Speaker(s)1.1 The 70-Year-Old Natural-Health Authority (PROVEN portfolio-wide via Nutralis at-scale; whiteboard-teach combo UNTESTED-fine per mini-brief; delivered at the donor's 199.2 wpm in HER warm register — casting/pace friction note carried, see production cross-ref)
Visual StyleDonor-derived "authority whiteboard-teach, accretion board" — one clean white board carries the ad; live hand-drawn diagrams accrete beat over beat until the Synergy beat physically connects them; handwritten black caps board text as the OST track; marker-squeak audio, no music bed

ScriptR2 The Shelf of Bottles That Never Worked v1 (Echo 1×3: ONE locked body + THREE interchangeable hooks; review-echo 2026-07-23 verdict SHIP AS-IS, 0 HARD; ship gate exercised per Zied's 2026-07-23 delegated ship order)
Production TargetHybrid (matrix-routed) — REAL-SHOOT-preferred whiteboard hand-layer (the donor's load-bearing visual: real hand + marker + live squeak SFX; whiteboard-animation post-composite fallback) + Higgsfield Soul Cinema presenter layer for the authority framings (SOUL_ID training prerequisite) + Marketing Studio / practical macro for the product insert. Board text is practical or post — never AI-rendered.

01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the E3 pilot precedent — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)

The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:

v2 input the skill expectsEcho source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)Script "Speaker:" line + mini-brief Delivery row → 1.1 The 70-Year-Old Natural-Health Authority, solo/1p. Echo's D03 Podcast/Lecture Set-Piece mapped to v2 dynamic solo (single presenter at a board, direct-to-lens teach) — NOT on-stage/lectern-keynote (speaker file Known-incompatible: "keynote register breaks intimate grandmother positioning"; the donor's set-piece is a hand at a board, not a stage, so the mapping holds without touching the incompatibility)
Field 20 (setting/tone)Mini-brief D03 whiteboard + speaker-1.1 file setting spec → at-home warm study: freestanding whiteboard in a plain home-study corner (bookshelf + plant edge-of-frame, warm neutrals), NO audience, NO stage, NO podcast-studio dressing (INDEX §5: "Avoid podcast-studio backdrops — they read as ad"). Donor's suit-sleeve corporate dressing DECLARED-swapped: the drawing hand wears 1.1's cream cardigan sleeve, authority carried by the teach + the board, not the wardrobe
Field 21 (editing style)NOT declared in the Echo package — inherited from donor §2 Visual Elements + §25 + A3: single accreting board, constant drawing momentum (the hand always drawing, crossing out, or adding arrows), handwritten black caps board text as the OST track, live marker-squeak as the continuous audio pattern-interrupt, NO music bed, late product entry, down-arrow close
Field 25 (production notes)Script DELIVERY NOTES block (MARKUP-ONLY tier — donor disfluency density ZERO) + donor card production line ("producible solo — whiteboard + one presenter — 1p") + run-2 hard constraint (solo/1p, NO 2p)
Field 12 (mechanism)Mini-brief Mechanism row: thyroid cofactor system — selenium converts T4→T3, zinc opens the receptor door, iodine is the raw material, adaptogens lift the stress load; singles fail in isolation (product_facts §3.1/§3.2/§3.3 label-truth-compatible)
Field 0 (length)Deterministic runtime block: donor band 61–83s; fulls A/B 77.4s · C 77.1s word-derived (review-echo independently recomputed; this storyboard matches it)
Beat timecodesComputed cumulative from per-beat word-derived durations @199.2 wpm (script gives durations, not timecodes; per-beat word counts from the review's deterministic recount: 28/33/34/36/48/34/23). Body timecodes use the Hook-A baseline (6.3s); Hook B identical (21w); Hook C shifts body −0.3s

Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections. Beats 2–8 are the shared locked-body storyboard. Variant seam rule (board-state continuity): Beats 2–8 are shot from the STANDARD BOARD STATE — left rail carries the shelf of 4 labeled bottle outlines (SELENIUM · ZINC · ASHWAGANDHA · IODINE), quadrants blank — and every hook variant's take must END on exactly that state (variant-specific extra marks live in the left-rail top strip only). Each variant ends on its own handoff line into the Selenium beat, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2.

Delivery markup: [pause] / CAPS stripped from all board text; carried into per-beat DIRECTION notes only. Pause note: 2 scripted [pause] marks per variant (Synergy Reveal + Product Introduction) ≈ +1.6s (~0.8s each) over the word-derived runtime → delivered ≈ A/B 79.0s · C 78.7s. Word-derived AND pause-adjusted delivered runtimes all sit INSIDE the 61–83s donor band (3.8–4.1s of ceiling headroom) — no editor runtime pressure on any variant; pause holds can breathe at the full ~0.8s.

Eight-beat discipline (donor budget preserved): 8/8 donor beat order (hook → 4 disqual beats → synergy → product → CTA); largest beat = Synergy Reveal 14.5s at 20.3% body word-share vs donor's largest slot 20.0% (Δ0.3pp); four disqual beats 11.9–15.3% body-share vs donor's even 13.9–16.8% band.

