vial is unmistakably a dispensed pharmacy vial rather than a retail product.
06Mute-test verification
First 5s: PASS on all three variants, via Fork 4 strategy 1 (speaker face plus on-screen text) for A and C, and strategy 1 with an action bridge for B.
A: a founder at a professional broadcast mic in a real studio — the donor's own primary muted asset, rated by its report as reading "legitimate brand" without a word — stamped from t=0.4 with the qualification itself, handing to a founder card at t=2.8, then to a checkable label macro with a finger stopping on an absence at t=4.8. The board's strongest muted hook, because a list with a visible gap in it is a complete argument sound-off.
B: the qualification stamp carries t=0.4–4.0 and the yellow "4" card carries t=5.2 to the end. The t=4.0–5.2 window is carried by an ACTION, not by text — a woman putting her phone face-down and lifting her eyes — and the board declares that rather than claiming a continuous caption chain. VS5 is satisfied by asset continuity. B is the most legible muted qualification on the board (it asks only whether you have been searching) and the least product-legible hook, which is the correct trade for an H07 door.
C: three symptom stamps from t=0.3 that stack rather than replace, so the whole proposition sits on screen together through t=2.4, then a pharmacy vial, then a founder's face with a credential card. The most immediately recognisable hook and the least specific.
Hook OST specs: A "JUST DIAGNOSED HYPOTHYROID?" (3w) / "FOUNDER, KINDLED" (2w) / "THE ONE WE LEFT OUT." (5w) · B "SEARCHING WHAT TO TAKE SINCE YOUR DIAGNOSIS?" (7w) / "THE 4 YOUR PRESCRIPTION DOESN'T HAVE." (6w) · C "EXHAUSTED FOR YEARS" (3w) / "FOGGY" (1w) / "COLD IN JULY" (3w) / "FOUNDER, KINDLED" (2w). All ≤12 words (VS2 ✓); asset chains continuous through the full 5s window on all three (VS5 ✓).
⛔ Hook 1A's third card is the ON-SCREEN company-"we." "THE ONE WE LEFT OUT." is inventory instance #2 and it sits inside the highest-spend variant's mute-test chain. If the founder cannot be cast, this card is a RE-CUT, not a re-voice — and re-cutting it re-opens A's muted asset chain at t=5.0, which is the reason the pre-shoot gate is at the head of this document rather than in a footnote.
U12 scan of every viewer-visible on-screen field on this board: 0 em dashes, 0 en dashes. Zero recasts were required — the script's single em-dash ("one hormone — T4") lives in spoken copy only and the Beat 4 card renders it as a middot instead. Verified inventory (30 cards): "JUST DIAGNOSED HYPOTHYROID?" · "FOUNDER, KINDLED" · "THE ONE WE LEFT OUT." · "SEARCHING WHAT TO TAKE SINCE YOUR DIAGNOSIS?" · "THE 4 YOUR PRESCRIPTION DOESN'T HAVE." · "EXHAUSTED FOR YEARS" · "FOGGY" · "COLD IN JULY" · "NO IRON." · "SUBLINGUAL LIQUID" · "ONE PRESCRIPTION. NO PLAN." · "THE SECOND HALF" · "T4 · YOUR PRESCRIPTION" · "1" · "2" · "3" · "4" · "IODINE · THE RAW MATERIAL" · "SELENIUM · THE SWITCH" · "ZINC · THE DOOR" · "COPPER · THE BALANCE" · "MADE IN USA · GMP · THIRD-PARTY TESTED" · "IRON INTERFERES WITH THYROID MEDICATION." · "FOR THEIR SISTERS." · "ONCE THIS BATCH IS GONE" · "30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" · "FULL REFUND." · "GO SEE IF IT'S STILL IN STOCK." The middot (·) is a glyph, not a dash; the compound hyphens in "THIRD-PARTY", "30-DAY" and "MONEY-BACK" stay (U12-clean).
No price, no bundle, no discount, no stock count and no countdown appears on any card — product_facts.md §6 governs the picture as well as the copy, and the donor's own price anchor is deliberately not transposed into a graphic.
