Speaker(s)1.2 The Compassionate Educator (PROVEN portfolio-wide; deployed in clinical-authority framing at 172 wpm per mini-brief declaration — casting/direction friction note carried per review SOFT-2)

Production TargetHybrid (matrix-routed) — Higgsfield Soul Cinema presenter layer (solo × at-home matrix default) + higgsfield-generate 3D animation-insert layer (GPT Image 2 keyframes → Seedance 2.0 image-to-video; the donor's load-bearing visual) + Marketing Studio / practical macro for product inserts + one real-shoot-preferred UGC dosing clip. 01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (per the E1 compat-test precedent — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)

The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:

v2 input the skill expectsEcho source used
Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype)Script "Speaker:" line + mini-brief Delivery/speaker row → 1.2 Compassionate Educator, solo. Echo's D01 scripted-authority mapped to v2 dynamic solo (direct-to-lens authority address) — NOT confessional (speaker file Known-incompatible: "clinical authority doesn't dissolve into confessional")
Field 20 (setting/tone)Mini-brief "clinical-authority framing" + review SOFT-2 set-dress ruling → at-home (home office) dressed as warm-authority: credentials wall built inside HER palette (greenery, warm neutrals, emerald/teal), "NOT clinical-white", NO lab coat. The at-home setting file's folksy kitchen-table register does NOT apply — register is donor-inherited (Echo inheritance), the setting contributes PLACE only
Field 21 (editing style)NOT declared in the Echo package — inherited from donor §2 Visual Elements + Part 8: split-screen (presenter top / visuals bottom), bottom-layer cuts every 2-3s, bold caps OSTs burned top half, low ominous synth drone, subtle SFX on animation hits (donor's squelch SFX NOT imported — no gross-out in this transposition)
Field 25 (production notes)Script DELIVERY NOTES block (donor-fingerprint pass) + donor card production line + review SOFT-2 casting/direction note
Field 12 (mechanism)Mini-brief Mechanism row: 3am cortisol spike blocks T4→T3 overnight (nocturnal cortisol hijack)
Field 0 (length)Deterministic runtime block: donor band 82.45-111.55s; v1.3 full variants 106.7-109.9s word-derived (see version note)
Beat timecodesComputed cumulative from per-beat word-derived durations @172 wpm (script gives durations, not timecodes). Body timecodes use the Hook-A baseline (14.7s); Hook B shifts body -1s, Hook C -3s

Version note (v1.3 close edit, 2026-07-22 — guarantee NAMED; supersedes the v1.2 close fix and its two same-day amendments): the script carries the v1.3 named-guarantee close ("If it's still in stock when you check, they've just restocked — and it never lasts long. You get a thirty-day money-back guarantee. So if your eyes still snap open at 3am, send it back for every penny. [pause] But after that first unbroken night... you won't want to.") — Zied call: the bare unqualified "thirty days" phrasing was ambiguous at the decision beat (a bottle is commonly a 30-day SUPPLY, so it could be heard as thirty days of product before the next sentence corrected it), so the guarantee is now named outright; "So" links the challenge as consequence, not restatement. Label truth: §6 is a 30-day money-back guarantee — the line states it factually. The v1.2 register work still stands underneath (orphaned guarantee anaphor + slogan-stack imperative out; no company-"we" from the third-party speaker; natural-speech register). Script stat block re-run at v1.3 (wordcount.py, deterministic) and this storyboard matches it: body 273w → 95.2s · CTA beat 47w → 16.4s · fulls A 315w → 109.9s · B 313w → 109.2s · C 306w → 106.7s (all inside 82.45-111.55s on the word-derived basis; product-entry depth 122/273 = 44.7% vs donor 45.6% — Δ−0.9pp, sits below donor from the mandated close growth; recorded, not gated).

Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections. Beats 2-9 are the shared locked-body storyboard. Each variant ends on its own handoff line into Symptom Reframe & Escalation, on identical presenter framing, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2.

Delivery markup: [pause] / CAPS / [quieter] stripped from all on-screen text; carried into per-beat DIRECTION notes only. Pause note: 4 scripted [pause] marks per variant ≈ +3.2s (~0.8s each) over the word-derived runtime → delivered ≈ A 113.1s · B 112.4s · C 109.9s. Word-derived fulls all sit INSIDE the 82.45-111.55s donor band (A has 1.7s of slack); on the DELIVERED basis variant A crosses the ceiling by ~1.5s and variant B by ~0.8s — C is the only variant inside. Expected and accepted at v1.3 (the named-guarantee close added 3 words; we do NOT cut words to fit) — editors must NOT pad, keep pause holds tight (~0.5s) on A and B, and prefer C, then B, where runtime pressure matters.

