01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (compat conventions carried from E1 — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)
| v2 input the skill expects | Echo source used |
|---|---|
| Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype) | Script "Speaker:" line + mini-brief Delivery/speaker row → 3.8 Younger UGC Mom, solo. Echo's D02 mapped to v2 dynamic solo (E1 precedent: D02 is direct-to-lens peer address, not private-vulnerable confessional) |
| Field 20 (setting/tone) | Script speaker line "home shoot, prop-heavy" + donor production notes → at-home (living room; donor's warm neutral living room with personality detail) |
| Field 21 (editing style) | NOT declared as a field — inherited from donor report §2 Visual Elements + "Visual & Format Analysis (Yapper Style)" + deconstruction Part 8: single continuous take, ZERO cuts, zero composited B-roll, no music, no text overlays, physical movements as transitions |
| Field 25 (production notes) | Script DELIVERY NOTES block (incl. the Production runtime guard) + donor card production line + review §2.3 casting direction |
| Field 12 (mechanism) | Mini-brief Mechanism row: the furnace frame — iodine (T4 raw material) + selenium (T4→T3 conversion) = cellular heat |
| Field 0 (length) | Deterministic runtime block: donor band 40-54s; fulls 51.1-51.7s word-derived (inline-action counting basis, declared in script) |
| Beat timecodes | Computed cumulative from per-beat word-derived durations at 205.5 wpm (script gives ~durations; storyboard uses exact word counts). Body timecodes use the Hook-A baseline (6.1s); B/C shift the body by <±0.5s — timecodes hold for all variants |
| Inline (OST/visual: …) script blocks | Echo scripts embed per-hook visual intent inline (no v2 analog). Treated as the writer's DECLARED visual direction: binding where donor-cited, edit-optional where the script marks "optional" |
Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections sharing the SAME room, chair, and blanket-cocoon framing, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2 march. Beats 2-6 are the shared locked-body storyboard.
Delivery markup: [exhale] / [pause] / CAPS stripped from any on-screen surface; carried into per-beat DIRECTION only. Inline [action] brackets are PERFORMED beats — they count in the runtime basis and are choreographed below.
Action-under-lines runtime guard (review §2.2 / script Step 2.6 — the E2 analog of E1's pause-inflation note): the 40-54s band holds ONLY if actions play UNDER spoken lines (the donor's habit — she fans while talking). Spoken load is 121 body words; if actions are performed sequentially the cut overruns to ~57-62s. Per-beat durations below = spoken duration; every action is choreographed to OVERLAP its line. Editors: if a rough cut exceeds 54s, compress action screen-time (overlap, don't sequence) — never cut spoken words.

Rotation: E1's §2g append was SKIPPED (echo pilot — handled at package), so the usage log still holds only the seed line — EXCLUDE set empty. Donor pinned as DECLARED-choice cornerstone (Echo SEED binding — §2f deliberate re-use; no semantic re-query per the E1-established convention: donor + the session reference set ARE the pool). Anchors B/C are declared re-uses from the same session reference set. Log append SKIPPED again (echo pilot — handled at package).