02Comp library inspiration anchors

Rotation: donor PINNED per the run order (Echo SEED binding — no rotation re-query); reference_usage_log.jsonl append SKIPPED (echo run — handled at package, per pilot convention). Pool note: the donor's semantic neighborhood is 100% tryjevi (the whiteboard-disqualification family — same in-niche collapse mode E1/E3 logged; the winners-list intersection adds only off-format statics/confessionals). Resolved per the pilot precedent: donor pinned as DECLARED-choice cornerstone, supporting anchors drawn by format/beat relevance from the run's own evidence set (the two hook-formula donors are already citation-bound by the locked script; the in-niche ANG_06 family top scorer joins for the payoff beat). Within-session diversity: ZERO overlap with the pilot boards' anchor sets.

[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 1506106117671683 — tryjevi — winner_score 61.86 — video (THE DONOR, SEED — pinned) Hook pattern: H05 Remedy Firing Squad — real hand draws a 2×2 grid live and writes the four supplement names the viewer is already taking; "before you reorder" wedge; the viewer sees her own stack written on the board (mute-test winner by the donor report's own verdict) On-screen text style: clean bold black HANDWRITTEN caps on a stark white board, written live by the hand — the board IS the OST track ("BEFORE YOU REORDER", "CORTISOL STILL HIGH", "DESTROYED" grammar); phrase-level, never a caption track B-roll cuing: none — the board carries everything; visual metaphors drawn live (seesaw, leaky bucket, gut-brain loop), crossing-out and arrows as the cut-equivalent momentum device Transition style: no cuts on the board — continuous drawing momentum; the hand erases the hook grid once, then diagrams accrete; product enters as a drawn/held insert at 80% depth; massive down-arrow close Mute-test asset: the live-written hook line + the four supplement names + constant drawing motion — donor report: instant mute-test winner for anyone taking the named supplements

Best-fit beat type in our script: ALL (SEED full-pattern borrow); primary: hook shelf-write grammar, all four disqual-beat contrast diagrams, the leaky-bucket slot (our flour-with-no-baker tank), synergy connect-the-board payoff, late product entry, down-arrow CTA (language swapped per house rule)

Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot hand + real whiteboard + live marker audio — adopted DIRECTLY as our real-shoot-preferred board layer; presenter framings are our addition (speaker 1.1 appears; the donor never shows a face — declared adaptation, see Beat 1C/7)

[Anchor B] 27773529595572060 — tryjevi — winner_score 58.74 — video (donor re-cut sibling) Hook pattern: identical H05 shelf-write open — the same creative re-cut and re-scaled in a second run (rank_mrv 2, fresh dates) On-screen text style: same live handwritten caps track ("BEFORE YOU REORDER … REFILLING A BUCKET … 2 CAPSULES") B-roll cuing: none — board-only, same accretion grammar Transition style: same continuous-draw momentum Mute-test asset: same live-written stack names

Best-fit beat type in our script: format-durability evidence (the whiteboard suit-sleeve disqualification format is a REPEAT scaled winner, not a one-off) + hook write-grammar confirmation. No distinct visual technique beyond Anchor A — cited at hook level only

Tooling stack inferred: identical to Anchor A — confirms the board layer is the load-bearing asset worth real-shoot spend

[Anchor C] 2052957311940143 — lymphoria — winner_score 73.88 — video Hook pattern: H02 Misdiagnosis Flip — "If you still look pregnant months after giving birth, your lymphatic system never restarted. Listen up." Visceral symptom visual + scrubs authority pointing at the lens; thumb-stop 9/10 On-screen text style: phrase burns tracking the mechanism argument; named-single-mechanism-per-herb breakdown (4 herbs, one drawn function each — the exact per-ingredient clarity our four-mineral chain runs on) B-roll cuing: 3D anatomical mechanism animation at the reveal; herb-by-herb inserts Transition style: authority full-frame at the emotional close Mute-test asset: symptom visual + presenter point + burns

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook C (its H02 shape is the C-variant's cited formula donor — the cause-reframe stamp grammar) + per-mineral mechanism-clarity check on Beats 2–5. FLAG: its green-screen scrubs + 3D-animation format does NOT fit our whiteboard set — borrowed at HOOK-SHAPE + mechanism-argument level only, never the format (VS6 cross-adaptation logged)

Tooling stack inferred: green-screen presenter + commissioned 3D — NOT imported; our mechanism visuals stay hand-drawn (donor-parity)

[Anchor D] 1515030503489118 — tryleaply — winner_score 52.09 — video Hook pattern: H01 Symptom Mirror (catalog-classified — mined/assignments.jsonl; the B-variant's cited formula donor) — visual diagnosis: pointing out the viewer's own visible symptoms one by one before the reframe ("If your legs look like this, your belly looks like this… you're not overweight") On-screen text style: symptom-by-symptom callout grammar, each named as it's shown B-roll cuing: body-part symptom cut-ins + anatomical diagrams at the mechanism turn Transition style: symptom montage → single authority carrier Mute-test asset: the symptom-pointing sequence itself

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook B (the symptom-mirror cut-in rhythm: cold hands / tired eyes / thinning-hair brush, each iconed + stamped as spoken). FLAG: its monk/fascia carrier and photographic symptom footage do NOT fit our board — the symptom mirror is DRAWN (iconed on the board) in our grammar; borrowed at HOOK-RHYTHM level only (VS6 logged)

