NET-NEW female founder-voice archetype (UNTESTED — proposed per speakers_library INDEX; 40s–55, unpolished, sincere, slightly urgent; ANONYMOUS — no name on screen or in script, owner-anonymity honored; NOT a doctor persona per product_facts §5 — no scrubs, no lab coat, no credentials dressing)
Visual Style
Donor-derived "raw logistics POV" — self-shot phone framing (selfie MCU + POV hand inserts), plain stock-room practicals, native bold text cards with emoji, NO music at any point (room tone + real cardboard/bottle SFX = the authenticity spine), moderate deliberate pacing with kinetic packing action
▸ Production target & sources
Script
R4 "I Have to Apologize to Everyone Who Tried to Order This Week" v1 (Echo 1×3: ONE locked body + THREE interchangeable hooks; review verdict SHIP AS-IS, 0 HARD; gates delegated by Zied 2026-07-23 ship order — ship decision exercised, board built on the as-written copy)
Production Target
REAL-SHOOT PREFERRED, single-setup self-shot (Fork-1 rule: new UNTESTED speaker → real shoot for first run; the donor's raw-authenticity layer — real hands, real boxes, real room tone — is load-bearing). Hybrid AI fallback documented per beat (Soul Cinema handheld-selfie presenter + Nano Banana/Seedance POV inserts + Marketing Studio product macro) but NOT the default.
01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the pilot precedent — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)
The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:
v2 input the skill expects
Echo source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)
Script "Speaker" delivery note + mini-brief Delivery/speaker row → NET-NEW female founder-voice archetype, solo/1p. Echo's D12 Founder Confession mapped to v2 dynamic solo (direct-to-lens self-shot founder address). Run-2 hard constraint: NO 2p anywhere — honored (single carrier, zero second performers)
Field 20 (setting/tone)
Script per-hook OST/visual notes + donor card production line → plain fulfillment/stock room, self-shot phone. Register is donor-inherited (Echo inheritance): "raw logistics authority" — she is a founder solving a fulfillment problem on camera, not performing an ad. The setting contributes PLACE + PROOF (real inventory shelving), not a register
Field 21 (editing style)
NOT declared in the Echo package — inherited from donor Part 8 + the script's OST/visual notes: POV close-up → medium self-shot grammar, native platform text cards (bold, mobile-native, emoji allowed), smooth handheld moves with kinetic physical action for mid-pitch energy, NO music (donor 8.2: absence of music = raw authenticity; ambient warehouse ASMR instead), sparse phrase-level cards — never a continuous caption track
Field 25 (production notes)
Script DELIVERY NOTES block (MARKUP-ONLY tier) + donor card production line ("producible solo — single founder, warehouse setting — 1p") + review flags #2 (WE-RAN-OUT card load-bearing, must land inside the hook window) and #3 (hold the ~198 wpm clip, no added beats)
Field 12 (mechanism)
Mini-brief Mechanism row: grafted Prove beat only — §2 T4→T3 conversion + §10 Se-Zn pair + product_facts §2.2 sublingual liquid (the real reason it sells out; not the spine — the spine is the offer)
Field 0 (length)
Deterministic runtime block: donor band 22.1–29.9s; fulls A 29.3s · B 29.0s · C 29.3s word-derived (high in band by design — the brief-REQUIRED graft is the declared added weight over the donor's empty 86w body)
Beat timecodes
Computed cumulative from per-beat word-derived durations @198.5 wpm (script gives durations, not timecodes). Body timecodes use the Hook-A baseline (4.5s); Hook B shifts the body −0.3s; Hook C = Hook A baseline
Pause note (task-required, per variant): the script carries 0 scripted [pause] tokens → pause budget = 0 × 0.8s = +0.0s on every variant; delivered runtime = word-derived runtime. Headroom to the 29.9s band ceiling: A 0.6s · B 0.9s · C 0.6s — thin by design (review flag #3: parity with the donor's continuous-urgent read is the point). Editors must NOT pad, must NOT add breath beats, and must hold the donor's ~198.5 wpm clip; punctuation carries the micro-breaths. If any read comes in hot, the headroom absorbs at most one ~0.5s slippage on B and barely half that on A/C.
Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections. Beats 2–5 are the shared locked-body storyboard. Interchange mechanic (POV-grammar adaptation of the pilot's identical-framing rule): Beat 2 opens on the SAME founder selfie MCU framing in all three assemblies, and every hook variant exits on a hard cut to that framing exactly on the audio seam ("…{hook-final}." / "Word got around.") — the cut-to-face IS the handoff, native to the donor's POV→medium grammar. No variant requires a body change (review check 7: all three seams verified).
Delivery markup: one scripted CAPS emphasis (EVERY, in the restock beat) — carried in the Beat-3 DIRECTION note + mirrored by the OST card; no [pause] tokens, no music, no bracketed actions. Quoted/sarcastic words: none scripted.
Five-beat discipline (donor budget preserved, re-durations declared): 5/5 APOLY beat order 1:1 (Confession → Prove → Offer → Limit → Yield). Declared re-durations per the transposition plan (review-verified): Prove 25w = 30.5% of body vs donor 21.1% (the REQUIRED mechanism graft is the added weight); close zone (Limit+Yield) 47.6% vs donor 54.9% (the graft absorbs the difference; offer-heavy shape preserved). Largest beat = Prove 7.6s; no beat exceeds the donor's 7s close-slot share materially out of proportion.
02Comp library inspiration anchors
Rotation: donor PINNED per the run order — NO §2a.0 rotation re-query and NO §2b/2c semantic draw ran. The anchor set = the COMPOSITE's own citation chain: the structural-anchor donor (CORNERSTONE, Echo binding) + the script's four cited import/hook exemplars, each read IN FULL per §2d (donor via deconstructions/1251401163158348.md, imports via comp_get_ad). Rationale: a COMPOSITE's legal grafts are already named ads — re-drawing "inspiration" from outside the citation chain would decouple the board from the copy's provenance. Log append SKIPPED (echo run — handled at package, pilot convention). Within-session: zero overlap with the pilot1 anchor sets. The MT_03 exemplar (elavate 1280753239689816) is a SPOKEN-register import only ("Word got around" demand-as-proof) — cited in the script, carries no visual borrow, deliberately NOT an anchor.
[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 1251401163158348 — tryrosabella — winner_score 75.12 — video (THE DONOR, CORNERSTONE — pinned) Hook pattern: H13 founder apology over POV product-in-hand; native text card with crying emoji ("We Made Too Much Beetroot 😭") on screen from frame 1; apology in the first words, qualification in the first sentence On-screen text style: native platform bold text cards/bubbles (TikTok/IG-native sans), phrase-level only — "We Made Too Much Beetroot 😭", "PLEASE HELP US EMPTY OUR WAREHOUSE", offer bubble — high-contrast red/purple accents, never a caption track B-roll cuing: the POV IS the b-roll — hand holding bottle with deep-DOF inventory behind (visual proof of scale does "80% of the heavy lifting"), then a medium shot of hands physically packing a shipping box (kinetic mid-pitch energy, fulfillment made tangible) Transition style: smooth handheld moves, few cuts (POV close → medium pack shot); pacing carried by speech + physical action, not edit rhythm Mute-test asset: product-in-hand + inventory scale + the emoji confession card — deconstruction verdict: the card + warehouse reads sound-off as a PR crisis, not a commercial Audio grammar: NO music; ambient warehouse room tone, cardboard rustle, bottle clinks (ASMR-level authenticity — "proves they are actually in a warehouse")
Best-fit beat type in our script: ALL (CORNERSTONE full-pattern borrow); primary: Hook A POV+card grammar (INVERTED: their floor-to-ceiling overstock → our nearly empty shelf), Beat-3 physical-inventory proof slot (restock reveal), Beat 4–5 double-scarcity close mechanics, whole-board no-music room-tone spine
Tooling stack inferred: real founder + real warehouse + iPhone (raw self-shot) — OUR DEFAULT ROUTE; AI fallback strains exactly where this anchor is strongest (real hands, real boxes), flagged per beat
[Anchor B] 1652379675767930 — ankhway — winner_score 71.01 — video Hook pattern: brand-side apology cold open ("If you bought Ankhway at full price, we need to apologize") — the ANG_BRAIN_FOCUS_02 transparency-confession exemplar our integrity beat imports On-screen text style: bold white/high-contrast text inside rounded native caption bubbles, lower-middle third, on screen for the full hook window; key value phrases get their own bubbles B-roll cuing: organic kitchen/home UGC + product close-ups; rapid 1.5–3s cuts (NOT imported — our donor grammar is few-cuts continuous) Transition style: fast native cuts (not imported) Mute-test asset: apology text bubble + product + distressed-face juxtaposition — "passes the mute test with high marks"
Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook A apology-card OST grammar (the card carries the unspoken half of the confession) + Beat-3 integrity-confession register (transparency-of-a-company-decision, resolved in the buyer's favor). FLAG: its rapid-cut compilation format does NOT fit our single-setup continuous take — borrowed at CARD-GRAMMAR + register level only (VS6 logged)
Tooling stack inferred: UGC phone compilation — compatible with our self-shot route at the card/register level
[Anchor C] 1079208283301126 — ryzesuperfoods — winner_score 90.85 — video Hook pattern: H13 reverse-psych warning (not our hook slot — R3's territory; not borrowed here) On-screen text style: native TikTok grammar; platform-UI overlay for the offer (NOT imported — house rule: no link-language, no shop-UI frame) B-roll cuing: green-screen proof inserts + live product demo (not imported) Transition style: fast creator-energy cuts (not imported) Close grammar (THE borrow): MC_03 demand-scarcity stock-check close — "go grab your bag before they sell out again": sell-out risk framed as popularity, paired with friction-reduction/risk-reversal at the exit; scarcity lands as the LAST beat, spoken direct-to-lens
Best-fit beat type in our script: Limit + Yield beats (Beats 4–5) — the demand-scarcity close mechanics + guarantee pairing ONLY. FLAG: its high-energy creator register and platform-UI grammar are rejected (our register is sincere founder logistics; house no-link-language honored over its "link below") — borrowed at CLOSE-MECHANICS level only (VS6 logged)
Tooling stack inferred: UGC creator + green-screen — n/a to our route; mechanics transfer regardless of tooling
[Anchor D] 1108603885660928 — creatinegummies — winner_score 63.66 — video Hook pattern: the H12 deal-siren formula exemplar our Hook B inherits (hook_seconds.md signature: "we're officially out of stock… you've cleared us out yet again" family; this record carries the urgency/scarcity VO build) On-screen text style: bold high-contrast static text pinned top-of-frame, readable sound-off for the entire runtime B-roll cuing: deliberate POV hands on product — bag held to lens, flipped to the label, single gummy pulled out (label-reading-as-proof grammar) Transition style: smooth single-subject product moves, no hard cuts Mute-test asset: pinned high-contrast claim text + product-in-hand
Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook B (restock siren) — the high-contrast badge + deliberate POV product/box handling grammar. FLAG: its signature mismatched-audio trick (silent label visual + generic promo VO) is NOT imported — our VO is the founder herself, sync-sound (VS6 logged)
[Anchor E] 1580939546918926 — trysculptique — winner_score 64.46 — video Hook pattern: the H01 symptom-mirror formula exemplar our Hook C inherits — "If your belly looks like this, or this, and you have thyroid problems…" (stacked blunt second-person symptom callout, in-niche) On-screen text style: continuous caption burns tracking speech; symptom phrases land as discrete visible units B-roll cuing: symptom-pointing visuals in the hook window (the "this, or this" gesture grammar)
Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook C ONLY — the stack-the-symptoms-one-by-one OST grammar (each symptom word lands as its own card as spoken). FLAG: its confessional patient register and caption-track style are rejected (our register is founder logistics; our card grammar is sparse native cards) — borrowed at STACK-RHYTHM level only (VS6 logged)
Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical. ONE location, ONE continuous setup: a plain, working fulfillment/stock room — metal shelving with product boxes, stacked shipping cartons, tape gun, packing bench; practical light only (overhead fluorescent + whatever daylight the room has; NO cinematic grade, NO added key). ONE speaker: the anonymous female founder, 40s–55, plain unfussy wardrobe (no logo tee, no lab coat, no scrubs), phone self-shot. Two framings only: (1) selfie MCU — phone at arm's length, eye-level, face + upper chest, shelving and cartons readable behind her (the inventory IS the set dressing/proof); (2) POV insert — she turns the phone around; her own hand + product/shelf/box fills frame. AUDIO: no music anywhere (donor 8.2 — absence of music = raw authenticity); continuous stock-room tone + real handling SFX (cardboard rustle, bottle clinks, box-cutter zip) recorded live. OSTs: native platform bold text cards (mobile-native sans, high contrast), phrase-level and sparse — max one card on screen at a time outside the Hook-C stack; emoji cards in hooks only; NO continuous caption track (editor MAY add platform auto-captions as a variant test, but the master ships card-only per donor grammar). Continuity prop: THE SHELF — the same nearly empty shelf section from Hook A returns restocked in Beat 3 (a closed proof loop). Wardrobe/light/room identical across all beats and all hook variants (one shooting session, one take-family).