Nine-beat discipline (donor budget preserved): 9/9 donor beat order; largest beat = Hijack Reveal 16.0s (donor cap 16s); no beat exceeds 16s.

Rotation: reference_usage_log.jsonl contains only the seed line — EXCLUDE set empty (E1's append was skipped per pilot convention). Log append SKIPPED (echo pilot — handled at package). Pool note: the §2b semantic query top-15 was 100% trysoluma + tryjevi (the cortisol/thyroid family, ws 42.6-62.1); intersection with list_winners top-20 was EMPTY (winners top-20 is skincare/menopause/gummy statics + confessionals). Resolved per the E1 precedent: donor pinned as DECLARED-choice cornerstone (Echo SEED binding), supporting anchors drawn from the semantic pool by format relevance (video-first per §2c; one static kept, demoted to copy-structure-only). Within-session diversity: ZERO overlap with E1's anchor set (fresh supporting draw).

[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 1413714450266346 — sereneherbs — winner_score 69.3 — video (THE DONOR, SEED — pinned) Hook pattern: H11 taboo blurt over split-screen; hook line burned as bold caps OST top half; qualification in line 1; clinical deadpan over shock content On-screen text style: bold capitalized yellow sans-serif with black stroke, burned top half; phrase-level OSTs on key claims ("INFESTATION", "MASSACRE BEGINS" grammar), never spoken hype B-roll cuing: bottom half cycles every 2-3s — hyper-real 3D medical animation (the load-bearing visual), symptom stock clips, exactly ONE UGC dosing clip at solution intro Transition style: hard cuts on the bottom layer at 2-3s cadence; presenter top layer continuous; presenter goes full-frame at the authority/social-proof turn Mute-test asset: burned caps hook OST + graphic 3D animation + presenter face — donor report: "passes the mute test with a perfect score"

Best-fit beat type in our script: ALL (SEED full-pattern borrow); primary: hook split-screen grammar, Hijack Reveal villain-CGI slot, solution-intro UGC clip, full-frame authority move (Beat 8), restock CTA

Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot clinical presenter + commissioned 3D animation + UGC clip — adapted to Soul Cinema presenter + higgsfield-generate animation; flagged per beat where the adaptation strains

[Anchor B] 26839214942445844 — trysoluma — winner_score 62.1 — video Hook pattern: credential cold open ("I'm an endocrinologist") — flat authority register, zero disfluency On-screen text style: dense keyword-fragment OSTs tracking the mechanism argument (T4/T3/liver/cortisol keywords stamped as spoken) — the mechanism-literate register our educated avatar reads fluently B-roll cuing: presenter-carried; overlays serve the argument, never decorate Transition style: none on presenter — pacing driven by speech + OST cadence Mute-test asset: face + keyword OST stream

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hijack Reveal + Purity & Authority Validation (mechanism-argument OST grammar; its cortisol→conversion-blockade content is our exact physiology). SECONDARY: presenter register reference for speaker direction

Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot authority talking head — register transfers to Soul Cinema direction regardless of tooling

[Anchor C] 2856685898051227 — tryjevi — winner_score 55.4 — video Hook pattern: H03 time-lapse trial ("What happens when you start fixing your cortisol?") On-screen text style: staccato full-caps OST rhythm ("DROP CORTISOL. BODY STOPS HOARDING FAT.") — verdict-fragment burns B-roll cuing: premium 3D anatomical animation carries the ENTIRE ad — the quality bar for medical CGI in this niche Transition style: chronological montage segments (Day 1 → Week 4) Mute-test asset: animation + caps OSTs

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hijack Reveal animation craft (anatomical flythrough quality bar) + Restoration Proof montage grammar. FLAG: its cartoon-doctor avatar and full-animation format do NOT fit our live-presenter split-screen — borrowed at ANIMATION-CRAFT + OST-rhythm level only, never the format (VS6 cross-adaptation logged)

Tooling stack inferred: dedicated 3D animation pipeline — maps to our higgsfield-generate animation layer