07Production-limitation cross-ref
production_limitations.md is a sparse skeleton (§2a–§2d all "empty — populates via update sources in §4", well under the 3-entry threshold) → formal YS6 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic, exactly as the mini-brief and the S1 / S5 boards recorded. Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md and the runtime routing instead:
⛔ Fork 1 rationale — REAL SHOOT IS REQUIRED, and this is the first board in the chain where the AI fallback is not priced, it is BARRED. S1 recorded a fallback that cost a voltage peak; S5 recorded one that cost a Soul-ID pass and nothing else. Here the fallback fails a different test entirely: a synthetic presenter cannot BE the founder, and the pre-shoot gate makes the founder's identity a precondition of three spoken and one on-screen company-"we." The blocker is not render length and not likeness quality — it is label truth. Stated plainly so nobody "solves" it with a /higgsfield-soul-id pass. The alternate the mini-brief names (2.2 The Recovered-Researcher Advocate, DRAFTED-UNTESTED) is a different human, not a synthetic one, and taking it re-opens the copy — the offer must go into third person and the confession loses its stakes, which is a writer decision, not a board one.
Longest presenter take is 3.7s (Beat 5's bottle hold; Beat 6's uncertainty hold is 3.4s and Beat 3's is 3.3s). At that shot length the two axes production_limitations.md names but has not populated — long-render identity drift and long-form voice stability — are barely engaged. That is exactly what makes flag 1 sharper rather than softer: the board would tolerate AI presenter renders technically and cannot accept one contractually.
The staged studio is a hard requirement, not a preference. Mini-brief 🚩, verbatim: the mic and the studio ARE the carrier, and a degraded home-wall shoot defeats the format and the concept should not be produced degraded. Requires an SM7B-class mic on a boom, a warm book-lined backdrop or comparable acoustic-treated set, and a key light. This is the board's single heaviest line item and it is a build, not a render.
ONE shared 3D render world gates seven shots. Beat 4's six stations plus Hook 1B's frozen frame all live in one anatomy. Generate the world reference FIRST, before any station, and QC Station 0 against the Hook 1B frame before animating — they are the same render, and if they drift, Hook B's promise is paid by an image the viewer does not recognise. Donor-swipe doctrine applies: cheap-looking mechanism CGI destroys the "engineered, not dropshipped" effect this donor wins on; licensed medical-animation stock or a commissioned 3D pass is the declared fallback.
Animation load is LIGHT by chain standards — ~14.5s across six short stations, none longer than 3.8s, 21% of the ad, against S5's 42s / 29% and its single 14.7s continuous flagship sequence. There is no flagship here; there are six two-second explanations.
All on-screen text in POST — nothing burned in camera. Specifically the numeral build (1 → 2 → 3 → 4 igniting per slot), the guarantee badge, the final-card type, every DR stamp and every yellow highlight. No video model renders accumulating numerals or legible printed panels reliably.
Five legibility gates, and the first one is the whole ad: ① the supplement-facts panel at Hook 1A and Beat 2 — the mineral list and the gap must both read at a 9:16 crop, because the confession's entire claim is "you can check this," and an unreadable panel converts a checkable stake back into a rhetorical one · ② the COA sheet header (Beat 5) · ③ the Kindled label in her hand (Beat 5) and on the final card (Beat 7) · ④ the pharmacy vial's dispense date (Beat 7) — composite the date in post; a real pharmacy label will not read at this crop · ⑤ the numeral build (post, not generated).
Hand-and-mouth actions: four, and all are studio-day work. The label finger (Hook 1A), the dropper draw and the sublingual hold (Beat 2 — the board's one mouth action and its highest real-shoot dependency after the presenter), and the three-bottle pull (Beat 6). Shoot all four; generate none.
The inventory shot is a LOCATION and it cannot be faked. The donor's mute test depends on stock reading as real, and a dressed shelf or a rendered warehouse is worse than no shot — a viewer who clocks it as staged retroactively discounts the confession the whole ad is built on. Two setups, same location, half a day.
ZERO persona-continuity dependency — declared as a positive. No patient persona, no UGC clip and no second face appears anywhere. There is no keyframe to generate, no chain to QC and no drift risk. This is the single largest production saving of any board in the chain (S5 needed eight persona-chained clips off one canonical keyframe; S1 needed more) and it is a direct consequence of the declared family swap.
Audio: zero dead air, no score turn, and one declared silent open. The low-fi ambient bed runs at a constant subordinate level from the body's first word to the last frame and never resolves — this donor scores no arc and adding one would misrepresent the register. Hook 1B alone opens with no music until the body starts (script direction), with the phone landing face-down as the only pre-music sound. Three functional SFX total: the phone set-down, the liquid draw on the dropper, the card-set on the final frame.
The NAME SLOT has two potential surfaces and the board closes one of them. "Dana" is a one-word audio placeholder. The founder lower-third is specified NAMELESS ("FOUNDER, KINDLED") so the shoot swap stays one word on one surface. If production adds the real name to the card, it becomes a second surface and must be re-cut with the VO — flagged here because it is exactly the class of stale-instruction failure the review's F1 caught in the copy layer.
