STORYBOARD — R5 Your Cholesterol Pill Was Never the Real Problem — Solo × Lipid-clinic (clinical-warm authority) [KD_C0078]
KD_C0078YAPPER Shot-by-shot for the editor · strategy notes collapsed
Length
full variants A 1:50 (109.9s) · B 1:51 (110.8s) · C 1:50 (110.2s) (word-derived @190 wpm; see pause note)
Dynamic
solo (mapped from Echo delivery mode D01 Authority / educator reveal — see Echo Adaptations; NO 2p anywhere per the run-2 hard constraint)
Setting
lipid-clinic office (clinical-warm authority — controlled clinical/lecture setting per the speaker file; NO white-coat cliché, blazer reads "trusted specialist")
Speaker(s)
3.9 The Preventive Cardiologist (UNTESTED — lipid-clinic register; the statin-adjacent BRIDGE authority; female 50-58, visible age = credibility; Known-incompatible: Confessional / 2p-duet / Solo × Car / Solo × Walking — this board is Solo × controlled clinic, compatible)
Visual Style
Self-authored in N1 grammar (OFF-DONOR — no donor board to mirror): "clinical-warm educational overlay" — full-frame presenter at a lipid-clinic desk with a recurring chart-panel zone where every diagram slides in/out; white bold top-center statement cards; red statin-world stamps vs amber thyroid-world palette handover; calm overlay cadence, zero hype graphics (voltage 3.5 understanding-promise reveal)
▸ Production target & sources
Script
R5 Your Cholesterol Pill Was Never the Real Problem v1.1 (Echo 1×3: ONE locked body + THREE interchangeable hooks; v1.1 SOFT flags applied 2026-07-23 — F1 "feed"→"supply" register purity + F2 hold-time removed; body 318w CANONICAL, supersedes the review's v1.0 320w numbers)
Production Target
Hybrid (matrix-routed) — Higgsfield Soul Cinema presenter layer (solo × controlled-clinic) + POST motion-graphics for every text-bearing chart/diagram panel (text-render reliability) + higgsfield-generate (GPT Image 2 keyframes → Seedance 2.0 i2v) for non-text visual-metaphor inserts + Nano Banana-chained symptom/benefit B-roll woman + Marketing Studio / practical macro for product beats + one real-shoot-preferred whiteboard hand (Hook C). Overlay-panel system assembled in post.
01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the E1/E3 compat-test precedent + E5's OFF-DONOR extension — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)
The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:
v2 input the skill expects
Echo source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)
Script "Speaker:" line + mini-brief Delivery row → 3.9 Preventive Cardiologist, solo. Echo's D01 Authority / educator reveal mapped to v2 dynamic solo (direct-to-lens authority address) — NOT confessional or 2p (both Known-incompatible in the speaker file, and 2p is illegal this run)
Field 20 (setting/tone)
Script speaker line "controlled clinical/lecture setting, direct-to-camera + educational overlay" + speaker-file avatar notes ("lipid-clinic or lecture-stage setting; a blazer reads more 'trusted specialist' than 'stock-photo doctor'") → lipid-clinic office, clinical-warm; NO white coat, NO scrubs (Anchor A's scrubs grammar DECLARED-swapped out per the speaker file)
Field 21 (editing style)
NOT declared in the Echo package — OFF-DONOR, so no donor S6 analysis to inherit. Self-authored from the N1-VIDEO profile's D01-modal grammar + the pinned anchor set: presenter-continuous takes, educational overlay panels on the argument (Anchor A's mechanism-overlay cadence, Anchor B's 3-5s text-box stamps, Anchor C's live-diagram moves), no music-driven cutting, calm authority pace
Field 25 (production notes)
Script DELIVERY NOTES block (N1-DEFAULT markup-only pass) + per-hook OST/visual stage notes (author-declared inline — the script carries its own hook visual specs) + per-beat OST/visual stage notes
Field 12 (mechanism)
Mini-brief Mechanism row: §16 Cholesterol/Statin Trap + §2 T4→T3 conversion — low active T3 slows LDL-receptor clearance; the statin lowers the number, never the thyroid underneath
Field 0 (length)
Deterministic runtime block: mini-brief-declared band 95–115s plays the donor-band role (OFF-DONOR); fulls A 109.9s · B 110.8s · C 110.2s word-derived @190 wpm (wordcount.py re-run for this board — matches the script's v1.1 stat block exactly: body 318w, hooks 30/33/31)
Beat timecodes
Computed cumulative from per-beat word-derived durations @190 wpm (the script's own counting basis, SPOKEN = FULL). The script's tilde markers (~15/16/16/18/13/13s) are honored as declared approximations; word-derived per-beat = 15.2 / 17.7 / 20.2 / 19.9 / 12.6 / 14.8s (sum 100.4s body). Body timecodes below use the Hook-A baseline (9.5s); Hook B shifts body +1s, Hook C +0.5s
Comp visual pool (Step 2) — OFF-DONOR handling
NO donor anchor exists (firewalled explore slot; the transposition plan is a self-authored beat plan). Per the E5 session convention: the run-2 reference set's D01/D03 authority donors (lymphoria 2052957311940143 / biorootlabs 3896801613945563 / tryjevi 1506106117671683) are PINNED as the comp visual pool — a DECLARED §2f choice, since the D01-modal N1 grammar governs the mini-brief's declared delivery mode. §2b semantic query + §2c draw SKIPPED (pool is convention-mandated; no rotation re-query per the run order); anchors read IN FULL from the local comp library (§2d honored)
Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections. Beats 2-7 are the shared locked-body storyboard. All three variants qualify the statin-taking-but-still-symptomatic woman in line one and end on the IDENTICAL handoff line — "Here's the connection no one made for you." — at identical presenter framing, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2 ("Your cholesterol and your thyroid run on the same wire.").