[Anchor D] 1924923671561589 — tryjevi — winner_score 53.6 — video Hook pattern: listicle symptom warning ("four hidden signs of high cortisol"); sign #1 IS our avatar ("Those random 3 AM wakeups") On-screen text style: continuous phrase-level burns following speech B-roll cuing: raw night-world/daily-life symptom B-roll (bedroom, fog, blank stares) PIVOTING to high-authority 3D brain animation exactly at the mechanism turn ("It's CORTISOL hijacking your brain") Transition style: intimate-to-clinical visual escalation at the villain naming Mute-test asset: symptom B-roll + burns

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook variants' night-world B-roll + Symptom Reframe/Expansion clips (the lived-symptom half of our bottom layer). FLAG: its relatable-creator register does NOT fit our clinical authority — borrowed at B-ROLL-GRAMMAR level only (VS6 logged)

Tooling stack inferred: stock/phone symptom clips + 3D animation — maps to our Seedance night-world clips + animation layer

[Anchor E] 988501263528248 — trysoluma — winner_score 58.8 — static (DEMOTED per §2c: copy-structure borrow only, no visual-pattern borrow) Hook pattern: the market-validated 3am hook language — "If you wake up at 3 or 4am every single night — wide awake, heart slightly racing, mind already running" — proof the 3am-waking qualification door converts in-niche as an OSTable first line

Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook OST copy grammar only (the conditional 3am door as burned text)

Tooling stack inferred: n/a (static)

03Per-beat storyboard

Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical. SPLIT-SCREEN: presenter locked in the TOP half (medium close-up, eye-level, centered with deliberate headroom — rendered full-frame, cropped to the top panel in post); bottom half cycles animation/B-roll on a 2-3s cut cadence (donor grammar). Presenter set: warm-authority home office — warm neutrals, greenery, framed credentials wall softly blurred behind her, emerald or deep-teal V-neck blouse, warm key upper-left 4500-5000K (speaker-file palette; donor's lab-coat white DECLARED-swapped out). OSTs: bold capitalized yellow sans-serif, black stroke, burned top half over/beside the presenter (donor-exact); NO continuous word-by-word caption track (donor uses phrase burns, not captions — editor MAY add light keyword captions at the mechanism beat per Anchor B's grammar). Audio: low ominous synth drone from 0:00, warming/lifting at Beat 5, resolving to room-tone + clock tick on the Beat 9 end card; subtle SFX on animation hits (heartbeat thump at hooks, soft whoosh on cortisol wave) — NO squelch/gross-out SFX. Night-world continuity: SAME bedroom, SAME bedside clock design in every 3:00 AM appearance (hooks → Beat 6 → Beat 9 end card — a closed prop loop). Symptom B-roll woman: ONE consistent AI-generated woman (Laurie persona, 45-60) across all lived-symptom clips — chain via Nano Banana character reference for still keyframes, animate via Seedance.

B-rollBottom sequence — (1) Kindled bottle + dropper macro entering over the dimmed-T3 end-frame of Beat 4 (t≈0:54); (2) ONE UGC-style clip of a woman dosing sublingually before bed in a warm-lit bedroom (donor had exactly one UGC dosing clip — the nocturnal dose IS the angle, carried in the VISUAL even though the v1.1 spoken line trims to "One dose"); (3) three quick 3D inserts pulsing per ingredient line — ashwagandha calming the red spike / selenium lighting the conversion gate / zinc docking the T3 receptor (the mechanism, now resolving)
LightingDECLARED SHIFT begins — palette warms from here (villain-red recedes, warm amber/gold enters); audio drone lifts toward hope (global-spine warm turn). Justification: donor's valence pivot from dread to hope at solution entrance