Tooling stack inferred: photographic symptom B-roll — NOT imported; symptoms render as fast marker icons

[Anchor E] 706352819072677 — thebbco — winner_score 79.51 — video (in-niche ANG_06 family top scorer) Hook pattern: product-pair open with an open-loop text overlay ("you can>>>") into a rapid vitality montage On-screen text style: benefit stamps riding a fast cut cadence B-roll cuing: aspirational after-state lifestyle montage (the payoff energy our Synergy beat needs in drawn form) Transition style: rapid benefit-stack rhythm — one benefit per cut, accelerating Mute-test asset: bottles + benefit text

Best-fit beat type in our script: Synergy Reveal (the benefit-stack CADENCE — iodine brings / selenium turns / zinc opens / adaptogens lift, each landing as its arrow lights green in sequence: the drawn equivalent of its one-benefit-per-cut rhythm) + the in-niche evidence that the synergy-consolidation family (ANG_06) scores at the top of THYROID_METABOLISM. FLAG: its UGC-montage format and subscription-offer body are rejected wholesale — borrowed at PAYOFF-RHYTHM level only (VS6 logged)

Tooling stack inferred: UGC lifestyle clips — NOT imported; the payoff stays on the board (the loop completing IS the after-state)

03Per-beat storyboard

Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical. ONE SET, ONE BOARD, ONE TAKE-FEEL: a clean freestanding whiteboard in a warm home study — bookshelf + plant edge-of-frame, warm neutrals, warm key upper-left ~4300–4600K (speaker-file palette; NO podcast-studio dressing, NO audience, NO stage). Two recurring framings: BOARD CLOSE (the board fills the frame, speaker 1.1's real hand drawing — cream cardigan sleeve, modest rings-off grooming, visible age in the hand: the donor's suit-sleeve authority DECLARED-swapped into her palette) and AUTHORITY MEDIUM (1.1 at the board, medium shot, eye-level, marker up, direct-to-lens — silver chin-bob, button-up blouse + cream cardigan, warm kitchen-table presence). Board text: clean bold BLACK handwritten caps, written live (donor-exact); red marker reserved for failure marks (?, X, NO T3), green marker reserved for working arrows — a strict two-accent color code held the whole board. ACCRETION RULE (continuity-critical): nothing drawn in Beats 2–5 is ever erased; the four quadrant sketches must all be on the board when Beat 6 connects them. Board real-estate map: LEFT RAIL = hook shelf (4 bottle outlines + names); Q1 top-left = Selenium; Q2 top-right = Zinc; Q3 bottom-left = Iodine; Q4 bottom-right = Ashwagandha; CENTER = Synergy loop; BOTTOM edge = product + CTA. Audio: NO music bed (donor-parity) — warm room tone + live marker squeak as the continuous pattern-interrupt; one soft felt "board tap" allowed on verdict marks. Delivery: 1.1's warm-authority teach at the donor's 199.2 wpm — brisk for her native pace; direct her to keep the warmth and let the marker carry the urgency.

1H05 Remedy Firing Squad (donor-shape) [0:00–0:06] Beat 1A: HOOK A

Mute-test stop-scroll asset

ShotBOARD CLOSE — hand drawing, board fills frame
CameraLocked, straight-on to the board, slight high-angle tilt matching a student's eyeline to a board
B-rollNone — the drawing IS the motion (donor grammar)
LightingSetting default (warm key, clean white board reads bright but not clinical)
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — macro on a clean white board, a woman's hand
in her late 60s (real skin texture, age spots OK — credibility signal per speakers INDEX §5),
cream cardigan sleeve + white cuff, black chisel marker, drawing four bottle outlines in a
  row and writing SELENIUM ZINC ASHWAGANDHA IODINE in bold caps, then BEFORE YOU REORDER boxed;
live marker squeak recorded, no music. 9:16, locked frame.
FALLBACK: whiteboard-animation post route — vector draw-on animation of the same marks with a
composited hand overlay; board text NEVER AI-rendered (legibility limitation).
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — warm, unhurried tone at 199.2 wpm; "hear this before you reorder" lands
as a leaned-in confidence, not an alarm
DIRECTION: qualification door = the shelf itself; the names must be written in the spoken order,
finishing as each is said (draw-to-speech sync is the beat's craft)
DURATION: 6s
Production limitationAI render of legible live handwriting is unreliable → board layer real-shoot preferred, animation-post fallback (flag §cross-ref 1); draw-to-speech sync needs a steady practiced hand — allow board-take retakes
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] full-pattern borrow — the donor's own hook grammar with the four names swapped to our minerals; [Anchor B] the same open re-cut and re-scaled (format durability)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)four bottle outlines in a row (left rail), names written under them as spoken: "SELENIUM · ZINC · ASHWAGANDHA · IODINE" — then "BEFORE YOU REORDER" in larger caps beneath, boxed, in by t=5s [Anchor A: live shelf-write grammar; Anchor B: repeat-winner confirmation]
Transition outNone — continuous take; the hand moves from the boxed "BEFORE YOU REORDER" straight to Q1 as the handoff line lands
Mute-testPASS — live-written shelf + her own four supplement names + "BEFORE YOU REORDER" caps carry sound-off for the full open (donor report: this exact grammar is an instant mute-test winner for anyone taking the named singles)
2H01 Symptom Mirror [0:00–0:06] Beat 1B: HOOK B