Delivery markup:[pause] / CAPS stripped from all on-screen text; carried into per-beat DIRECTION notes only. Pause budget (per the script's ≤3-token discipline): 2 body [pause] marks (Beat 3 "Now you have both", Beat 7 close) + 1 hook [pause] (Hook A only; Hooks B/C carry none) ≈ +0.8s each → delivered ≈ A 112.3s · B 112.4s · C 111.8s, ALL inside the 95–115s declared band with 2.7 / 2.6 / 3.2s of ceiling headroom respectively. No variant is ceiling-squeezed — pauses run at full weight; editors must NOT pad anywhere.
Beat discipline (OFF-DONOR basis): 7 beats per variant (hook + 6 body — the self-authored transposition-plan order, preserved 1:1). Largest beat = the mechanism reveal at 20.2s (20.1% of body) — no donor cap exists (OFF-DONOR); recorded, not gated. Product entry: Kindled first named ~63% into the body (beats 2-4 held product-free) — restraint evidence carried from the script, no donor threshold.
02Comp library inspiration anchors
Rotation: reference_usage_log.jsonl contains only the seed line — EXCLUDE set empty. Anchor pool is convention-PINNED (OFF-DONOR: the run-2 reference set's authority donors — a DECLARED §2f choice, no rotation re-query per the run order). Within-session diversity: ZERO overlap with the pilot boards' anchor sets (E3 = sereneherbs/trysoluma/tryjevi-cortisol family; E5 = D02 pool) — this board's three anchors are all run-2 draw donors. Log append SKIPPED (echo run — handled at package, per pilot convention). Pool note: all three pinned anchors are video, solo-carrier, authority-register — format relevance 3/3, no static demotion needed. The three hook catalog exemplars cited by the script (H01/H02/H07) are NOT visual-pool anchors — they are copy-shape lineage citations per the OFF-DONOR inherited-formula rule; the hooks' visual specs are AUTHOR-DECLARED inline in the script (see the lineage block below the anchors).