▸1H13 Founder Apology (donor-shape) [0:00–0:04.5] Beat 1A: HOOK A
Mute-test stop-scroll asset
Shot
POV insert — founder's hand holding ONE Kindled bottle over a nearly empty stock shelf (two or three lone bottles on bare shelving where rows should be; the donor's floor-to-ceiling-abundance proof INVERTED into scarcity proof)
Camera
Handheld phone POV, natural micro-sway; slow tilt down from the bottle-in-hand to the bare shelf rows across the beat (the emptiness is the reveal — let it read)
On-screen text
Card "WE RAN OUT 😭" — native bold text card, upper third — in at t=0.3s, HOLD to t=4.5s (the full hook window — review flag #2 honored structurally: in variant A "sold out" is never spoken; this card states it inside 0–4.5s)
B-roll
None — the POV insert IS the beat
Lighting
Practical stock-room default (no grade)

PRIMARY_ROUTE: REAL SHOOT (self-shot) — blocking sheet
SETUP: stock room, phone in right hand as POV camera; left hand holds one Kindled dropper bottle ~30cm from lens, label toward camera; behind/below it the target shelf section: 2-3 bottles left on otherwise bare shelving
ACTION: hold bottle steady 1.5s → slow tilt down the empty shelf rows → settle wide enough that bareness reads
AUDIO: sync-sound line 1 ("I need to publicly apologize to every woman who tried to order Kindled this week."), live room tone, faint bottle/glass contact SFX
DIRECTION: sincere-contrite, unpolished; NOT sad-acting — she is reporting a problem she owns; ~198 wpm from word one, no cold open silence
AI_FALLBACK (only if no talent): Nano Banana keyframe — "POV shot, woman's hand holding a small white supplement dropper bottle over a nearly empty warehouse shelf, two lone bottles on bare metal shelving, fluorescent stock-room light, candid phone-video feel, 9:16" → Seedance 2.0 i2v, slow tilt, 4.5s. HANDS + LABEL are high-artifact-risk → real-shoot strongly preferred; label to post-composite if AI
CARD: "WE RAN OUT 😭" in post (native app-style card) — NEVER in-render
Production limitation
Kindled label legibility → real bottle solves it (AI route would need Marketing Studio or post-composite); card in post; keep tilt slow enough that shelf bareness registers at feed size
Hard cut to the Beat-2 selfie MCU exactly on the audio seam ("…order Kindled this week." / "Word got around.") — the cut-to-face is the handoff
Mute-test
PASS — hand+bottle + visibly empty shelf + "WE RAN OUT 😭" card carry the entire event sound-off (donor's own grammar passed "with a perfect score"-class verdicts; ours adds the card for the inverted reveal)

POV insert — box cutter opening a fresh new-batch shipping carton; flaps open to reveal rows of Kindled bottles

Handheld phone POV over the packing bench, one continuous take: cutter zip → flaps open → slight push-in on the bottles (kinetic action carries the beat — donor's packing-energy slot, run in reverse: unpacking the restock)
On-screen text

AUDIO: sync-sound hook line ("If Kindled has been sitting sold-out in your cart all week — it's back. Briefly."), live cutter zip + cardboard rustle (the ASMR layer is the authenticity proof)
DIRECTION: news-flash energy, not salesy — she is announcing logistics; "Briefly." clipped, full stop
AI_FALLBACK: Nano Banana keyframe — "POV, hands opening a cardboard shipping box with a box cutter on a warehouse packing bench, rows of small white supplement bottles inside, fluorescent light, candid phone-video feel, 9:16" → Seedance 2.0 i2v 4.2s. Two-part — (1) t=0–2.8s founder selfie MCU (the shared body framing, used early) as the symptom words stack; (2) t=2.8–4.5s hard cut to POV: her other hand holds her phone up to the lens showing the REAL Kindled product page at sold-out state
Symptom stack, one card per spoken item, each STAYS as the next lands (stacked column, upper third): "FREEZING" in at t=0.4s · "EXHAUSTED" t=1.0s · "GAINING ON 1,200 CALORIES" t=1.7s — all three hold to the t=2.8s cut. After the cut: NO added card — the page's own SOLD OUT UI is the text (optional post highlight-ring around the sold-out button; no invented UI copy)

