01ECHO ADAPTATIONS (compat-test documentation — how a v2-native input was reconstructed)
The locked script is an Echo-chain deliverable and does not carry v2 Fields 19/20/21/25. Mapping used:
| v2 input the skill expects | Echo source used |
|---|---|
| Field 19 (dynamic + speaker + archetype) | Script "Speaker:" line + mini-brief Delivery/speaker row → 2.1 Recovered Patient, solo. Echo's D02 delivery mode mapped to v2 dynamic solo (script's own compat check row: "yapper Solo × At-home"), not confessional — D02 is direct-to-lens peer address, not private-vulnerable register |
| Field 20 (setting/tone) | Script speaker line "kitchen selfie-framing" + donor production notes → at-home (kitchen) |
| Field 21 (editing style) | NOT declared anywhere in the Echo package — inherited from donor S6 visual analysis (steady single take, native captions, one deliberate cut) |
| Field 25 (production notes) | Script DELIVERY NOTES block + donor card production line |
| Field 12 (mechanism) | Mini-brief Mechanism row: T4→T3 conversion blockade (cortisol-suppressed enzyme) |
| Field 0 (length) | Deterministic runtime block (v1.2): 129-175s donor band; body 358w → 157.2s; full variants A 398w → 174.8s · B 400w → 175.7s · C 398w → 174.8s — A/C sit exactly AT the 174.8s word-derived ceiling and B is 0.9s over: DECLARED, never shaved |
| Beat timecodes | Computed cumulative from per-beat word-derived durations at 136.6 wpm (script gives durations, not timecodes); recomputed at v1.2 off the current per-beat word counts, so the ladder terminates exactly on the authoritative 174.8s. Body timecodes below use the Hook-A baseline (18s); Hook B is +0.9s word-derived (18.4s vs A/C 17.6s) and rounds into the same 18s slot, so the shared body ladder holds for all three variants |
Hook-variant handling (Echo 1×3 contract): Beat 1 exists as THREE storyboard variants (1A / 1B / 1C) — interchangeable opening sections. Beats 2-9 are the shared locked-body storyboard. Each variant ends on the identical handoff line into Secret #1.
Delivery markup: [pause] / [quieter] / CAPS stripped from all on-screen text; carried into per-beat DIRECTION notes only. ALL delivery direction is BRACKETED as of v1.2 — bare asterisk-italic direction words broke voice-over generation, so [quieter] is the only form the script, this board, and the VO block use; never re-introduce the italic form. Pause note: 10 scripted [pause] marks on variants A/C (9 on B) plus 4 [quieter] shifts ≈ +8s over the word-derived runtime → delivered runtime ≈ 3:03 on all three variants, past the 175s word-derived donor ceiling. DECLARED at v1.2 (the Zied-directed cold-audience product orientation + the named-brand/link close grew the UMS by 11 words and the CTA by 24) — never shaved; editors should not pad further.
02Comp library inspiration anchors
Rotation: reference_usage_log.jsonl contains only the seed line — EXCLUDE set empty (first storyboard run). Log append SKIPPED (compat test). Pool note: the §2b semantic query top-15 was 100% trysoluma (donor brand family); intersection with list_winners top-20 was EMPTY. Resolved by: donor pinned as DECLARED-choice cornerstone (Echo SEED binding, §2f deliberate re-use), plus cross-brand D02 video winners drawn from the Echo reference set that also appear in the winners pool.
[Anchor A — CORNERSTONE] 980830331413584 — trysoluma — winner_score 65.7 — video (THE DONOR, SEED) Hook pattern: H08 transformation receipt; floating before/after cards over shoulders held the FULL hook (0:01-0:14); qualification in line 1 On-screen text style: native IG/TikTok auto-captions, bold white sans-serif, bottom third, word-by-word animation; niche keywords highlighted ("thyroid belly", "1200 calories", "decoy molecules", "31 pounds") B-roll cuing: NONE — steady medium close-up carries everything; visuals change only at before/after pop and bottle hold (1:50) Transition style: one deliberate hard cut at 2:01 (kitchen → living room fireplace) as pattern interrupt at the mechanism/pitch turn; otherwise zero cuts Mute-test asset: face + floating before/after stills + captions
Best-fit beat type in our script: ALL (SEED full-pattern borrow); primary: hook, UMS product hold, MoA location cut
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot UGC selfie (one woman, phone framing) — adapted to Soul Cinema; flagged per beat where the adaptation strains
[Anchor B] 1272849830515980 — elavate — winner_score 94.2 — video Hook pattern: H06 rock-bottom diary, disfluent warmth (aggression 1/5 at the highest ws in the whole set) On-screen text style: minimal; physical props carry proof B-roll cuing: printed before/after photos held TO THE LENS; self-pinching cheeks/jawline on camera — proof made physical, 47s before/after deep-dive is the single largest beat Transition style: single-take home shoot, no cut grammar Mute-test asset: face + physical photo props
Best-fit beat type in our script: Results & Outcome (primary), Hook B's printout-to-lens prop move (secondary)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot home — prop-in-hand beats flagged for AI-render reliability
[Anchor C] 996783379480548 — trysoluma — winner_score 65.9 — video (same-mechanism sibling) Hook pattern: clinical authority open (male presenter in scrubs, wood backdrop) On-screen text style: white text boxes, black sans-serif, native-caption mimicry B-roll cuing: native-style square image overlays popping above the presenter's head every 3-5s (Ozempic pen, liver, T4/T3 diagram, mitochondria) Transition style: none — pacing driven by speech + overlay cadence Mute-test asset: face + first overlay
Best-fit beat type in our script: UMPb mechanism reveal ONLY — the floating T4/T3 diagram-still. FLAG: its every-3-5s overlay cadence and authority-lecture register do NOT fit our confessional; borrowed in restrained single-still form with cross-adaptation rationale at Beat 4 (VS6 logged)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot authority + graphic overlays — overlay grammar adapts to post-production compositing regardless of speaker tooling
[Anchor D] 995846922552450 — thebbco — winner_score 70.1 — video Hook pattern: H06 diary blurt in 6s; five micro-beats to mechanism in 24s On-screen text style: sparse; physical comedy carries B-roll cuing: prop/environment interaction (hand-fan, belly reveal, window yell, three bottle holds) Transition style: fast micro-beat cuts (47s total) Mute-test asset: physical action + face
Best-fit beat type in our script: Hook variants' prop moves (1B lab printout) and the CTA bottle presence. FLAG: its fast-cut pacing contradicts our donor's steady take — pattern borrowed at PROP level only, never the cut rhythm (VS6 cross-adaptation logged)
Tooling stack inferred: real-shoot — prop-interaction beats flagged for AI-render hand/object artifacts
03Per-beat storyboard
Global visual spine (applies to every beat unless overridden): 9:16 vertical, tight eye-level selfie framing, speaker slightly off-center, real lived-in kitchen (warm whites/beiges/wood; a kettle, a fruit bowl — unfussy real-life detail), natural window light, clean residential audio, NO music, continuous native word-by-word captions (bold white sans-serif, bottom third, punctuation-light — no dash glyphs in the caption track per U12). Camera locked (selfie-propped phone feel), zero cuts inside beats.
▸1Transformation Receipt [0:00–0:18] Beat 1A: HOOK A
Mute-test stop-scroll asset
| Shot | Medium close-up (chest up), selfie framing |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked, slightly off-center; direct-to-lens eyeline |
| On-screen text | OST card "same dose. different woman." — upper-center, smartphone-note style — in at t=2.0s on "lost the thyroid weight", hold to t=14s; native captions run word-by-word from t=0; highlight keywords: "thyroid weight", "levothyroxine", "seven years" |
| B-roll | Two floating before/after stills, rounded-corner smartphone-photo cutouts, composited over her shoulders — in at t=1.5s, HOLD THROUGH ENTIRE BEAT (donor-exact) |
| Lighting | Setting default (natural window light, warm domestic tones) |
▸ Prompt