[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 2052957311940143 — lymphoria — winner_score 73.88 — video (D01 authority-reveal CORNERSTONE — pinned) Hook pattern: H02 misdiagnosis flip as bold top-center statement card ("your lymphatic system never restarted") over a visceral proof visual; presenter green-screen inset pointing up; mute-test verdict in its swipe report: passes "with flying colors" On-screen text style: clean bold white sans-serif with subtle black drop shadow, top-center, static 4s hold on the hook card; key phrases stamped over the mechanism argument B-roll cuing: 3D anatomical mechanism inserts (the fluid layer, the clogged vessel, the broom sweep) cut every 2-3s over a CONTINUOUS presenter; per-herb named-mechanism inserts timed to each spoken role; one comparison insert (Amazon singles vs the combined formula) Transition style: smooth slide-ins/zoom-ins on the overlay layer; presenter uncut; calm, clinical, no music-driven cutting Mute-test asset: hook statement card + visceral mechanism visual + presenter face
Best-fit beat type in our script: Beat 2 connection intro (its anatomical-education grammar — teach the hidden system gently) + Beat 4 mechanism reveal (3D mechanism-insert slot) + Beat 5 named-mineral roll-call (its per-herb named-mechanism insert grammar is our Se/Zn/iodine/copper roll-call) + Beat 7 close (guilt-absolution register — "it has nothing to do with willpower" is our "it was never willpower"; demand-driven stock-check close "if the button's there, it's still in stock" is our register ancestor)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot green-screen scrubs presenter + commissioned 3D animation — adapted to Soul Cinema presenter (blazer, real clinic set per the speaker file — scrubs/green-screen DECLARED-swapped) + higgsfield-generate/post-graphics inserts; flagged per beat where the adaptation strains
[Anchor B] 3896801613945563 — biorootlabs — winner_score 60.54 — video Hook pattern: H05 hyper-specific qualification callout + counter-intuitive medical warning ("the 3 worst things… chances are you're doing at least one of them right now") — the qualification-first authority door On-screen text style: key phrases highlighted in bold white and RED text boxes tracking the argument — the red-stamp grammar for the villain/warning layer B-roll cuing: quick cuts between the doctor, relatable lifestyle B-roll, 3D anatomical animation, and ingredient shots every 3-5s — an overlay cadence that serves the argument, never decorates Transition style: presenter-anchored; B-roll cutaways return to the doctor at every argument turn Mute-test asset: demographic-callout text boxes + doctor face
Best-fit beat type in our script: Beat 3 Why the Statin Misses It (its masking-mechanism teardown — "you're basically telling your body to shut up while the actual problem gets worse" is the exact grammar of "a statin only lowers the number… it never touches the thyroid underneath"; its escalation visuals inform our dose-creep ladder) + Hook A's symptom inset stack (qualification-callout grammar). ⚠️ Its load-bearing race-specific demographic callout is NOT transplanted (donor-card caution honored) — the qualification steal is re-grounded as a MEDICATION-based door ("on a cholesterol pill and still exhausted"); VS6 cross-adaptation logged
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot doctor talking head + stock/3D B-roll — register and stamp grammar transfer to Soul Cinema + post-graphics regardless of tooling
[Anchor C] 1506106117671683 — tryjevi — winner_score 61.86 — video (IN-NICHE) Hook pattern: H05 whiteboard cold open — a real hand in a suit sleeve live-draws the viewer's own supplement stack in a 2×2 grid; mute-optimized by design (you see your own stack written) On-screen text style: bold black handwritten caps on stark white; live-drawn arrows, cross-outs, and check marks — the argument drawn in real time B-roll cuing: none — the whiteboard IS the visual; visual metaphors (seesaw, leaky bucket) drawn as diagrams Transition style: erase-and-redraw between argument stages; marker squeak as the organic audio texture Mute-test asset: live-drawn grid + supplement names
Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook C lecture-bait (the live-drawn "T3 → liver → clears LDL" diagram is a direct application of its whiteboard cold-open grammar) + Beat 4 mechanism diagram accents (its drawn-pathway craft — gates, arrows, tokens) + Beat 3's two-lists move (its contrast grammar "X does Y, but it doesn't touch Z" is the visual logic of our statin-list/thyroid-list overlap). ⚠️ Its Solution-Aware reorder frame does NOT fit our Unaware avatar — borrowed at DIAGRAM-CRAFT + contrast-grammar level only, never the awareness posture (VS6 logged)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot whiteboard hand — real-shoot preferred for our Hook C hand too (AI hand-drawing artifact risk); post motion-graphics fallback
Hook-formula lineage (copy-shape citations only — mined-catalog, NOT visual-pool anchors): A = H01 Symptom Mirror ← catalog exemplar 1580939546918926 · B = H02 Misdiagnosis Flip ← catalog exemplar 1874910689847119 · C = H07 Lecture Bait ← catalog exemplar 1250144873607253. All three verified in mined/hook_seconds.md + assignments.jsonl by the review (check 7). The hooks' VISUAL specs are author-declared inline in the script (OFF-DONOR self-authored plan); the exemplars govern formula shape, not shot design — no §2d full-read owed on lineage citations.