Best-fit beat type in our script: ALL (SEED full-pattern borrow); primary: hook physical demo, window-yell interrupt, calm product close with aspirational reveal
Tooling stack inferred: real one-person phone shoot — static tripod/surface at eye level, natural window light, single take. Adapted to Soul Cinema per matrix default; flagged per beat where the adaptation strains
[Anchor B] 1272849830515980 — elavate — winner_score 94.2 — video Hook pattern: H06 rock-bottom diary, disfluent warmth (aggression 1/5 at the highest ws in the set) On-screen text style: minimal; physical props carry proof B-roll cuing: NONE composited — printed photos held TO THE LENS; self-pinching cheeks/jawline on camera; proof made physical in-frame Transition style: single-take home shoot, no cut grammar Mute-test asset: face + physical prop interaction
Best-fit beat type in our script: proof/results (its declared home) — CROSS-ADAPTED here to the physicality-as-proof grammar: Hook C's arsenal display and the Beat 6 blanket pull-off reveal (the body itself as the before/after; VS6 rationale logged at those beats)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot home — prop-in-hand and self-touch beats flagged for AI-render reliability
[Anchor C] 980830331413584 — trysoluma — winner_score 65.7 — video (in-niche sibling, E1's donor) Hook pattern: H08 transformation receipt; line-1 qualification On-screen text style: native word-by-word captions, bold white sans-serif, bottom third, niche-keyword highlights — the caption grammar of the in-niche D02 family B-roll cuing: floating smartphone-photo stills; bottle hold with legible label at 73% depth Transition style: one deliberate hard cut; otherwise steady Mute-test asset: face + stills + captions
Best-fit beat type in our script: the CAPTION A/B VARIANT only (its caption grammar is what the variant would look like) + Beat 6 bottle-hold depth precedent. FLAG: its caption-native style CONTRADICTS our donor's zero-text signature — confined to the declared A/B edit variant, justified by the donor report's own Part 14.2 hypothesis #1, never the default (VS6 cross-adaptation logged)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot UGC selfie + post-composited text — post-production layer applies regardless of speaker tooling
[Anchor D] 1305496105116362 — tryleaply — winner_score 65.1 — video Hook pattern: H05 Remedy Firing Squad — serial negation of named remedies before the reframe ("stop doing these 3 things") On-screen text style: stage set-piece, not native B-roll cuing: audience cutaways (stage grammar) Transition style: fast uniform beats Mute-test asset: stage frame + speakers
Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook 1C ONLY — the serial-negation GRAMMAR (name each remedy, point, negate). FLAG: its TED-stage register and 2p tooling do NOT fit our home confessional — borrowed at hook-grammar level only, staged as a prop ring in her living room, never the set-piece (VS6 cross-adaptation logged)
Tooling stack inferred: staged multi-camera set — NOT transferred; only the verbal/gestural hook grammar travels
03Per-beat storyboard
Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical, MEDIUM shot (waist-up — body language is the content; donor opens medium for the same reason), phone static on tripod/surface at eye level, slightly off-center, direct-to-lens. Real lived-in living room: big window camera-left with BRIGHT hard July sunlight visibly streaming in (the joke's second character — must read in second 1), wall thermostat visible mid-ground, unfussy mom-life detail (framed kid art, a plant, a coffee mug). Bright natural daylight, clean residential audio, NO music, ZERO cuts — the full runtime is ONE continuous take; every beat boundary is a PHYSICAL movement, not an edit [Anchor A donor-exact]. NO burned-in text by default (donor-exact); the declared caption A/B variant is specced under Mute-test verification. Speaker styling every beat: glowing, put-together "after"-state mom (styled hair, fresh, bright summer top UNDER the blankets — revealed at the close) per review §2.3. Blankets in muted neutrals so the July light + berry-red bottle pop [Anchor A color-contrast logic: white shirt vs neon-blue fan].