Mute-test asset

ShotBOARD CLOSE — fast iconing in the left-rail top strip, then the shelf
CameraLocked, straight-on
B-rollNone — drawn symptom icons replace photographic cut-ins (board-grammar adaptation)
LightingSetting default
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — same hand, same board; three fast symptom icons
(mitten, heavy-lidded eye, brush with falling strands) each stamped with one caps word COLD /
EXHAUSTED / HAIR in the left-rail top strip; then a quick drawer sketch of many small bottles
resolving into the four-bottle shelf + names (standard board state by beat end). Live squeak.
FALLBACK: whiteboard-animation post route, hand composited; no AI-rendered text.
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — the symptom triplet metronomic ("Still cold, still exhausted, still losing
hair"), a breath before "Here's what no one tells you."
DIRECTION: icons are FAST (≤1.5s each) — the rhythm is the hook; the drawer-to-shelf resolve is
the qualification turn (a whole drawer of bottles = her bathroom)
DURATION: 6s
Production limitationSame board-layer routing as 1A; icon legibility at speed → pre-practice the three icons (they recur nowhere else, no continuity load)
Comp library inspiration[Anchor D] symptom-mirror callout rhythm (cross-adapted from photographic to drawn — VS6 logged with rationale: our set has no second visual system; the board carries everything per donor grammar); [Anchor A] shelf-write resolve
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)three fast marker icons stamped as spoken — cold hands (mitten icon) · tired eyes (heavy-lidded eye) · a hair-thinning brush — each with a one-word caps stamp beside it: "COLD" · "EXHAUSTED" · "HAIR" — then a drawer-of-bottles sketch resolving into the standard shelf + names by beat end [Anchor D: symptom-by-symptom callout rhythm, drawn not photographic — VS6 logged]
Transition outNone — continuous; "Here's what no one tells you." lands as the hand squares up at Q1
Mute-testPASS — three symptom icons + caps stamps + the bottle drawer carry sound-off; the still-symptomatic stack-owner reads her own morning in three marks (VS5: the asset chain is continuous drawing through t=6s)
3H02 Misdiagnosis Flip [0:00–0:06] Beat 1C: HOOK C

Mute-test asset

ShotBOARD CLOSE (shelf + red X) → AUTHORITY MEDIUM (1.1 at the board, marker up) on the reframe line
CameraBoard: locked straight-on; authority: eye-level medium, centered, direct-to-lens
B-rollNone
LightingSetting default; the red X is the frame's single hot accent
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER: real-shoot preferred — pre-dressed standard board state; red chisel marker draws
one decisive X across the shelf's frame (not the bottles), then IT'S NOT THE BOTTLES in black
caps beneath. Felt board-tap on the X.
PRESENTER_LAYER: soul_cinema_studio
  SOUL_ID: kindled_1_1_natural_health_authority (REQUIRES /higgsfield-soul-id training pass —
none on file; generation specs live in the speaker file + INDEX §5)
PROMPT: "Woman early 70s, silver chin-bob no dye, warm lined face with real skin texture,
cream cardigan over simple button-up blouse, standing beside a whiteboard in a warm home
study, bookshelf and plant softly blurred behind, black marker held up, calm knowing warmth,
direct to camera, eye-level medium shot, warm key upper-left ~4500K, 9:16"
NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, lab coat, suit, stage, audience, podcast studio, glamour retouching,
  multiple faces, distorted hands"
  CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked, eye-level
  DURATION (image-to-video): 3s
REAL-SHOOT ALTERNATIVE: if the board layer is real-shoot anyway, shoot her for real — one
  set-up, no Soul dependency
VOICE/DIRECTION: "Those single bottles on your shelf aren't the problem." flat and kind —
  absolution first, then the flip ("Taking thyroid minerals one at a time is") firms up;
"…and here's why." with a small marker gesture toward Q1
DURATION: 6s
Production limitationPresenter framing needs either a trained Soul ID (none on file — training prerequisite, cross-ref 4) or the real-shoot alternative; the red X must cross the FRAME not the bottles (a redraw-level continuity error if missed — flag for edit QC)
Comp library inspiration[Anchor C] H02 cause-reframe stamp grammar (its scrubs/3D format rejected; hook shape only — VS6 logged); [Anchor A] board grammar throughout
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)the standard shelf + names already drawn (pre-dressed board this variant — the X is the first live mark); a big RED X drawn across the SHELF FRAME itself, deliberately NOT touching the bottles; "IT'S NOT THE BOTTLES" written in caps beneath [Anchor C: the H02 cause-reframe stamp — its verdict grammar, our board; VS6 logged]
Transition outCut back to BOARD CLOSE as "…and here's why." lands and the hand moves to Q1
Mute-testPASS — pre-drawn shelf + red X over the shelf-frame + "IT'S NOT THE BOTTLES" caps + the authority's marker-up posture carry sound-off; the X-not-on-the-bottles detail IS the reframe, readable silent
4THE CONVERTER [0:06–0:15] Beat 2: SELENIUM