03Per-beat storyboard
Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical. FULL-FRAME presenter with an EDUCATIONAL OVERLAY-PANEL system — a DECLARED departure from the pilot's split-screen (rationale: no donor board mandates a layout; the N1 anchors' shared grammar is presenter-continuous + argument-serving overlays, and the 3.5 understanding-promise register + Unaware avatar want a calmer visual system than the sereneherbs tabloid split). Presenter: medium shot at a lipid-clinic desk, eye-level, framed rule-of-thirds LEFT with the upper-right third held clear as the recurring chart-panel zone — every diagram/graphic slides into that zone and out again (Anchor A's mechanism-overlay grammar re-staged as an in-frame clinic panel; Anchor B's 3-5s stamp cadence). Set: clinical-warm — warm neutral clinic office, soft daylight key + warm fill ~4300K, navy blazer over a simple top (NO white coat, NO scrubs — speaker file), lipid-panel printouts + pen on the desk, framed credentials softly blurred behind. Palette code (held the whole board): RED = the statin/LDL number world · AMBER = the thyroid/T3 world · NAVY/WHITE = clinical neutral. The board's color arc IS the argument: red dominates the overlay layer through Beat 3, amber enters at Beat 4 (the conversion), red is fully gone by Beat 6. OST grammar: bold white sans-serif with subtle black drop shadow, top-center statement cards for hook/verdict lines (Anchor A); small RED text-box stamps for statin-world labels (Anchor B); hand-drawn whiteboard strokes ONLY in Hook C and Beat 4's diagram accents (Anchor C). No continuous caption track by default — phrase cards + panel labels are canonical (editor MAY add a light keyword-caption track per Anchor B's highlight grammar). Audio: NO music bed through Beat 4 (clinical restraint — the whispore/tryrosabella no-music evidence; the marker-squeak/paper-rustle texture carries organic authority), a low warm ambient allowed to enter at Beat 5 and lift gently through Beat 6, room tone only under the Beat 7 absolution; soft tick SFX on diagram moves, NO alarm/hype SFX anywhere (voltage 3.5 — certainty, not urgency). B-roll woman: ONE consistent AI-generated woman (the "statin-taker" persona, ~52-60, reading glasses, cardigan) across every lived-symptom AND benefit clip — chain via Nano Banana character reference for keyframes, animate via Seedance. Presenter takes: continuous within each beat, zero jump cuts on the presenter; all cuts live on the overlay layer.
▸1H01 Symptom Mirror [0:00–0:10] Beat 1A: HOOK A
Mute-test stop-scroll asset
Shot
Full-frame presenter medium shot; fast three-beat inset stack in the chart-panel zone as the symptoms are named
OST "STILL TIRED ON A STATIN?" — bold white top-center card — in at t=0.5s, HOLD to t=7s; no second card (the reveal line rides on voice + the presenter's stillness)
B-roll
Chart-panel inset stack, one per named symptom (~1s each, t=1.5-4.5s): (1) the statin-taker woman wrapped in a cardigan indoors; (2) same woman slumping at a desk at 3 PM, untouched coffee; (3) same woman rubbing her temples over paperwork. Panel clears at "that pill was never treating the real problem" — presenter alone for the reveal + handoff
Lighting
Setting default (clinical-warm); insets in flat domestic/office light (the gray symptom world)

NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, white coat, scrubs, stethoscope prop, studio glamour, multiple faces, distorted hands"
ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16
CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked, eye-level, subtle micro-drift only
ON_SCREEN_TEXT: handled in post (top-center statement card per spec)
DURATION (image-to-video): 10s
DIRECTION: one composed callout, then the reveal lands quiet — lipid-clinic gravitas, ~190 wpm, definitive sentence endings; [pause] after "mid-afternoon" ≈ one beat; the reveal detonates on "never" via down-pitch, NOT volume; never urgent-salesy
B_ROLL_LAYER: higgsfield-generate — three Seedance clips from Nano Banana character-consistent keyframes: (1) "woman late 50s wrapped in a chunky cardigan indoors, arms crossed for warmth, candid phone-video feel" (2) "same woman slumped at a desk at 3pm, head propped on hand, full untouched coffee mug, flat office light" (3) "same woman rubbing her temples over paperwork, tired eyes, candid feel" — composited as chart-panel insets in post
Production limitation
Soul text rendering unreliable → all cards/panels in post (standard). Inset-stack character consistency → Nano Banana reference-chained keyframes, QC the match

▸2H02 Misdiagnosis Flip [0:00–0:10] Beat 1B: HOOK B
Mute-test asset
Shot
Full-frame presenter medium shot; the lipid-panel graphic takes the chart-panel zone for the whole beat