| Production limitation | Soul text rendering unreliable → all text/stills in post (standard workaround). 18s single-take avatar stability: no logged entry (limitations file sparse — silent skip per file heuristic), watch for drift at render QC |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] full-pattern borrow — floating-stills-over-shoulders + line-1 qualification; [Anchor B] softness register (receipt without hype) |
▸ Reviewer notes
| Transition out | None — continuous take into Secret #1 on the handoff line |
| Mute-test | PASS — face + before/after stills + OST card carry sound-off for the full 5s (and full beat) |
▸2Symptom Mirror (conditional door) [0:00–0:18] Beat 1B: HOOK B
Mute-test asset
| Shot | Medium close-up, selfie framing; prop raised to lens mid-beat |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; direct-to-lens; printout briefly dominates frame center |
| On-screen text | Native captions word-by-word from t=0; highlight: "levothyroxine", "normal", "STILL gaining" (caps preserved as emphasis highlight, not a new card); NO separate OST card — the prop is the text asset ("NORMAL" circled in red is legible on the printout) |
| B-roll | Physical lab printout held TO THE LENS, "NORMAL" circled in red marker — raised at t=3s on "your labs keep coming back", held ~4s; before/after stills composite in at "still gaining" (~t=8s) and hold to beat end |
| Lighting | Setting default |