AUDIO: sync-sound line ("Freezing, exhausted, gaining on 1,200 calories — and when you ordered Kindled, we were sold out."), room tone
DIRECTION: symptom list metronomic, zero hype (the hype-detector VOC cluster is the register guard); "we were sold out" matter-of-fact, not dramatic
AI_FALLBACK: presenter part via Soul Cinema handheld-selfie framing (NET-NEW archetype — REQUIRES a /higgsfield-soul-id training pass first; none on file); screenshot part stays REAL regardless of route

AUDIO: sync-sound, room tone continuous from the hook (no ambience jump across the variant seam — record tone once, lay under all variants)
DIRECTION: matter-of-fact pride, transparency register — she is explaining logistics cause ("word got around") then reading her own label from memory; receipts bare and exact (selenium, zinc, T4, T3 — no softeners, no "helps support"); ~198 wpm held
AI_FALLBACK: Soul Cinema handheld-selfie presenter (SOUL_ID: kindled_founder_voice_UNTESTED — to be minted at /higgsfield-soul-id training; generation spec: woman 40s-55, plain dark tee, warm unpolished presence, fluorescent stock-room behind, candid phone framing, 9:16; NEGATIVE: lab coat, scrubs, studio light, glamour, text) + bottle raise = highest hand-artifact moment → route product beat to Marketing Studio closeup insert if AI

AUDIO: sync-sound; the pan's cloth/air rustle stays in (authenticity)
DIRECTION: the two short sentences land on full stops — do NOT rush ("We could've thinned the formula to keep up. We didn't."); quiet pride, no smile-and-sell; CAPS emphasis on EVERY, spoken not shouted; news-flash relief on the restock
AI_FALLBACK: presenter via Soul Cinema; shelf reveal via Nano Banana keyframe ("metal warehouse shelf fully stocked with rows of identical small white supplement dropper bottles, fluorescent light, candid phone-video feel, 9:16") → Seedance i2v; the whip-pan join is a post transition (whip-blur wipe) if the two layers are separate gens
CARD: "WE RESTOCKED. EVERY BOTTLE." in post
Production limitation

Runtime guard is TIGHTEST here — the close run (Beats 4+5, 39 words, ~11.8s) must hold ~198.5 wpm with zero added beats; if a take lands long, retake — do NOT trim words (no word-shaving) and do NOT speed-ramp in post (register break)
Comp library inspiration
[Anchor A] compressed double-scarcity close at the same structural slot + the donor's own primary-text restock-wait line transposed to spoken (CORNERSTONE — citation review-verified verbatim in the donor's Meta primary_text); [Anchor C] guarantee-paired demand-scarcity exit (MC_03 "often paired with a guarantee")
▸ Reviewer notes
Transition out
Cold cut to black on "…comes." — no hold, no fade (runtime headroom is 0.6s on A/C; the cold end also IS the register)
Mute-test
N/A (guarantee badge carries the risk-reversal sound-off; the warning is voice-carried by design)
04Visual continuity audit
ONE speaker, ONE location, ONE session: the anonymous founder in the same stock room, same wardrobe, same practical light across all beats and all three hook variants (VH2). Two framings only (selfie MCU / POV insert); every POV excursion returns to the identical selfie framing.
THE SHELF prop loop: the same shelf section appears BARE in Hook A (0:00) and FULLY RESTOCKED at Beat 3 (t≈15.1s) — a closed visual proof loop (shoot bare-state first, then dress). Hook B's carton and Beat 3's shelf carry the same product/label state.
Hook interchange: all three variants exit on a hard cut to the identical Beat-2 selfie MCU exactly on the audio seam; Beat 2 opens identically in all three assemblies (the POV-grammar adaptation of the pilot's identical-framing rule). Hook C uses the selfie framing early (part 1) — deliberately the SAME framing, so C's return at Beat 2 reads as "back to her."
Audio continuity: NO music at any point; one continuous room-tone bed under all beats (recorded once, laid under every variant so the hook seam has no ambience jump); real handling SFX only (cutter zip, cardboard, bottle clinks).
OST grammar constant: native bold phrase cards, one at a time (Hook-C stack excepted by design), emoji only in hook cards; no caption track on the master.