Camera
Presenter: eye-level, locked, direct-to-lens, calm and definitive; panel graphic: static frame, the circle is the only motion
On-screen text
Chart-panel graphic (post motion-graphics): a clean lipid-panel document, the line "LDL: HIGH" circled in RED at t=2s; on "It may be a thyroid one." the red circle SLIDES OFF the cholesterol line and lands on the word "THYROID" hand-written below the printed panel (t=6-8s) — the re-attribution as one continuous move. No separate top-center card — the panel graphic IS the text asset this variant
B-roll
None beyond the panel graphic (the one-move re-attribution must not compete)
Lighting
Setting default; panel rendered as a clean white clinical document, red circle the only saturated element

ON_SCREEN_TEXT: handled in post (lipid-panel graphic + sliding red circle per spec)
DURATION (image-to-video): 11s
DIRECTION: "hear this" is an instruction, not a plea — level and composed; "That number was never a cholesterol problem." lands as a verdict, full stop; "It may be a thyroid one." carries the counter-stereotype quietly — let it register without pushing; zero disfluency
B_ROLL_LAYER: none — chart-panel lipid-panel graphic is POST motion-graphics (text-bearing; never AI-rendered)
Production limitation
Text-bearing lipid-panel document → POST motion-graphics only (AI text render unreliable); the circle-slide is a post animation, trivial

ON_SCREEN_TEXT: handled in post (live-drawn diagram insert per spec)
DURATION (image-to-video): 11s
DIRECTION: startling-fact open delivered as fact — steady-mid, no credential flex, no lean-in theatrics; "odds are nobody ever checked yours" gets a gentle down-pitch on "nobody"; the educational door stays composed
B_ROLL_LAYER: whiteboard hand insert — REAL-SHOOT PREFERRED (a real hand drawing three strokes; Anchor C's grammar is a real hand, and AI hand-drawing renders are artifact-prone); fallback = post draw-on motion-graphics of the same diagram
Production limitation
Real hand insert preferred (AI hand artifact risk); if post draw-on is used instead, keep the stroke timing matched to speech (the draw IS the pacing)

Introduce the connection GENTLY
Shot
Full-frame presenter; the WIRE GRAPHIC builds in the chart-panel zone across the whole beat
Camera
Presenter: eye-level, locked; she does not gesture at the panel — the panel tracks her words on its own (teacher-calm separation)
On-screen text
Chart-panel build (post motion-graphics, one element per spoken clause): (1) thyroid icon (amber) and liver icon (navy) connected by a single drawn WIRE at "run on the same wire" (t≈11s); (2) a small T3 meter on the wire + the liver's LDL-clearance gate pulsing at "tells your liver to pull cholesterol" (t≈14s); (3) the T3 meter FALLS, the gate slows, an LDL number ticks UP in red at "clearance stalls, and cholesterol climbs" (t≈18s); (4) a small statin-pad stamp appears beside the red number at "writes a statin, the standard move" (t≈22s). One keyword stamp only: "SAME WIRE." — white card, in at t≈12s, hold 3s

DURATION: 16s
DIRECTION: gentle — she is INTRODUCING a connection the viewer has never made, not correcting her; "T3, the active thyroid hormone" is a spoken-natural appositive (mandated inline translation), keep it conversational; gentle down-pitch on "T3" and "conversion" family words; "the standard move" is characterization, not accusation — flat, no eyebrow
B_ROLL_LAYER: wire-graphic panel = POST motion-graphics (text/number-bearing); thyroid + liver icons may be pre-generated as GPT Image 2 stills (non-text, stylized clinical-3D icons) and animated in the panel

Shot
Full-frame presenter; chart-panel runs a three-stage sequence (bar vs dial → dose ladder → the two lists sliding together)
Camera
Presenter: eye-level, locked; stillness held — the escalation lives in the panel and the words, never in her delivery (N1 discipline)
On-screen text
Chart-panel sequence (post motion-graphics): (1) a statin pill icon pressing a red bar labeled "LDL" DOWN while a separate amber dial labeled "THYROID" keeps dropping behind it (t≈26-31s — the beat's thesis as one image); (2) a rising dose ladder stamped in red text boxes "10mg → 20mg → 40mg" at "the dose goes up" (t≈33s); (3) two symptom lists slide together and OVERLAP at "the SAME symptoms" (t≈37s) — left list headed "ON A STATIN" (fatigue · aches · fog), right list headed "SLOW THYROID" (fatigue · aches · fog), the shared words fusing as the lists merge; the fused list HOLDS through the and "Now you have both." One statement card: "NOW YOU HAVE BOTH." — white, top-center, in on the spoken line (t≈41s), holds into the beat turn
B-roll