Talent stamina is not a risk; register is, and so is authenticity. 1:11 at 175 wpm across ~13 short frames is an hour of floor time. The performance risk is that "calm-confident founder warmth at a 3.5 voltage floor" is a narrow target — too warm and the confession reads as an apology (explicitly banned: she is not sorry about the formula), too hard and it leaves calibrated-TRUST for the activate register this donor never uses. Budget takes for the two admission lines (Hook A's stake, Beat 6's uncertainty) specifically — they are the only two places on the board where a wrong read cannot be cut around.

Marketing Studio / practical, shot on the studio set
HIGH (label + type legibility)
Shot and asset totals (the honest numbers, stated plainly):
31 shots on variant A · 33 on B · 32 on C — 28 body shots plus 3 (1A), 5 (1B) or 4 (1C) hook shots — across 70.5s. The board does not report a single average-shot-length figure, because this donor's rhythm is a RULE and not an average (see the per-zone pacing contract above): the fastest zone is the Beat 5 credential run at 0.91s per cut, the slowest is the Beat 4 mechanism at 3.8s per hold, and the spread between them is the donor's stated technique.
~21 distinct visual assets driving those 31–33 shots. The gap is deliberate re-use: 13 presenter frames come from ONE setup, the supplement-facts panel is one capture in three states, the pharmacy vial is one capture in three dressings, the inventory location serves two shots, and Hook 1B's animation frame is a Beat 4 render frozen.
Broken down: 1 studio setup (13–15 frames, one wardrobe, one lighting state, never changing) · 6 3D renders in ONE shared render world totalling ≈14.5 seconds of mechanism animation, 21% of the ad · 11 practical captures (2 of them mouth/hand-critical, 1 of them a location) · 3 post motion-graphic builds (the numeral build, the guarantee badge, the final card) plus the full stamp layer · ZERO persona-bound photographic clips — no human B-roll of any kind.
The mechanism beat carries 7 of the 28 body shots and the entire slow zone, which is the picture obeying the same centre-of-gravity discipline the copy does at 25.9% of body words.

Layer stack: REAL SHOOT — REQUIRED (presenter, all 7 beats + 3 hook variants — one setup, one day; plus the label finger, the dropper, the sublingual hold, the bottle-in-hand and the final card, all on the same day) · practical LOCATION (the inventory stockroom, two setups, half a day) · practical macros (the panel, the vial, the bench, the line, the COA) · higgsfield-generate (the 3D mechanism stack via GPT Image 2 → Seedance 2.0, ONE shared render world across Hook 1B and Beat 4) · Marketing Studio (the final card, optional — the studio set already supplies it) · post (all OSTs and yellow highlights, the numeral build, the guarantee badge, the final-card type, and every legibility composite). NO AI-presenter fallback is offered on this board — see production-limitation flag 1 and the ⛔ PRE-SHOOT GATE. Copy-paste ready as a DP shot list plus an AI-generation queue.
10SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
VS1 (B-roll density): OUT OF BAND BY DESIGN — CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL. 31–33 shots across 70.5s ≈ one new visual every 2.2s, against the checklist's 1-per-10s ceiling. The rule's band was written for conversational talking-head content; this donor's stated grammar is 1–2s cuts through the offer and the pain with a deliberate slow-down only at the mechanism. Every board in the chain runs above this ceiling; S3 runs above it while also containing the chain's slowest single zone, which is the point — the breach is variable, not uniform. Flagged loudly rather than quietly so nobody "fixes" it by evening the rhythm out.
VS6 (cross-adaptations): 3 logged. ① Anchor C (tryveltorin) is a REFRAME spine at peak intensity 8/10, calibrated-activate, dominant emotion fear, built on authority-jacking and villain-reframing with a named institutional enemy — borrowed at numbered-compound-OST-grammar and studio-apparatus level ONLY. Its hook, spine, voltage, villain beat and enemy language are explicitly NOT imported, because our donor's ceiling is 3.5/5 calibrated-TRUST with no named enemy and the mini-brief forbids exceeding it in kind. This is the strongest caveat on the board. ② Anchor B (1514909627007491) is a MIRROR spine at 138s across 10 beats — roughly double our runtime, 43% more beats, and a costumed clinical authority rather than a founder — borrowed at Hook-C-formula level only, and its 2.1s uniform cut rhythm is deliberately NOT imported over our donor's variable one. ③ Anchor A is a cross-niche donor (lymphatic drainage → thyroid): the four-herb drainage claim does not transfer and is not borrowed; the countable four-job rhythm is, per the mini-brief's cross-niche transplant discipline.