04Visual continuity audit
  • ONE presenter, ONE set (warm-authority home office) the whole board; the split-screen (presenter top / animation-B-roll bottom) holds beats 1-7, then COLLAPSES to full-frame presenter at Beat 8 (the donor's authority move — the board's single deliberate structural visual pivot, donor-cited). Wardrobe, framing, and speaker identity constant across the collapse (VH2 satisfied via documented pivot).
  • Night-world prop loop: the SAME bedside clock at 3:00 AM appears in the hooks (1A/1C animation, 1B live), returns undisturbed at Beat 6, and closes the board on the Beat 9 end card — a fully closed visual loop.
  • Animation villain/victim color-coding (dark blues + threatening red + warm amber gland) held from hook through Beat 4, recedes as the palette warms from Beat 5, fully gone by Beat 6 — the color arc tracks the valence journey (dread → hope → relief).
  • Symptom-B-roll woman: ONE consistent character (Laurie persona) across every lived-symptom clip (Nano Banana reference-chained) — never a different face.
  • OST grammar constant: bold yellow caps burned top half, phrase-level verdict burns (NOT a continuous caption track — donor grammar), across all beats and both framings.
  • Hook variants: all three land on their own handoff line at IDENTICAL presenter framing, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2.
05Mute-test verification
  • First 5s: PASS on all three variants via presenter face + on-screen asset + burned caps OST. A: red-wave/thyroid 3D animation + "WIDE AWAKE AT 3AM?" burn. B: 3pm/3am split-symptom contrast clips + "TIRED AT 3PM. WIRED AT 3AM." C: dimming-thyroid animation + "THAT 3AM WAKE-UP?" → negation stamps. Strategy = Fork 4 option 1+3 (speaker face + on-screen text, enriched with donor split-screen animation asset). Donor's own mute-test verdict on this exact grammar: "perfect score."
  • Hook OST specs: A "WIDE AWAKE AT 3AM?" (4w) → "SOMETHING IS HIJACKING YOUR THYROID." (5w) · B "TIRED AT 3PM. WIRED AT 3AM." (6w) · C "THAT 3AM WAKE-UP?" (4w) / "NOT ANXIETY" (2w) / "NOT MENOPAUSE" (2w) / "YOUR THYROID. EVERY NIGHT." (4w). All ≤12 words (VS2 pass). Assets persist ≥ full 5s (VS5 pass — each hook's asset chain is continuous through t=5s).
  • U12 scan of all viewer-visible OSTs: found+fixed 1 — the script's Beat-2 OST "NOT LAZINESS — A THEFT." carried an em-dash → recast to period form "NOT LAZINESS. A THEFT." (donor verdict-burn grammar preserved). Remaining em/en dashes in the OST track: 0. The "T4 → T3" arrow glyph and "3AM"/"3PM"/"30-DAY"/"MONEY-BACK"/"WAKE-UPS" compound hyphens are not dashes (U12 clean).
06Production-limitation cross-ref

production_limitations.md is a sparse skeleton (<3 non-template entries) → formal YS6 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic. Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md instead:

  1. Soul Cinema text rendering unreliable → ALL OSTs/burns/badges in post (every beat).
  2. 3D medical animation is the load-bearing visual (donor's proof spine) → routed to a dedicated higgsfield-generate layer (GPT Image 2 keyframes → Seedance 2.0 i2v); Beat 4 flythrough is quality-critical (donor swipe verdict: cheap animation kills clinical credibility) → licensed medical-stock or commissioned-3D fallback if AI CGI misses QC.
  3. Legible product label / guarantee badge (Beats 5, 9) → Marketing Studio closeup-product or practical macro; sublingual-dosing hand action (Beats 5, 7) → real-shoot UGC preferred (hand/mouth artifacts).
  4. Character consistency of the symptom-B-roll woman across clips → Nano Banana reference-chaining; clock-face legibility (3:00) across hooks/Beat 6/Beat 9 → post-composite if render can't hold it (continuity-critical).
  5. No trained Soul ID exists for speaker 1.2 → /higgsfield-soul-id training pass is a production prerequisite (speaker file carries generation specs — warm-authority palette, warm-brown caramel waves, teal/emerald blouse, home-office set, NOT lab coat/white).
  6. Beat-4 16s continuous animation stitched from 3 gens + long presenter takes → QC seams; caption-covered joins if drift.
  7. Casting/direction friction (review SOFT-2): speaker 1.2's native register is warm-conversational ~140 wpm; this deployment runs her at the donor's 172 wpm scripted-authority (mini-brief declaration) — direct per the script's delivery notes (pitch-drop emphasis, hushed medical-secret register); zero copy impact.