None — the panel sequence is the full visual load (three moves in 17s = calm cadence, argument-serving)
Lighting
Setting default; this is the board's red-heaviest beat (the statin world at maximum) — no lighting change on the presenter (restraint IS the register)

Full-frame presenter; the CONVERSION-GATE diagram builds in the chart-panel zone as the beat's single continuous visual (the board's flagship insert)
Camera
Presenter: eye-level, locked, teacher-calm; panel: one continuous build
On-screen text
Chart-panel build: (1) "T4" token in gray at "a storage hormone, T4" (t≈44s); (2) an arrow toward "T3" (amber) through a GATE that stays shut at "can't use it until it converts" (t≈47s); (3) two mineral tokens "Se" and "Zn" click into the gate hinges at "two minerals, selenium and zinc" (t≈51s) — the gate half-opens; (4) a small lab slip stamped "NORMAL" appears in the corner while the cells behind the gate DIM at "your labs read normal" (t≈56s); (5) three small amber outflow lines labeled energy · warmth · the cholesterol switch fade at "first to feel it" (t≈60s). One statement card: "THE CONVERSION NEEDS SELENIUM + ZINC." — white, in at t≈52s, hold 4s
B-roll
None — the accumulating gate diagram is the entire visual (largest beat, single-focus discipline; the mechanism must be UNDERSTOOD, not decorated)
Lighting
Setting default; panel palette pivots here — amber (T3, the minerals, the outflows) takes over from red for the first time; the dimming cells are cool gray, never horror-dark (3.5 voltage: dread-plus-relief, not dread)

B_ROLL_LAYER: conversion-gate panel = POST motion-graphics (text tokens throughout); the gate + cell-field backdrop may be GPT Image 2 stills (non-text, stylized clinical-3D: "clean stylized 3D medical illustration, a translucent gate mechanism between two chambers, soft amber and gray palette, minimal, high detail") animated via Seedance or post — QC that the style matches the Beat 2 icons (one diagram family, board-wide)
Production limitation
Diagram-family consistency across Beats 2/4/5 (one visual language) → build all panels from one post template; AI-generated backdrop stills must not carry text (tokens/labels always post)

▸7Beat 5: THE FIX + PRODUCT INTRODUCTION [1:03–1:22]
The practitioner's pivot → cold-audience product entrance → the mineral roll-call in the ratio the conversion needs → the no-iron…
Shot
Full-frame presenter; chart-panel hands over to PRODUCT layer — dropper macro, label close-up with callouts, the NO IRON stamp
Camera
Presenter: eye-level, locked, warmth entering; product macro: slow push on the bottle + dropper (Marketing Studio / practical); label callouts: locked macro with post callout lines
On-screen text
Panel/product sequence: (1) the half-open gate from Beat 4 receives a liquid-drop glint as "To supply that conversion" lands (t≈1:06 — the fix enters INSIDE the mechanism picture); (2) Kindled bottle + dropper macro at "a liquid called Kindled" (t≈1:08); (3) a sublingual dosing insert — drops under the tongue, two-dropper gesture — at "under your tongue, two droppers a morning" (t≈1:11); (4) label close-up with FOUR post callout lines — SELENIUM · ZINC · IODINE · COPPER — stamping one per spoken name (t≈1:13-1:17); (5) a white-on-navy stamp "NO IRON. ON PURPOSE." at the iron line (t≈1:19), small red strike through an "Fe" token beside it
B-roll
The dosing insert is the beat's one human clip — the consistent B-roll woman, morning light at a kitchen counter, dropper under tongue, unhurried (real-shoot preferred for the hand/mouth action; Seedance fallback with artifact QC)
Lighting
DECLARED SHIFT — the warm turn begins: product/dosing world in clean warm morning light; low warm ambient bed may enter under this beat (global spine); red exists only as the Fe strike

B-roll
Chart-panel/full-panel sequence (~3s each): (1) the SAME B-roll woman clear-headed at her desk mid-afternoon, coffee actually drunk, window light (the 3 PM slump reversed — the Hook-A inset paid off); (2) same woman comfortable in a light shirt, the cardigan folded on the chair beside her (the third-sweater image reversed, shown not said); (3) a clinic requisition slip sliding into the panel, "FULL THYROID PANEL" checked in pen (t≈1:31, with the card)

04Visual continuity audit
ONE presenter, ONE set (lipid-clinic office, clinical-warm) the whole board; presenter framing constant (medium, rule-of-thirds left, eye-level, locked) beats 1-6; the overlay-panel system occupies the chart-panel zone beats 1-6, then ALL panels clear at the Beat 6→7 turn — the board's single deliberate structural visual pivot (the reveal lands on an empty frame). Wardrobe, framing, and speaker identity constant across the pivot (VH2 satisfied via documented pivot).