VS3 / VS3b: every beat cites Anchor A or logs an original-direction rationale, and every B-roll cue carries its own anchor or its own rationale inline. Per-cue original-direction rationales are logged on Hook 1B (the phone), Beat 2 (the NO IRON panel state), Beat 3 (the vial-alone absence shot), Beat 5 (the founder holding the bottle) and Beat 7 (the dated vial) — five cues, and all five exist because the donor's evidence is additive and ours is subtractive, so there is genuinely nothing in the catalogue to borrow for a deliberate-omission proof.
Two deliberate OST OMISSIONS, declared rather than overlooked. Nothing appears on screen over "and sure it's your fault" (Beat 3) or over "I GENUINELY don't know when the next one is ready" (Beat 6). Both are the board choosing silence at the two moments the viewer should be listening rather than reading: a caption under the first would put the ad's own voice behind the belief it is about to refuse, and a caption under the second would convert a founder's confession into a claim. Logged under VS3 as original direction.
Review-flag dispositions: four flags, all resolved upstream in the script at v1.3, and three of them boarded rather than merely inherited. F1 became a named card with a beat and a timecode; F2 became a picture (the stake lands on the label, and Hook A carries no inventory shot); F4a became one shot with two legitimate reads (payoff under A, open loop under B and C, closed at Beat 5). P1 is carried at the head of the document. See the disposition table in ECHO ADAPTATIONS.
Hook archetype spread: H13 / H07 / H01 = 3 distinct, the first genuinely-3 spread in the chain (S5's was 2, S1's real spread was 1). The board matches it with three distinct visual strategies — proof-macro-first (A), action-and-animation-first (B), text-stack-first (C) — sharing one set and no assets. This is the cleanest Fork-4 spread the chain has produced, and it costs one shoot day.
Presenter-absent beats: one (Beat 4, for 14.5 of its 16.4s). Declared, script-supported, and the only place the founder leaves the frame for longer than three seconds. On a D03 board whose whole trust engine is the person at the mic, removing her once — and only for the mechanism — is what makes the mechanism read as physiology rather than as opinion.
Headroom: 1.49s on A and B, 1.15s on C — three words on the governing variant. This is by a wide margin the tightest headroom in the chain (S5 had 11.2s) and the board spends none of it. No beat was added, no hold was invented, and every picture hold on this board lives inside a word-derived window. The two [pause]-class tokens are already priced into the 72.11 / 72.45s delivered figures. Any future edit that wants a beat must rewrite one at target density, never shave — and the board must be re-timed if it does.
Production weight: see the dedicated block below.
11Production-weight flag (honest, for the editor brief)
This is the LIGHTEST board in the chain by volume and the most CONDITIONAL by dependency. The heavy line is not animation and not talent — it is the SET, and it is a build. Stated plainly so nothing is discovered mid-production:
1:12 delivered runtime, 31–33 shots, ~21 distinct assets. Roughly half S5's shot count in half its runtime, and a fraction of S1's.
≈14.5 seconds of 3D mechanism animation — 21% of the ad, across six short stations, none longer than 3.8s. There is no flagship sequence to commission. One shared render world, generated once, reused seven times. Against S5's 42s / 29% with a 14.7s continuous centrepiece, this is a light animation ask.
ZERO human B-roll. No persona keyframe, no character chaining, no face-match QC, no drift risk. The declared family swap removed an entire production workstream, and it is the largest single saving in the chain.
The set IS the line item. A real staged broadcast studio — SM7B-class mic on a boom, warm book-lined backdrop or comparable treated set, key light. The mini-brief's 🚩 is categorical: the staging is the trust engine and the concept should not be produced degraded. This is the one cost on this board that cannot be traded down, and it is also the cheapest possible version of itself, because all three hook variants, all seven beats and five of the eleven practical captures shoot in that one room on one day.
⛔ THE BOARD IS GATED ON A PERSON, NOT ON A RENDER. Everything above assumes the ⛔ PRE-SHOOT GATE clears: a genuine founder or designated spokesperson on camera, and the principal's confirmation that the iron omission costs Kindled customers on an ongoing basis. A decline on either condition goes back to the WRITER, not to the edit — Hook A and Beat 6 stand or fall together, and this board's Beats 1A, 2, 5 and 6 are all built on that stake. Do not schedule the studio day before the gate is recorded.