Disqual rung 1

ShotBOARD CLOSE — Q1
CameraLocked; micro push-in permitted on the shut cell (the beat's landing image)
B-rollNone — the diagram is the beat
LightingSetting default
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — Q1: write SELENIUM, draw T4 with a green arrow to
T3, a faint red ? beside it, then a small cell with a shut door and a T3 dot drifting past.
Live squeak; felt tap on the red ?.
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — "See —" (her signature transition) opens the beat; teach register, warm;
CAPS emphasis on "NOWHERE" (script markup), pitch-drop not volume
DIRECTION: the contrast rhythm is the craft — green arrow drawn on the win clause, red mark on
the stall clause, every disqual beat repeats this draw-grammar (rhythm continuity)
DURATION: 8.4s
Production limitationNone beyond global board-layer routing
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's first disqual slot transfers whole (SEED — "X on its own does A, but doesn't touch B" drawn as win-arrow + stall-mark); [Anchor C] per-ingredient mechanism-clarity check (one drawn function per mineral)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)"SELENIUM" heading in Q1; "T4 → T3" with a GREEN arrow; a faint RED "?" where zinc should be; a small cell drawn with a shut door, the new T3 dot drifting past it [green/red accent code per global spine]
Transition outNone — continuous; hand moves to Q2 on "…NOWHERE to land."
Mute-testN/A (non-hook beat; the green-arrow/red-mark grammar maintains sound-off comprehension)
5THE DOOR [0:15–0:25] Beat 3: ZINC

Disqual rung 2

ShotBOARD CLOSE — Q2
CameraLocked
B-rollNone
LightingSetting default
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — Q2: write ZINC, draw a cell with its door swung
open (green arc on the swing), leave the doorway conspicuously empty, red NO T3 beside it.
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — "So you add zinc —" acknowledges her stack-adding reflex (VOC-echo beat);
the ellipsis before "and nothing's walking through it" gets her natural breath
DIRECTION: the empty doorway is the beat's image — draw the door fully open FIRST, hold a half-
beat of nothing entering, then the red NO T3; don't rush the emptiness
DURATION: 9.9s
Production limitationNone beyond global routing
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] disqual slot 2 transfers whole (SEED); door metaphor is the script's own (lock-and-key genome excluded at KD_C0019 — original-direction note on the specific image, logged)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)"ZINC" heading in Q2; a cell door drawn swinging OPEN with a GREEN arc; the doorway standing empty; RED "NO T3" beside the empty doorway
Transition outNone — continuous; hand moves to Q3 on "…nothing's walking through it."
Mute-testN/A (open door + empty doorway + red NO T3 read sound-off)
6THE RAW MATERIAL [0:25–0:35] Beat 4: IODINE

Disqual rung 3

ShotBOARD CLOSE — Q3
CameraLocked
B-rollNone
LightingSetting default
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — Q3: write IODINE, draw a storage tank filled with
wavy lines and pointedly NO output arrow, then a small flour sack + stick-figure baker with a
red cross-out. Felt tap on the cross-out.
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — "Now iodine —" (signature transition); "It's flour with no baker." is the
landing image, delivered plain (donor-parity to "refilling a bucket with a hole in it")
DIRECTION: the missing output arrow is the joke the eye gets before the ear does — draw the
tank complete, let the hand hover where the arrow would go, then move to the flour sack
DURATION: 10.2s
Production limitationNone beyond global routing
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's highest-intensity metaphor slot (leaky bucket, peak 7/10) borrowed at the same structural turn with our tank/baker image (SEED — image swapped, function preserved)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)"IODINE" heading in Q3; a tank drawn FULL (wavy fill lines) with NO arrow leaving it; beside it a small flour sack and a crossed-out baker figure (RED cross-out) [Anchor A: the leaky-bucket metaphor slot at the same structural position — our image swapped, same function]
Transition outNone — continuous; hand moves to Q4 on "…flour with no baker."
Mute-testN/A (full tank with no exit arrow + crossed-out baker read sound-off)
7THE CALMING ONE [0:35–0:46] Beat 5: ASHWAGANDHA

Disqual rung 4

ShotBOARD CLOSE — Q4
CameraLocked
B-rollNone
LightingSetting default
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — Q4: write ASHWAGANDHA, draw a small butterfly
thyroid with a blanket draped over it, lift the blanket corner with a green arc, then a small
grey-marker echo of the T4→T3→door chain, unlit. The GREY marker is this beat's one new color
(the only three-color moment on the board — black + red/green accents + this grey ghost).
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — "And ashwagandha — the calming one." warm, almost fond (the audience
LIKES this bottle; the beat absolves it while disqualifying it); "wet blanket" said as she
  draws it
DIRECTION: end the beat with the hand physically stepping back from the board — the first
full-board view: four complete sketches, nothing connected. Hold ~1s. That still IS the
  problem statement.
DURATION: 10.8s
Production limitationGrey-ghost chain must stay visibly DIMMER than the live chain (marker choice matters — test greys on the actual board; flag for shoot prep)
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] disqual slot 4 transfers whole (SEED); the step-back full-board reveal is our addition in the donor's spirit (constant-motion grammar pauses exactly once, to weaponize the pause — original-direction rationale logged)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)"ASHWAGANDHA" heading in Q4; a small thyroid (butterfly shape) drawn with a wet blanket draped over it; the blanket's corner lifting with a small GREEN arc; beside it a miniature grey echo of the Q1–Q2 chain (T4 → T3 → door) drawn in GREY, unlit
Transition outNone — continuous; the hand steps back for the first time (the board now holds all four sketches) — micro pattern-reset into the Synergy beat
Mute-testN/A (blanket-lift + grey unlit chain read sound-off; the four-sketch full-board still is the silent summary)
8THE EARNED PIVOT [0:46–1:00] — largest beat, donor discipline Beat 6: SYNERGY REVEAL