Diagram family: ONE visual language across Beats 2/4/5 panels (same template, same stroke weight, same token style — the wire, the gate, the minerals are one accumulating world; Hook C's drawn diagram is the same logic pre-echoed). Panel end-states carry forward (Beat 2's end-state opens Beat 3; Beat 4's half-open gate receives Beat 5's drop; Beat 6's slip returns on the Beat 7 end card) — a closed prop loop on the requisition slip, and the argument literally accumulates on screen.
Palette code held board-wide: RED = statin/LDL world (peaks Beat 3, reduced to the Fe strike by Beat 5, gone by Beat 6) · AMBER = thyroid/T3 world (enters Beat 2, takes over at Beat 4, resolves to natural warmth by Beat 6) — the color handover IS the persuasion arc (number-world → thyroid-world → warm resolution).
B-roll woman: ONE consistent character (the statin-taker persona) across the Hook-A symptom insets AND the Beat 6 reversals (Nano Banana reference-chained) — the reversal pay-off requires she be recognizably the same woman.
OST grammar constant: white top-center statement cards (never more than one per beat after the hooks), red stamps confined to the statin world, hand-drawn strokes confined to Hook C + Beat 4 accents. No caption track by default.
Hook variants: all three land on the identical handoff line at IDENTICAL presenter framing with the chart-panel cleared, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2.
05Mute-test verification
First 5s: PASS on all three variants via presenter face + on-screen asset. A: "STILL TIRED ON A STATIN?" card (in at t=0.5s, held past 5s) + three-symptom inset stack. B: lipid-panel graphic with "LDL: HIGH" circled red at t=2s (the panel is the asset from t=0 via the document frame). C: live-drawing "T3 → liver → clears LDL" diagram from t=1s (stroke-by-stroke draw = continuous motion asset). Strategy = Fork 4 option 1 (speaker face + on-screen text) enriched per variant with the script's author-declared hook asset. All three variants' assets persist ≥ the full 5s (VS5 pass).
Hook OST/asset word counts: A "STILL TIRED ON A STATIN?" (5w) · B panel labels "LDL: HIGH" / "THYROID" (in-world document text) · C diagram "T3 → liver → clears LDL" (5 tokens). Statement cards board-wide: "SAME WIRE." (2w) · "NOW YOU HAVE BOTH." (4w) · "THE CONVERSION NEEDS SELENIUM + ZINC." (5w) · "NO IRON. ON PURPOSE." (4w) · "ASK FOR A FULL THYROID PANEL." (6w) · "IT WAS NEVER IN YOUR HEAD." (6w) · "GO SEE IF IT'S STILL IN STOCK." (7w) · badge "30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" (4w). All ≤12 words (VS2 pass).
U12 scan of all viewer-visible OSTs/panel text: found+fixed 1 — the script's Hook-B stage note renders the panel line as "LDL — HIGH" (em-dash) → recast to colon form "LDL: HIGH" for the burned document graphic. Remaining em/en dashes in the OST/panel track: 0. The "T3 → T4"-family arrow glyphs and the "30-DAY"/"MONEY-BACK" compound hyphens are not dashes (U12 clean).
06Production-limitation cross-ref
production_limitations.md remains a zero-entry skeleton (§2a-2d all empty) → formal YS6 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic. Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md instead:
Soul Cinema text rendering unreliable → ALL statement cards, stamps, panel labels, document graphics (lipid panel, dose ladder, lists, lab slip, requisition slip, label callouts, badge, end-card CTA) are POST motion-graphics — nothing text-bearing is ever AI-rendered. This board is text-panel-heavy by design; the post template is the single biggest production dependency.
Diagram-family consistency (Beats 2/4/5 + Hook C's pre-echo) → build every panel from ONE post template (stroke weight, token style, palette code); AI-generated backdrop stills (gate, icons) must arrive text-free.
Legible product label + guarantee badge (Beats 5, 7) → Marketing Studio closeup-product / practical macro + post composite only.
Hand-action beats: Hook C's whiteboard hand + Beat 5's sublingual dosing → REAL-SHOOT PREFERRED (AI hand/mouth artifacts); post draw-on / Seedance fallbacks with QC.
B-roll woman character consistency (Hook A insets ↔ Beat 6 reversals) → Nano Banana reference-chaining; QC that she reads as the same person in both light worlds.