▸1Rock-Bottom Diary, donor-shape [0:00–0:06] Beat 1A: HOOK A
Mute-test stop-scroll via in-medias-res physical demo
| Shot | Medium (waist-up), selfie-static framing — wide enough that cocoon + sunlit window read together |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked, slightly off-center; direct-to-lens eyeline after the exhale |
| On-screen text | NONE — donor-exact zero-overlay default (rationale: the organic no-text look IS the donor's native signature, report §1). A/B variant: OST card "it's july." lower-third, native font, in at t=1.0s hold to t=5s |
| B-roll | None composited — the PHYSICAL demo is the visual event: she is wrapped in three blankets, visibly shivering, hard July sun striping the frame; the "Ugh" + plays over a shiver-shudder. Cocoon + sunlight must both read in second 1 |
| Lighting | Setting default (bright July daylight — hard sun is load-bearing, not a flaw) |
▸ Prompt
MODEL: soul_cinema_studio SOUL_ID: kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom (REQUIRES /higgsfield-soul-id training pass — none on file) PROMPT: "Woman around 40, glowing and put-together, wrapped in three thick neutral blankets like a cocoon, visibly shivering, bright hard summer sunlight streaming through a large window behind her, real lived-in living room, exasperated deadpan expression, direct to camera, static eye-level medium shot, unpolished organic phone-video feel, 9:16" NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, winter scene, snow, studio lighting, polish, multiple faces, distorted hands" ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16 CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked, eye-level, static (donor: tripod/surface phone) ON_SCREEN_TEXT: none (donor-exact); A/B variant card in post DURATION (image-to-video): 6s REAL-SHOOT NOTE: one chair by the window, three blankets, shoot midday for hard sun; shiver + exhale UNDER the lines DIRECTION: exasperated deadpan (frustration 6/10, donor S6); [exhale] after "Ugh."; mock air-quotes on "always cold"; the denial is flat, not whiny
| Production limitation | FLAGGED — full-body cocoon + shiver micro-motion + believable hard-sun interior is a demanding Soul render; hands under blankets reduces artifact risk. Real-shoot route: trivial |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] full-pattern borrow — in-medias-res physical pain demo before speech + deadpan denial-of-misread (donor's "No, I'm not pregnant." grammar) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; she starts rising from the chair on "My furnace is off." (motion IS the transition into Beat 2's march) |
| Mute-test | PASS — blanket cocoon + visible July sunlight + shivering + exasperated face communicate "abnormally cold woman in summer" fully sound-off (donor's own report-verified mute logic: demo carries without a word). Asset persists the entire beat |
▸2Symptom Mirror (conditional door) [0:00–0:06] Beat 1B: HOOK B
Mute-test asset
| Shot | Medium, same cocoon framing (variant-interchange continuity) |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; deadpan direct-to-lens throughout |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact). A/B variant: native captions word-by-word (this is the variant that benefits most — B is the talkiest hook, 0% action words) |
| B-roll | She counts the conditionals on her fingers (one, two) — the finger-count is the kinetic asset; INSET: thermostat readout close-up — a phone-shot style picture-in-picture of the wall thermostat display reading "78" — in at t=2s, out at t=5s |
| Lighting | Setting default |
▸ Prompt
MODEL: soul_cinema_studio SOUL_ID: kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom PROMPT: "Same woman in the blanket cocoon by the bright sunlit window, deadpan to camera, counting on her fingers, real living room, static eye-level medium shot, organic phone-video feel, 9:16" NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, extra fingers, distorted hands, studio polish" ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16 CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked, eye-level ON_SCREEN_TEXT: none (donor-exact); thermostat-readout inset composited in post from a separate insert shot DURATION (image-to-video): 6s REAL-SHOOT NOTE: grab the thermostat readout as a 2s phone insert after the main take; finger-count UNDER the lines DIRECTION: conditional door delivered deadpan, unhurried; "your whole marriage" lands dry; ellipses are breath, not stops
| Production limitation | FLAGGED — finger-count = hand artifact risk in Soul; readout inset composited in post either route (legible in-render screen text is unreliable) |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] cocoon frame continuity; inset = original visual direction — rationale: no donor overlay exists; a picture-in-picture readout is the phone-native way to visualize the conditional door without breaking the no-text default (VS3 logged) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; rises on "your furnace is off." |