| Production limitation | FLAGGED — legible prop text (the printout) is unreliable in AI render (hand/text artifacts per tool notes). Workaround: render speaker holding blank page, composite the printout face in post, OR shoot this insert practically |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor B] photos-to-lens proof move (cross-adapted from its Results-beat declaration: rationale — the printout IS a proof prop, the technique transfers upstream; VS6 logged); [Anchor D] prop-interaction (prop level only, not cut rhythm; VS6 logged); [Anchor A] stills hold |

Mute-test asset
| Shot | Medium close-up, selfie framing |

| Production limitation | None beyond global post-text workaround |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] stills payoff; counter mechanic = original visual direction — rationale: kinetic time-ledger visualizes the H06 diary door where the donor set offers no direct time-counter pattern (VS3 rationale logged) |

Non-promotional peer-trust gift

Guilt-disarm agitation
| Shot | Medium close-up |
| Camera | Eye-level, locked; posture straightens on "Seriously. Stop." (energy crest carried by body, not cuts) |
| On-screen text | Captions; highlight receipts as they land: "1,200 calories", "EVERY bite", "seven years", "perfectly normal" (donor keyword-highlight grammar; v1.2 spells the lab verdict out — she says every lab came back "perfectly normal," so highlight the whole quoted phrase, not the bare word) |
| B-roll | None — receipts stay spoken and bare (donor-exact; the steadiness IS the credibility) |

| On-screen text | Captions; highlight: "T4", "T3", "one enzyme", "cortisol", "STARVING", "NEVER measures"; optional still per B-roll cue |
| B-roll | OPTIONAL (edit decision): ONE floating square still — simple T4→T3 diagram with the enzyme valve — composited above her shoulder at "Levothyroxine is T4" (t≈1:10), out by t≈1:20; styled as smartphone-photo cutout (donor grammar), NOT clinical-graphic cadence. | Camera | Eye-level, locked, same selfie distance (framing continuity across the cut) |
| On-screen text | Captions; highlight the triplet verbs: "settles", "feeds", "land", then "FINALLY" |

| Production limitation | None |
| Comp library inspiration | [Anchor A] close + callback structure, now borrowed MORE fully than at v1.1: the donor's own "link below" mention is back IN. The house rule that forbade "link below" was RELAXED by Zied 2026-07-22 — a natural link mention is allowed where it fits the register — and v1.2 names both the brand and the link ("I'll drop the link below if anyone wants to check it out"). Still ours, not the donor's: the stock-check CTA, the thirty-day guarantee (donor's 90-day out), and a Secret-#1 callback re-worded into fresh words instead of a repeated slogan |