One location beyond the studio: a real stockroom, half a day, two setups. It cannot be dressed or rendered — see production-limitation flag 9.
Talent is the light line and the register is the risk. One performer, one setup, one wardrobe, 1:11 of read at 175 wpm, no take longer than 3.7s. That is an hour of floor time. Budget takes for the two admission lines specifically (Hook A's stake and Beat 6's uncertainty): calm-confident warmth at a 3.5 floor is a narrow target, an apologetic read is explicitly banned, and those two moments are the only ones on the board a wrong read cannot be cut around.
Recommended sequencing: (1) record the pre-shoot gate disposition — nothing else starts until it is CONFIRMED; (2) the shared 3D render world reference, because Station 0 gates Hook 1B and all of Beat 4; (3) the studio day — one setup, all seven beats and all three hook variants, plus the label finger, the dropper, the sublingual hold, the bottle-in-hand and the final card; (4) the panel and vial macro states, shot back to back within the studio day so the two prop loops match; (5) the stockroom half-day; (6) sourced lab/line/COA footage; (7) post — stamps, the yellow layer, the numeral build, the badge, the final card, and every legibility composite.

14New contract findings (for the Echo build log)
A donor whose cut rhythm is a RULE needs a per-zone pacing contract, not an average-shot-length number. S5's donor had a measured 2.1s ASD and one number expressed it honestly. This donor's [W] states the rhythm as fast on the offer and the pain, slow on the mechanism — and a single average (2.2s here) would have flattened the one thing it does deliberately, hiding both a 0.91s credential run and a 3.8s mechanism hold inside the same figure. Recommend the board carry a zone table whenever the donor's measured or reported rhythm is described as variable, and report an ASD only when the donor's own grammar is uniform.
When the copy's stake is CHECKABLE, the picture's third family should be the checking surface, not an empathy surface. The donor alternates founder / animation / UGC-pain. This board dropped the UGC family entirely and replaced it with a label-and-inventory family, because S3's test variable is a subtraction the viewer verifies on a label in ten seconds — and an empathy shot asks her to feel the stake where a label shot lets her check it. Recommend Step 3 ask, per concept: "what would the viewer have to look at to check this claim?" and promote that object to a first-class visual world whenever the answer is concrete. The side effect is large and was not anticipated: dropping the human family removed the entire persona-continuity workstream.
A Fork-1 production target can be gated by LABEL TRUTH rather than by render quality, and that is a categorically different kind of hard. S1 priced its AI fallback in craft (a lost voltage peak); S5 priced its in a Soul-ID pass. Here the fallback is not expensive, it is barred — a synthetic presenter cannot be the founder whose company-"we" three spoken lines and one OST card depend on, and no render improvement ever fixes that. Recommend Fork 1 explicitly ask whether the speaker's IDENTITY is load-bearing before it prices tooling at all, because the answer changes the fork from an economic question into a precondition.
An on-screen company-"we" is a RE-CUT, not a re-voice — and the board is the only artifact that knows which card carries it. The script's re-derived inventory named the OST instance correctly; it could not name the shot. Recommend every board inheriting a company-"we" inventory re-express it against board surfaces — beat, card, timecode — so the casting fallback becomes an edit-suite ticket instead of a search. The review's F1 was a stale enumeration in the copy layer; the same failure mode exists one layer down and this is the cheapest guard against it.
Three genuinely different hook doors are achievable inside ONE set, and that is the right target for a set-dependent donor. A's door is a label macro, B's a phone and a frozen animation frame, C's a text stack and a pharmacy vial — three visual strategies, no shared assets, no second location, no second wardrobe, one shoot day. Recommend this as the default for any 1×3 on a D03-class donor, where the obvious multi-location hook variants would multiply the single most expensive thing on the board.
A board with no human B-roll must carry its continuity on prop loops, and two is the floor. With the empathy family gone there is no recurring face, so the supplement-facts panel (three states) and the pharmacy vial (three dressings) are what stop the picture reading as a slideshow — and both close on the exact object their argument is staked on. Recommend: whenever a board declares zero persona clips, require at least two closed prop loops before it ships, and prefer loops whose final state is the thing the close measures against.
Declaring what the board deliberately did NOT do is worth as much as declaring what it did. Three of this board's strongest calls are absences: no score turn (the donor performs no arc), no OST over two specific lines, and no inventory shot in Hook A. Each would look like an oversight to a reader and each is a decision. Recommend the schema keep a short "deliberate omissions" habit in the SOFT-flag block — S5 surfaced its declined review flags there; this board shows the same discipline pays on the board's own choices, not just on inherited ones.