| Mute-test | PASS — cocoon-in-sunlight + finger-count + thermostat readout inset carry sound-off. Weakest of the three variants without the inset — inset is the declared reinforcement (VS5) |
▸3Remedy Firing Squad (arsenal door) [0:00–0:06] Beat 1C: HOOK C
Mute-test asset
| Shot | Medium, slightly wider than A/B — the arsenal ring must read: space heater glowing at her feet, heated blanket on lap, wool socks within reach |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; direct-to-lens; her point-gestures sweep the ring |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact). A/B variant: captions with serial highlights ("heated blanket", "space heater", "wool socks") |
| B-roll | None composited — prop choreography carries: point at heater / lift blanket edge / hold up the socks on the three namings, then the dismissive gesture-sweep on "None of them fix why you're cold" |
| Lighting | Setting default + the heater's faint orange glow at frame bottom |
▸ Prompt
MODEL: soul_cinema_studio SOUL_ID: kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom PROMPT: "Same woman in the blanket cocoon, a glowing space heater at her feet and wool socks in her raised hand, bright July sunlight through the window, real living room, pointing at each object in turn, direct to camera, static eye-level medium shot, 9:16" NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, fire, distorted hands, extra objects, studio polish" ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16 CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked, eye-level, framed a touch wider for the prop ring ON_SCREEN_TEXT: none (donor-exact) DURATION (image-to-video): 6s REAL-SHOOT NOTE: dress the arsenal ring before the take; heater ON (glow reads); socks held UP on their naming; points UNDER the lines DIRECTION: serial negation, one finger-point per remedy, rhythm even; the sweep on "None of them" is the beat's punch
| Production limitation | FLAGGED — multi-object scene + hand-held sock + glowing heater = highest object-artifact risk of the three hooks in Soul; real-shoot route: trivial set dressing |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor D] serial-negation hook grammar (declared cross-adaptation: stage → living-room prop ring); [Anchor B] props-as-proof; [Anchor A] cocoon continuity |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; rises on "that's your furnace." |
| Mute-test | PASS — heater-glow + blanket + socks-in-hand inside a sunlit summer room is a self-explanating absurdity; the arsenal is the scroll-stop. Assets persist full beat |
▸4Beat 2: THERMOSTAT WAR [0:06–0:13]
Compensation-behavior agitation + the skeptic-husband misread
| Shot | Medium, she RISES and marches to the wall thermostat (camera holds; she moves within the static frame — donor grammar: subject motion, never camera motion) |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; she turns profile at the thermostat, cranks it, side-eyes down the hallway on "My husband thinks I'm dramatic", then back to lens |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact). A/B variant: caption highlight "hostage negotiation" |
| B-roll | None composited — the march + crank + hallway side-eye ARE the visual events, played UNDER the lines (she talks while marching — donor's action-under-lines habit) |
| Lighting | Setting default |
▸ Prompt
MODEL: soul_cinema_studio SOUL_ID: kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom PROMPT: "Same woman, blankets still draped on her shoulders, marching to a wall thermostat and cranking it up, side-eyeing an offscreen hallway, bright sunlit living room, static camera, organic phone-video feel, 9:16" NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, camera movement, jump cut, distorted hands, extra people" ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16 CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked — SUBJECT moves through the static frame (donor-exact motion-as-transition) ON_SCREEN_TEXT: none (donor-exact) DURATION: 7s REAL-SHOOT NOTE: blankets stay ON (draped cape — comedy + continuity to the Beat 6 pull-off); crank is a real gesture on the real unit; hallway side-eye holds a half-beat DIRECTION: mock-siege comedy; "hostage negotiation" delivered like a war correspondent; eye-roll at the hallway on "dramatic"
| Production limitation | FLAGGED — walk-within-frame + wall-object interaction is a hard Soul ask (subject locomotion + touch-point alignment); if AI-routed, generate as its own segment and mask the join inside her turn-away motion. Real shoot: trivial |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] physical-agitation-2 function + motion-as-transition (donor's side-profile belly turn, transposed) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; she turns back toward camera with the bottle-reach beginning (Beat 3's demeanor shift is cued by her body settling) |
