If you're still finding handfuls of hair in the shower drain every morning, cleaning it out before your husband wakes up so he doesn't see, and every doctor keeps telling you your labs are normal… Two years ago, that was me.
> On-screen text: TWO YEARS AGO, THAT WAS ME
I stopped wearing my hair down. I started parting it on the side to hide how wide the middle had gotten. And I'll tell you something I don't usually say out loud — I stopped feeling like myself. I stopped feeling like a woman.
For two years they kept telling me my labs were normal. While I'm pulling hair out of the drain with my hand. How many of you have been handed that exact same word? Normal is a beautiful word when you feel healthy. It's a cruel word when you're going bald in the mirror. And then a doctor finally told me something that scared me enough to move. Once the hair follicles have been starved long enough, they just stop. They die in your scalp and they stay dead. That's when I decided I was done waiting for another normal lab result. Because if the follicles were starving, I had to ask what else in me was starving too. My heart. My brain. They run on the same hormone.
So I went and learned the science myself. And here's the part nobody told me. The standard test checks the storage form of the thyroid hormone, T4. Not the active one your follicles actually run on which is T3. So you can be normal on every test they run and going bald in the mirror at the same time. Your body has to convert one into the other, and that conversion runs on two minerals. Selenium and zinc. What I changed was getting those minerals in the right ratio, in a liquid called Kindled, because when your thyroid is slow, your gut can be slow too. And a slow gut doesn't pull them out of a pill the way you think it does.

And around week six, there was new growth along my part I hadn't seen in years. Little hairs — right where I thought nothing was coming back. I stopped reaching for the powder I used to dust on my scalp. I stopped checking the drain like it was going to ruin my whole day. Once the minerals were right, my own body finally started using the hormone it was already making. It was like a reverse exorcism. I got my own spirit handed back to me.
And my husband. He'd moved to the guest room a year before that. Neither of us ever said why. But now he moved back. He never said one word about my hair. He didn't have to.
So if that's you — if you're still cleaning out the drain before anyone wakes up, being told you're fine — don't let them. I don't work for Kindled. I'm just telling you what I wish someone had told me two years earlier. And there's a reason Kindled keeps going out of stock for months at a time. Because once women see baby hairs coming back along a part they thought was gone forever, they don't order one bottle. They order three. They order six. Because once you finally start getting yourself back, the last thing you want is to run out and go backwards. So if it's back in stock right now, don't wait. Go get it and start getting yourself back. Two drops under the tongue every morning. That's really all it was.