No anti-sell visuals anywhere after the hooks; the close ends cold on her face — no outro furniture (end card/logo/button) that would break the raw-update register.
05Mute-test verification
First-window PASS on all three variants via external-imagery + native-card strategy (Fork 4 option 2/3 family, donor-derived):
A: hand + bottle over the bare shelf + "WE RAN OUT 😭" card (in at 0.3s, holds the full 4.5s window — review flag #2 honored: the sell-out is stated on screen inside the hook window, load-bearing since variant A never speaks it).
B: "BACK IN STOCK" badge (0.3–2.5s) → "you cleared us out 😭" card (2.5–4.2s) over the box-cutter reveal — badge/card chain covers the window (VS5).
C: symptom stack "FREEZING" / "EXHAUSTED" / "GAINING ON 1,200 CALORIES" (0.4–2.8s, stacked and holding) → real SOLD OUT page screenshot (2.8–4.5s) — asset chain continuous (VS5).
OST word counts: "WE RAN OUT 😭" (3w) · "BACK IN STOCK" (3w) · "you cleared us out 😭" (4w) · "FREEZING" (1w) · "EXHAUSTED" (1w) · "GAINING ON 1,200 CALORIES" (4w) · "SELENIUM + ZINC" (2w) · "T4 → T3" (glyph pair) · "WE RESTOCKED. EVERY BOTTLE." (4w) · "THIS BATCH WILL GO LIKE THE LAST ONE." (8w) · "30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" (3w) — all ≤12 words (VS2 pass).
U12 scan of all viewer-visible OSTs: 0 em/en dashes found (nothing to recast — the script's own OST notes were already dash-clean). "T4 → T3" is an arrow glyph; "30-DAY" / "MONEY-BACK" are compound hyphens; the sold-out screenshot is captured UI, not authored copy. U12 clean.
06Production-limitation cross-ref
production_limitations.md remains a sparse skeleton (<3 non-template entries) → formal YS6 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic. Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md + route judgment instead:
Route = real-shoot preferred (Fork-1 rule: NET-NEW UNTESTED speaker → real shoot for first run; and this donor's authenticity layer — real hands, real boxes, real room tone — is exactly where AI render strains most). The AI fallback stack is documented per beat but is NOT the default.
If the AI fallback is used: NO trained Soul ID exists for the founder archetype → a /higgsfield-soul-id training pass is a prerequisite (generation spec sketched in Beat 2's prompt); POV hands (bottle hold, box cutter, phone-in-hand) are the highest artifact-risk shots → keep the POV inserts real-shoot even in a hybrid; product label → Marketing Studio closeup or practical macro composite.
All cards/badges/emoji text in POST, never in-render (text-render limitation, standard).
Hook C's sold-out page = a REAL production-supplied screenshot of the Kindled PDP (never AI-render UI text); shoot the phone slightly off-axis or composite the capture flat to kill moiré.
Audio: record the stock-room tone bed + genuine handling SFX on location; NO music track at any point (donor 8.2 — the absence is the authenticity signal); no audio fade at the cold end.
Runtime guard (review flag #3): 0 scripted pauses; delivered = word-derived; ceiling headroom A 0.6s · B 0.9s · C 0.6s → editors must NOT pad, must NOT add beats, must hold ~198.5 wpm; long take = retake, never word-trim or speed-ramp.
Shoot-order dependency: bare-shelf state (Hook A) shoots BEFORE the restock dressing (Beat 3) — one location, two shelf states, floor-marked framing for the loop match.
Open process item (review flag #4, pre-ship, parallel): the NET-NEW founder-voice archetype must be documented in speakers_library as UNTESTED per the INDEX rule — required regardless of ship path; does not block the board.
Anonymity guard: no name on screen, no signature, no doctor coding (no scrubs/lab coat/credential wall) — brand-voice founder persona per the mini-brief lane boundary.

08Tooling prompt index
Per-beat prompts collated above. Layer stack: Real shoot (self-shot iPhone) — primary for presenter + ALL POV inserts (single session, one location, two shelf states; sync-sound + location tone bed) · Post — all cards/badges/emoji, sold-out screenshot composite, cold-cut end · AI fallback (documented, non-default): Soul Cinema handheld-selfie presenter (requires /higgsfield-soul-id training for the NET-NEW founder archetype) + Nano Banana→Seedance POV inserts + Marketing Studio product closeups. Copy-paste blocking sheets per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md real-shoot conventions.
09SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
VS1 (B-roll density): 3 POV excursions + 1 in-take product raise across 29s ≈ one visual event per ~7-10s — inside the 1/10s–1/30s band. PASS (no flag). The single-setup founder piece is deliberately insert-light; the donor's pacing is speech + physical action, not edit rhythm.
VS3/VS3b: every beat and every insert cites an anchor or logs a rationale (Hook C screenshot = production-standard real capture, cited as practice; Beat 5 no-card warning = deliberate voice-carry rationale logged inline).
VS6 (cross-register/cross-format anchor adaptations): 4 logged — Anchor B (card grammar + confession register kept; rapid-cut compilation format rejected) · Anchor C (MC_03 close mechanics kept; creator energy + platform-UI grammar + link-language rejected) · Anchor D (badge + POV handling grammar kept; mismatched-VO trick rejected — founder speaks sync) · Anchor E (symptom-stack rhythm kept; patient-confessional register + caption track rejected). Rationales inline per beat.
Review flag #1 (Hook C door claim vs copy): boarded AS WRITTEN — gates delegated, reviewer's ship-as-is recommendation exercised; the optional "went to order" widen was NOT taken (no copy change, seam untouched). If Zied later opts for review option B, the only storyboard delta is the Hook-C sync line — no visual change.
Review flag #2 (variant-A card load-bearing): honored structurally — "WE RAN OUT 😭" is specced in at t=0.3s with a full-window hold and called load-bearing in the beat.
Review flag #3 (thin ceiling headroom): honored — runtime guard in Beat 5 + cross-ref §6; no added beats, cold end, no audio fade.
Review flag #4 (speakers_library UNTESTED entry): carried as an open pre-ship process item (cross-ref §8); runs parallel, does not block.
10Pipeline update block (for kindled concept_pipeline.md — APPEND SKIPPED: echo run, handled at package)11Storyboard produced: 2026-07-25 — R4 I Have to Apologize to Everyone Who Tried to Order This Week via /storyboard-yapper (Echo run-2, adapted conventions)
**Adapted-convention / compat skips (flagged, not silently dropped):** Beat 1A/1B/1C hook variants · cumulative timecodes on the Hook-A baseline (B shifts −0.3s) · CID KD_C0077 stamped at storyboard (pre-allocated — per the E3 pilot convention and its contract-finding #1 recommendation) · donor pinned as CORNERSTONE with NO §2 re-query (run-order directive; anchor set = the COMPOSITE citation chain) · five-beat APOLY discipline preserved with declared re-durations · SKIPPED per pilot convention: rotation-log append (§2g), concept_pipeline append (7c), library_changes style-family log, Notion/board/publish (§7d) — "echo run — handled at package" · save path redirected to the Echo session tree.
12New contract findings (for the Echo build log)
COMPOSITE storyboards can skip the §2 draw entirely — the citation chain IS the anchor set. R4's donor + 4 cited exemplars gave a complete, provenance-locked anchor list (cornerstone + per-beat best-fits) with zero re-query. Worth formalizing in the Echo chain: for COMPOSITE-role concepts, the storyboard's anchors default to {structural anchor + cited imports' exemplars}, read in full; a §2 semantic draw runs only for SEED/OFF-donor concepts or when an import has no visual exemplar.
POV-grammar hook interchange needs a declared common RE-ENTRY framing, not identical variant-end framing. The pilot's rule ("all variants end on identical presenter framing") assumes presenter-carried hooks; R4's hooks are POV inserts. The working adaptation: fix Beat 2's opening framing as the invariant and let every variant exit on a hard cut to it on the audio seam. Recommend recording this as the Echo storyboard rule for insert-led hooks.
First Echo board with a real-shoot-primary route. E1/E2/E3/E5 defaulted to the AI presenter stack; R4's donor grammar (real hands/boxes/room tone) + NET-NEW untested speaker flipped the Fork-1 default to real shoot with a documented AI fallback. Note for the production side: this makes the speakers_library UNTESTED entry (review flag #4) double as the casting brief.
Two-state prop continuity (the shelf loop) introduces a shoot-order dependency the per-beat schema has no field for — R4 carries it in Production limitation lines + the insert matrix. If two-state props recur (before/after inventory is native to APOLY-family offers), consider a dedicated "prop states + shoot order" line in the Echo board header.