| Mute-test | N/A (non-hook beat; the march/crank keeps sound-off comprehension of "cold woman fights thermostat") |
▸5Symptom vs Personality [0:13–0:20] Beat 3: REFRAME
The demeanor SHIFT: announcement scaffold + aphorism + FIRST bottle visual, brand unspoken
| Shot | Medium; she settles back into the chair zone, warmth arrives |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; direct-to-lens, steady; the smile lands WITH the bottle raise (script: smiles warmly on the hold) |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact). A/B variant: caption full-line highlight on "a symptom, not a personality" |
| B-roll | None composited — small berry-red dropper bottle raised chest-high on the aphorism's landing, label loosely to lens, held ~2s, lowered (brand NOT spoken — donor-exact first-hold grammar: product seen before named) |
| Lighting | Setting default |
▸ Prompt
MODEL: soul_cinema_studio SOUL_ID: kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom PROMPT: "Same woman, warmth breaking through, holding up a small berry-red dropper bottle beside her chest, soft genuine smile arriving, bright sunlit living room, direct to camera, static eye-level medium shot, 9:16" NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, wrong product, oversized bottle, illegible mush, distorted hands" ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16 CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked, eye-level ON_SCREEN_TEXT: none (donor-exact) DURATION: 7s REAL-SHOOT NOTE: real Kindled bottle; label to lens but legibility NOT required at this speed (brand is spoken at Beat 6; do NOT add an insert cut — it would break the zero-cut grammar) DIRECTION: "So I'm here to tell you" = the announcement scaffold, demeanor shift ON it; HURTS hits without shouting; aphorism spoken warmly here — it gets YELLED next beat (donor's double deployment)
| Production limitation | Small-object-in-hand render risk (bottle morphing) — composite the real bottle in post if AI-routed, or shoot practical |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] demeanor-shift + first-bottle-hold at the reframe (donor-exact structural spot); [Anchor C] bottle-hold grammar (secondary) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; she pivots and strides to the window ON the aphorism's echo (motion into Beat 4) |
| Mute-test | N/A (captions in A/B variant would carry the aphorism sound-off) |
▸6Window Yell [0:20–0:23] Beat 4: PATTERN INTERRUPT
Theatrical proclamation of the aphorism
| Shot | Medium-wide within the same static frame — she crosses to the window, slides it open, leans her upper body OUT, yells |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked (donor-exact: the depth shift comes from HER moving away/outward, not the camera); her back/profile to lens during the yell, sun full on her |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact — the yell is sound-on territory). A/B variant: NO caption on the yell line either |
| B-roll | None composited — the open-window lean-out IS the event; blankets slip half off in the motion (planted continuity toward the Beat 6 full pull-off) |
| Lighting | DECLARED natural shift — full outdoor brightness floods her at the open window (in-world, not a grade change); acoustic shift to exterior echo is the audio signature — keep it (donor-exact) |
▸ Prompt
MODEL: soul_cinema_studio SOUL_ID: kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom PROMPT: "Same woman sliding open a large window and leaning her upper body outside into bright July daylight, yelling joyfully, blankets slipping off her shoulders, seen from inside the living room, static camera, organic phone-video feel, 9:16" NEGATIVE_PROMPT: "text, camera pan, cut, distorted body, balcony railing, night" ASPECT_RATIO: 9:16 CAMERA_DIRECTION: locked — she moves INTO depth; do not reframe ON_SCREEN_TEXT: none (donor-exact; sound-on beat) DURATION: 3s REAL-SHOOT NOTE: real openable window, one rehearsal for the slide+lean; capture the exterior acoustic shift live — do not ADR it flat DIRECTION: full send — this IS shouted (the one shouted line); triumphant, not angry; peak vocal energy of the whole ad (donor peak 8/10)
| Production limitation | FLAGGED — HARDEST AI beat on the board: interior/exterior boundary crossing + full-body lean + window physics in one static frame. If Soul-routed, this beat alone justifies the real-shoot recommendation; do not substitute a cutaway (it would break both the zero-cut grammar and the donor's signature beat) |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] the donor's signature theatrical proclamation, borrowed at the same structural turn, same staging |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; she pulls back inside, turns to lens, leans in (motion into Beat 5's conspiratorial register) |