08Tooling prompt index

Per-beat prompts collated above. Layer stack: Soul Cinema (presenter, all beats, SOUL_ID kindled_1_2_compassionate_educator — to be minted at Soul training) · higgsfield-generate (3D animation + symptom B-roll, GPT Image 2 → Seedance 2.0, Nano Banana for character consistency) · Marketing Studio (product macro/hero, Beats 5/9) · real-shoot preferred (one UGC dosing clip, sublingual macro). Split-screen assembled in post (presenter top / insert bottom, beats 1-7; full-frame presenter beats 8-9). Copy-paste ready per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md.

09SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
  • VS1 (B-roll density): the bottom layer runs a continuous 2-3s cut cadence (donor grammar) — this is ABOVE the 1/10s ceiling by design (donor's own rhythm). CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL: split-screen keeps the presenter continuous while the bottom cycles, so the "over-cut" flag doesn't apply the way it would to a single-frame talking head. Donor-faithful.
  • VS6 (cross-beat/cross-register anchor adaptations): 3 logged — Beat 4 ← Anchor C (3D-animation craft + verdict-burn OST kept, cartoon-doctor format rejected); Hooks/Beat 2-3 ← Anchor D (symptom B-roll grammar kept, relatable-creator register rejected — our register is clinical authority); Anchor E static → copy-structure borrow only (no visual-pattern transfer, §2c demotion). Rationales inline.
  • VS3: every beat cites an anchor or logs an original-direction rationale.
  • Review SOFT-1 (dosing-time), resolved: v1.1 trimmed the SPOKEN "before bed"; the storyboard carries the nocturnal dose in the Beat-5 VISUAL (UGC clip = before-bed) only — the angle survives without the spoken usage claim. No storyboard action needed.
  • Review SOFT-5 (voltage-raising escalation): storyboard-ready at Beat 6 if Zied wants the weakest zone hotter (added OST + spoken line); NOT built by default (review default = ship without).
  • Echo pause-inflation note (restated at v1.3): delivered runtime ≈ A 113.1s · B 112.4s · C 109.9s vs word-derived A 109.9s · B 109.2s · C 106.7s — word-derived is inside the 82.45-111.55s donor band on all three; delivered crosses the ceiling by ~1.5s on A and ~0.8s on B once all four pauses are honored (C stays inside). Expected + accepted — the v1.3 guarantee naming added 3 words and we do not cut words to fit. Editors must not pad; keep pause holds tight (~0.5s) on A and B; prefer C, then B, under runtime pressure.

12New contract findings (for the Echo build log)
  1. CID at storyboard vs ship (convention divergence). E1's board declared "NO CID minted; Echo mints at ship." E3 stamps CID KD_C0072 at storyboard time per the task's adapted convention. The two pilot boards now disagree on when the CID attaches. Pin one rule into the Echo chain: either CIDs are pre-allocated at storyboard (E3's convention) or minted at ship (E1's). Recommend documenting KD_C0072 as a PRE-ALLOCATED pilot label so it doesn't collide with the mint-at-ship path.
  2. Split-screen production is a first-class layout the v2 skill doesn't model. The donor's load-bearing grammar (presenter top / 3D-animation bottom, continuous presenter + 2-3s bottom cadence) forced a hybrid layer stack (Soul Cinema + higgsfield-generate animation + Marketing Studio + UGC) and a dedicated animation-insert matrix. v2's per-beat single "Avatar-tool prompt" field assumes one production layer per beat; split-screen needs PRIMARY + B_ROLL_LAYER + OVERLAY_LAYER stacking. E3 handled it with the hybrid syntax; worth promoting split-screen to a named production pattern in avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md.
  3. Stat-block currency (resolved, re-run at v1.3). The v1.1 staleness flag (script stat block showing v1.0 numbers after the SOFT-1 trim) is closed: every close edit since has re-run the script's stat block deterministically (wordcount.py — at v1.3: body 273w, CTA beat 47w, fulls 315/313/306w) and this storyboard carries the same numbers. Standing rule kept: re-run the stat block after ANY close edit so downstream nodes don't inherit stale counts.
  4. Anchor-pool collapse (in-niche video). The semantic top-15 was 100% the trysoluma/tryjevi cortisol-thyroid family (ws 42.6-62.1) with ZERO intersection with the winners top-20 (skincare/menopause statics + confessionals). Same failure mode E1 logged. The donor-pin + format-relevant supporting draw is the working resolution, but Echo's storyboard step should formalize "donor-pinned cornerstone + semantic-pool supporting anchors" as the standard path when the winners intersection is empty (it will be, for niche video targets).