The ONE earned hard pivot

ShotBOARD CLOSE opening on the full board → slow push-in as the loop connects
CameraLocked base, slow push-in over the beat (the board's only camera move — the pivot earns it)
B-rollNone — the connect-the-board sequence is the payoff asset
LightingSetting default; the accumulating green reads as the warmth shift (no lighting change needed — the color code does the valence work)
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — the flagship board sequence: green arrows connect
tank→Q1, retrace T4→T3 bold, Q1→Q2 with a T3 dot drawn through the open door, blanket arc
lifted clear on Q4, all four resolving into one center loop; TOGETHER, IN BALANCE written
center as it closes. Draw order MUST match the spoken order (iodine → selenium → zinc →
adaptogens — note: spoken order here differs from the disqual order; rehearse the arrow path).
Slow push-in on the camera over the full beat.
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — [pause] ≈0.8s BEFORE the beat's first word (script markup), then "Now,
  put them TOGETHER, in balance —" CAPS emphasis on TOGETHER (2nd of her 2-cap budget);
the four roles land as four clean strokes, benefit-stack cadence, accelerating slightly
DIRECTION: this is the ad's proof spine — the viewer must SEE the same four sketches she just
watched fail, light up connected. No new imagery enters; completion IS the reveal.
DURATION: 14.5s (largest beat — donor's largest-slot discipline: 20.3% body-share vs donor 20.0%)
Production limitationThe arrow choreography (spoken order ≠ quadrant order) is the shoot's hardest board take — storyboard the marker path on paper before the take; if real-shoot can't hold draw-to-speech sync across 14.5s, the animation-post fallback is STRONGEST here (vector arrows timed in post to the VO)
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's synergy-connect slot at the same structural turn and largest budget (SEED); [Anchor E] benefit-stack payoff cadence — one role per stroke, accelerating (its montage format rejected, rhythm kept — VS6 logged)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)GREEN connecting arrows drawn in spoken sequence — Q3 tank → Q1 (iodine brings the raw material), Q1 T4→T3 arrow retraced bold (selenium turns it active), Q1 → Q2 doorway with a T3 dot drawn THROUGH the open door (zinc opens the door), Q4 blanket lifted fully clear (adaptogens take the stress off) — closing into ONE center loop; "TOGETHER, IN BALANCE" written in caps in the center as the loop closes [U12 clean: comma form]
Transition outNone — continuous; the hand rests as the loop closes, then reaches off-frame for the bottle (product enters over the completed board)
Mute-testN/A formally — but the beat reads fully sound-off (grey/stalled board turns green/connected; the loop closing is silent-legible by design)
9Beat 7: PRODUCT INTRODUCTION [1:00–1:11]

Late product entry

ShotBOARD CLOSE (bottle placed on the marker tray against the completed board) → AUTHORITY MEDIUM warm cutaway → BOARD CLOSE for the board stamp
CameraProduct: practical macro, shallow focus, completed loop soft behind the bottle; authority: eye-level medium, direct-to-lens, warmest framing of the board
B-rollKindled dropper bottle — REAL bottle placed on the board's marker tray (practical product insert; label legibility is the constraint) — enters at t≈1:02 on "That's Kindled."
LightingSetting default; a gentle warm lift on the authority cutaway is permitted (her framing, not a set change)
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER: real-shoot — droplet/tongue icon + UNDER THE TONGUE · 2 DROPPERS in caps beside
  the completed loop.
PRODUCT_LAYER: practical macro preferred — the real Kindled dropper bottle set on the marker
tray, completed green loop soft-focus behind it. FALLBACK: Higgsfield Marketing Studio,
PRESET closeup product, PRODUCT_REF: Kindled dropper bottle (brand asset import) — label
legibility is the routing reason either way (AI text-render limitation).
PRESENTER_LAYER (warm cutaway, script-declared): soul_cinema_studio
SOUL_ID: kindled_1_1_natural_health_authority (training prerequisite — same flag as Beat 1C)
PROMPT: "Same woman, same warm home study, beside the completed whiteboard, holding a small
dropper bottle at chest height, quiet personal warmth, direct to camera, eye-level medium,
  9:16"
NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, lab coat, hype smile, glamour retouching, distorted hands"
  DURATION (image-to-video): 4s
REAL-SHOOT ALTERNATIVE: preferred if the board layer is real-shoot (one set-up, no Soul
dependency; hand-with-bottle detail favors real shoot — hand/label artifacts common in AI)
VOICE/DIRECTION: [pause] ≈0.8s before "That's Kindled." (script markup); "the one I take
myself" is her file's endorsement register (woven, not announced); "Two droppers, that's it."
mirrors the donor's "Two capsules, that's it." — terse, done
DURATION: 10.2s
Production limitationFLAGGED — legible product label → practical macro or Marketing Studio (never Soul/board render); hand-holding-bottle in AI render → real-shoot preferred (hand artifacts); Soul training prerequisite if the cutaway goes AI
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] late product entry at matched depth + the "Two capsules, that's it" terseness slot (SEED); [Anchor C] named-formula consolidation move ("combines them in the exact doses" → ours stays dose-free per speaker rule — noted divergence, rationale: speaker 1.1's no-dose rule)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)a droplet-under-tongue icon drawn beside the loop; "UNDER THE TONGUE · 2 DROPPERS" in caps beneath it [interpunct, U12 clean]
Transition outNone — continuous into the CTA; the hand returns to the left-rail shelf
Mute-testN/A (bottle on tray + droplet icon + "UNDER THE TONGUE · 2 DROPPERS" caps carry sound-off product recognition)
10Beat 8: CALL TO ACTION [1:11–1:17]