| Mute-test | N/A — but note the beat is a sound-off WIN anyway: a woman yelling out a window is a mid-scroll re-hook |
▸7Furnace Connection [0:23–0:28] Beat 5: MECHANISM
One-line mechanism seed + body gesture
| Shot | Medium, back at lens-center; she leans IN toward camera ~10% |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; direct-to-lens; she points at her own chest on "your cellular furnace" |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact). A/B variant: caption highlights "thyroid", "cellular furnace" |
| B-roll | None composited — the chest-point is the sole gesture (single-SKU swap of the donor's second-bottle hold, per the transposition plan); no diagram, no overlay |
| Lighting | Setting default (window closed behind her, sun still bright) |
▸ Prompt

| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] donor's one-line mechanism seed + body gesture, post-peak calm (verbatim-adjacent structural reuse) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take; she reaches for the bottle on the beat boundary (motion into the close) |
| Mute-test | N/A |
▸8Beat 6: SOLUTION & ASPIRATIONAL CLOSE [0:28–0:51]
The 47%-of-runtime close: product entry at 60% word depth → fuel chain → ease protocol → empowerment pivot → BLANKET…
| Shot | Medium, seated/settled, direct-to-lens; bottle enters at chest height and STAYS present through the protocol |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; in-beat choreography (word-derived at 205.5 wpm): "it's called Kindled" ≈ t=0:33 · ≈ t=0:39 with label to lens · then "You do not have to live in three blankets." ≈ t=0:42 · ≈ t=0:48 on "warm" — revealing the bright summer top + put-together after-state · "Thirty-day guarantee. Go see if it's in stock." ≈ t=0:49-0:51, easy |
| On-screen text | NONE default (donor-exact — donor closed with zero graphics). A/B variant: captions with highlights "Kindled", "under the tongue", "30-day guarantee", "in stock" |
| B-roll | None composited — two physical events carry: (1) the bottle hold; (2) the blanket pull-off reveal — the body-as-before/after proof gesture |

| Production limitation | FLAGGED — 23s continuous render with a prop hold AND a wardrobe-reveal action is beyond current single-generation Soul stability; AI route requires 2-3 segment joins masked inside her motions, which strains the zero-cut signature — this beat plus Beat 4 are the two spine reasons the real-shoot routing is recommended. Label legibility NOT required (brand spoken; format speed) — declared, do not add an insert |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] calm 22s close + aspirational sign-off + "this stage of life" grammar (donor-exact structural transfer); [Anchor B] physical reveal as proof (declared cross-adaptation); CTA language = house rule (stock-check; donor's soft-learn CTA transposed out per the plan) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | End on her warm and unwrapped; hold ~0.5s after "stock." then cut to black |
| Mute-test | N/A (bottle presence + blanket pull-off carry sound-off product recognition + transformation) |
04Visual continuity audit
- ONE location (living room), ONE continuous take, ZERO cuts across all beats — donor-exact. All movement is subject-motion inside a static frame (chair → thermostat → chair zone → window → chair) — VH2 satisfied structurally; nothing to bridge because nothing cuts.
- Prop continuity ledger: blankets ON from frame 1 (all variants) → half-slip planted at Beat 4 (window motion) → full pull-off at Beat 6 on "warm" (the closed visual loop, mirror of E1's stills loop). Bottle: first seen Beat 3 (unnamed), returns Beat 6 (named) — donor's exact two-touch product grammar. Hook C's arsenal (heater/socks) reads as set dressing at frame-edge in body beats if C is the cut — same room, no continuity break.
- Wardrobe: blankets + summer top underneath, constant; the Beat 6 reveal is a scripted action, not a discontinuity.
- Lighting constant (bright July daylight); the Beat 4 open-window flood is in-world and declared.
- Hook variants: all three share the same chair + cocoon + window framing and end rising on their handoff line, so any variant cuts invisibly onto Beat 2's march.
05Mute-test verification
- First 5s: PASS on all three variants via Fork 4 option 3 (hook visual asset = the physical demo) + speaker face: A cocoon+July-sun shiver demo · B cocoon + finger-count + thermostat-readout inset (declared reinforcement — weakest variant bare) · C the warming-arsenal ring + socks-in-hand. Donor precedent: its own report's mute-test assessment confirms the demo-first grammar carries sound-off with ZERO text. Assets persist the full beat (VS5 pass — and at a ~6s hook, the 5s window ≈ the whole beat; micro-format note).