04Visual continuity audit
- ONE location (kitchen) beats 1-6; ONE declared donor-borrowed hard cut into living room at Beat 7, persisting through Beat 9. Wardrobe, framing distance, and speaker identity constant across the cut (VH2 satisfied via documented hard pivot, donor-cited).
- Floating stills appear (hook), exit (Beat 2 start), optional 2s return (Beat 8) — a closed visual loop, never mid-beat clutter.
- Caption track continuous across all beats and both locations.
- Hook variants: all three land on the identical handoff line and identical framing, so any variant cuts cleanly onto the shared Beat 2.
05Mute-test verification
- First 5s: PASS on all three variants via face + on-screen asset (A: stills + OST card; B: red-circled printout prop; C: ticking YEAR counter) + native captions. Strategy = Fork 4 option 1 (speaker face + on-screen text) enriched with donor floating stills.
- Hook OST specs: A "same dose. different woman." (4 words, t=2.0-14s) · B printout "NORMAL" circled (prop-carried) · C "YEAR 1 → YEAR 7" counter (t=1-9s). All ≤12 words (VS2 pass). Assets persist ≥ full 5s (VS5 pass).
- U12 scan of viewer-visible on-screen copy: zero em/en dashes (caption track specified punctuation-light; arrow glyph in C counter is not a dash).
06Production-limitation cross-ref
production_limitations.md is a sparse skeleton (<3 entries) → formal YS6/VH3 cross-check silent-skipped per the file's own heuristic. Tool-knowledge flags applied from avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md instead:
- Soul Cinema text rendering unreliable → ALL on-screen text/stills/cards in post (every beat).
- Legible label/prop text in-render (Beats 1B, 6) → post composite or practical insert; Beat 6 routed hybrid (Marketing Studio closeup-product or real macro).
- Long-take stability (Beat 4, 50s) → QC for drift; split-generation fallback with caption-covered join.
- No trained Soul ID exists for speaker 2.1 →
/higgsfield-soul-idtraining pass is a production prerequisite (speaker file carries generation specs, no reference_id). - Real-shoot fallback: the donor was a real one-person phone shoot; if Soul QC fails authenticity (too polished), the entire board reads as a real-shoot shot list unchanged except the Avatar-tool prompt fields.
07Tooling prompt index
Per-beat Soul Cinema prompts collated above (Beats 1A/1B/1C, 2-9); Beat 6 carries the hybrid Marketing-Studio/practical product-insert routing. All prompts share SOUL_ID kindled_2_1_recovered_patient (to be minted at Soul training) and the 9:16 kitchen/living-room scene grammar. Copy-paste ready per avatar_tool_prompt_syntax.md Soul conventions.
08SOFT flags surfaced (operator review)
- VS1 (B-roll density): body beats 2-5 run ~0 B-roll per 106s — below the 1/30s floor. CONFIRMED-INTENTIONAL: donor-faithful steady-shot minimalism is the SEED's observed winning pattern ("no jump-cut overload; it forces you to listen"). Optional Beat 4 diagram-still and Beat 8 stills-flashback are the pressure valves if retention data disagrees.
- VS6 (cross-beat anchor adaptations): 3 logged (Beat 1B ← Anchor B results-technique; Beat 1B/D prop grammar without cut rhythm; Beat 4 ← Anchor C overlay pattern in restrained form). Rationales inline.
- VS3: every beat cites an anchor or logs an original-direction rationale (Beat 1C counter; Beat 5/9 bare-beat rationales).
- Echo pause-inflation note (v1.2): delivered runtime ≈ 3:03 (≈183s) vs word-derived 174.8-175.7s. A/C sit exactly AT the 174.8s word-derived donor ceiling, B is 0.9s over it, and the pause-delivered runtime is past it on all three. DECLARED at v1.2 (Zied-directed cold-audience product orientation + named-brand/link close: UMS +11 words, CTA +24 words) — never shaved. Pause-guard: hold the [pause] marks tight; do not pad.