Open-loop educational drive + house stock-check close

ShotBOARD CLOSE — left-rail shelf (the hook's own drawing)
CameraLocked; end on a held board still
B-rollNone
LightingSetting default; hold the end frame ~1s (shelf half crossed out, arrow down) then cut to black
▸ Prompt
BOARD_LAYER (PRIMARY): real-shoot preferred — return to the left-rail shelf: red cross-outs on
two of the four bottles, then a bold down-arrow beneath with SEE IF IT'S IN STOCK in black
caps. Felt tap on each cross-out. Hold the final frame ~1s.
VOICE: speaker 1.1 — "So before you reorder —" (the hook's wedge, verbatim callback); "go see
which minerals have to be paired, and which waste your money" = the open loop, forward-drive
register; "Then see if it's in stock." plain and confident — no urgency theatrics, no
  link/tap language (house rule)
DIRECTION: demand-driven register only — the drive is curiosity + the crossed-out shelf, not a
countdown; donor-parity (no scarcity, no dated promise in-ad)
DURATION: 6.9s
Production limitationNone beyond global routing; end-frame hold is an edit note, not a render constraint
Comp library inspiration[Anchor A] the donor's open-loop educational CTA + massive down-arrow close, borrowed at the same structural turn (CTA language swapped per house rule — stock-check register, no "links below"); guarantee NOT deployed (donor's spoken close carries none — parity; toolbox never required, per the script's declared close plan)
▸ Reviewer notes
On-screen text (board, live-written)RED cross-outs over TWO of the four shelf bottles (half the shelf — "which waste your money" made visible); a decisive DOWN-ARROW drawn beneath the shelf with "SEE IF IT'S IN STOCK" in caps [donor's down-arrow close retained; its "LINK BELOW" text swapped per house rule — no link/tap language]
Transition outEnd on the held board still — the ad closes on the same shelf it opened on (closed visual loop)
Mute-testN/A (half-crossed-out shelf + down-arrow + "SEE IF IT'S IN STOCK" caps carry the close sound-off)
04Visual continuity audit
  • ONE performer, ONE set, ONE board the whole ad: speaker 1.1's hand (cream cardigan sleeve) + the warm home-study whiteboard carry every beat; the authority appears on camera at exactly three declared moments (Hook C open, Beat 7 warm cutaway, optionally never in variants A/B) — wardrobe and framing constant wherever she appears (VH2 satisfied).
  • ACCRETION LOOP: the board only ever gains marks — hook shelf (left rail) → four quadrant sketches (Beats 2–5) → green connecting loop (Beat 6) → product icon (Beat 7) → cross-outs + arrow on the ORIGINAL shelf (Beat 8). Nothing is erased at any point; the CTA closes on the hook's own drawing — a fully closed visual loop.
  • Variant seam: Beats 2–8 shoot from the STANDARD BOARD STATE (shelf + 4 names, quadrants blank); all three hook takes end on exactly that state (variant marks confined to the left-rail top strip), so any hook cuts cleanly onto Beat 2.
  • Color code held board-wide: black = teach, GREEN = what works, RED = where it stalls, one grey ghost (Beat 5). The valence journey (stall → completion) is carried entirely by the red→green ratio — no lighting or set change needed.
  • Draw-to-speech sync is the board's editing rhythm (donor grammar: the hand always drawing, crossing out, or arrowing); the single step-back still (end of Beat 5) and the single push-in (Beat 6) are the board's only two camera/rhythm events, both structural.
05Mute-test verification
  • First 5–6s: PASS on all three variants via live-drawn board asset + handwritten caps. A: the shelf write-out (her own four supplements named) + "BEFORE YOU REORDER". B: three symptom icons + "COLD"/"EXHAUSTED"/"HAIR" stamps + the bottle drawer. C: pre-drawn shelf + red X across the shelf-frame + "IT'S NOT THE BOTTLES". Strategy = Fork 4 option 3 (hook visual asset — the drawing IS the asset; donor's own report calls this exact grammar an instant mute-test winner). Assets persist the full hook (continuous drawing — VS5 pass).
  • Hook board-text specs: A "SELENIUM · ZINC · ASHWAGANDHA · IODINE" (4w) + "BEFORE YOU REORDER" (3w) · B "COLD" / "EXHAUSTED" / "HAIR" (1w each) · C "IT'S NOT THE BOTTLES" (4w). All ≤12 words per appearance (VS2 pass).
  • U12 scan of all viewer-visible board text: "SELENIUM · ZINC · ASHWAGANDHA · IODINE" (interpuncts), "BEFORE YOU REORDER", "IT'S NOT THE BOTTLES", "T4 → T3" (arrow glyph), "NO T3", "TOGETHER, IN BALANCE" (comma form), "UNDER THE TONGUE · 2 DROPPERS" (interpunct), "SEE IF IT'S IN STOCK" — 0 em/en dashes found; 0 recast needed. Compound hyphens: none present in board copy.
06Production-limitation cross-ref