- Default text track: NONE (donor-exact zero burned-in text). The v2 hook rule "on-screen text spec REQUIRED" is satisfied by this explicit none-with-rationale + the variant spec below — logged as an Echo contract finding.
- Declared caption A/B VARIANT (report Part 14.2 hypothesis #1, script-sanctioned): native word-by-word captions, bold white sans-serif, bottom third + Hook A card "it's july." (2 words) — highlights per beat as specced; NO caption on the Beat 4 yell line (peak beat stays clean). All on-screen copy ≤12 words (VS2 pass).
- U12 scan of viewer-visible on-screen copy (default + variant): "it's july." · "78" readout · caption highlights ("always cold", "hostage negotiation", "a symptom, not a personality", "thyroid", "cellular furnace", "Kindled", "under the tongue", "30-day guarantee", "in stock") — zero em/en dashes. "30-day" hyphen is a compound (allowed).

The donor was a real one-person phone shoot; the board is prop-choreography-dense (cocoon, thermostat crank, window lean-out, blanket pull-off); the speaker is UNTESTED (Fork 1 option 6 default = real shoot for first run); and the 47-52s micro-format = one performer, one room, one phone, half a day. The Soul prompts above keep the matrix-default AI route viable, but Beats 4 and 6 strain it hard.
- Soul text rendering unreliable → all A/B-variant text + the B readout inset in post (standard workaround).
- Full-body action beats (1A shiver, 2 march+crank, 4 window lean-out, 6 pull-off) → hand/body/object artifact risk; if AI-routed, segment at motion boundaries and mask joins inside turns — accepting that visible joins would break the donor's zero-cut signature (QC gate: if joins read, route practical).
- No trained Soul ID for speaker 3.8 →
/higgsfield-soul-idtraining pass is an AI-route prerequisite (speaker file carries no reference_id). - Bottle label legibility waived (declared): brand is spoken, format is fast, and an insert cut would break the single take. Real bottle in hand (practical) or post-composite (AI route).
07Tooling prompt index
Per-beat Soul Cinema prompts collated above (Beats 1A/1B/1C, 2-6), each carrying a REAL-SHOOT NOTE line so the board doubles as the practical shot list (per the routing headline). All prompts share SOUL_ID kindled_3_8_younger_ugc_mom (to be minted at Soul training) and the single-room 9:16 static-frame grammar. Copy-paste ready per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md Soul conventions; real-shoot route needs only the NOTE lines + the per-beat Camera/B-roll fields.
08SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
- VS1 (B-roll density): ZERO composited B-roll across 51s — nominally below the 1/30s floor. CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL: the donor runs zero B-roll BY SIGNATURE; visual momentum is carried by prop/action events at ~1 per 5-7s (cocoon, crank, bottle, yell, chest-point, pull-off), which over-satisfies the band's intent in-frame. Flag doubles as a contract note: the VS1 band needs a physical-event counting mode for prop-comedy donors.
- VS6 (cross-beat anchor adaptations): 3 logged — Hook 1C ← Anchor D stage-hook grammar (prop-ring restage); Beat 6 reveal ← Anchor B before/after physicality; caption A/B variant ← Anchor C caption grammar (confined to variant; contradicts donor default). Rationales inline.
- VS3: every beat cites an anchor or logs an original-direction rationale (Beat 1B readout inset is the one original device).
- VS4: transition style uniform by construction (zero cuts; motion-as-transition every boundary).
- Action-inflation guard (E2 analog of E1's pause note): word-derived 51.1-51.7s holds only with actions played UNDER lines; sequential staging overruns to ~57-62s (review §4.1). Guard line embedded in the header, Beat 2/6 notes, and the DELIVERY-facing direction.
- Casting note (review §2.3): the "after"-state styling directive is carried in the global spine + every prompt — the storyboard surface where a casting note lands (no v2 field exists for it; contract note).