No trained Soul ID exists for speaker 3.9 → /higgsfield-soul-id training pass is a production prerequisite (speaker-file generation specs: 50-58, visible age, blazer NOT white coat, lipid-clinic set, distinct face — no real-cardiologist lookalike).
Speaker 3.9 is UNTESTED (first deployment) → per Fork 1 guidance, real-shoot is the conservative alternative for the presenter layer if the Soul render can't hold lipid-clinic gravitas at QC; the board's prompts are written to work for either (blocking + direction transfer 1:1).
07Educational-overlay production matrix (R5-specific — the board's load-bearing visual system)
Per-beat prompts collated above. Layer stack: Soul Cinema (presenter, all beats, SOUL_ID kindled_3_9_preventive_cardiologist — to be minted at Soul training; real-shoot presenter is the sanctioned alternative for this UNTESTED speaker, prompts transfer as blocking/direction) · POST motion-graphics (every text-bearing panel — the board's load-bearing layer, one template) · higgsfield-generate (text-free diagram stills + symptom/benefit B-roll, GPT Image 2 → Seedance 2.0, Nano Banana for character consistency) · Marketing Studio (bottle macro/hero + label plate, Beats 5/7) · real-shoot preferred (Hook C whiteboard hand, Beat 5 sublingual dosing clip). Overlay-panel system assembled in post (chart-panel zone, beats 1-6; clear-frame close, Beat 7). Copy-paste ready per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md.
09SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
VS1 (B-roll density): overlay cadence runs ~1 panel move per 3-6s through Beats 2-5 (inside the band; argument-serving per Anchor A/B grammar) and drops to ZERO visuals for the 7s absolution stretch of Beat 7 (t≈1:35-1:42). The empty stretch is CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL — restraint is load-bearing at the close (script stage note), and the min-density guideline yields to the reveal's landing. Flagged, not refined.
VS6 (cross-beat/cross-register anchor adaptations): 3 logged — Hook A/Beat 3 ← Anchor B (qualification + masking-teardown grammar kept, its race-specific demographic door NOT transplanted — re-grounded as the medication door per the donor-card caution); Beat 3/Beat 4/Hook C ← Anchor C (diagram-craft + contrast grammar kept, its Solution-Aware reorder posture rejected — our avatar is Unaware); Anchors A's scrubs/green-screen authority costume ← DECLARED-swapped to blazer/real-set (speaker file: no white-coat cliché). Rationales inline.
VS3: every beat cites an anchor or logs an original-direction rationale (Beat 5's NO IRON stamp, Beat 6's requisition-slip ask, Beat 7's panels-clear pivot — each with the persuasion goal it's calibrated to).
Review flags F1/F2 (resolved upstream): both already applied in script v1.1 ("supply that conversion"; hold-time line removed) — this board carries the v1.1 copy and numbers; no storyboard action needed.
Echo pause note (no squeeze this board): delivered runtimes A 112.3s · B 112.4s · C 111.8s vs word-derived A 109.9s · B 110.8s · C 110.2s — ALL variants inside the 95-115s declared band on BOTH bases, with 2.6-3.2s of ceiling headroom delivered. Pauses run at full weight (~0.8s); editors must not pad; no variant preference needed on runtime grounds.

12New contract findings (for the Echo build log)
OFF-DONOR boards need a layout-declaration step. E3 inherited its split-screen from the donor's S6 analysis; R5 had no donor board, so the layout (overlay-panel system) was self-authored from the N1-modal grammar of the pinned anchors and DECLARED with rationale in the global spine. Recommend the Echo storyboard branch formalize this: an OFF-DONOR board must open its global spine with a named layout + a one-line derivation (which anchors' shared grammar it generalizes), so review can audit the layout choice the way donor-parity audits a spine.
Hook-lineage citations vs visual-pool anchors are now two distinct citation classes. R5's hooks cite mined-catalog exemplars (copy-shape, per the inherited-formula rule) while the visual pool is a separate pinned donor set. This board kept them separate (lineage block outside the anchor entries; compact anchors line lists only the visual pool for the compat parser). Pin this as the convention — mixing the two classes into one anchor list (E3's Anchor E static demotion pattern) would hand comp_select.parse_anchors non-visual anchors on Echo boards.
Text-panel-heavy boards invert the production risk. E3's load-bearing risk was AI CGI quality; R5's is a POST motion-graphics template (nearly every visual is text-bearing, so almost nothing load-bearing is AI-rendered). The production matrix's Route column now distinguishes POST-template routes from AI-gen routes — worth carrying forward so editors see at a glance that this format's cost center is design/post, not generation.