production_limitations.md is a sparse skeleton (<3 non-template entries) → formal YS6 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic. Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md + donor evidence instead:

  1. AI-rendered live handwriting is unreliable → the board layer (the ad's load-bearing visual) is REAL-SHOOT preferred: real hand, real marker, live squeak audio (also the donor's engagement device — §25). Fallback = whiteboard-animation post route (vector draw-on timed to VO, hand overlay composited); board text is never AI-generated.
  2. Draw-to-speech sync is the format's core craft — hardest at Beat 6 (arrow choreography where spoken order ≠ quadrant order, 14.5s continuous). Rehearse the marker path; if real-shoot sync fails, the animation-post fallback is strongest exactly there.
  3. Legible product label (Beat 7) → practical macro of the real bottle on the marker tray, or Marketing Studio closeup-product; hand-holding-bottle → real-shoot preferred (hand/label artifacts common in AI render).
  4. No trained Soul ID exists for speaker 1.1/higgsfield-soul-id training pass is a prerequisite ONLY IF the two presenter framings (Hook C, Beat 7 cutaway) go AI; since the board layer is real-shoot-preferred anyway, the one-set-up real-shoot alternative removes the Soul dependency entirely (recommended).
  5. Accretion continuity across takes — Beats 2–8 accumulate marks on one physical board; shoot the body in board order in one session, or match-photograph the board state between takes (a continuity error here is a reshoot, not a fix-in-post).
  6. Casting/pace friction: speaker 1.1's native register is slow conversational; this deployment runs her at the donor's 199.2 wpm scripted-teach (mini-brief declaration, review-passed). Direct per the script's delivery notes — warmth in the voice, urgency in the marker; zero copy impact.
  7. Grey-ghost legibility (Beat 5): the grey chain must read dimmer than live marks on camera — test markers at shoot prep.

08Tooling prompt index

Per-beat prompts collated above. Layer stack: REAL-SHOOT board layer (primary, all beats — real hand + whiteboard + live marker audio; whiteboard-animation post fallback) · Soul Cinema presenter layer (Hook C + Beat 7 cutaway ONLY; SOUL_ID kindled_1_1_natural_health_authority to be minted at Soul training — real-shoot alternative recommended, removes the dependency) · Practical macro / Marketing Studio (Kindled bottle, Beat 7) · Post: variant assembly on the standard-board-state seam, end-frame hold, felt board-tap SFX. No music bed (donor-parity). Copy-paste ready per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md (Hybrid routing).

09SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
  • VS1 (B-roll density): ZERO conventional B-roll cuts — the continuous drawing hand is the motion engine (donor grammar: "the hand constantly drawing, crossing out, or adding arrows"). Below the 1-per-30s floor by design; CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL, donor-faithful (the donor also runs board-only with no B-roll).
  • VS6 (cross-register anchor adaptations): 3 logged — Hook B ← Anchor D (symptom-mirror rhythm kept, photographic footage rejected — drawn icons); Hook C ← Anchor C (H02 stamp grammar kept, scrubs/3D format rejected); Beat 6 ← Anchor E (benefit-stack cadence kept, UGC-montage format rejected). Rationales inline.
  • VS3: every beat cites Anchor A (SEED full-pattern borrow) or logs an original-direction rationale (Beat 3 door image — genome-driven; Beat 5 step-back still — declared addition in donor spirit).
  • Anchor-pool note (carried from pilot findings): the donor's semantic family is single-brand (tryjevi); supporting anchors were evidence-set-drawn rather than pool-drawn — same "donor-pinned cornerstone" resolution E1/E3 formalized.
  • Review SOFT (source-pull co-citation): the script's Source-Pull #1 carries a stale voc_fresh/2026-06-02.md co-citation (quote real + verbatim in voc_insights.md:416) — provenance hygiene only, no storyboard action; carried for the package node.
  • Runtime posture: unlike E3, NO variant crosses the band ceiling on any basis — word-derived 77.1–77.4s and pause-adjusted 78.7–79.0s vs 82.8s ceiling (3.8–4.1s headroom). Editors may hold both pauses at the full ~0.8s; no pause-tightening note needed.
